Brian went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the gentleman who played for our wedding in Wilmington NC. They took the time to understand the atmosphere we we're looking for and what was important for us to have at our reception. They are so much more than just piano players, they are true entertainers. All of our guests said they could not believe how much fun it was to have dealing pianos. Our wedding was three months ago and people are still raving about the gentlemen from Midwest Dueling Pianos. We simply could not be happier with the service they provided. If you are thinking of booking with them, do so. You will not regret the decision.

Loved having dueling pianos play at our reception! EVERYONE got up and danced along. It was so much fun, would definitely hire over and over!!

We met Phred Brown at a local restaurant in Mount Pleasant, MI last yr. We had asked him several times to play at our wedding. He finally said yes. His partner Brian Griffin contacted us later. These guys ARE Fantastic to work with. They are new to the business, but have been in the entertainment business for many many yrs. Both of them play music most all of their lives. If you want something truly unique talk to these guys. THANKS Brian & Phred.

Midwest dueling pianos were awesome at our wedding reception! The guests loved it. The only complaint was the painos being too loud. This is common, but also didn't help that our venue echoed. Other than that it was an awesome show! I couldn't get off the dance floor! Dan and Mike kept the crowd entertained and involved everyone. They were awesome !

My husband and I searched all over for a reasonably priced dueling pianos band for our wedding. Midwest Dueling Pianos was the best decision we made for our reception! They are very reasonably priced, and definitely worth every penny! We wanted to have a party atmosphere for our reception and they definitely delivered. We still have guests commenting on how much fun they had at our reception because of Midwest Dueling Pianos! My brother said that our reception has ruin all other weddings for him because it can't be outdone! If you are looking for a fun atmosphere for your reception, then look no further. Midwest Dueling Pianos is the best.

Mother of the Bride reports:
Our Reception Pianist DJs were Dan and Michael and they were grand. They engaged the crowd while allowing for the crowd to enjoy lots of dancing, our primary goal.
They were gentle, yet enthusiastic, and avoided vulgarity while adding humor. They considered special requests from special folks, and did not get thrown by our comfortable manner at the reception: no cake cutting, no garter toss,etc.
They were even more personable during breakdown and clean-up and shared themselves personally with the small group present.
They took good care of the responsibility given them. We were well pleased.

We went out on a limb and booked this company for our wedding reception. Having been to numerous dueling piano bars across the east coast, we knew our guests would love the concept. Midwest Dueling Pianos did not disappoint. Our guests are still talking about how fun the reception was. All parties involved were great to work with. Highly recommended.

My wife and I booked Midwest Dueling Pianos for our wedding reception last Saturday night. We could not have been happier with the way the night turned out! Michael and Dan started the night getting our guests involved, and kept the party rocking. The guys did such an amazing job keeping everyone out of their seats, and on the dance floor where they belonged. It was such an amazing time, our guests will be talking about it for years to come. We can not thank them enough for the perfect ending to our perfect day!

We LOVED having Midwest Dueling Pianos at our reception. As musicians, we value music and wanted our guests to have a great experience. The musicians were very entertaining and our guests gave us lots of positive feedback.

These guys are the REAL deal! Robert and Tod knocked everyone's socks off at our St. Charles, MO reception, and guests are still raving a couple months later. They played all the right songs, sounded amazing, and kept the crowd up and dancing. Kids, teens, parents, singles, grandparents - everyone loved them! I've had several people tell me it was the most fun they've had at a reception. Price was very reasonable, too. We did originally intend to go with a local vendor who was a little cheaper since they were in town, but after seeing them at a wedding show decided against them. Sloppy appearance, didn't sound great, raunchy song selection, etc.... they just weren't for us. We're so glad we made the right choice. These guys were awesome. Highly recommend.

Wanted a live entertainment for my Son's wedding, he found the dueling pianos at a bar in Kalamazoo, after he sent me the tape of the group playing I told him to book the group for the wedding. This was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding day! These guys are great, it's like having your own private concert. Dueling Pianos will make your special day an event that you will never forget! They also provided the music for the wedding ceremony.

Brian and Tommy were so easy to work with, throughout the planning process, and Adam and Tod were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husband and I wanted everyone, on the dance floor, and we have never seen one more crowded than ours! Everyone was up, out of their seat, and people danced and sang and then danced some more! Everyone had so much fun and even our photographer said, "she has never been to a more fun reception," (and she goes to ALOT). Also, people are still talking about our wedding and reception and how much fun they all had. One friend said, "Now that's what a wedding weekend should be like," and I know Midwest Dueling Pianos had something to do with his comment. Everyone was so happy and energetic and Adam and Tod could not have done a more fabulous job. If I'm not mistaken, I don't believe they took a single break, throughout the duration of our event. Outstanding job guys! We loved having you, as part of our special day, and can't wait to find a good excuse to book you all again soon! Thanks for making our wedding day all that we imagined and more! We hired Midwest Dueling Pianos for our daughter’s wedding on July 23, 2016. The entire experience was outstanding!!! Jeff Johnson and Tommy Sklutt were both very helpful and worked to fulfill all of our special requests for the day. Our piano players Mike & Dan were awesome!!! The dance floor was packed the entire night. We started the evening with dinner music, while our guests were eating. Then the players announced the wedding party and helped with the flow of the evening with toasts and first dances. My husband had a special father of the bride speech with musical clips, and the company helped with formatting the clips for the event. The speech came off perfectly. They were very accommodating of music requests and were very interactive with all of the guests. I would highly recommend using Midwest Dueling Pianos for any special event!!! Being in the wedding industry myself has afforded me the ability to see all types of wedding ceremony and reception entertainment. The moment I saw and heard Midwest Dueling Pianos at another wedding I was working, I knew I **HAD** to have them for my own wedding. We actually planned our date around their availability. Everything about them was incredible. And to our great surprise, Rusty, one of our pianists, learned our first dance song and performed it for us, instead of just playing the CD. I'm not one of many words... so just be smart and hire them. You won't regret it for a second.

By far the best part of our wedding! The dance floor was filled for 4 straight hours and everyone raved about how good the guys were! They were so easy to work with and really tailored the music to our style! Good variety of classics, country, and hip hop/r &b! We looked at a couple other dueling piano companies and none of them compared!!! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience!

We definitely made the right decision in hiring Midwest Dueling Pianos for our barn wedding last September (2016). After hearing Mike and Dan perform at a friends wedding – my husband and I knew that was exactly what we wanted for our wedding reception. From the signing of the contract to the end of our wedding reception, we enjoyed working with Midwest Dueling Pianos. Initially, when signing the contract – we worked with Brian. He helped us understand exactly to expect from them! As the wedding grew near, we worked with Tommy – who was very helpful and went over all details with us! Tommy worked with us on our timeline for the event and covered all bases with us in order the make the event flow smoothly! We met Dan and Mike as they were setting up on our wedding day – they were so excited to perform for us! The dueling piano performance began after the last toast and lasted for the rest of the evening – many of our guests had never been to a wedding with dueling pianos making it unique! Mike and Dan were hilarious and so fun throughout the night! We still hear compliments about their performance and would recommend them to anyone who plans on having fun at their wedding!

After seeing these guys play at another wedding we knew we had to have them! They were so much fun and our guest loved them! I totally recommend them if you would like to entertain your guests and keep the party going! We got a lot of compliments about them as well.

We had one of our first dates at a Midwest Dueling Piano show and so it was perfect that we were able to book them for our wedding. From day 1 the level of professionalism was great and Tommy was very quick with responses and was able to answer all my questions. We put our uncle in charge of setup and once they arrived at the venue setup was seamless. Our dinner was 1.5 hours late due to power failure at the caterers and Tommy was extremely flexible and put me at ease. He checked in with me throughout cocktail hour and made sure I was taken care of. The music was something everyone will remember. I danced all night and sang along to just about every song. I think my husband was on the dance floor more than me. They kept everyone entertained and even helped me with a couple special requests. It was truely a perfect day. My dad's best friend even booked them for his upcoming wedding. Thank you so much for everything!

If you want a night to remember, I highly recommend using Midwest Dueling Pianos. Mike and Dan kept our daughter's celebration going from start to end. They are professional, entertaining, and family friendly. Our friends are still talking about it. If you want to give a gift to your guests, this is the best way to do it. Well worth the extra cost to have live entertainment. The bride does not like to dance and she was included and had a lot of fun herself. Of course the rest of us love to dance and did so all through the night.

Modest Dueling Pianos did a great job! All my wedding guests loved them and they did great with last minute song changes. The only thing is that I would have changed is there were some songs that I wanted to be DJed like the Cupid Shuffle that didn't get played.

They were wonderful! Everything went great, and our guests had a blast. Even my 88 year old grandmother stayed late and taped her foot along to the music. The kids danced the night away. We really were hesitant about booking originally, because we went over our budget. However, two songs in, and my husband and I looked at each other and exclaimed "totally worth every penny!" We had an absolute blast!

Fantastic, awesome, mind-blowing, talented, interactive, engaging, fun – I could go on and on and on. Truly, Midwest Dueling Pianos made the fundraising event we planned everything we'd hoped for and more. In our wildest dreams we could not have imagined how well the event would end up coming together and the positive feedback we would receive. From text messages to e-mails to Facebook messages, our community is a buzz with how much fun they had. So while there is so much I’d like to say, I simply cannot seem to gather my words to fully express my thanks and appreciation. While I told them many, many times on Friday, please let your team know how thankful we are for their energy and talent. The event was perfect!

Midwest dueling pianos was such an amazing experience from start to finish. They were fun for everyone. People sitting or people dancing raved about them. Even my 97 year old great grandmother enjoyed them! Beyond being a blast they were kind, punctual, and sentimental. This company takes the time to make your event so special. They are worth three times the price...and I am a school teacher... honestly one of the best decisions my husband and I made was hiring them and I would recommend them to ANYONE who wants a fun different experience.
