  Great with kids

  Michelle came to our family farm to photograph EIGHT kids, six parents and 2 grandparents. She nailed it! Somehow she managed to wrangle every kid into the desired frame and get them all to look her way with authentic and sweet expressions. We love the photos!

  Amazing Photographer

  Michelle is exceptional at her job, she truly is an artist and captures the most amazing shots. She is a true professional and is so easy to work with. She is very detailed oriented and I was amazed at how quickly she was able to do all the photos after the ceremony. She is one of the best to work with and helped us plan our timeline with photos so everything went so smoothly! I would highly recommend her for your engagement and wedding pictures.

  Michelle exceded our expectations in all aspects of her work. She is first place in kindness and professionalism and her photographs are absolutely fine art. She was beyond helpful when it came to planning a photographic timeline for our entire wedding day- she captured EVERYTHING and had some great suggestions that neither I nor my husband would have thought of. It was very obvious that she has weddings down to a science. She also had no trouble organizing and flying through our family portraits even though there were almost a hundred of us! Once the day began I felt like she was everywhere and nowhere all at once. She was never intrusive or pushy as I have seen photographers be at other events. She was there for every special moment and with her candids she captured the mood perfectly. When we looked at our wedding photos my husband and I both cried- to see everyone's faces in the emotional moments was like reliving the day. Michelle is a superb photographer with expert knowledge of her equipment and capabilities. She operates smoothly and with experienced autonomy. I would recommend her a thousand times over and trust her again any time!

  Michelle is absolutely wonderful! I felt very comfortable talking with her from our first meeting. She is extremely personable, professional and quickly grasped onto the vision we had for our wedding. She was incredibly flexible, working with me to ensure we would have a sunny day for my bridals and took us to the most beautiful spot in Blowing Rock. She spent an entire afternoon with us; right up until the sun was setting to capture the perfect shots. We were thrilled when she was with us for our whole wedding day. My bridesmaids and I got ready at my Mother’s house which was 35 minutes away from our venue. Michelle had no problem meeting us there to capture our getting ready shots and bridesmaids pics. She asked that her 2nd photographer meet with the guys at our venue to do the same with them. Michelle was very diligent in collecting samples of images that we wanted to emulate and worked hard to ensure that she was able to capture as many as possible throughout our day. She was one of the first people with us on our day and one of the last people to leave (her second was there too and was also fantastic!!). The pictures are AMAZING! Everyone has been blown away by the quality and moments she captured. Also, she stayed in constant contact with me during the planning process. She even reached out to me 8 weeks prior to the wedding to secure our Bridal portrait date, map out a plan for the big day, provide her photography timeline and talk through any additional details that were important to me. There were some added touches/surprises that I won’t spoil, but I promise you’ll love them as much as I did! To sum it up, she is creative, flexible, intuitive, super responsive, very talented and a true joy to be around. If you’re lucky enough to have the chance to work with Michelle, don’t pass up the opportunity. Get on her calendar soon before all her dates fill up, I know they will go fast! She’s truly THE BEST!

  We were so happy with Michelle - she was very laid back, but still professional. Our photos reflect our personality very well, she took the time to speak with us, look around our venue, and decide what shots she wanted to do. She didn't have us do any awkward, cheesy, stiff and formal poses. She wasn't watching the clock and was flexible on time, and made a special trip out on her own to see the venue beforehand. Plus her rates are unbeatable.

  Michelle was excellent to work with. She was very attentative to all of. My needs/concerns for our big day. Our pictures turned out GREAT!! People still talk about them to this day. She is has great prices and you get a good quality of work. I plan to use her again when ever we have kids :)
