I met with Melissa personally and she was very personable. The cake samples tasted fantastic and the icing was my favorite part. -

Mrs. Melissa did my wedding cake and it was absolutely gorgeous! You can't go wrong if you choose Mrs. Melissa to make your cake for your special day. The cake was also moist and delicious! My hubby also loved his Miami Dolphins cake! I also stop by her local bakery whenever I want a tasty treat. I will definitely use her for future events! -

My cakes tasted so good and they looked fantastic! People talked about how beautiful they were all night and delighted in their slices. Melissa did exactly what I asked for at an affordable price. She is so nice and excited for me. I highly recommend her. -

Melissa went beyond my expectations! I love cake & my groom loves our so guess what.... We had PIE CAKE.... Not only was it delicious it was a unique touch my guests loved. Plus we got the best of both dessert worlds! The detail on our 3 pie cakes was absolutely beautiful! Melissa is an artist & still can't believe how beautiful & delicious our cakes were inside & out! -

She was able to understand what kind of cake that my husband and I wanted. She understood that we did not want fondant and that we did want buttercream frosting. I love the cake that she made and everyone love the design of the claddagh she did. The cake was spectacular. The taste of the cake was amazing, and was not dry at all. -

Absolutely perfection! She makes her fondant from scratch, so it tastes like confectioner's sugar instead of chalk. The staff member cutting the cake even made a comment on how easy it was to cut through the soft, thin layer. Everyone couldn't say enough about how delicious the cake was! We didn't go with a traditional wedding cake look, and she pulled it off beautifully. I'm so glad we went with her. She is so great at what she does and made that part of planning our wedding so simple and fun! Thank you! -

Melissa made the most beautiful wedding cake for me. She did exactly what I wanted for my cake. I could not have choosen a better person to design my cake. She did a wonderful job helping me select my linens and they were beautiful at the reception! I will never go anywhere else again for any party needs! -

Melissa's creativity is amazing. She has a range of style and not only does she make wedding cakes, but she also does wedding cupcakes. We were absolutely amazed at the ending result of cupcakes. Not only was the presentation amazing, but they tasted GREAT and we didn't have to go bankrupt to get them! -

She created a beautiful wedding cake and was very creative when it came to creating my husbands cake! She told us it would be very hard to duplicate an airplane but it looked fabulous! -

Melissa it was awesome to work with you. I couldn't have asked for more from you and the services you delivered. I especially wanted to thank you for being the calm in the storm with the hectic pace of planning a wedding visiting with you helped me so much and you gave me the most wonderful advice, for that I am eternally grateful and BTW~ my cake was fabulous.
I had so many compliments on my "Cup-Cake Wedding Cake!" It was perfect. In my book you "hung the moon." Thanks again for your dedication and attention to detail.

The cake was wonderful and beautifully decorated; however, the cake topper was left off the cake and left at the shop. This was corrected in a timely fashion, but it added unnecessary stress on the day of to have to track down. -
