Brian was fabulous, responsive, and attentive to our specific needs. We had a unique situation because we watned to do many introductions on our own, and he even had a spare wireless mic so we could do exactly what we wanted! :) -

Brian Woodhouse at Michigan Music DJ exceeded our expectations beyond what we could have ever imagined. He worked diligently with us before and during our special day and helped us be prepared for whatever came our way during the big day. He took time to get to know us and even helped in areas where we felt completely lost, such as ceremony and hall setup, rehearsal, and even the general flow of things during the wedding. He’s very personable, professional, and insightful. We recommend his service to anyone. He went the extra mile for us and kept the party going. I can’t express how grateful we are towards Brian. The dj was very laid back, easy going, but stayed professional. My guests had a blast. There wasn't a song somebody requested that he didn't have. I would recommend him to anybody! He was awesome!!! -

Brian did an amazing job for Leiby and I at our wedding. Not being huge music buffs we left about 90% of the song selection to Brian and his team and we were delighted with the guest reaction. Brian got everyone out dancing and having fun. The volume was also appropriate, loud enough to hear but didn't drown out guest conversations.
There were also a few last minute changes which Brian handled in stride with no issues. I don't think I could have chosen a better DJ even if I spent twice the amount.
Oh and one more bonus: Brian supplied some up-lighting which really was a great finishing touch, free of charge. -

I would like to thank the people of Bargain DJ for working with my wife and I from day one to ensure that we had a smooth and stress free experience for our wedding where entertainment was concerned. Living out of state + planning a wedding wasn't easy at times...when I came across Bargain DJ I was very interested, due to their great reviews. I am VERY happy that we decided to choose them! Throughout this whole planning process, Brian + Jason were always available, and made it super easy + convenient to plan both the ceremony + reception music. At our reception, the dance floor was constantly packed - nobody wanted to leave the dance floor, due to such great music being played! We cannot thank Bargain DJ enough for helping to make our special day the best day of our lives! -

Wonderful DJ service for our prom, he played music the kids really enjoyed and had a nice variety for our diversified group. He was also very helpful with lights that enhanced our decorations. I would definitely recommend Bargain DJ service!! -

Working with Brian and Jason was AMAZING!!! Not only did they travel hours for wedding, but they did so without question! Our event was absolutely perfect and everything that we wanted. They were able to help us find unique songs for the various dances that truly fit who we are as a couple. I found Bargain DJs online while I was searching for my wedding vendors that would cater to the The Homestead Resort venue and location. Brain Woodhouse was very responsive through email and phone and was even willing to meet us on a random Sunday to help us get to know him better. Brain is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and it clearly showed at my wedding. He had awesome music choices and kept our guests on the dance floor all night. I would definitely recommend Bargain DJs to anyone looking for a a DJ and emcee. -

If there was an option to give 10 stars, I would. Choosing Bargain DJ was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Brian was great and made things so easy. He was always to quick to respond to any questions I had and made me feel at ease with the whole wedding ceremony music and everything. He was absolutely wonderful. My guests had an amazing time and have been telling me how great my dj was! The dance floor was packed the whole night. We had a blast!! -

Brian was fabulous on the day of our wedding! He helped with music/sound for the wedding ceremony on the beach as well as the reception. I planned to have a band later in the evening and I almost wished I had kept him there for the entire night! He was very professional, organized, and very kind. Brian and Jason were exceptional. We could not have been happier with their efforts, planning, and execution. They were very thorough and patient. They listened to our requests and provided great suggestions.
They made our event look very classy, yet fun. Everyone at our reception commented on their professionalism. The other vendors along with our wedding coordinator commented on what great people Brian and Jason were. They said they were exceptional to work with and would gladly work with them again.

They made sure i didnt lift a finger! They made my day absolutely perfect! I've had so many compliments on the DJ since the wedding! We will definitely be recommending them to everyone who needs DJ services! They kept the wedding running smoothly, played every song requested,and kept our dance floor full. They put up with our craziness, and even stayed long, long past when they were suppose to, even tho they still had a two hour drive home! This DJ was great. Made it possible for us to relax and enjoy the reception. Very professional. Even took the initiative to add extra lighting under the cake table and fountain. It was a beautiful touch. Everything ran smoothly. Would recommend them for your event. -

Brian is awesome! He replied immediately when I had a question, was affordable and very professional. We met beforehand and he brought his assistant, Jason. They listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions. On the day of the event, they arrived at noon! Noon! My event started at 5:30! I loved this. I had no worries that my dj was going to arrive on time. They got there and set up and just hung out. They were awesome during the reception. They communicated with all of the other vendors for dinner, cake cutting, pictures etc. Myself, my husband, our party or parents were not bothered at all. It was amazing and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend dj Brian! -

Music was a huge priority for my wife and I and I had some requests for Brian that were a little unconventional but he handled everything with great professionalism. Everyone who worked with him over the day remarked on his professionalism and I appreciated him making me feel at ease in that way. Sound quality and set-up was spectacular. -

During the dinner, the music volume was nice as background, and people could converse easily. During the dancing, it was too loud. That was ok if you were dancing, but if you were not, you could not easily hear others to talk. -

If a Bride and Groom have a dollar dance keep it going until the line comes to an end. Lots of our guests didnt get a chance to participate due to it being stoped to early. -

We had a blast at our wedding, Jason did a a great job of playing the songs we wanted to hear and keeping the party going. One of our guests had a song request that wasn't available, but he did a good job of finding other music to play that still made them happy. Very happy with our decision to use Bargain DJ. -

Brian and Jason were great! Our wedding was at a venue that they hadn't worked before and they agreed to travel to Gaylord from Manistee. They quickly surveyed the area and allowed plenty of time for set up and testing. They provided two DJ locations, one in the reception hall and one lakeside for the ceremony. They also worked closely with a family member who played the piano to ensure that the timing and sound were perfect. According to the venue management, their sound was the best. The reception ran smoothly and the dance floor was hopping the entire night. Great value, professional and easy to work with. -

Very happy with the service of Bargain DJ's overall. Had all the songs I asked for, was flexible, and easy to work with. I was disappointed in their sound system for our ceremony. It cut in and out multiple times and many of the people that attended the wedding were unable to hear our vows and so on. -
