  A great, low key experience for our day!

  Getting our photos done by Meg was a truly wonderful experience. She is a calming presence and low key, which was great on an otherwise very busy, hectic day. Her photography is beautiful and has a really ethereal and artistic quality to it. An important thing to note is that you will have to give Meg a detaied list of the must have "wedding shots", as her nature was muhc more to capture the feel of the wedding and less so the formal portraits. This was preferred by us, but important to note. Meg brings the best energy and delivers the most beautiful photographs for amazing value and I would not hesitate to recommend her!

  Best wedding photographer ever!!

  Meg Haley and her work exceeded our wildest dreams! We went into our wedding thinking that photography wasn't that important to us but in the end, it was the 2nd most special thing for us (after the ceremony!). Meg was such a gem to work with and made us both feel so relaxed and comfortable. We're not very used to having our photos taken, but we never once felt uncomfortable with Meg around. Then, most importantly, the photos she gave us were absolutely breathtaking. Honestly, I think they could be used by our venue as marketing material. We looked amazing in pretty much every shot and she had a great eye for landscape as well as people. Hands down best decision we made regarding our wedding!!

  Meg is Fabulous!

  My husband and I were looking for a photographer who would capture the day and how we felt and how our guests felt verses the posed photos you see for weddings. All of our photos capture intimate moments, tearful and memorable cries and people letting loose on the dance floor. Meg was able to capture all of these moments and we are beyond grateful we found her. When we look back on our wedding day we remember how we felt in the moment. All of our photos are simply beautiful. Meg was professional, accommodating and overall my sense of calm throughout the day and the months leading up to the wedding. Thank you to Meg and her team, you are incredible!

  Beautiful Pictures!

  My husband and I chose Meg to be our photographer because we enjoyed how she integrated nature in her portfolio pictures. When we met with her, we discussed how we did not want a lot of staged shots, but rather wanted her to capture organic moments during our wedding and reception. We were extremely happy with Meg and her work, and the beautiful pictures she took.

  Megan actually never got to photograph my wedding because I called it off, but her response to that was so kind and understanding. She responded quickly to all my emails and was genuinely enjoyable to be around when we met in person. I definitely will suggest her photography to anyone!

  Completely disappeared when we had to push the wedding and no refund

  We had to push our wedding but already paid 50% for the photographer. However when we asked for a refund, we never heard back from her. It's not fair that we have to spend $1400 for nothing. No service at all.

  Hi Constance,
  I’m sad to see this review - when you had to push your 2020 wedding date I was there for you and understanding, I re-booked with you a new prime 2021 wedding date with no extra fees or new date retainer. When you then decided to push your wedding yet again, unfortunately I was already unavailable on your new date, which is out of my control. I haven’t heard from you since, I can assure you I have not disappeared.
  As for wedding retainers (the non-refundable fee to reserve services for a date), I held two prime dates for you that resulted in the wedding being pushed once again. I fully understand how much the pandemic contributed to these decisions, but at the end of the day it was your choice to change the wedding date that many times. I myself got married last year and it did change the way our wedding looked, but we still went through with our original date - that was our choice. With every single wedding I was set to be a part of changing last year, as freelancers we cannot indefinitely keep agreeing to multiple new dates and losing an entire two years of income (which is what happened).
  
  I’m sorry you’ve had so much trouble with your wedding dates and I truly wish you two the best!
