Megan and Garrett were an absolute joy to work with on our wedding from start (booking, interviewing each other, and engagement session) to finish (putting together final products to preserve our memories). They were responsive, organized, and engaged. We really felt like we got to know them and get comfortable with them even before the actual wedding. And then, it was an absolute pleasure to have them with us on our wedding day. They bring such joy, experience, and vision to their work. They made us feel extremely comfortable and at ease all day. And when we were stressed out, they reassured us and helped us get through that moment. Our photos are stunning and we will always have such fond memories of working with them. And I would definitely recommend the add-on video reel--it's exactly what we wanted from a videographer for a fraction of the price, and we will cherish it forever! They were one of the best vendors we worked with, and that's really saying something. We would absolutely recommend them to a friend (and in fact already have)! -

Megan and Garrett are awesome! We hired Megapixel to be our wedding videographer. We had a somewhat unique request for our videographer, in that we mostly wanted raw footage from throughout the day, in addition to a few edited clips of the ceremony and key reception moments. Megan and Garrett were incredibly flexible in accommodating our request, and the final videos, along with the raw footage, turned out fantastic. They went above and beyond in that they went around during cocktail hour to ask our guests questions about us and recorded our guests talking about us! It’s some of our favorite footage from our wedding day! As an added bonus, they were a very fun and energetic presence on our wedding day – a great plus, given how much time we spent with them! We couldn’t recommend them more for your wedding video needs. -

Omg words simply don’t do Megan and Garrett justice! We met them at a wedding expo and Gregg knew immediately that they were the team he wanted for our big day! They did not disappoint! From our intimate engagement session, to their calm and nurturing spirits on our wedding day ! Nothing went unnoticed . We laughed we joked and had all the feels . It didn’t feel like they were working, the were and are now apart of our family and journey ! Nothing better then a husband and wife doing what they love 💕! We can’t say thank you enough I’m already trying to plan a reason to book and have fun with them again!!!! Vow renewal coming soon !

(We were married in College Park, MD February 2022) Megan and Garrett are a married couple who have a passion for making their clients feel so special on their big day! During our research on photographers was a little stressful, but once we met the Mega Pixels team & clicked through their portfolio, we fell in love with their work! I see our photographs as an investment and Megan and Garrett are committed to delivering on excellent photographs and putting everyone at ease in the process. I don't often feel gorgeous and glamorous, but on my wedding day I certainly did, and the photographs reflect it, too. My partner is notorious for closing his eyes in photos but so many have his eyes open and smile poppin! Our wedding guests on the dance floor is the highlight, and so many moments were captured. We can't wait to gift the two albums to our parents. Thank you Megan & Garrett! -

Great Couple
Working with this couple was amazing!! I warned them they we are not the most photogenic couple meaning we don't take selfies, we don't know our flattering angles and we never find the right light. We also have a significant height difference but the made us look so good!! Plus they are such team players and very professional! -

If you're gonna just skim these reviews here's your sign: BOOK THESE BABES NOW. They are the whole freakin' entire package, and then some.
Lemme start this by saying I am a professional photographer, and know that I have obnoxiously high standards when it comes to the industry. I want to be able to see a wide and solid portfolio, easy booking, clear communication, passionate folks behind the camera, and most importantly, beautiful photos. Megan and Garrett checked all of those boxes, and then a whole bunch of other ones that weren't even on my radar.
We had a session with Megan for some quick pre-wedding pics which was beyond fun and adventurous, but having the two of them together for our very non-traditional wedding celebration was truly watching the dream team in action. I'm still blown away by how can those two be so funny and adorable and charismatic and literally every single place the action was happening?! I know they're a duo, but the photos we got back look like they had an entire army of photographers capturing every wild moment and detail.
Working with Garrett and Megan feels like hanging out with old friends, and being comfortable in front of the camera is a huge part of successful photos. My husband and I's Giant Awkward Turtle Selves trusted their talent and process, and it paid off big-time because we look AMAZING beyond our wildest imagining. Our photos are stunning. And silly, and special, and everything we could have possibly hoped. Equally important, we had an absolute blast being photographed, and all of our guests + fam were of the same mind.

Garrett and Megan were the dream team! I can't say enough good things. They captured all the special moments, big and small, and made everyone look amazing. They caught candid moments but also gave direction for our posed shots when needed, which was super helpful so we didn't just end up stand like smiley statues for 100+ photos! We also added in the videography package and it was SO worth it. I can't stop watching it and showing it to everyone. The editing for everything is beautiful but also feels natural and soft. Garrett and Megan are so fun and easy to work with, and bring a great energy to their work. Highly recommend them to anyone! -

Booking Megan and Garrett was easily the best decision we made for our wedding day. If you check out their website you'll see that the quality of their photos are unmatched. However, it is the quality of their service that makes them phenomenal! They were prompt, professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with! I don't know how they managed to capture so many moments with all that was going on. On top of that, their energy was great and they made the day even more fun and stress-free! I am far from a natural in front of a camera, and yet they were so creative in the ways they positioned us that every shot came out great. Book them now! You will not regret it. -

Where to begin! First of all, Megan and Garrett are just the most awesome, friendly, dope and down to Earth people ever! From the first few minutes we sat down with them we knew we wanted them to be our photographers for our wedding! They were so fun and engaging during our engagement shoot and then, despite us having to postpone our wedding to late August due to COVID-19, they stuck with us and made our wedding absolutely perfect!
From our fun conversations about Marvel movies and sweet team Avatar vibes, Jocelyn and I couldn't have imagined having a more amazing experience than we had with Megan and Garrett. Despite the stress and nerves that come with planning and executing a wedding, they keep you smiling and relaxed throughout the day. We both laughed and smiled so much on our big day and they were a huge part of it, not just taking photos but really participating and living in the moment with you!
There are a million awesome things we could say about this amazing couple, but their energy charisma definitely stand out. You aren't just getting photographers with them, you are getting a committed and passionate couple that will go out of their way to help you in any way and answer every question you have. We would highly recommend Megan and Garrett for any events you want documented in a professional, passionate and meaningful way! They are the best!!!

Captured the feelings in photos!
Megapixels Media are awesome! We are/were a 2020 couple affected by COVID, but when we decided to still get married this year in a small ceremony and have our big celebration next year, they were great to work with. Megapixels Media was flexible during the unknown and once we made the decision to still get married this year, they were great to work with to add on extra time to our package. Fast forward to today, we just got our photos yesterday and they are BEAUTIFUL! We got our photos less than 2 weeks after the wedding, which is faster than I expected, and I love them. They did a fantastic job of showing the intimacy of our small ceremony and the love felt that day. I picked Megapixels Media because I wanted to have photos that captured the feelings and brought memories to life, and they did just that! Highly recommend!! -

Megan and Garrett were so much fun to work with! I found their website while looking at my venue’s preferred vendor list. I loved their style and the fact they were a husband and wife team and later found out Garrett went to high school with my husband. During our engagement shoot, they were open to any ideas we had and made us feel comfortable. They were very responsive to any questions we had and gave great vendor recommendations. On our wedding day, they made sure to get our requested shots and many more. Whenever a special moment happened, they were right there to capture it. We can’t wait to see the final photos! They are truly great people and we plan to use them to capture more life moments in the future. -

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience....
Megapixels Media were the first and only photographers we interviewed when beginning the process for planning our wedding. From the first video chat we knew that we had to meet with them and that our search was over. During our first meeting it felt as though we were catching up with old friends instead of a business encounter (which to us was a great thing). Megan & Garret instantly made us feel at ease knowing not only were they professionals but they were a loving and quirky couple just like us. Communication with them was always easy, open, and welcome….even knowing we weren’t their only bride and groom we never felt that way.
The day of our wedding Megan and Garret fit in seamlessly with our friends and family and complemented our laid back style so well. Megan even joined me for my pre-wedding meditation, which really meant so much to me.
Yesterday we received our “sneak peek” photos and they were truly everything we hoped they would be, and more. We are so looking forward to receiving the rest of our pics. We highly recommend them not only to anyone reading this, but also to our family and friends. Megapixels Media will definitely be our photographers for the next major events in our life together!!! -

Not really sure how to express our gratitude for these two. When we found them at a wedding expo, we could not imagine that they would become apart of our family over the course of our engagement year. Their dedication meets their passion on every level, and if I could do it all again... I would have Garret and Megan by our side. For every question, need, or peace of mind I needed... they were there. Let me not fail to mention that Megan had given birth nearly a week prior to our wedding, and went out of her way to make sure she was there for me. Talk about a superwoman! I still to this day look at our engagement photos in awe ... and don't get me started on how amazing our wedding photographs and video reel are. On my wedding day they stayed with us throughout every moment, and captured moments that I am truly grateful for; moment I know I would have missed in the whirlwind of it all. Their attention to detail is something I have only dreamed of. I think my favorite part is that Megan and Garret are real life couple goals, and I felt their love throughout every interaction. They filled us with motivation and an example of true love...which is truly priceless. -

When I first started wedding planning, finding the perfect photographer was high on my to-do list. I researched many photographers and even spoke to a few on the phone, but no one interested me enough to want to meet in person, until I stumbled across MegapixelsMedia. During the initial meeting, all of my questions and concerns were addressed and within in few days, I knew I wanted Garrett and Megan to represent as my wedding photographers. From the engagement session to the wedding day, they were kind, patient and considerate to our concerns and ideas, and always made sure we were comfortable in front of the camera... They were responsive to my emails and answered any questions I may have had. Dynamic Duo
Megapixels Media was the best decision we could have made for our engagement and wedding photographers. The packages they offer are great and reasonably priced. They make you feel comfortable right from the start with a introduction meeting. They bring samples of their work and provide detail information on what you can expect from them. They also provided ideas for engagement locations. My now husband and I aren't big picture taking people but Garrett and Megan gave us some pointers and tips & tricks the whole way through. At the wedding they felt more like part of the party than working vendors. They are very professional and a dynamic duo to say the least. -

Overall, we were pleased with our photos which were not overly processed or filtered. Their artistic use of natural light captured the raw beauty of our event and the essence of who we are - without any unnecessary editing.

The quality of the pictures is phenomenal! I truly can't say enough about how gorgeous the pictures are! Megan and Garrett were amazing to have on the day of! They create a friendly and fun atmosphere that makes it easy to smile and be comfortable in the photographs! They are also very flexible and understanding! Our original wedding venue was affected by a flood and a month and half out from our wedding date we had to find a new venue which resulted in a date change. Megan and Garrett were extremely understanding and willing to change dates and help us in any way they could! Megapixels Media is an absolutely wonderful choice of photographer! My husband and I can not say enough about how happy we are with their beautiful work!

Casey Sent on 09/06/2018I can't think of anything negative to say about Garrett and Megan. We met them in January shortly after getting engaged and booked them right after sitting down with them, seeing their work, and talking a bit. They were easy to get along with and their work spoke for itself.
Our engagement shoot (included in all of their packages) was so fun and got us excited for our wedding day. We set it up just a week in advance (we wanted to know we would have nice weather) and they were very flexible and happy to comply. We shot all around Federal Hill and had Megan and Garrett following us around to all the spots we wanted to get, but they didn't mind. They got great shots, had sneak peaks the NEXT DAY, and in about 2 weeks, we had a link with over 100 beautiful images.
Now, it hasn't even been a week since our wedding (@ St. Paul Catholic Church and Main Street Ballroom in Ellicott City, MD) and they've already sent a sneak peak of 12 amazing pics- we are SO excited for the rest. They work so well together and made us feel so comfortable- and for 2 people who do not like the spotlight, this was very necessary. They got right on the dance floor for candid action shots and you can tell they really enjoyed themselves doing what they love. We had so much fun with them at our wedding, we almost forgot they were there by the end of the night- which I hope is a compliment to photographers- they got close to the action while remaining professional and fun! Can't wait to see the rest of the pics from our BEST DAY EVER! -

Megan Sent on 11/30/2017My husband and I heard of Megan and Garrett through my sister in law who went to elementary school with Megan. As soon as I saw their work I knew I had to contact them. When I wrote to them originally I heard back within 2 HOURS!!!!! Which amazed me because I had emailed a few other photographers and didn't hear back from most of them. When we met with them to go over pricing and our "view" of what we wanted, i was hooked and couldn't wait to use them. They were so down to earth and listened to what we had to say. Pricing was unbeatable for everything that was offered in our package. When we got our engagement photos done we had them back in under 2 WEEKS!! ( I know I know, I was in shock too). Our wedding photos, we got them back in under 3 weeks. This couple is not only professional, but they add that personal touch; you feel like you've hired your friends to capture the most important day of you life. You won't regret using MegaPixels Media. They are hands down simply the best!

SO Grateful!!
Meg & Garrett are absolutely wonderful!!! from our first meeting with them, my husband & I knew they were the perfect photographers for our big day. we felt so comfortable with them & knew they were the kind of energy we needed for capturing such a big moment. just let me say, they exceeded our expectations. they did an amazing job at capturing us as a couple and our families. I’m still so in love with our engagement pictures & now we have gorgeous wedding pictures to show off as well. they captured so many great moments from our wedding day.
not only are they amazing photographers, but they are such great people. every interaction we had with them, they were funny, silly kind & SO personable. they managed to get the job done while also making sure we were all having a good time. I have to give special kudos to Meg for shooting a wedding while in her third trimester! & she even saved the day by assisting with a possible wedding dress crisis! lol if you book with MegaPixels, be prepared for an awesome experience. I am already thinking of another opportunity for us to get back in front of their cameras again!! Meg & Garrett, thank you so much for your hard work!

It absolutely pains me to write this review because Megan and Garrett are such wonderful humans. They're fun and made us feel comfortable. Our wedding guests gush about how great they are as people. I wish I could write multiple reviews because our pre-wedding portrait session was glorious and I LOVE the pictures. However, I'm heartbroken about how my wedding gallery came out. Our pictures as a couple are nice but underwhelming. Our focus on wedding photos we communicated was on our guests & our party and the gallery just does not capture that. We wanted a lot of candid photos, which are there, but they are rarely flattering; some photos are even out of focus and blurry. There are guests we don't have more than a background shot of. A serious breakdown in communication and expectations occurred during this process & we booked almost a full year prior to our event. I trusted them fully and am sorely disappointed.
