  Absolute best choice

  They are a phenomenal & fun band. Also not a chance that they could have been any easier to work with. Really went above and beyond for us. I could not be more grateful to them, without a doubt best choice

  I highly recommend booking McLean Avenue Band for your wedding!

  They are incredibly talented and made our reception an absolute blast – we were dancing all night and even a month later our guests are raving about “how great the band was.” Beyond their talent, Padraig was so easy to work with and helped to set the tone for the whole day with exactly the music and style we were looking for from ceremony to reception. He took any stress out of the process completely, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping you have the best day imaginable. Book them!

  Highlight of our wedding

  BOOK MCLEAN AVENUE BAND NOW!! Padraig and his band members were the highlight of our wedding and made our wedding even better!!! We got married at Crested Hen Farms in High Falls NY. We had a fiddle player for our outdoor ceremony and the 7 piece band & DJ for the reception. Padraig was so amazing to work with, he was so responsive and helpful since the first time we contacted him. He really made sure everything went smoothly for our wedding. Our guests were up dancing the whole time and Padraig knew how to work the crowd and played the right songs for our guests. My husband and I had so much fun dancing and the band exceeded our expectations. We continue to get compliments after the wedding how amazing they were and made the night. You are the best Padraig & McLean Avenue Band - THANK YOU!!! Hope to see you soon at a gig!!

  Excellent Band

  Thank you to The Mclean Avenue Band. They played at our wedding on Saturday and it was more than a great time. No one sat down the entire time. Such talented, talented musicians. We are so happy we were able to have them come and play on our day. Everything was so fun and upbeat and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Padraig and to all the wonderful musicians who came and performed. Our guests are still raving about the fun they had dancing and how great this band is. Highly recommended. We may need to have another party! The entire planning process leading to our party was so pleasabt as well, very down to earth and kind. Thank you again.

  Best Band Ever!

  We knew from the start we wanted to have a band at our wedding and we spent a lot of time researching for the perfect group to set the mood for the night. The McLean Avenue Band were the first band we went to see prior to booking a vendor and they immediately blew us away. We knew from the moment they started playing they were the fun and energetic band we wanted to perform the night of our wedding. We first contacted Padraig to see them play at a local bar and from then on, he was always readily available to talk and easy to communicate with. He was receptive to any specific requests we made while also offering us helpful advice for music choices.
  
  The night of our wedding Padraig was there to help set up sound for our ceremony and worked well with our Maître d’. We had a cello and a violin play our ceremony music and it was simply beautiful. The band also provided our cocktail hour with speakers to play our pre-selected playlist. Padraig did an excellent job with our introductions and kept the reception moving smoothly. We never had to give the band a specific setlist as he knew the style we were looking for and were able to read the crowd the night of our wedding. They played a wide selection of genres to keep everyone on the dance floor and everyone could not stop coming up to us throughout the night to say how fun the band was. Even now more than a week later our guests are still raving about what a blast they had. The most fun part of the night was when the band played their own rendition of “The Devil Went Down to Georgia” and had everyone roaring with the incredible fiddle playing. McLean Avenue Band truly made our whole wedding come together and we could not have pictured it without them there. We know choosing a band is often a big (and costly) decision, but we could not recommend this band more as they made our wedding a night to remember for everyone there, not just us. Thank you to Padraig and each member of the band for your hard work, effort, and enthusiasm to make our night truly perfect!

  Best wedding band!!!

  Padraig and the McLean avenue band are seriously THE most fun, ever!!!! They made our wedding an absolute blast. We asked Padraig to perform our first dance song called "Feels like Home" by chantal kreviazuk ( a woman) and he completely and utterly blew everyone away with how amazing he performed this song. I will never forget it. The band had the dance floor PACKED every second of the wedding. Padraig was so easy to work with, laid back, and always willing to talk and answer any questions needed. We did not have to worry about the songs they played because ever single one was a hit! The McLean Avenue band was so much fun for all of our irish guests and NONirish guests alike!!! We LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!!

  Amazing experience

  Words can not convey how extraordinary it was to have the McLean Avenue Band perform at our wedding. Working with Padraig was a delight from start to finish - he is an absolute professional and able to calm the nerves of any bride with his knowledge of the industry and just the right touches to make the day special. The joy we felt on our wedding day was captured by the music of the band. On top of our delight in the music all of our guest were also blown away by the performance and the talent from start to finish. I will always have a warm place in my heart for them and all that they did for us. Could not recommend them any more highly - they will have us as fans for life.

Padraig is awesome and will make sure if it is something that you want he will make sure he can make it happen! Padraig also provided us with a piano player and harpist for our cocktail hour.
