Wonderful, amazing experience with mediaplus

I have so many wonderful things to say about Angie at MediaPlus. I went into ordering invites and needed so much help. I received the utmost professional, kind, caring, precise and detailed assistance from Angie. She is extremely prompt in her responses and always will go out of her way to make things perfect! Angie takes all the time you need to talk about your concerns and is a pleasure to work consistently!!
If you want Carlsoncraft invites there are many websites to choose from, please do yourself the biggest favor and call Angie at MediaPlus. You will be happy and very pleased with this amazing customer service and exceptional person.

Wonderful experience - both times, well really three as I planned my one daughter’s wedding twice bc of COVID! I looked locally to touch and feel quality then ordered through Angie for 33%less. Angie answers all questions quickly and offers suggestions. Proofs can be printed at home to see exactly what they will look like. Once I gave printing ok - they shipped and arrived in a week! (Wax seal in photo was purchased separately)

Like many of the other reviewers, I thought Angie and Media Plus were too good to be true. Angie eased any concerns I had from our very first communication - she was prompt, professional, and offered exceptional customer service. She answered every question I had and helped with the ordering process. We just received our invitations and they are absolutely beautiful! I cannot say enough good things about my experience and highly recommend Angie and Media Plus!!

When I initially came across Media Plus, I incorrectly assumed that their pricing was too good to be true. I had been quoted substantially more for the same product and I wondered if I would be ordering a product of lessor quality. I was so wrong! Angie was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. I recently received my invitations and response cards and they look amazing! Opening those boxes immediately hyped up my excitement for my upcoming nuptials. Thank you for helping this stressed bride worry about one LESS thing!

My husband and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on invitations, but fell in love with Carlson Craft when seeing it at another store. Finally I found Angela from Media Plus online at 40% off original pricing for carlson craft. At first I was skeptical because the deal was too good, but as soon as I spoke to Angela I realized that there was nothing to be nervous about. She walked me through the process of how to design my invitation and before I knew it, my invitations were printed and sent to me within two weeks. Media Plus is a hidden gem for high quality invitations at a reasonable price! Thank you, Angela!

I am not an Internet savvy person, and was panicking that after I submitted my order I made a mistake. Angie came to my rescue and emailed me to discuss my invitations. At this moment I do not even have my finished product yet, but needed to write this review. She is wonderful and I trust her that my invitations will be great! She has put my mind at ease with all of the concerns I have had after hitting send and playing the mind game with myself as to weather I did it right or not. She is very professional and has help me with all of my concerns. I would highly recommend ordering your invitationsite from Angie and Media Plus!

I can’t say enough good things about Angie and Media Plus. I was hesitant to order my daughter’s wedding invitations online. I sent numerous emails asking questions about everything from colors, font style, wording, etc. Angie was quick to respond and would graciously give me her honest opinion every time. Because of her help, we ended up with really beautiful invitations, response cards, accommodation cards and thank you notes that we are very pleased with. On top of that, the pricing is much better than anywhere else and everything arrived very quickly. I highly recommend Media Plus!

I usually never write reviews. (Sorry!) However I really felt compelled to write a review for Media Plus.
Where to begin!
Product - The invitations are so beautiful, they look amazing! Such high quality, I can't stop looking at them in their perfectly packaged boxes!
Price - I am still waiting for a catch since the price was better than everywhere we looked by a very big margin.
Communication/Ease of ordering - All of my emails to Media Plus were replied within an hour of sending, Angie was such a great person to work with. I can't thank her enough!
Shipping - I approved the proofs on a Tuesday and they were in our hands that Thursday, I was shocked and so happy! I wish all vendors were like Media Plus! Thanks so much!

Our invitations came out beautiful! Working with Angie was so easy and she is always super responsive on email and by phone. Also the invites came very quickly and pretty simple to put together. For the price, service, and quality you can't beat Media Plus... I would recommend them to all my friends.

Angie from Media Plus was awesome. She was very responsive to all my emails and answered all questions I had very quickly. She emailed me the proofs of my invitation and when I spotted anything I wanted changed she quickly changed it and emailed me new proofs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get any type of invitation and will order again from her if I never need any invites for anything in the future.

I loved working with Media Plus. The customer service I received was beyond my expectations. I was contacted every step of the way to make sure that they were printing my order correctly. Angie is amazing. We were all set to order from another 'yourinvitationplace.com' seller and he didn't return our phone calls or emails for a week. I found Angie by search the web trying to figure out how we would order our invitations. She was so great to work with and extremely responsive, whether it was by email or over the phone. I called her 3 times in one day and she picked up every time. It was so nice to have a wedding vendor who cared. We wound up saving $300 ordering from Angie instead of our original guy, now I'm glad he didn't email us back. Thank you so much Angie.

I cannot say enough about our invitations! They were gorgeous and much less than a lot of other places wanted for less. I got the invitations with the reply cards, and return stamped envelopes for about $150. Some places wanted $200+ for just the invitations. I will recommend to others for their invitation needs!

I ordered my invitations online. I ordered a sample and loved the design, but I could not imagine at the time how much more beautiful they would be once printed with our information! I have gotten so many compliments from family and friends and have been recommending Media Plus to other brides-to-be whom I know. Best prices and incredibly fast. Just perfect!!

Super satisfied with my wedding invitations. We had a couple issues with the language and they were very accommodating and patient. We got our invitations quickly and the looked beautiful. They were also 30% cheaper than anywhere else on the website. And when the revisions on the language lasted past the expiration date of the special they were running on the envelopes, they gave it to us anyway. Would definitely recommend!!

We were nervous about ordering invitations online, but after looking at physical samples and having great conversations by phone with Angela, we decided to go for it. They had e-proofs ready at no charge very quickly after placing the order, and once we confirmed our designs they were shipped within the same week. It took a little over a week from placing the order to have the cards in our hands, even though we are in NY state. They were beautifully printed and very good quality, with by far the best prices I found. Highly recommended!

Angela was so helpful and very responsive during the whole process of ordering our Birchcraft invitations. Anytime there was a problem, she had the issue quickly resolved. Our entire ordering process was done through e-mail and it went very smoothly. The invitations came out beautiful. The printing company messed up on the envelopes but were perfectly willing to re-do them or offer a credit....definitely recommend Angela and Media Plus for invitations.

Media Plus was a great site for purchasing my Birchcraft wedding invitations. The value absolutely could not be beat. I visited a local shop with the same invitations and they wanted $200 more than Media Plus. I had my email proofs within two days. I also requested a press print proof of my invitation and had that in less than a week. I gave my approval on a Tuesday and had my invitations and accessory pieces by Thursday. They arrived in perfect condition. I would HIGHLY recommend Media Plus to anyone looking for great invitations at a can't-be-beat price.

Very pleased with the value for cost. They were very accommodating to our design alterations and even printing invitations on a different language. A word of advice: plan in advance. You really want to see the proofs, so allow yourself enough time.

After going to a local party store and looking through several invitation books, we found what we were looking for. I was able to find the exact same invitation with Media Plus and saved about 40% from what would have been spent. They were expedient in responding to questions and had the proof available for reviewing in 2-3 days. Once we received the final product, we were very much pleased. Like a commercial says, "Why pay more when you can pay less?" We would definitely recommend this vendor.

We ordered our invitations though Media Plus - I had a few issues with their website, but Angie Erny was very responsive and helpful. She was very quick to resolve all our problems.

The only issue I had with them is that the ink on my invitations is darker than it appeared on the website, but overall I'm very happy with the end result!

I ordered my invitations online through MediaPlus after finding them in a specialty store. I had initially planned to order through the other location, but my fiancé moved out of the area. MediaPlus made it so easy to order the invitations and have them shipped, and their pricing was outstanding. My only concern was that my invitations arrived slightly bowed in the middle. They flattened upon assembly and stuffing, however, so I did not raise this concern. It ended up being a non-issue. They responded to my communication swiftly and the final product was beautiful.

Media Plus provides a great service for a low cost invitations. They are very helpful via email. The invitations came in quickly and were the cheapest price I could find online.
