I not only suggest my clients to use Melissa's Specialty Cakes, but she is the first person I turn to when I need something for myself! I have sat in many consults with my brides where they have brought her images of a cake they like and it's too big or too small and she has recreated them a cake that is totally their own. Have a concept but haven't seen an image on the internet, no worries Melissa can bring your thoughts to life! She makes her own fondant from scratch and her cake is super fresh! My personal favorite -- white almond with raspberry filling -- YUMMY!!!!
