User2083519 Sent on 03/31/2015I have had the pleasure of using Memories N Focus, for my daughter's birthday photo shoot, back to school photo shoot, family photo shoot, engagement session and last but not least on our wedding day. Each time I have used the Veal duo (Nate and Rochelle), they have answered all of my questions, given suggestions and executed their eye for detail to perfection. Their unique locations and signature poses are always followed by a classic hint of uniqueness and creativity. Thank you Memories N Focus for capturing a lifetime of memories for my family and I. You will always be apart of our family!

User2151230 Sent on 05/28/2015Nate Veal takes AMAZING Pictures. His work is awesome but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The initial contact with the company is prompt, BUT once you pay the deposit and receive your contract communication goes out the window. There were multiple occasions when you would call and both numbers and the mailboxes would be full and you could not leave a message. Also if you sent an email to one person .. it would take days for someone to answer and it would most likely be his wife. I was also disappointed because I thought I was paying for two photographers but ended up getting a photographer and an assistant. I say that because I feel that Rochelle could have been taking photos that were missed out on. (Like the girls getting dressed, or the reception hall). One positive was that the photos on the online gallery were up quickly within a week but it took 5 months to receive the actual photos. After many emails I was informed that, that is when I would receive my photos and not any sooner. I was a bit disheartened because I have friends who got married after us and received their photos a lot sooner than we did.Memories N Focus Photography's reply:
Hello! Thank you for the kind words about the quality of photos! We are so glad that you enjoyed them! Because this profile is private we are unable to provide specifics to the wedding. However, allow me to address any concerns noted.
1) Our contracted time to provide all EDITED images is 12-16 weeks. However, if there are prints and albums included in the package it does take longer and relies on the client making their selections. So if there is a delay in making selections, there will be a delay in receiving complete package.
Additionally, Each photographer's process is different. We sort through every photo one by one to achieve those AMAZING photos. There is no batch processing.
2) We apologize if you felt there was a lack of communication. As you are aware, we are constantly working on not only Weddings but other projects with individuals and Corporates. When receiving any form of contact we ask for 24 hours to respond. Within the 24 hours does not guarantee that you will receive a call from Nate as he is almost always in the field. We are a husband and wife team which means you will receive contact from either person.
3) Missed Moments Being Captured: We are both Photographers and we both Cover Weddings however we have a system that we follow. There has never been a Wedding where we do not capture Reception Detail Photos as this is very important. Based on timing; i.e. Wedding running behind in time, decoration not completed, loss of cocktail hour (elements out of our control) will make a difference on the amount of Reception Decor Photos you receive.
Additionally, All photos are a mixture of both photographers. I'm not sure how the conclusion was made that there was only 1 Photographer with an assistant.
But I want to assure you that you paid for two photographers and received two photographers.

User1694421 Sent on 07/03/2014Never use Memories and Focus, they don't deliver as promised. I believe they are poor business people and lack compassion. Rochelle's attitude is beyond disgusting and she is not approachable, she always has a frown on her face. Nate's talent is remarkable but that won't get you far if you lack basic business skills. Long story short, find another photographer.
