  Our experience was outstanding! We were blessed to win the free wedding at Meadowbrook reception center and the Stuff were like a family! Carole and Chuck were incredible. They helped us with every step. I can’t Thank them

  Highly recommend this venue!

  Our daughter got married and had her reception here today. The staff handled every detail so she and her fiancé didn’t have to worry or feel stressed. I would highly recommend this venue. They are very accommodating and thorough. This was an awesome experience!

  The perfect wedding

  You may think you need need to have a large budget to have the perfect wedding, but at Meadowbrook Reception, that is not the case. Chuck, Carole and the team are AMAZING. Not only are they supportive and receptive to new ideas, they are extremely helpful. There is a 0% chance we could have had a wedding without them. The venue is simple but beautiful and they offer everything, from amazing photography by Jeff and Sue, great food, a wonderfully manicured lawn and excellent dj skills from chuck, and the organization of Carole making sure everything runs smoothly. A little bias since it was our own wedding, but after attending multiple other weddings this year at other venues, I think that ours was beyond better. The organization and flow of the event is perfect and they prepare you for everything. We owe everyone at Meadowbrook a huge thank you for giving us the most perfect day of our dreams. The worst part of the whole experience was when it was over because we knew that we would not be able to visit every week and hang out with the gang. If you have any reservations about using Meadowbrook, trust us, you will have zero regrets going with Meadowbrook.

  Just perfect and stress free!

  The owners, Chuck, Sue, Carole; were amazing!! They were quick to respond to all my inquiries (from setting up initial appointment to view venue to answering any questions or making adjustments I had up until the big day). They made the entire process as simple and non stressful for me as possible. The venue was decorated perfectly and the entire event was done so seamlessly! I didn't have to do anything except enjoy our day! Just perfect!!

  The best in Maine

  Great venue for your wedding. Chuck and Carole were extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had! We are not into wedding planning at all! This place did pretty much everything for us! The only things we had to do were go to the town hall to get the license, get a dress and suite, and hire a photographer. The food was delicious, all the guests said they had a great time!

  Maine's hidden Venue Gem

  My Husband and I got married at Meadowbrook Reception Center and it was a wonderful time! Chuck and his team are super responsive, friendly and Affordable! They made it a breeze. All we had to was to bring ourselves, attire, hair and makeup and decorations that we wanted incorporated into our wedding. The Catering, photography, DJ, Cake, Decorations, set up, clean up and on site bridal suite to get ready were all included!
  
  

  My Husband and I got married at Meadowbrook Reception Center and it was a wonderful time! Chuck and his team are super responsive, friendly and Affordable! They made it a breeze.   The wedding of our dreams

  I can not speak highly enough about our experience with Meadowbrook. While planning my wedding through a pandemic Chuck, Carole, Sue, Jeff, and the rest of the team were invaluable in every aspect. The food, cake, photography, videography, DJing and Emceeing services provided by the venue are truly top notch. The fact that they include set up, clean up, and basically every service for a wedding under the sun made the whole process so easy and stress free.

They continuously reinforced the fact that this was “our day” and that they wanted to make sure they could make it as memorable and wonderful as possible. On top of making every decision and process so easy and stress free, they offer incredibly reasonable prices, and make sure that every aspect has a personal and perfected touch.
  
  The day of our wedding was truly perfect. Everything ran incredibly smooth, and our guests (along with us of course) had an amazing time. We can’t thank Meadowbrook enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams and having a kind and caring staff to answer every question along the way. Could not recommend this venue more highly!!

  We used Meadowbrook Reception for everything, from photography to invitations to cake! They put everything together wonderfully and were professional throughout the entire process. We even let Chuck take over the music and everyone loved him!

  Carole, Chuck, and Sue were all incredible! We felt like we were their priority every time we spoke. They answered any questions and worked with around our busy schedules.   This venue was great! My wedding couldn't have been better. I would highly recommend this venue. Chuck, Sue and Carol were great to work with and responded to my emails very quickly. Everything went so smoothly! Sue was our officiant and she did such a great job! The food was fantastic. The pictures turned out perfect. The music was awesome. And all at a very affordable price!   As a bride who recently had her wedding at this facility, I see that the majority of the problems discussed in these reviews is people not reading their contracts. The purpose of contracts is to make sure both parties are in agreement. Problems come in when you don't know what you sign. This happens a lot when guests are not aware that there is a contract. If you are a guest, then before you write a bad review of a business, please make sure that the problems as you see them are not something agreed upon in the contract.   As a bride who recently had her wedding at this facility, I see that the majority of the problems discussed in these reviews is people not reading their contracts.   My ceremony and reception was flawless, Chuck and Sue were amazing, and well organized. They brought up things that I would have never thought of and addressed every detail of my wedding to make sure it was perfect. The food service they offer is great, and was extremely reasonably priced. The reception was wonderful, Chuck did a great job with the emcee work, he makes it fun and interactive. All of my guests had a blast, and I couldn't be more pleased.
