DJ Michael Lentz crushed it!

We hired DJ Michael Lentz to DJ/MC our wedding back in September and we absolutely could not be happier with his work. We wanted a packed dancefloor all night and he did not disappoint. Michael was a consummate professional, a pleasure to plan the night with, and really brought his artistry to his DJ set, which not only kept our dancefloor packed, but also had people asking who we hired to do it.

Michael incorporated each song we felt was a "must have" with the genres we loved in such a way that we could tell he (a) cared about our choices (b) knew his stuff and (c) took pleasure in his work. He even played some stuff we forgot we wanted on there. The songs got people out there and flowed so effortlessly into one another (across genres and language barriers alike) that no one wanted to leave the floor. Michael made transitions through big band, 2000s pop, Spanish language pop, hyphy music, emo, and dirty south rap feel effortless and exciting. That's money well spent!

Plus, he was totally professional when the night threw a slight curveball (a family member who wanted to "say a few words" outside the scheduled speakers). Michael correctly sensed that grandpa has a bit of a penchant for saying exactly the wrong thing at the wrong time, and he was cool, calm, and collected as he looked to us for guidance on whether or not to let it happen. He let grandpa have his moment, but looked to us for direction as he kept his fingers on the mic volume and the play button just in case things got out of hand (they did not!)

Meritage was also excellent to interact with on the back end. We felt totally taken care of. The sample DJ sets on their website were incredibly helpful to figure out what each DJ was into and where their specialties lay. We felt that both Michael's and Evan Healey's sets in particular were where we wanted to be musically, and Michael happened to be the one available on our wedding date. He was also nearby (western Mass, just over the mountain from us) which felt right because we love to support local people's work.

I would absolutely hire Michael again for a wedding. And I would recommend him to friends and family in a heartbeat. In fact, how can I get him to DJ our holiday party??

TLDR: Meritage is excellent and Michael is a gem. 10/10

Great Experience with DJ James

After we heard DJ James at two of our friends weddings, he was our first choice when the time came to book our own wedding DJ. He did an amazing job with everything from the ceremony, to reception and had our dance floor packed the whole night! James was great to work with and was so accommodating during the whole planning proccess and throughout the wedding day. We would recommend DJ James and Meritage to anyone planning a wedding!

From the very start of the process to the wedding day, working with Meritage was the best! James was always there to answer any of our questions and their process was clear and organized from start to finish. We worked with DJ Evan and he was awesome!! Before our wedding, Evan met with us to review everything we wanted and was really receptive to the overall vibe we were trying to have. He kept everyone on the dance floor all night and we couldn't picture having anyone better for our DJ! I would highly recommend Meritage & Evan for anyone who is looking for a great DJ!

The Perfect Soundtrack to Our Wedding Day

We had DJ Evan Healey from Meritage Entertainment for our wedding on October 18, 2025, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From our very first conversation, Evan was an absolute pleasure to work with — professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure our day felt like us. He took the time to really get to know our taste in music, our vibe as a couple, and the kind of energy we wanted throughout the night, and he absolutely nailed it.

Evan made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. He helped us think through details we hadn’t even considered, offered amazing suggestions, and was incredibly responsive every step of the way. You can tell he not only knows his craft inside and out but also loves what he does — and that energy shines through in every interaction.

When it came to the big day, Evan delivered perfection. Every moment — from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception — flowed seamlessly. The music was perfectly curated and timed, setting the tone for each part of the day. Our dance floor was full all night long — truly, people never left it! He struck the perfect balance between our must-play songs and reading the crowd, blending everything effortlessly to keep the energy high and the fun nonstop.

Guests were raving about how amazing the music was, and we’ve had so many people tell us it was one of the most fun weddings they’ve ever attended. Evan’s ability to mix songs, sense the mood, and keep everyone engaged is a real talent. On top of that, his friendly and calm demeanor made everything feel so easy — we never once had to worry about a thing.

We can’t thank Evan and the entire Meritage Entertainment team enough for helping make our wedding day truly unforgettable. It was everything we hoped for and more — a perfect celebration filled with laughter, love, and nonstop dancing. Best dj ever!

We chose Dj Tumi (Andrew) from Meritage for our wedding day, and I seriously can't recommend him enough! He made sure his music matched the vibe we were looking for, and he absolutely crushed it! I have never seen such a packed dance floor for as long as I did on my wedding day. Even weeks later, friends and family were commenting on how great our wedding music was. Dj Tumi is the best, and I am so glad I chose him to be a part of our special day.

Best. Dancefloor. Ever.

We had DJ Cam Viola as our wedding DJ, and he absolutely CRUSHED IT. We had him for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He was great working with my husband and our officiant to ensure the sound was clear, and every single song that was played was a banger. We wanted a funky, r&b, reggaeton, disco, and hip-hop vibe. From the instrumentals he played as guests were being seated, to the songs he played at dinner, to the dance floor… we could not be happier! One of our biggest compliments of the day was the music. He even had the older folks dancing to Burna Boy and Fatman Scoop! 1000/10 recommend.

Wedding 9/25/25

We hired Meritage for our wedding on 9/25/25, and we had Evan as our DJ. I can honestly say I've never danced more in one night in my entire life. I had THE best day of my life, and Evan only made it better! He was able to get everyone out on the dance floor, singing, dancing and raging together! Dj evan was amazing!

One of our major debates in wedding planning was to do a band of DJ - thankfully we found Meritage after attending a cousin’s wedding where the party NEVER stopped. We knew that was what we wanted and DJ Evan executed that flawlessly. Without giving too much direction other than to keep it lively, speak to all ages and keep the dance floor packed, DJ Evan kept the energy high from the first song to the very last. He also made our ceremony and cocktail hour flow seamlessly with the perfect music choices. Our guests can’t stop raving about how awesome our DJ was and we are so grateful for how much fun everyone had, including us!! We also did the photobooth which was a hit and provided lots of fun memories & laughs for all. Highly recommend adding in the uplighting too - you don’t realize how much it adds to the party!! We cannot wait to recommend Meritage to everyone we possibly can.

Our Guests Are Still Raving About Cam!

We worked with Cam for our wedding in August 2025 at the Owl's Nest Resort in NH, and he was absolutely amazing! Leading up to the day, he provided a document for us to fill out with our key songs, must-plays, and do-not-plays, which we reviewed on a call the week of the wedding. We also shared a playlist to give him an idea of the vibe we wanted, and he nailed it. From the moment he arrived, Cam was attentive—making sure we and our officiant were set for the ceremony. He handled music for the cocktail hour, intros, and reception seamlessly, and the energy he brought through the mic was awesome. The dance floor was packed all night, and our guests are still raving about how much fun they had and how memorable he made the night. Cam was a pleasure to work with—professional, easygoing, and completely in tune with what we wanted. We couldn’t recommend him more!

Best DJ ever!

Andrew and the Meritage team met, and exceeded, our expectations. Before the wedding, they were very helpful in the process leading up to the big day. They made sure to make every detail we asked for come to light and worked in a relaxed, yet professional, way that made the whole process feel so comfortable.

The day of the wedding was perfect. I’ve been to so many weddings that had a lot of technical difficulties but the music, microphones, and everything DJ related went perfectly.

The dance floor was everything we dreamed of. Our goal was to keep the dance floor packed and Andrew kept the floor packed as promised. I had friends and family members approach me about the dj to say how great he was. His transitions between songs were flawless and he played music that fit all crows so everyone was entertained.
I’ve already given meritages info to 2 others that want to use them for their weddings!
10/10 review, I will remember this day forever and the music is a huge reason why!

DJ TUMI is Your Guy!

From the moment we began working with DJ Andrew, we knew we were in the best hands. We had a long list of "do play" and "don’t play" songs, hoping to strike the perfect balance between our friends and family of all ages... and Andrew nailed it. Every transition was seamless, the energy was electric, and he kept the dance floor packed all night long.

One of the most emotional moments of the day was walking down the aisle with my dad to the acoustic version of “Stargazing” to meet Brian. There was truly not a dry eye. But Andrew had a surprise in store: after playing the two ending songs we had requested, he hit us with his final “one more” song, the original version of “Stargazing.” It was an absolutely electric moment and the perfect full-circle ending to the best night of our lives.

The best wedding DJ!

We are so incredibly thankful for Andrew Tuminelli and everyone at Meritage Entertainment for making our wedding night truly unforgettable. From start to finish, Andrew went above and beyond, especially when we had to shift our ceremony locations due to unexpected weather. He handled everything seamlessly.

We gave Andrew a general idea of the kind of music we liked but trusted him to bring his own artistic flair…and wow, did he deliver. Multiple guests told us he was the best wedding DJ they’ve ever experienced! Our venue had an outdoor patio with cozy fire pits, and we were a little nervous that people would drift outside as the night progressed. But thanks to Andrew, the dance floor was packed from the first song to the last.

Amazing DJ!

We cannot recommend DJ James DiNanno from Meritage Entertainment highly enough! From start to finish, James was an absolute pro - super communicative, easy to work with, and completely tuned into our vision for the event. He brought an amazing energy that kept the dance floor packed all night long!

James has a real talent for reading the crowd and playing just the right mix of music to keep everyone, from our youngest guests to our grandparents, dancing and having a great time. He knows how to amp up the energy in a way that feels natural and exciting, not over-the-top. His enthusiasm is infectious, and it really set the tone for the night.

On top of his DJ skills, the photo booth he provided was a huge hit with our guests! It was a fun, interactive addition that had people laughing, posing, and making memories all night.

So Accommodating!

Meritage was the absolute best to work with!! They were super organized and answered so many questions along the way. Angelo, our DJ, made sure the dance floor was packed the entire night! He was loved by everyone! He also made us feel so at ease leading up to the wedding by calling us and checking in throughout the week! I especially loved that when I shared the idea of doing a secret recording for my bridal entrance, they helped put together a clip of the recording and my aisle song! Hire DJ Pete!

We hired Pete O'Karma from Meritage Entertainment for our wedding last weekend, and he was phenomenal! Throughout the planning process, the Meritage team was quick to respond to any questions we had. Pete took the time to understand our vision and even offered helpful recommendations to improve the flow of the night.

We had a wide range of music in mind—from Motown and Disco to Afrobeats—and Pete didn’t miss a beat. He blended and transitioned between genres seamlessly, keeping the energy up and the dance floor packed.

We also incorporated a Nigerian traditional entrance and money spray into our reception, and Pete made sure to have the exact versions of every song we requested. That moment was a major highlight of the day, and we can’t thank him enough for helping bring it to life.

Our guests are still reaching out to tell us how great he was! Pete checked in with us throughout the night and helped keep everything on track with our timeline. We also worked with a saxophonist (outside of Meritage), and Pete made the coordination effortless.

If we ever need a DJ again, Pete will be our first call!

Cam killed it!

We used Meritage and DJ/MC Cam Viola for our wedding this past weekend - Cam absolutely crushed it. Our dance floor was packed all night long and Cam played the perfect set, mixing classics, new hits, and some of our favorite songs from college. We also hired a saxophone player to incorporate into the reception and Cam flawlessly included him into the performance, and played some amazing songs that really helped to highlight the sax. All of the equipment provided from microphones to the speakers and uplighting was really high quality. Working with Cam was seamless. He was incredibly professional and accommodating to all of needs, and we could not have asked for a perfect match. I would recommend Cam 10 out of 10 times to DJ and MC your wedding - just warn your guests to stretch beforehand, cause they’re going to be dancing all night long like ours were!!

We can’t recommend Meritage — and especially our DJ Greg — more highly! Greg was absolutely incredible from start to finish. His music selection was spot on, following our inspo playlist perfectly and reading the room all night long. He seamlessly tailored the energy to match the crowd, making sure guests of all ages were up and dancing — and no one wanted the party to end! Our reception went until midnight, and the dance floor was packed the entire time.

Greg was not only professional and talented but also such a blast to work with. He even bonded with some of our friends — a few of them sent us photos with him after the wedding! It was clear he genuinely wanted to make the night unforgettable.

Best wedding DJ

Andrew (DJ Tumi) was the DJ at our wedding, and he was excellent! Communication from Meritage and Andrew throughout the process was great. We also used him for the ceremony music and he was perfect. During the reception, Andrew did a great job weaving in our must-plays with other music based on our interests and preferences as well as the vibes of everyone dancing. His transitions between songs were top notch and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. So many of our guests have raved about him and are still telling us how much they loved the DJ at our wedding. Several have told us he was the best DJ they'd ever had at a wedding. Andrew played a huge role in making this the most special day, and I can't recommend him enough to future couples considering booking Meritage/Andrew for their wedding.

We absolutely loved working with Meritage & DJ Nick DePalma! They took the time to get to know our musical tastes and the vibe we wanted to curate for our wedding day—and it paid off big time! Amazing experience with Meritage!

Meritage and DJ Tumi were absolutely amazing. The booking process was seamless and DJ Tumi's thorough preparation led to a great wedding. All of our guests commented on how good the music was and how flawlessley DJ Tumi executed the mashups we requested. The dance floor was packed the entire night. Packed dance floor all night long!

I may be biased, by our wedding had one of the most packed dance floors I’ve ever seen! DJ Evan from Meritage truly went above and beyond to keep the party going all night long! I don’t even know how many compliments we received on how good the music was - even our grandparents commented on how fun the dancing was! Evan ran everything totally on time, his introductions and transitions were seamless. He pulled from the playlists I made for both dinner and dancing, and added his own twist based on the vibe of the crowd. He truly played hit after hit and managed to get a good mix of songs that every generation knew. He also suggested to us that we start with a slow song to get everyone on the dance floor, and that worked so much better than I expected! If I had to do it over again, I’d hire Evan / Meritage every time.

Best music for the best night of our lives

There are definitely plenty of DJ options available, but if you want to ensure your wedding has incredible music and an unforgettable atmosphere, Meritage and Cam are the way to go. Cam's ability to read the crowd and keep the energy high is unmatched. He seamlessly balanced the diverse age group of our guests, ensuring everyone had a great time. An easy choice!

Meritage was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding. Our family and friends are still talking about the dj and how fun the party was. Andrew was an awesome choice of DJ and knew exactly what we were looking for based on one phone conversation. Highly recommend!

Epitome of Professionalism

Where do we start. Luckily Sara and I know Nick on a personal level which attracted us to him in the first place, however we want to write this review unbiased. Nick was the epitome of professionalism. His calmness through his directions from start to finish throughout the ceremony, dinner, and dance floor are seemingly unmatched. Not only was he right on que for all of our specific instructions, but when it was time to give him the freedom for the dancing, he blew us all away. We have already had endless compliments from all of our guests and have already given Meritage's and Nicks information out. We cannot recommend these services enough. If you want your entire guest list dancing for 3 straight hours, you NEED to choose Meritage, and Nick Anson. Best DJ on the planet.

The most fun dj and dance floor

James DiNanno at Meritage kept nearly every guest on our dance floor the entire night. We never knew just how critical having the perfect DJ was until Meritage did our wedding. James asked the right questions to understand our vibe, and he did the rest by feeling out the crowd and reacting accordingly. Our guests both during, and after, couldn’t stop talking about our DJ. Two months later, people are still raving about how good the music was, and how crazy the dance floor was. We also did the full package with James, including the ceremony music, cocktail hour music, up lighting and the Gif booth. I had no idea what to expect with the GIF booth but it was so much fun, people thought it was so unique, and everyone got a link to the website to see all the pictures and videos from the night. We can’t recommend them enough. I want to relive this night over again!!! THANK YOU JAMES!

Also-- we had a black tie wedding and they were so professional and dressed the part. It's the little things!

DJ Greg is phenomenal!

Great experience before and during the ceremony. Seamless planning and coordination ahead of time and an absolutely phenomenal experience during the wedding. 10/10 recommend. What an amazing experience...

James did a fantastic job DJing our wedding! We are older (50s) and were looking for someone who enjoyed and understood the music of the 80s and 90s. After reviewing dozens of DJ videos, we felt like James was a great fit. A call with him confirmed it. He did an amazing job of getting people out onto the dance floor and keeping them there with excellent song choices. He could really read the vibe of the guests and pick the right songs to match. Amazing Experience with Meritage Entertainment

We couldn’t have been happier with the Meritage Entertainment & James as our DJ for our wedding! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and helpful, reading the crowd perfectly and keeping the dance floor packed all night long, which is exactly what we envisioned. The music selection was spot on, seamlessly blending our favorite songs with crowd-pleasers.

James took the time to meet with us beforehand to understand our vision and requests, even blending songs for our reception entrance. The sound quality was exceptional, and the lighting added a wonderful ambiance to the venue.

We cannot recommend Meritage DJ and Andrew enough! From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with and played a huge role in making our wedding day unforgettable.

Andrew has an incredible ability to read the crowd and keep everyone on the dance floor—from our youngest guests to our grandparents. He blended classic hits with modern favorites, creating a perfect mix that had everyone on the dance floor.
So many of our guests told us afterward how much they loved the energy and variety of the playlist.

I cannot say enough great things about Meritage or James DiNanno (Boston, MA Wedding). Our December wedding was a blast and the dance floor was packed the entire time. They are truly professionals at what they do and are able to get the party started and keep it going right up until the end! The dance floor did not stop once. Easiest 5 star review I have left!

We contracted with Meritage Entertainment for our Boston wedding in October of 2024. We had previously been to many weddings that were DJ’d by James (the owner) or one the many other talented DJs and were always very impressed by how the night went. When it came time for our wedding, we were always going to consider them.

We reached out and received a prompt (and very reasonable) quote for their service, as well as the opportunity to scout their list of DJ’s and determine which may be the best fit for us. Their roster was full of talent, and we eventually selected Andrew for his upbeat and EDM background.

They remained in contact throughout the entire planning process. Everything is well maintained through their client portal, and no question went unanswered. They provided a comprehensive questionnaire for us to fill out regarding the vibe we wanted, any specific songs to play/avoid, as well as anything special we would want throughout the night.

Just prior to the wedding, Andrew reached out to schedule a 1 hour consultation to make sure everything would go off without a hitch. This was very helpful and assured us that we would not have any hiccups throughout the night.

Andrew arrived early to the venue and was ready to rock and roll. He was very professional, but also very fun. I don’t recall any downtime throughout the reception, as he was really able to read the room and keep the party going strong.

Since the wedding, we have received nothing but glowing reviews about how great Andrew and music/reception was. We could not be happier with Meritage and would 10/10 recommend them for anyone looking for a DJ!

James was also able to hook us up with their GIF photo-booth for the reception. This proved to be a hit! The gifs and photos that were recorded are priceless, and we still find ourselves sharing them with friends and family even months later.

Best Soundtrack to the Best Night of Our Lives!

From the moment we heard Cam's sound bite on the Meritage website, we knew he would be the perfect DJ for us. The music and the seamless transitions made it clear that he was passionate about what he does and strives for the perfect ambiance. After talking to the Meritage company about the details of the booking, we could tell that all of the DJs prioritize your event and are very professional. As a result, this was the least worrisome aspect of our wedding planning. A week before our wedding, we had a call with Cam to plan through the details of our wedding reception and he came very prepared. We came into the call with so many questions about how the reception was going to flow but he put us at ease with his expertise of how to craft a memorable and perfect night. We opted for the uplighting and Cam recommended the best settings for our photos and lighting that would contribute to a more fun ambiance during the dance portion of the night.

Our wedding night was a night to remember and there was literally never a moment when the dance floor wasn't full of our guests letting loose and enjoying themselves (we even caught people dancing during the cocktail hour because he was playing such good music)! We told Cam that we wanted the best dance party and he truly provided that. People cannot stop telling us how much fun they had and how the music made our wedding the best they had attended. Would absolutely recommend Meritage as a vendor, specifically Cam who we truly think is the most talented DJ we've ever heard, and would also recommend the uplighting option (which definitely contributed to the ambiance of the night).

Floor was packed all night and every song was a hit!

DJ Greg at Meritage absolutely crushed it at our wedding! Our dance floor was packed all night and we got our must-play songs, which included of mix of Russian, Latin and pop-punk. Everything flowed together beautifully. DJ Greg kept the program on track as the MC, and put out great vibes all night. Every song he played was a hit and he just looked like he was having a great time. Meritage made the planning process super easy. Thank you for understanding our vision and making it a reality!

If you want a packed dance floor, DJ Nick Anderson is THE BEST

We hired DJ Nick Anderson through Meritage and it was absolutely incredible! Nick was very personable and professional during our consultation with him, and he did an amazing job during our reception! Nick transitioned through songs seamlessly and had the dance floor packed all night! All of our guests complimented his skills and how attentive he was the bride & groom. 10/02/2024 Greg was an amazing DJ! We attended a wedding a few years ago and were so impressed with Meritage DJ that we knew that when we got married we would need to use them, and we were right. Nashville Country Club Wedding 9/21/24

DJ Christian with Meritage Nashville did an AMAZING job at our wedding. We had a call with Christian earlier in the week to go through our survey and expectations, where he hit all the important topics and seemed eager to help us throw the best wedding reception party. He showed up early, helped with the ceremony audio, and then did the best job keeping our crowd jumping all night. It was truly the dance party of our dreams. Our guests loved the songs Christian played and the balance of requests that he allowed! He had the crowd chanting for one more song at the end of the night, which he played after getting a thumbs up from me. We had a final private dance, where Christian not only cranked up the music (per the grooms' request) but also took the most adorable pictures of us while we were dancing in the room one final time. We had a little after party on the patio that I did not expect him to stay for to play music, but he stuck around to make sure we still had background music for that portion as well. I would recommend Meritage and Christian to any engaged couple in Nashville. I have been to enough weddings to know that DJs can make or break the evening. They made it - big time.

We could not be happier with choosing Meritage for our wedding day. They were so responsive and professional from beginning to end. DJ Cammy took time to really understand what kind of music we wanted at our wedding. Music that's unique to you as a couple

We're so, so happy we chose Meritage for our wedding DJ! We got married in August 2024 and worked with Andrew Tuminelli (DJ Tumi). His ability to read the room was incredible. We had a pretty diverse crowd and he did an exceptional job balancing all the different music tastes, from dancehall to boybands. He was so thorough in all pre-wedding communications and we especially appreciated how he was willing to take our suggestions to truly help us tailor the music at our wedding. Weeks later, our friends and family still tell us how much fun they had on the dance floor and how the music at our wedding felt "just like us" - which is what we cared about most!

High energy-tons of dancing!!

We could not be happier that we chose Meritage for our wedding! Every part of the booking/planning process was smooth and straightforward. We had Evan as our wedding DJ, and we were SO impressed with him. There was not one moment of the reception where the dance floor was empty, and the energy was so high the entire night. DJ Cam Viola- Meritage Entertainment

We honestly could not have imagined a better DJ for our wedding than Cam. From the moment we first spoke with him we were impressed with his positive, upbeat attitude and his professionalism and knowledge. The planning process was so easy as Cam made sure to ask us every detail about the vibe we were looking for, many things we never would have thought of on our own. Cam provided the ceremony music and audio seamlessly. He helped us stick to our timeline throughout the entire evening, and even facilitated a very meaningful toast in memory of a loved one. The second the dance floor opened, it was immediately packed and Cam made sure to keep it that way all night long. The music selection perfectly matched everything we were looking for and got everyone up and moving, even those that don’t typically dance. It was seriously the best night of our lives, all thanks to Cams knowledge and hard work. We were so lucky to have worked with such an incredible DJ. Ripped Pants

There is no higher and better description that I can give of this DJ other than say that two people ripped their pants from dancing so much and they kept on dancing. To me it shows the outstanding quality of the DJ and that our guests had an amazingly fun time. I would absolutely hire them again and would recommend this company to anyone.

My husband and I had Evan Healey of Meritage Entertainment as our wedding DJ, and he was awesome! We loved his style of working with us – he was truly interested in learning what music we loved and creating a party that felt like us. He was a total pro with setup and emceeing our event, he was flexible with family speeches throughout the night, and he set a great vibe for the dance party! Highly recommend!

We found Meritage DJ through searching for wedding playlists on Spotify and we noticed one of the best ones was owned by them. The owner was super responsive and informative. Filling out the online forms and making payments were super easy. We chose Greg for our wedding day DJ and he was THE BEST! We had a call a few days before the event about our expectations and he far exceeded them. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were seamless and our reception was a blast! Greg did a great job reading our vibe and played songs we loved that we didn't specifically request. He also looked like he was having a lot of fun the entire time which many of our guests positively noticed. Meritage also provided our uplighting which is a MUST and elevates even the most beautiful of venues. We highly recommend Greg or any of the DJs at Meritage. You will not regret it!

A fantastic experience from Meritage and DJ Pete!

We have nothing but great things to say about Meritage overall, and DJ Pete O'Karma specifically! From the very beginning with the consultation call, they were great in hearing out what kind of event and dancefloor we were looking for. Throughout the entire planning process, they were very responsive to any and all questions (usually responding within 24-48 hours), and were very clear about the details and logistics necessary in advance. And then there was DJ Pete, who was incredibly professional, easy going, and knew how to read a dance floor. He was a flawless MC for the entrance and parent dances, and got the party going immediately in a way that had both the millennial crowd and old-timers partying for nearly the entire night. As an added twist, we had a quasi-Greek wedding, and he was very detail-oriented in making sure he had the right songs to play (and when to play them).

All in all, many of the compliments we've been getting about our wedding have specifically referred to how fun the dance floor was and how great the DJ was. Do yourself a favor: just go with Meritage!

Professionalism. Nonstop partying. Excellence.

I had James DiNanno as my wedding DJ this past weekend. My husband and I have been to many weddings and experienced our fair share of bad DJs -- ones that talk too much, have poor transitions, and don't know their audience. James was flawless and exceeded our expectations. He kept the dance floor packed all night and guests haven't stopped talking about how much fun he was. He made my husband and I feel so special and did everything to allow us to feel present and absorb the love we felt from the guests. It was also incredible to experience how intelligent he was about the music he played, knowing when to transition from song to song and knowing the right songs to play to get people moving. Lastly, James played all the songs we asked him to play and knew when to play them, especially when wanting to conclude the wedding on a high note. I absolutely recommend you hire James or anyone from Meritage Entertainment. They are worth what they cost and will make your special day even more memorable!

P.S. Definitely get the Gif Booth. The guests LOVED it and is a fun activity for people to do if they need a break from the dance floor!

Truly amazing!

I could not recommend Meritage and Evan Healey enough!! Literally everyone from our wedding commented on how spot on the music selection and timing was. The perfect balance of something for everyone. What I especially loved is I could tell Evan was getting a feel for what everyone was vibing with and played more songs in line with those. Best HIIT Workout Ever.
We hired James DiNanno for our New Hampshire wedding on 6/2/24, and you know it’s good when someone takes time to write a review the very next day. Thanks to James at Meritage Entertainment, we had the best night of our lives and couldn’t be happier. James had EVERYONE on the dance floor the entire night and knew how to appeal to everyone’s music tastes. People couldn’t stop raving about how fantastic he was. Be warned though, his song transitions are masterclass and you will not be able to stop dancing once you start, hence the review title. The music was so good we had a hard time stepping off the dance floor for water. Wedding planning is stressful with so many little details to pay attention to. My hope is that someone will read this review, save themselves some stress and time and make this their easiest wedding decision. If you are in the New England area, Choose James. You will not regret it.

We had the absolute best experience with Meritage for their DJ, uplighting, and photobooth services (specifically with Nick). From start to finish, they were so easy to communicate with and made the process so easy. When I posted online, asking for DJ recommendations, I had a flood of messages come in recommending Meritage. From the moment we spoke to Nick on the phone, we had full faith he would fit out vision for our wedding. He far exceeded those expectations the day of. Our dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT. Myself, as the bride, literally did not get off the dance floor the entire night. We were looking for more of an EDM/Dance Mix for the night and he certainly delivered that. Guests also loved the ease of the photo booth and that it was self-service right on the dance floor. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to any future weddings/parties and will be using them again for any events in the future.

Couldn't recommend him enough!

James was an amazing DJ, doing everything from giving us inspiration for our ceremony songs and providing excellent audio support to helping tweak our reception schedule to get the party started on the right foot to playing music that kept the dance floor going for an almost 3-hour dance party. Since the wedding numerous guests have given us overwhelming praise of how good the DJ was, including one couple looking to hire them for their own wedding and a bridesmaid saying “if I weren’t already married, I’d hire your DJ!”. Older relatives were sore from dancing all night and the normally reserved mother of the groom tweaked her hip from dancing so much! Hiring him was one of the best choices of our wedding planning, cannot recommend him enough.

Dj james slayed my nye wedding!

I was fortunate enough to see Meritage DJ in action at my best friend's wedding, and I IMMEDIATELY booked them for my wedding. We had DJ James, who owns the company. James listened to all of my bridezilla requests until the bitter end - I have to give him credit because I was a stickler when it came to the music. He went above and beyond for me, even including the ring light photobooth which was SUCH A HIT with all the guests. I also had a very special/personal moment during my father-daughter dance that was a huge surprise to me and James rolled with the punches and kept things moving PERFECTLY. I can't thank him enough. My friends and family say it was the best wedding they ever went to!

Andrew & Meritage are Incredible

Andrew is hands down the best wedding DJ. We couldn't have been happier with how he orchestrated our wedding day - from the wedding party intros to the first dances to keeping people on the dance floor the entire night. He started off the night with some music that all ages would love and appreciate and throughout the night leaned toward more upbeat, modern songs that our friends loved. Spectacular job managing massive crowd!

I had considered Meritage for my wedding but unfortunately they were already booked for my date. A year later, when I found myself planning a large corporate event, I decided to revisit them and luckily they were available this time.

Rob, the Meritage DJ we enlisted for our event, was an absolute game-changer. I was impressed by Meritage's professionalism and responsiveness, both during event planning and during the event itself.

Our event was quite large (1800 attendees) yet Rob managed to keep the dance floor packed all night and make everyone happy. As requested, he played an eclectic mix of music throughout the event from classic hits to contemporary bangers. The overall vibe of the night was nothing short of spectacular. Rob had an innate sense of the audience's mood and adapting the music accordingly. The positive energy was so contagious it actually took a while to get people to leave when the party was over!

All to say, we hope to work with Meritage again on future events. Thanks Rob and the Meritage team for a great night!

04/22/23 packed the floor

These guys are amazing. They brought the house down at our wedding and made the music made it easy for everyone to be up on the dance floor. When we had our first call with James, he was awesome. We had all the same tastes in music and we were so grateful that James was excited about DJing our wedding. It was the perfect fit. They made everything so easy from the song choices to the scheduling. They made sure our intro and first dance were absolutely perfect and even recommended exactly what to do for the specific songs. He asked us questions or details we never would’ve thought of. We also had AJ Edwards perform during the ceremony and the cocktail hour. He did all acoustic guitar and blew us away. We received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the DJ at our ceremony and the live guitarist were. We cannot recommend Meritage enough.

Could not have asked for a better experience with Meritage Entertainment and specifically DJ Cammy V for our wedding. We had them do our uplighting, ceremony and reception. From the start during our phone calls with Cam, he made us feel relaxed and excited for our big day. Throughout the night, he made sure that everyone was on the same page with the sequence of the night. He made everyone feel at ease and taken care of. Once the music started for the night… no one left the dance floor. That is not an exaggeration. I can’t even count how many times my guests came up to me and told me our DJ was amazing. Such and amazing time!

Our wedding night was amazing thanks to our wonderful DJ Caitlin. She had the dance floor packed the entire night and people were dancing like crazy! DJ Greg PACKED the dance floor!

DJ Greg with Meritage Entertainment was the very first vendor we booked after getting engaged! We fell in love with DJ Greg after hearing him at our friends' wedding in 2021 - we knew immediately that we had to have him at our wedding. From the moment the dance floor opened, it was packed! He played all our favorite hits - including some for our parents and older family members. One of our guests said it best: by the third song of the night, people were already dancing like it was the last song! We wish we could get married again just so we could dance to DJ Greg again!!

Incredible DJ. Don't hesitate to hire Rob DiNanno!

We got married in August and chose Rob as our DJ through Meritage Entertainment. We chose him because we loved the type of music he played on his website and felt it fit our own music preferences and vibe. My husband and I don't love a lot of traditional wedding reception music and we loved the songs that he showcased. After hiring him, I think this is possibly the best value we got out of any vendor. During our planning call, he went through all of our requests and details and clearly very much understood our music preferences. On the night of our wedding, he was incredible and kept the tent packed all night long. Multiple guests came up to us and said "best DJ ever." I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone.

We had DJ Cammy V for our wedding on 10/8/23 and if there is any hesitation to book with Meritage, this is your sign to just do it!! Cam absolutely crushed it. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour to our reception, he had everyone up on the dance floor even before dinner. He kept the energy going all night and had EVERYONE on the dance floor, even people who don’t typically dance were having a great time. Look no further for a rockstar team of wedding DJs. We are so glad we had the opportunity to work with Meritage, and specifically Greg Gervais. From the moment we reached out to Meritage, the team was responsive and super helpful in planning for our big day. They made the process incredibly easy, and provided great guidance. Greg took our feedback and preferences to create an awesome experience for the entire day - from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception music. Our guests loved the atmosphere Greg created, and had a stellar night on the dance floor. Highly recommend this team for any event you're planning!

Dj experience

Huge Success and Unforgettable Night

We hired Meritage and specifically DJ Tumi. He was extremely easy to chat with and discuss our plans for the big day. When it came time, he was able to coordinate everything perfectly. Once the dancing got going, the floor was packed all night. We got so many compliments on how much fun people had that night and a huge part of that is due to Tumi DJing. Would absolutely recommend to any of our friends.
