  South Shore Engagement and Wedding

  I cannot recommend Merrisa, Nick, and Merrisa Caroline Photography enough! My husband and I worked together with Merrisa Caroline Photography for our engagement photos and wedding photos and video. Merrisa took special care to be sure that each specific wedding detail and family grouping was included in the photos and Nick captured the essence of our day perfectly on video! We were so grateful that being in front of the camera was never uncomfortable and we were able to have fun during our shoots. We also appreciated that Merrisa was able to ensure our wedding moved along smoothly and we were able to mange our time to maximize enjoying our day. Without a doubt, I would recommend Merrisa Caroline Photography

  Amazing, realistic & fun photographer

  Merrisa and Nick were exactly what we were looking for. We knew we wanted a photographer and videographer that could capture the fun of our day. They did an amazing job mixing together 'classic' wedding photos with fun, colorful, realistic photos of our day. We could not be happier with the result. PS - If you did not hire videography for your wedding, this is your sign to HIRE Nick! I was on the fence about videography and could not be happier that we did it. There is so much going on during your day that it is impossible to remember all of the details. Our video is one of my absolute favorites and I haven't even seen the entirety of it!

  Picture Perfect

  Merissa and her husband Nick were so kind and genuine. We loved having them a part of our special day! They made us feel so at ease and comfortable. Super professional and responsive! We had to postpone and are so happy they were available for our new date. Couldn’t imagine anyone else capturing our day!!

  Absolutely Wonderful!

  Merrisa was so sweet and awesome to work with. She made our engagement photo shoot so comfortable. She also turned around the photos super fast, and we LOVE them. So talented, so great! We plan to fly her out to Atlanta for our wedding since she was so wonderful :)

  SO happy we said YES to video!

  When we originally set out on wedding planning, we weren't sure about investing in a wedding video due to budget. However, I was part of my cousin's wedding which turned out to be a total wash out (think hurricane-like winds and downpours). BUT, we saw how calm Merrisa and Nick were throughout her entire day and the photos + video spoke for themselves. SO, we ended up giving Merrisa and Nick a call right away and LUCKILY locked down both of them to capture our wedding day.
  Safe to say... it was the best investment ever. Not only are they incredible as a team/duo, working so flawlessly together, but they are extremely reasonably priced and the quality is UNMATCHED. 
  What we loved most about Nick + Merrisa were how CALM they were throughout our entire day. It was a bit hectic due to the setting of the sun/time crunch (November wedding!), but they kept us calm and on schedule the entire time. When others around us were not calm - they were. Always ensuring they were capturing what they needed. In addition, both provided excellent pointers and tips on what to do, where to stand, etc. (which was a relief because I was so nervous about looking awkward on video). They assured us other wise! 
  The video preview we have received has seriously blown us away. SO many shots were captured so creatively and beautifully - all looking extremely natural and flawless. I cannot say enough positive things. Besides the fact that we LOVED our video and have watched it no less than 100 times, we just loved spending time with Nick + Merrisa. They're SO cool and made our day 100x better. Feeling like friends who were there to party and celebrate with us, too! Yet they were extremely professional - always answering every email and responding to any question I had (there were plenty LOL). 
  
  BRIDES: INVEST in a wedding video from Nick + Merrisa. YOU WON"T regret it!!

  Merrisa is absolutely AMAZING! She shot our engagement pictures and they turned out better than I could have ever imagined! She made it a fun and relaxing experience for my fiance and I.   Merrisa photographed both our proposal and our elopement day. She was able to hide among the rocks at the ocean to capture the moment when my husband asked me to marry him. We were so pleased with her work that we hired her for our marriage day also. Merrisa was on site at 5:30 am, with a smile! She was professional and calm as she worked, and made our unique ceremony even more special. Her expertise allowed us to focus on the exchange of vows without the worry of taking pictures.   Merrisa is an amazing photographer. She was so patient with our puppy during our engagement shoot. She was also more than willing to try a few locations! I couldn't ask for a better photographer... Cannot wait for the wedding!!!

  As they say the only thing you have left from your wedding is the photography, we were so blessed to find Merrisa!
  
  She met us half way for our first meeting and was so easy to talk to. She understood our vision for the pictures and gave me confidence that we were in good hands. Merrisa was so accommodating when our wedding arrived and so understanding when we had requests. We booked her husband for Videography and that was another great choice. They both fit right into the day and with our guests. As they are a couple, they worked so well together and were very easy going throughout the entire day.
  
  We just received our pictures and are so happy!! We wanted lifestyle pictures that captured the day spontaneously and that is exactly what Merrisa was able to do. I relived the entire day through the pictures and the video.

  Merrisa did a boudoir shoot for me prior to my wedding as a surprise gift for my husband to be! Not only is Merrisa's work BEAUTIFUL, but she was so kind to bring items to the set, come to my location, and she was extremely responsive to all my text messages! I would highly, highly recommend Merrisa Caroline Photography for any of your events- she is AMAZING!
  
  I had to come back and make sure that I added my review on Merrisa AGAIN since I couldn't help myself but to call her up the weekend of my wedding to come take "getting ready'' photos of my girls and I. Merrisa was able to come for 2 hours the morning of my wedding and capture the most beautiful getting ready photos- from make up photos, hair, my shoes, rings, photo album, grandmothers jewelry, you name it she captured it in the most stunning way! Thank you so much again!

  Merrisa is wonderful photographer ! She immediately put us in such an ease. Never forced a shot, waited for the right moment and allowed the shoot to flow naturally. Our wedding was a small intimate ceremony for us and our family. Merrisa and Nick were able to make everybody part of the photos just as we wanted. We all had fun and the pictures are beautiful.

  Where to begin?! Merrisa is literally the photographer of my DREAMS! I love her energy while shooting, I honestly just wanted to hang out with her longer! I'm so in love with every photo. I love her style of editing, and her style of shooting. Its super candid and in the moment - not posed or fake. I feel like I'm receiving real life moments captured for me to hold on to for a lifetime. I cant say enough good things. My heart breaks that I didn't know her and have her photograph my wedding day. She is wonderful and I truly look forward to working with her again.

  Merrisa was a joy to work with. She was excellent with responding to emails and flexible with scheduling. Her style is natural and relaxed which was great because it made my husband and I feel comfortable having our pictures done! She has a real talent and eye for detail. I would absolutely recommend her and am looking forward to working with her in the future!
