  Good service

  I just managed a large group for an event, and something that I appreciate about MIB is how easy it is to talk with them. That makes the organization much better and easier. I also liked how all the black buses looked.

  Extremely satisfied

  After researching many transportation companies, I decided to go with MIB. The overall experience was extremely pleasant and they made everything a breeze. This was a huge weight off my shoulders considering I was nervous about many things on my special day. The drivers were professional, punctual and very accommodating. Some of our wedding guests even went out the way to say how professional the whole experience was. The buses were clean and we arrived on time to our venue, which was the most important thing to me. I am so pleased with our overall experience and I would definitely recommend MIB to anyone who is looking for a transportation company for their wedding. Thank you MIB!

  My day was already very stressful, so I felt a huge relief off my shoulders when MIB took away some of that stress. They were very accommodating in an way possible to us and for that I am so thankful!

  Top Notch Service

  I contacted several transportation services and finally decided to go with MIB. We had a big group, and maybe some demanding requests, but these guys were super nice and went above and beyond to make it all happen! Reservation process was very easy, all the vehicles were clean and on time, drivers were dressed sharp and were very professional from the beginning to the end. The service was so smooth that even our guests were very impressed (yay!). I want to give their entire team a special thanks for making our day. Now that I know what a stellar service these guys provide, and they have all kinds of vehicle types, they will be our go to company for all our future transportation needs. Thank you MIB!

  They were professional, easy to work with,, and most importantly...on time! It was very easy to set up various pick-up times and locations for our wedding day. Men in Black also worked with our wedding planner to coordinate drop of times and pick up times. They were great to work with for our wedding and we will definitely use their services in the future!

  Overall MIB transportation got us to and from our wedding. I have mixed feelings about this vendor. But for the price, it was good/allright.

  Breach of Contract. Do Not Trust.

  We went back and forth with this company via email and over the phone to develop a contract for our wedding needs. After signing the contract, they reached out to inform us that they would be canceling the contract since the quote should have been 2x more. They blamed it on "A.I." and didn't offer any type of alternative solution. What's the point of contracting with a vendor if they're going to cancel without a valid reason?

  We went back and forth with this company via email and over the phone to develop a contract for our wedding needs.   We are deeply disappointed by this unfounded claim, especially when we are committed to providing the highest level of service. Such misleading comments can create a false impression for future clients, wrongly suggesting that we fail to communicate or fulfill our commitments. We take great pride in our reputation and will not allow baseless accusations to tarnish our record. Sadly, the unfounded claim was published on different channels on the internet.
  
  The initial request was submitted as an online booking through our beta AI quoting system, which generated a price for a one-way transfer. However, upon receiving the request, we identified that the requested service was an 8-hour trip, not a one-way transfer, which falls under a different pricing structure.
  
  Our disclaimer, clearly stated on our platform, informs customers:
  "Our AI quoting system is in Beta. As our system is still in testing, you may receive inaccurate pricing. One of our expert agents will review the pricing and correct any errors. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience."
  
  Following this policy, we immediately informed the client that the initial quote was incorrect and provided an accurate price, as transparent and fair pricing is fundamental to our business.
  
  Furthermore, no contract was ever signed between our company and the client. At MIB Transport, we only proceed with confirmed reservations, which require a confirmation email, and no such email has ever been sent. Transportation services require mutual agreement and confirmation from both parties, which did not occur in this case.
  
  Additionally, the client’s event is still more than 45 days away, leaving plenty of time to finalize transportation arrangements. It is misleading to suggest that we canceled a confirmed agreement at the last minute, as no such agreement or confirmation existed.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had

  Giving one star because zero stars isn’t an option. They were late for every shuttle we purchased on our wedding day. Everyone of our wedding guests were late by over an hour because of them. Got lost several times driving to the location. Spent over 4 thousand dollars. Not only did they not give us a refund, they overcharged us. Also the owner is a real piece of work. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with any other company.

  Hello Andy,
  As a company We definitely strive to provide the best service and to satisfy our customers. All of our buses arrived on time, 15 minutes before the schedule pick up time. Except one bus which was stopped by CHP randomly for DOT inspection. The moment the bus was stopped for the inspection the client was notified immediately. However, the the length of inspection was unknown to us and CHP would not provide us with any time information. Therefore, We were not able to communicate it to the customer. After buses dropped off their first shuttling they had to use a different route to go back since road closures. The return route which was closed was the route provided by the customer. As a result, the drivers used a different route to get to the customers which caused the delay.
  
  So, the delays the customer mentions above truly happened as a result of circumstances beyond our control. We were in close touch with the customer along the way.
