I couldn’t recommend this group enough. Even so much so that I have guest from my wedding waiting to request them for their weddings!! Best wedding photography ever
We hired Rob (photographer) and Jacob (videographer) from the Michelle Lawson team, and I truly can't recommend them enough! They showed up at the very start of our day to capture me (the bride) and my moms getting ready together, and the photos were so sweet!
Rob & Jacob absolutely CRUSHED our wedding photos/videos, and it's so nice to have these memories captured in such a beautiful way. They both knew exactly how to pose us to get the right shot, and had such a great sense of humour that they had us cracking up the whole time! They made the photoshoot so much fun, and you can tell how genuine our smiles were as a result :)
I love how they even took the time to capture photos of all of our wedding guests as well. 10/10 would hire them again! -

Steve and his team are beyond incredible!!!!! We cannot recommend Michelle Lawson Photography enough!!! From start to finish, they were absolutely incredible to work with. Not only are they insanely talented, but they also made us feel completely comfortable and natural in front of the camera.
On the wedding day, they were professional, organized, and somehow everywhere at once — capturing every little detail and moment without ever feeling intrusive. They blended seamlessly into the day while still guiding us when needed so everything flowed perfectly.
We saw little sneak peaks at photos and videos and we cannot believe the stunning job they did!!! They are true masters of the art!!!! Every image is absolutely gorgeous and full of emotion. We truly felt they captured every moment and we cannot wait to see the final photos and video! Even our guests complimented how amazing they were! If you’re looking for a team who genuinely cares, is unbelievably skilled, and will give you memories to treasure forever, this is it. We are so grateful we chose them for our big day! -

Incredible Talent, Energy, and Heart 📸
We booked Michelle Lawson Photography after seeing the incredible work Steve did at a friend’s wedding, and from the very beginning, we knew we made the right choice.
Steve was an absolute dream to work with. He made sure every detail and every shot was perfect, while still keeping the entire day fun, relaxed, and stress-free. His attention to detail is unmatched, and his creative vision is truly something special. He took the time to make sure he captured all of the meaningful shots we wanted, and after that, we trusted him and his team completely. The rest was magic.
On top of being an incredible photographer, Steve is truly a man of many talents. He even helped me with my bustle, which says everything you need to know about the level of care and dedication he brings to his couples. His secondary photographer, Lucas, was amazing as well. Together, they brought so much energy, humor, and enthusiasm to the day, which made taking photos feel effortless and genuinely fun.
Steve and his team are full of heart, passion, and a true love for what they do, and it shows in every moment they capture. We felt so supported, comfortable, and confident knowing they were there documenting one of the most important days of our lives.

We truly had the best experience with Michelle Lawson Photography. Steve and Josh shot our wedding, and I really cannot put into words how great our photos turned out. They stayed with us all day. They were with us for the getting ready photos and stayed through our grand exit. We know it was a long and exhausting day, but they kept the energy up alllllll night. They remembered to get shots that we had forgotten about. Steve and Josh you guys are the best!
We felt like we got more than a photographer. They handled our wedding like they were our family. Putting so much care into all of the details of our day. We received so many compliments from our guests. We highly recommend adding on the photo booth as well. Our guests had so much fun with this. Our biggest regret is not adding on the video package. So if you are in between truly just book it.
Also, the turn around time on our photos was literally insane. Both of my sisters waited at least double the time for their wedding photos (their weddings were clearly before we met the Michelle Lawson team).
We love you Michelle Lawson Photography and we will be cherishing your photos forever! -

We worked with Steve and team for engagement photos and wedding day, as well as Jacob and team for videography. Everyone we interacted with from Michelle Lawson was professional, had extremely quick response time, was knowledgeable and kind. They came highly recommended from every other vendor we worked with, and are very well respected in the South Florida wedding industry.
From the moment they arrived in the bridal suite, photos were fun and efficient. Solo shots, first look, large group photos, family photos after ceremony - every shot was organized and stress-free. The team was flexible if you had an idea or if something needed to change in the moment, they went with the flow and knew exactly how to adjust. They knew our venue (Marriott Harbor Beach) incredibly well. For the amount of time this team spent with us on our wedding day, we felt their price was very reasonable. We received our photos in record time and love every single one. We cannot wait to see the video!

Caleb, Jacob, Joshua, and Camila made our wedding day something we will never forget with all the photos and videos we have to look back on!!
While it was a stressful morning for me and the girls, short on time to get ready, they helped tremendously to make me feel comfortable and not rushed. They wasted no time capturing moments even when I was behind schedule. They are very helpful with organizing and keeping everything on track without adding pressure. If you are looking for a wedding photographer, stop looking and book Michelle Lawson Photography! This team made our wedding day spectacular. Caleb Lawson was our photographer, and I requested Caleb after he shot my best friends wedding where I was a bridesmaid. I was apprehensive to hire a male photographer for a vulnerable and intimidate day as a bride, but Caleb showed up and showed out. Not only did he do a great job, but he was the most respectful vendor we had!
Caleb knew when to make time for special and intimate moments between myself and my family, myself and my bridesmaids, or myself and my husband. Caleb was seriously zipping around our ceremony and reception to get the best shots possible. I joked that it seemed like he was a superhero because I did not even realize he was moving so quick!
Caleb took beautiful photos of our details, was an expert of posing (even large groups), and was down to pivot when needed. We opted not to have a first look, and were very nervous about how we could effectively have all photos taken immediately following our ceremony. Caleb reassured us before the wedding that he would be able to accomplish this, and he exceeded expectations! Following our ceremony, we got awesome newlywed portraits, wedding party photos, and family photos - finishing with 30 minutes left to attend cocktail hour! I was blown away with the efficiency of this team.
Caleb and the team delivered me sneak peeks within three weeks, and full gallery shortly after! It was awesome to receive every photo captured on our special day. The editing on the photos is exactly what we were looking for - a sophisticated brightening of the colors that made our day so spectacular.
Thank you, Michelle Lawson Photography, and Caleb Lawson! Our day was perfect before, but now we have incredible treasures to look back on.

**Where do I even start?!** If you're looking for a wedding photographer who will make you feel like you're in a magazine shoot, look no further.
When I started planning my wedding, my venue recommended Steve Lawson of Michelle Lawson Photography, and I saw their name everywhere. Most photographers responded to my inquiries with questions, but not Steve—he wanted to hop on a call right away. From the start, he was all about understanding my vision, my budget, and the details that mattered most to me.
Steve is a big personality with tons of experience. He knows everyone, and everyone knows him. Before officially booking my wedding photographer, I wanted to do a trial run with engagement photos. My (now) husband and I met up with Steve, and WOW—the pictures were *incredible.* That was it. I was sold.
I ended up booking Steve for my wedding and opted for both photography and videography. Leading up to the big day (2/15/2025), Steve was always in touch, super responsive, and made me feel like my wedding was the most important one he had. Of course, I know he shoots a million weddings, but when it was *my* turn, I felt like his complete focus was on me—and that meant everything.
On the wedding day, Steve knew exactly what to shoot, where to shoot, how to shoot, and how to command a room. My guests *loved* him. And did I mention it’s a family business? His sons, Jacob and Joshua, were part of the photo/video team, which made it even more special.
The turnaround time was *amazing.* I got my wedding photos just a month after the big day, and I can’t stop looking at them. I haven’t received my videos yet (I know those take longer), but I already know they’re going to be incredible.
I’ve already booked Steve for another shoot—he’s just *that* good. If you’re on the fence, *don’t be.* Michelle Lawson Photography is the real deal. Steve listens, delivers, and makes you feel like a star. What more could you ask for?

Michelle Lawson Photography is amazing. I can't say enough good things about them. We planned a Florida wedding from NJ, and Steve was always very responsive and helpful. I cannot say enough amazing things about MLP, specifically Caleb Lawson! Caleb was always there when you turned around to look for him. He was in the action but never overstepped. I got married on 12/9/23 and had my entire wedding album by 12/21/23. Not to mention, Caleb also turned a rainy day engagement shoot disaster into an amazing experience with amazing photos. I will cherish my wedding photos forever and already have friends that have hired MLP for their own upcoming weddings! They truly captured everything and more. I don't even know where to begin! We got married at the Pelican Club in October of 2023 and Rob was AMAZING! I always thought that the wedding photographer would be awkward and it would just be an overall awkward experience, but boy was I wrong. Rob makes the you feel so comfortable and yourself. Even until this day I get so many people from our wedding tell us about how amazing our photographer was!! He really just lets you feel natural and he lets you know where to go, guides you on positioning but really just lets you be yourself. His vibe and energy is what makes him amazing!
I cannot recommend Rob enough!!! Oh and I highly recommend having him take photos at the reception because the photos that he got from there just makes us feel like we are reliving the best night of our lives over and over again!! A few days before the wedding I sent him some inspo pictures to him and on the day of, he was able to get all those pictures and way more!
We did not hire a wedding planner so I had to communicate with every vendor myself and I can just tell you that the whole process with him was not stressful at all and his communication was top notch! And the prices were even better!
Also the pictures came back AMAZING and I have so many favorites! He really nailed it! He even played with the lighting on some since on our wedding day, we had a beautiful sunset and he captured us as a silhouette and it turned out incredible. They also delievered the pictures so quickly, I mean it must have been like not even a month and a half after our wedding!! I was expecting at least 6 months, but I was wrong!
Highly recommend Rob and Michelle Lawson Photography, we had a wonderful experience and will be hiring Rob for our future needs!! Thank you guys so much for capturing the best day of our lives!! -

Steve and his team absolutely killed it! We had Steve for our Engagement Photos, Rob for our Rehearsal Dinner and then Steve for our Wedding.
For our Rehearsal dinner, Rob's energy was incredible. He was upbeat knew exactly what to capture and made our guests feel right at home. He took my husband and I out on the beach and the way he guided us and worked with us, made us feel so comfortable! Rob was amazing!!
Working with Steve and his team made us feel so comfortable. They made us feel like family and it felt like we knew them forever! Their attention to detail is unmatched! They always made sure that my hair was laying perfectly, as it was a little windy on our wedding day. If there was a tiny strand of hair out of place, they noticed and came to fix it.
We received our wedding photos in 2 weeks! The turn-around time was incredible and the quality of their work was even better! They were able to tell our story through the photos. Steve and his team not only captured the direct poses, they also captured the perfect candids of my husband and I that showcased the true moment between us!
Besides taking unbelievable photos, Steve knew exactly how to bustle my dress. He even helped me with the buttons on my dress when I was getting ready.
Every one of our guests came up to us and asked us where we found our photographer and videographer because they absolutely loved Steve and his team and the energy that they brought!
If you haven't found your wedding photographer yet, I highly recommend Michelle Lawson Photography. It is a family-owned business and their professionalism, attention to detail, quick response, high energy and quality of work is something you won't find anywhere else! -

I can’t say enough positive things about the whole Michelle Lawson team. They are truly professionals. They are punctual, bring such incredibly positive energy, and shoot amazing photography. They help make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, even for the camera shy. Steve Lawson isn’t just a photographer/videographer- he is able to bustle a dress, put on a veil to perfection, do last minute alterations on your wedding dress, spot a single strand of hair out of place from a mile away, the list goes on and in. They captured our day better than I could have imagined, and the addition of the photo wall was the best call/so fun! Steve has such a creative vision and made everyone feel so comfortable throughout the entire day, as did Jacob, Joshua, and Justus. Michelle Lawson Photography is by far the best decision you can make for your event! I spent numerous hours talking to different photography vendors and looking at reviews, pictures, and work. To say that I made by far the best decision to use MLP is an understatement.
My husband and I are not the biggest people for taking pictures and before we did an engagement shoot with Steve, he assured us that we will be the happiest after the shoot With that said, he couldn’t have been more correct. We had the best time, got a million photos we love, and could not wait for the wedding.
Fast forward to the wedding, Steve and his son Caleb (2 prime shooters) captured the most breathtaking photos that we cannot stop looking through everyday.

We actually met them at a prior wedding of which my husband was part of the wedding party and he had such a blast with them at the wedding that they were actually the first vendors we knew we wanted from the day he proposed. Leading up to the wedding, he was attentive and proactive with conversations understanding what we wanted out of our photography/videography. It was a true pleasure to work and communicate with them. Day of they made the day so much fun. Not to mention they captured an abundance of amazing photos and captured great short/full length videos. From my very first conversation with Steve, I knew Michelle Lawson Photography was who we were going to hire for our wedding day... I never even followed up with other companies. Steve was actually at the airport during our first phone call waiting for a flight and still made the time to chat with me and answer any questions I had. He is extremely easy to talk with and very personable, which carried over perfectly for our big day. Steve helped fixed my hair during photos and even fixed my bustle multiple times during the reception until it was solid enough not to fall while dancing. ALL of our photos turned out beautifully. To start, I need to give a big shout out to my main photographer ROB!! He was an absolute ball of energy from the moment he arrived to the minute we said good night. He kept us all so hyped for the entire day and during the reception while we were partying he was working on getting us a sneak peak of our photos which were absolutely gorgeous! His assistant Tiana for the night, who is more than just a pretty face, helped capture my dad's reaction during our daddy-daughter first look as well as my handsome groom's reaction while I was walking down the aisle.
We also got a Photo Booth for our big day and let me tell you... That was the BEST idea ever! Michelle Lawson's photo booths are not robot-operated. They are manned by an actual photographer who gets great shots and gives your guests a print out. Worth every penny. HIRE THEM! -

The absolute best photography
I am so beyond happy to have found Michelle Lawson photography from the explore page on Instagram (lol, true story!) it led me to meeting my photographer, Rob Wendel. I have never met someone with more high positive energy. It is BEYOND contagious and SUCH a pleasure to be around. Rob photographed my engagement shoot as well as my wedding. The first time shooting with Rob for my engagement photos, I remember calling my dad immediatley after to tell him how FUN it was and my dad saying “that’s the type of person you want following you around all day for your wedding” and boy was he right. Rob is not only a walking ray of sunshine but is also a creative genius. I love that he is constantly seeing visions I couldn’t even think of and then nails the photos. Also, I love honesty and specifically told Rob to please tell me if I need to fix something in order for me to feel confident in my photos. With that being said, he listened to what I said. I love how if he took a photo, he’d be honest and tell me to fix whatever it was because he knows that I wouldn’t like the photo and then we’d retake it again with either my hair fixed, my body positioning different, or even to fix the make up on my face. It truly shows how passionate he is about his work and wanting to make his clients happy. It has made me trust him so much. I will forever use Rob for every milestone photoshoot and I will forever miss his fun, funny, energetic, positive personality and attitude. I have no words to express how amazing Steve and his team are. From the first time we spoke to Steve on the phone we knew he was the right person for the job. He is one of the most genuine and professional people in this world. My now husband HATES pictures and I don’t know what I would have done without Steve. We had to reschedule the engagement shoot three times due to a flat tire and weather and Steve made it all happen and when we were able to shoot he kept my husband smiling and laughing the ENTIRE time, we got beautiful pictures and got the link extremely fast.
For the wedding, Steve went above and beyond to find the best places to shoot regardless of the crazy winds. We gave him a list of all the pictures we wanted to get done before the ceremony started and he was able to get them all done and with time to spare! During the cocktail hour and reception he was EVERYWHERE! All my guests keep telling me that he was the best photographer they ever seen before to the point that my mother in law contracted him for her other daughters wedding across the country BECAUSE HE IS THAT GOOD!
We got the wedding pictures back SO FAST that I am still shocked and I can’t even express how beautiful the pictures are! The pictures are received using a link and is so easy to share them with family and friends so they can grab all the pictures they want!

Steve Lawson was our photographer for our early December wedding. This team was incredible. Besides taking photos of every single aspect of our special day they also captured everything with video. Steve isn’t just a fantastic photographer, he is a full service groom and bride attendant. During the cocktail hour he used his multitool to cut the bride out of her vail when it refused to come off, he used his lighter to burn the fringes off of the grooms bowtie, he even threaded a needle and sewed the bride back into her wedding dress and rebustled the dress when the previous hemming broke. As you can tell, this wasn’t just a full served photography team - this was even more. Oh and the over 2,000 photos look AWESOME! a. We hired Steve for our 12/9/2022 wedding at Casa Feliz for photo & video. We also had Steve for our engagement photos a year prior and the night before our wedding at the rehearsal dinner. All of the reviews you see here have to be true because they are the best in the business. I’m usually skeptical when I see all great reviews… he had to pay them right? No, Michelle Lawson Photography is really that good. Not only have the photos came out beautifully but Steve clearly has an eye for a good shot. When my husband and I were just walking through the venue, he had us stop for a quick shot based on the lighting he saw. That unplanned shot has ended up being our favorite one! All of our bridal party and family loved working with Steve and his team! They were all so professional and just enjoyable to be around! I had seen their amazing work on Instagram and other websites, and when we did our first consult with Steve, I knew that he was the person we wanted by our side on our wedding day. Best Photographer EVER!!
Where do we start! First, we feel like Steve from Michelle Lawson Photography is now part of the family! We first met Steve when he did our engagement photo shoot. He was so professional, cool, easy to work with and had so many ideas and special places to shoot. He captured us in a way that our love and who we are as a couple pops in every one of our pictures. Our engagement photos are AMAZING!!!
Then I wanted to surprise my groom with a special wedding day present. I had Steve do a boudoir photo shoot for me. Now here is where his true professionalism shined. As you can imagine I was pretty nervous and self conscious. But…not for long! Steve made me feel so comfortable and made the entire photo shoot fun! I felt so pretty (and sexy) I couldn’t wait to give my man his wedding present. Which he LOVED by the way.
Well it didn’t take long for the entire family to get to know Steve. Our kids surprised us a few day before our wedding day with a family photo shoot throughout Palm Beach. Again, Steve was beyond AMAZING! He took some time to get to know all our kids and knew all the prettiest and best places to get the best photos. Ours kids love him! And again our pictures are stunning!
Then came our wedding day. I didn’t think it could get any better but Steve managed to make our day even more special. He brought his team and made the day magical. He and Rob the videographer took their time taking pictures of every little detail from my dress and accessories, getting ready, great pics of the guys, the ceremony, the Parteeeeee and even found special details I had placed in restrooms! He didn’t miss a thing! He captured every special moment of our special day. The photos are so incredibly beautiful and there are soooo many! I am so happy we found Steve. Hiring a photographer is probably the most important decision you can make when planning a wedding. When I found MLP I was obsessed with their editing, especially because a lot of photographers I was finding over-edit the crap out of out of their photos. I hired them, and they captured every single moment throughout the entirety of the day. They provided us with more photos than I ever expected, and they turned out better than amazing. Our wedding was Oct 1, 2022 and have already received back all edited images. We particularly loved his approach "no photo held hostage." Most photographers will only release X amount of edited images for a high price. Steve and Michelle Lawson Photography are breaking the industry standards and giving the couples what they deserve with producing all images with edits most importantly WITHOUT jeopardizing the quality of the photographs. Rob and his assistant Audra were excellent from the moment they arrived to the ending of our wedding. Rob keeps the party alive with his energy and positivity. He is so much fun and keeps the vibe going all day long! Highly recommend him for wedding photography, you will not be disappointed. He keeps you on a good schedule too so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We saw a preview of some of our photos, they are stunning! We are so excited to see the final product! -

SPEECHLESS at the services Steve and his team provided for us on our wedding day. Steve is the absolute sweetest and cares so much. The energy he brings is phenomenal. He’s a master at: comforting you, fixing your one hair that is sticking out before getting the shot, having an awesome sense of humor, getting EVERY DETAIL request complete and last but not least— SEWING. He sewed my dress because the bustle broke. He was so quick and happy to make sure it was securely attached so I can dance the night away. Caleb was an angel- constantly comforted us and made all the butterflies go away. There were so many guests coming up to me throughout the night complimenting this team. I could go on & on. I will recommend this team to any new bride. Adore you all so much! -

Where do I even begin!! My husband and I got married on May 21, 2022. We only started planning our wedding in February, and I found Michelle Lawson Photography pop up everywhere when I started searching for wedding photographers. After a couple leads fell through, I spoke to Steve Lawson at the beginning of April and immediately knew we had to book them! He was beyond accommodating knowing that we were only two months away from the big day! I found them to be incredibly reasonably priced which was very nice, they always responded so quickly which is always helpful in the planning process! Day-of, Caleb Lawson was our photographer and we were BLOWN AWAY!!! His personality and professionalism made us so happy! He knew how to make everyone comfortable in front of the camera and he truly captured every special moment. We were joined by Michelle Lawson as a second photographer for the ceremony and we couldn’t be more grateful to have them shoot our ceremony and wedding reception!! Caleb had wonderful tips and tricks for photography with guests at the wedding and we really appreciated his creativity!! I hope to recommend them to everyone I can, you would not be disappointed!!!

I wish I could write a million reviews for MLP. They are THE BEST! You really can’t beat them - first of all, I knew I wanted to use Steve before I was engaged because he photographed my sisters wedding and brought so much energy and jokes that we laughed ALL day! The pics turned out phenomenal and because we were having so much fun, we looked natural! Steve wasn’t available so when he told me Rob was, I trusted him 100%. Rob is now one of our FAVE PEOPLE EVER! And Audra who joined him even filmed special moments for us on her phone. These two go ABOVE and beyond. Rob’s energy is unmatched and the girls are STILL talking about how Rob made our day. Now the single girls want to use him for their weddings lol! We were singing and dancing all day, he found unique gorgeous spots for pictures, helped with my dress, fixed my veil, and my favorite part - he even prayed for us and with us. I mean he even has a sewing kit in case of emergency. oh and a bonus? MLP has unlimited hours for photos as an option! The wedding guests had a ball with Rob and enjoyed him climbing from tree to tree to make SURE he got the best of the best photos. We are awkward with photos and not for one second did we ever feel awkward in front of the camera with Rob directing us. I LOVE YOU ROB!!!!!!! I can’t wait to frame thousands of them. ROB - I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH. Thank you for capturing our special moments - planned and unplanned. Thank you for taking charge of the day and for always having my back. Thank you for being a bright shining light of pure happiness and joy and for ensuring that the Lord was at the center of our day. You are stuck with us forever and I would recommend you infinite times 😍
