Wouldn't shop anywhere else!

I am a very picky bride, unfortunately to my own demise as I originally had a very specific style in mind for my day-of. When arriving the ladies here were not only SO encouraging but they were the most amazing hype-girls ever. They listened to all my opinions and took them into account as I tried on gowns. My stylist understood the assignment by picking out dresses that were either SO close to the original wants I had voiced as well as pushing me out of my comfort zone into other styles. The shop also offers a payment plan for gowns here which was so helpful considering I fell in love but didn't have the full amount available! I ended up in a completely different style of gown and I couldn't be happier! The ladies here are some of the best, making me feel very comfortable in my own body as well as just being so kind no matter what. I would recommend coming here for any occasion to find the right gown. I cannot wait for my special day!

Awesome place!

This location was amazing!!! My fiancé and I found the dress! Kelsey was super professional and amazing to work with. It was like having two of her! Everyone treats you with respect and they are so nice and lovely as well. I would very much recommend this place to anyone who is looking for dresses!

Love this local bridal shop!. Kelsey was amazing and helped me find the most perfect dress that fit my personality and what I was looking for! She was patient and gave me honest advice. Every single dress in this boutique was gorgeous by the way. Recommending this shop anyone looking for a wedding dress!

Wonderful experience finding my wedding dress and renting tuxedos!

Very friendly & helpful! My wedding dress was the perfect style, fit, and color thanks to them. Renting tuxedos for the groom & groomsmen was very easy. We had two tuxedos (2 out of 6 tuxes) that were not fitted correctly, but Memories was able to fix that at the fitting. All around a great place to work with.

An amazing shopping experience!

I had a bridal appointment on 12/30/19. I went in knowing about how much I wanted to spend, and knowing I wanted to look and feel like a princess. I was paired with Mae as my consultant, who was absolutely fabulous. I was genuinely a bit terrified to shop for a dress, but Mae made me feel so comfortable and was easy to talk with. She also didn’t rush or pressure me one bit. She spent nearly 2 hours putting me in out of dresses. I ended up buying the very first dress I tried on, Mae picked out a belt to add some sparkle to the dress, and also placed the perfect veil on my head. I truly felt beautiful. Shopping at Memories was truly a great experience, and I think they are blessed to have someone like Mae on their staff. I’m so happy I’m a Memories Bride!

Seamstress Diane

I already had a wedding dress, but we came to Memories for one of their recommended seamstresses, Diane Myers-Bond. I had 5 fittings with her to get my dress to be a perfect fit! She was flexible, had a fantastic idea for how to create a unique bustle for my dress covered in jewels, and even added parts to the dress such as a waist-slimming belt and bra cups. People kept asking where I got the dress, but they were mostly impressed with how well it fit!

Amazing Formal Wear

Memories did an amazing job dressing everyone in the wedding party as well as with my own gown and jewelry! The staff is so kind and easy to work with and they made us look amazing for the big day! I would highly suggest Memories to any newly engaged couple or anyone that needs a formal gown/tux! Absolutely stunning!!!!

Found my Perfect Dress

Kali was my own personal hype girl! She was amazing throughout the dress seeking process and helped me find my perfect gown. I can't wait until it comes in later this summer. It's one of the most beautiful dresses I've laid eyes on.

Amazing staff and experience

Hometown Bride in TN

I looked for my dress before I was engaged so my family could go through the experience with me seeing as I live out of state now. The process was a pleasure at Memories from making apts online, quick response when needing to adjust and even holding my dress extra months until I could make the trip back North. I got so lucky with Kimberly and one of the dresses I spyed online was actually in store - Justin Alexander! I could not have felt more gorgeous on my day!

Easy to find my dress in one day!

Memories bridal was the first place I looked at for wedding dresses. Non of the other stores compared. Fortunately for me the dress I wanted was at Memories. I came back to try it on and tried out multiple belts and vails. The girls were so patient as I went back and forth trying them on. Kali and Sam both helped when I came two different times and they were great. Both gave me great personal attention and made my experience special! I would recommend Memories to anyone!

I was so excited for my bridal shopping experience and I’m SO happy I went to Memories! Audrey was my consultant and she was seriously incredible. I talked to her for 5 minutes and I feel she truly understood my style and pulled the perfect dresses for me. I ended up going with a dress that I never pictured myself in, but had ALL THE FEELS when I put it on. Audrey made me feel so good about myself and the dress I loved. I don’t think I even tried on 10 dresses, but found “the one” during my first and only appointment. I highly recommend Memories and if you can request a consultant, you will not regret going with Audrey!

I had a great experience at Memories bridal, they were very accommodating and as someone who has worked in customer service I was highly impressed.

I also recommend Teresa's tailoring in Kalamazoo. My dress was full lace and the seamstress took the lace off and replaced perfectly BY HAND!!! The alterations were perfect and reasonably priced

Had to get a wedding dress in 3 months. Was able to find two dresses at Memories. The staff there helped me choose with dress off the rack would work the best for me within my time frame. Great staff and beautiful dresses.

I can't say enough good things about Memories! If you have never been- go! My sisters and I all got our prom dresses from Memories in high school, so when it came time for my wedding I knew we had to go there! After trying two other wedding gown stores before our Memories appointment, I can honestly say that the quality of their dresses and selection is just perfect! Putting bows on the dresses that we wanted to have pulled to try on was so much fun and they even accommodated all five bridesmaids plus my mom in a dressing room suite. We also had all of the groomsmen rent tuxes from Memories. Service was great from advice on tie colors to seamstresses. Highly recommend!

Everyone who works at Memories is super nice and they are all very accommodating, I took my mom, sister and niece to help me pick out my wedding dress and all were welcome. They listened to what I wanted and then they let me pick out dresses to try on while they picked out a few based on my preferences. I ended up buying the very first dress that I tried on! I never wanted to take the dress off I loved it so much and I received many compliments on the dress. The whole process of dress shopping and alterations (They give you a list of excellent seamstresses) and final pressing was made very easy with Memories. I would recommend for every bride to go here for their wedding dress!

Memories Bridal was an excellent bridal salon for me. It was the only salon that I looked at and actually bought the first dress that I tried on! I enjoyed their staff and they were accommodating as I needed to come back a couple of times to talk about the fit prior to setting up my seamstress appointments. Diane was the seamstress that I used for my gown. She is a preferred seamstress of memories and she did a great job altering my dress. She was a little rough around the edges but overall it was a very good experience.

I had some of my friends and family come with me. We worked with Morgan and she was AHHHH--MAZING! She let us try out so many styles and ultimately she choose the dress I selected. she was always available for questions over the phone and was there every time I went into the store.

Memories was an amazing experience! They have BEAUTIFUL dresses and an amazing staff. They took their time showing us everything we wanted to see and letting me try on as many dresses as I wanted to! The ladies never made us feel rushed. Once we had it narrowed down, she put me back in the top dresses to see them again - it really felt like a very personal experience. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything that day, either. I ended up going back a couple days later to try them on again and ended up choosing my dress! They don't have their own seamstresses but they have a recommended list and some will work out of Memories for your appointments - I highly recommend Diane but call her fast, because she books up quickly! :)

Memories Bridal and Evening Wear did a fabulous job when I was looking for my wedding gown. I had already been to a couple other places in the area and just didn't care for the service so I was a little discouraged when going to memories. The moment I walked in they were very attentive. I got set up upstairs and pulled some dresses that I liked and going from what I tried on and what my family and I agreed we didn't like about those particular dresses Marlyce pulled a couple dresses she asked me to try on for her. The first one I tried on we all instantly loved. I would recommend anyone I know to go here and have an open mind because just because you didn't pick it off the rack doesn't mean it won't be right for you!!

Great experience! Friendly staff, they actually choose the dress that I picked! Love the dress selection, great price range, my max budget was the most expensive dresses they had so it worked perfect for me. We didn't have to look at price tags which is always a plus. I used a seamstress recommended through the store. Lecia Lamphere and she was awesome as well.

Would recommend Memories to any bride!

I visited Memories on the recommendation of my fiance's cousin, who found her dress there several years ago. It was the final shop I visited, after having some subpar experiences elsewhere at larger chain stores. The consultant was so friendly and allowed the family I brought with me to be involved in picking dresses to try on. She was knowledgable and was able to tell me available alterations options so that I knew what I could potentially change in the dress I picked. I couldn't be more excited to have found my dress here!

The young woman who helped us was awesome. Just from talking to my daughter she thought of a dress that wasn't even on the sales floor yet. She got the dress, packing wrinkles and all, and it was perfect! They are so sweet, even after the sale. They stored the gown for us and we were able to have as many showings for family and friends as we needed.

I didn't have an appointment, but they still let me look around. I ended up finding a dress that I really liked, and they let me try it on, and then scheduled me an appointment to be fitted and get it ordered! They made me feel welcome unlike other bridal shops I went to, and they don't hover if you don't want them to!!! <3

I loved the service I received at Memories. I didn't expect to find a dress at the first place I looked and I feel that I am rather picky on how things fit. They asked about my wedding and what I was looking for and provided several dresses to try. I wasn't like any of the first few and felt indecisive but they never once seemed impatient. They suggested the perfect veil and belt to go with the dress as well. My dress was an excellent value and I was able to get the accessories on sale. When I didn't have pictures of the dress to show friends they kindly emailed me some. I couldn't have been happier with their service!

Getting my wedding dress from Memories was a fantastic experience. We worked with Kate, who was so much fun and really made the experience great. There was a stain on the sash of my dress when it came in and the staff at Memories took care of it right away. The personal attention and friendliness of the staff was a level above my other bridal salon experiences.

I had the most wonderful time choosing my wedding dress. I had thought I knew which dress I wanted, but ended up going with one my sister found in the window. Loved their webcam setup so my future mother-in-law could feel included in that special time. I felt like a princess and the seamstress that they recommended was awesome. I couldn't have felt more beautiful on the wedding day.

Memories knows how to make a bride feel special. From the moment you walk through the door you are taken care of by their incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. They know how to help you through the bridal gown selection process, while making sure you are comfortable, happy, and making sure you feel beautiful. They are never pushy or stuffy and they have an amazing selection of gowns. I would recommend Memories over and over to everyone I know.

I had an amazing experience at Memories! I worked with Jill and she totally understood me and my style! She wasn't pushy at all and so so patient while I tried on so many different dresses. Because I have such expensive taste I did spend my budget on the dress and didn't leave a lot of room to buy accessories from Memories as they are a bit pricey (but great quality). Overall, my experience was great and it was so nice to find my dress locally in Kalamazoo!

I went to Memories after a very negative experience at a chain bridal store, so I was a little nervous. The girl who helped me at memories was so wonderful. She was encouraging and helpful and helped me to find my dream dress. They were also easy to work with when it came to bridesmaids' dresses, shoes, and jewelry. I bought my dress at their sale over the summer and saved 50%. It was an awesome experience.

I had a very positive and wonderful experience finding my dress at Memories. I worked with Jill and she was excellent. I was able to try on dresses and have the whole upstairs to myself. It was a very fun experience because there was no pressure. Finding a dress can be kind of scary because you are looking for the dress you envisioned since you were little. The dress I found is so beautiful and unique. It is like it was made for me and my personality. Whats funny is that I thought I didn't want to try it on! The dress has a little of everything I wanted. Perfect. I had been to 3 dress stores previously. I had one dress in mind that I was comparing everything to but the dress I found at Memories topped it by far. It is also funny because I went to other places out of town and found my dress locally! So happy! Thank you for the great experience and memories. I can't wait to walk down the isle in my dress and especially for my groom to see it!

I went into Memories to look at wedding dresses and was not expecting to find one on the first day of looking at wedding dresses. But I found the dress after trying on only 2 before that. It was the most amazing dress!! The employees are extremely helpful and sure know what they are doing. I ended up getting not only my wedding dress there, but my bridesmaid dresses and the groomsmen tuxes as well. Everything came together perfectly! I couldn't have asked for better service!! When I went in to look at shoes and jewelry one day, they even remembered me by name. Now that is customer service!! They have so many styles of dresses!!! It is nice because I have not yet seen anyone else with a dress even close to mine!! This made me feel like I had a one of a kind dress!! I have recommended Memories multiple times when I have heard someone is looking for wedding dresses!!! Thank you again Memories!!! My dress was absolutely perfect and couldn't have been better!!!

My wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses, and groom and groomsmen attire was all from Memories. The consultants are helpful, friendly, and genuinely excited for you. I changed my bridesmaid dresses and the consultants were more than willing to help me find the right dress. I also had major alterations to the top of my wedding gown ("benefits" of a small chest) and the seamstress that Memories recommended did an amazing job and all the fittings were right at Memories. If you live in southwest Michigan, I highly recommend Memories.

Memories was the best Bridal shop that I walked into- from beginning to end. The service was wonderful, and as a bride, they made me feel very special and important. I had little to no idea what kind of gown I was looking for, and after talking with my sales associated, I chose the first dress she pulled for me. The staff was wonderful, the gown is beautiful and reasonably priced. I even helped my mom find her mother-of-the-bride dress there as well!

MAKE SURE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! That was my mistake... so I had to wait for 4 hours to try on any dresses. (Coming from out of town.)
BUT, I did get to look through the dresses and get all the ones I wanted to try on out. Found "The One" here in my perfect size, and it was on sale! So I got to take it home that day. Very happy with my purchase. Also bought my shoes here and absolutely loved them. They were very 'young' styled, versus other boutiques I visited and looked through. Highly recommend.

I found my dream dress here and the service was phenomenal! We also got my groom and his groomsmen's tuxes at Memories. The only bad thing was it took 5 months for my dress to come in but the quality of the dress was worth it. This isn't David's Bridal anyway! I went to Memories for my very first bridal gown appointment - I hadn't really even looked at dresses. Melanie was so wonderful - she worked well with my family, and was very patient they they kept pulling more and more dresses for me to try. I fell in LOVE with the very first dress I tried on, yet she patiently put me in dress after dress to compare. I left without the dress to go to another appointment, and came back 20 minutes before store closing where she patiently put me back in the dress, veil, and shoes to be sure it was "the one". I wanted buttons added down the back of the dress, and Melanie even offered to contact the designer to see if they could be put on before it is sent to me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'm so glad that she was so willing to appease me and my family - her patience was remarkable!

I went into Memories Bridal and Evening Wear with low expectations since I only had plans to try on a few gowns to see which style looked best on me. My consultant was Rebecca, who was absolutely amazing with her advice and, most of all, her patience since I ended up being there for close to 3 hours! As she was helping me try on gowns, she made me feel so comfortable and I almost felt like I had a friend there with me to guide me in the right direction. I walked away having found my dream wedding gown and truly had that fairytale moment that every girl wishes to have. Thank you Rebecca and the entire staff at Memories Bridal! You all are amazing!

I would recommend Memories to ANYONE! I went to David's first, and was overwhelmed and felt rushed around. The place was a zoo and I felt like my consultant could have cared less about what I had to say. So going to Memories where my consultant sat down with me, asked about my fiance, what I was looking for, etc. was GREAT. The appointment was calm, and the consultant helped me narrow down what I wanted by asking me simple questions. LOVED my experience there. My sister went there as well and same thing--calm, easy going, caring staff. They have also been nothing but helpful since I have gone back to buy shoes and get fitted.

I tried to copy/paste my review from Google, but it wouldn't let me, so I'll write another one, but it's going to be much shorter.

I honestly couldn't tell the difference between Memories and Kleinfeld's. Besides that it's smaller. I mean, I'm sure a more uptight bride could probably find something wrong, (some people can find anything wrong with anything), but I had a day from a fairy tale book.

My consultant, Lindsey, felt more like a friend I had invited with me than a woman who worked there and was doing a job. I always thought those, "I had a connection with my consultant", "I knew it was the dress the second I put it on" reviews were so hokey, until it happened to ME. And, as a plus-sized bride, I cannot believe how amazing my experience was. I expected to be in tears for a completely different reason than being as happy as I was!

But really, this day was made possible by Lindsey, my consultant. SHE picked out my dress, SHE picked out my veil, SHE picked out my head piece, and as I was standing on the pedestal in that gown with my eyes closed and she was putting in the veil and handing me a silk bouquet, she quietly said to me, "Are you seeing yourself walk towards Bob (my fiance) right now? Open your eyes." And then the tears started flowing!

I got my fairy tale day all thanks to her, and I want to keep going back!

From the moment I walked into the store I felt so comfortable! All of my nerves and anxiety to find the perfect dress were put to ease. The staff is so friendly, they greet you with a warm hello, offer you bottled water, show you around their boutique, and then sit down with you to help get a better idea of exactly what you're looking for. They weren't pushy, but were extremely patient and happy to help in any way. The dresses are all beautiful and different than anywhere I'd looked previously. They were of great quality and offered many different styles at affordable prices! I can't wait to tell all my newly engaged girlfriends where to shop for their big day!!

Memories Bridal created a dream wedding dress experience for me.

Let me put it this way-I live in Chicago and drove 3 hours/3 times to Memories for fittings and the original purchase. This is how great they are!

Adrian, Brittany, Lindsay, Chelsea all made each visit great. It is a small store that can offer personal attention, great customer service, and knowledgeable ladies! I am so thankful I worked with Memories! They have extremely nice quality merchandise at affordable prices. I can not say enough how wonderful they were to work with and in making the experience everything a little girl dreams of!

I had not planned to purchase a dress from Memories; being that it's the only bridal shop that isn't David's Bridal in the area, I figured I'd start here before my schedule opened up so that I could go up to Grand Rapids and hit up some salons there. Making an appointment was easy--you can request a day/time online, they confirm via email and then again on the phone.

My consultant was Kyle, who is amazing. He took us upstairs, asked a few questions (wedding date, formal/semi-formal/other, etc.) and then showed us how the dresses are organized (by size) and let us go. You choose your own dresses and mark them with a ribbon on the hanger, and then your consultant takes them in your room. There are TONS of gorgeous dresses to choose from--I was pleasantly surprised. If you watch Say Yes to the Dress, they have several dresses that are very similar to ones you would see on there.

I tried on several dresses and loved them all, but it was the most simple of them that was exactly what I wanted. Another party that was looking for dresses even stopped, gasping, and told me that it was The One (I also ended up on their pedestal, but that's another story, haha), and another consultant stopped on her way past us to say the same thing. Kyle let me spend some time in that dress, walking around, sitting, moving, just to make sure it was comfortable before I said yes.

I really could not have asked for a better experience finding my dress, especially with as picky as I am!

From start to finish, my experience at Memories was phenomenal. Lindsey made me feel at home right away and was able to pinpoint what dresses I would like. From going through the their extensive inventory of dresses, to trying on the gowns, to helping to celebrate finding my perfect dress, Lindsey helped make the process smooth, stress-free and most importantly a lot of fun! Found my dress at Becker's but ended up buying at Memories because they had a larger variety of sizes to try on and a much more personalized experience. Nice fitting rooms and not crowded when I was ever in the store. Had fittings by Diane and they were a little pricey but I was happy with the fit. Not as many choices as some stores, but great brands. Only a good experience for me at this store.

I can not say enough good things about Memories. I am an avid "Say Yes to the Dress" watcher and was looking for the Kleinfeld's experience, but at an affordable price and in Michigan. Everytime I went in there, they made me feel welcome, beautiful, and I never felt pressured. I especially want to thank Brittany, who was always super cheery and helpful, but all of the girls were always great! I even ended up getting my bridesmaid and flower girl dresses there and got many compliments on how cute they were. The quality of dresses and service is many steps above other bridal salons I went to.

While most people put shopping for "the dress" at the top of their list, I chose to wait until *yikes* just 5 months before my wedding to even think about dress shopping. I was trying to lose weight and felt very nervous about trying on dresses. I called one boutique in Kalamazoo and was told they only had 2-3 dresses that could be ordered in that time. Fearing Davids Bridal might be my only option, I called Memories. I was surprised to hear they had so many options that would arrive in time for my wedding and that their dresses are fairly inexpensive for such a nice bridal store (I think the majority of their dresses are under 1500). Brittany at Memories helped me find "the dress" and made me feel totally comfortable with the whole process. My dress was priced at around $900 and it was so beautiful! It even came in earlier than we expected (took less than 2 months to come in). For alterations, I used Diane, who will come to the store for fittings. She did a great job for a fair price!
Memories and their staff were so wonderful! Highly recommend!

I did not purchase my dress here, but I did go to their seamstress, Diane. Cannot say enough good things about her and the quality of her work. My dress fit perfectly and the busstle was stunning. She is very personable and listened to what I wanted. If you live in the area.... go to Diane.

I also bought my earings here. They have really inexpensive jewelry. I think my earings were around $25!

I am so glad that I got my dress from Memories. The whole staff is great! I went all the way from Grand Rapids to Kalamazoo just because I met some of the staff at a Bridal Show and I am so glad I decided to go there. I am a little bit bigger and I was worried about what sample sizes they were going to have but they actually had more than plenty and they didnt make me feel bad at all about being bigger. I must have emailed them a million times off of their website about different things that I had questions about and they always answered me back right away with the best customer service skills. They also have a seamstress that comes into the store to meet with you and see what you need done, she is great as well. The convenience of that is terrific. And when the wedding was done all I had to do was take my dress back there and for a minimal price they got it all ready and sent it out to a place to be preserved and cleaned. It has only been 2 weeks since my wedding and I already have my dress back and packaged up, so the company they work with to do this is just as great as them!

From the store appearance, to the staff, to the selection it was all great for me!
At first I was a bit nervous since a friend of mine didn't have such a great experience here...but every person has a different opinion. I went with my family to try on wedding dresses 8 months before the BIG day...it was such a great experience. I am an dedicated 'Say Yes to the Dress' watcher so I expected something similiar, right? At the other stores I was WAY wrong, but Memories made me feel so special. Stephanie was my consultant and she was wonderful. I got to pick many dresses that caught my eye and by the end I couldn't choose between two...she let me go back in forth between the two as long as I needed. She gave me great advice without any sort of pressure.
I received the dress 2 months before its expected arrival date and Memories held onto it safely for me. I absolutely loved my Sottero & Midgley dress...it was truly perfect. Thank YOU, Memories for making it so special...I will, without a doubt, reccommend Memories to all my soon to be married friends!

I hadn't been into Memories until I was a bridesmaid 2 years ago. I had such a great experience with getting my bridesmaid dress that when I got engaged the first place I wanted to go was to Memories!

I live in Wisconsin currently and made the 5 hour drive to Kalamazoo to go with my Mom to Memories so she could be apart of the experience. The first dress I tried on ended up being the dress! I wanted to come back to Madison, WI to try on more dresses figuring there would be more options so we didn't purchase the dress that visit, even though the customer service was wonderful. I went to 6 different stores in Madison, none of the bridal stores had anything special and their customer service was so far below Memories, I left every store disappointed and knew the next trip to Kalamazoo was going to include a purchase at Memories!

Luckily, I went back to Kalamazoo the weekend of Memories sample sale and my Sophia Tolli dress was apart of the event. My mom and I were first in line, so excited to get my dress! We left the store with excitement that even though we purchased our dress on sample sale, we were treated as though we had just placed a normal order--if not better! I felt like the entire staff was equally as excited about me getting my dress as I was!

Since I purchased my dress on sample sale it needed to be cleaned and altered to fit. Memories recommends a few options and I chose their recommendation of Diane to clean/alter my dress. Everything turned out so perfect. Throughout the 10 months of owning the dress Memories kept the dress at their location and when I came into town I was able to try it on. I feel like, if it were any other store they would've been annoyed that I kept asking to try on the dress...but at Memories everyone was as eager as I was to see it on again. After the alterations were done it was once again stored at Memories until the day before the big day. In addition to my dress, we purchased our bridesmaid dresses, the tuxes, and a few accessories...our entire bridal party looked fantastic!

I have truly never felt more beautiful than on my wedding day and it was partially due to it being such a happy day in general but mostly due to finding the perfect dress at a store that cared about me and how I felt in my dress....Thank you so much Memories. I will refer you to all my friends!

I have been to Memories Bridal and Evening wear two times and each time I was very impressed with my experience. The ambiance of Memories exceeds many of the expensive boutiques that I visited, including Kleinfelds. They are great at creating small "store in store's" that allow for ease of shopping. The bridal gowns are located on the second floor and you are able to walk around and choose the dresses you would like to try on - your sales associate also helps select any dresses you may have missed (they know what looks good on different brides' body types and what will suit their wedding/personality). The first floor has some great pageant/prom dresses, MOB dresses, and shoes. One thing that I was really surprised to find out is that they offer tuxedo rental and from what I hear it is the same quality and name brands that some other tux shops offer but at a better price. I did not purchase my dress here (I ended up going with a couture gown by Junko Yoshioka) but I highly recommend Memories Bridal if you are looking for a fantastic dress that won't cost you an arm and a leg.... you'll still get a fantastic experience and in many cases - better than any of the super expensive stores. Definitely worth the trip to Kalamazoo!

The entire staff at Memories is so helpful and treated me so well. They helped me find my dream dress and clothed our entire wedding party. Their prices are much more reasonable than their chain competitors. Their seamstress is amazing as well! They were so fantastic -- I would recommend them to any bride who wants to feel like you're in good hands when it coming to your wedding attire.

I purchased my wedding dress at Memories. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I didn't have any idea what I wanted in a wedding dress. I knew I wanted something different from the regular strapless wedding gown. My budget was $500-$900. I ended up spending just a little more $945, but it was worth every penny. They were patient, gave me ideas and let me take the time I need to make the right decision. My dress was beautiful and they made sure I felt beautiful. Service and style were the two things that won me over. Josh made me fell welcome everytime I walked in the door and Diane (seamstress) was great.

I dreamed about this day forever and when I went to Memories I was so excited. The staff made me feel like a million bucks, and I really couldn't believe how much they cared. I ended up getting my bridal gown, tuxedos and bridesmaids gowns here and I wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else. This place has personality. I couldn't believe how amazing their selection is! They have prices comparable with David's Bridal but the quality is 1000 times better! The dresses are unique, beautiful and perfectly made. They clean, press, and take care of your dress. Jaws literally dropped as I walked down the aisle in this gown. I went to over 6 salons looking for a dress, and couldn't have asked for a better Bridal Salon than Memories. Check it Out!!!

I couldn't of been happier with Memories. Josh is so much fun to work with and they really take care of you there. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Not only do you have a good time everytime you go in but you also know that you have nothing to worry about because if something comes up you know they will take care of it.

I had a great experience at Memories. I found the perfect dress there, and the staff was very helpful. I used the seamstress they work with, and she did a fantastic job. I also bought my bridesmaid dress there, and they turned out great.

They have a wide variety of beautiful dresses for any bride, bridesmaid or special occasion! They all have amazingly great customer service skills & friendly employees that are more than willing to help assist you in picking out & trying on dresses & accesories & all extremely patient in all the processes. They have the attitude that they can make anything happen for you! Their store is just beautiful & they really pamper you while your there... all the times I was there for fittings & shopping, the minute I walked in, someone was there to welcome me & my friends & family & even offered us all refreshments & snack... once even champagne! It was really wonderful! They really go out of their way to make your occasion & you feel so very special & the did their absolute best to offer me a fabulous price for my wedding dress & accesories! I would reccommend them to anyone! They were SO amazing!

I can't say enough good things about Memories and my consultant Kaila! The facility and set up is beautiful, comfortable and feels private. They also had the perfect amount of selection - tons of different styles but not too much that it was overwhelming - all with reasonable prices.

Memories was the first appointment I had, so I was so thankful that Kaila clearly explained how the appointment would work. She also helped me into and out of every dress (I realized at other appointments that not every place does that and it's a BIG help). During my appointment my party and I interacted with a few different employees at Memories and everyone was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Kaila knew the right balance of when to provide input, when to suggest a dress and when to just let me and my party chat and choose dresses.

I actually found my dress at my first appointment, but wasn't ready to commit. When I called back to see if I could try it on one more time they fit me in the next day. Kaila and the team was just as welcoming and accommodating the second time around, even though I had different guests with me. I really can't say enough good things - they really made me feel beautiful, special and that I was making the right decision!

My friends and I had a great time at Memories looking for "the dress" for my wedding. We first went to one of the "bridal superstores" and it was so crazy-busy I was sharing an attendant with another bride. What a difference it made in this special experience to be at Memories, with good lighting, beautiful dresses and personal attention. My friends were making fun of the tissue box on the table, that is, until they started tearing up when I put on "the dress."

My experience at Memories was great. Cailin was amazing to work with and so patient. She wanted to make sure I was absolutely comfortable and that I ended up with a dress that I loved. I would definitely recommend Memories to brides who are looking for their dress!
