We cannot recommend MBC Entertainment and Michael Collins enough! From the very beginning of the planning process all the way through our wedding day, Michael was absolutely incredible to work with. His professionalism, organization, communication, and attention to detail made such a huge difference and helped everything run seamlessly.
Michael truly went above and beyond to make our wedding unforgettable. He kept the energy high, the dance floor full, and the entire atmosphere fun, exciting, and perfectly balanced throughout the night. He did an amazing job reading the crowd and keeping the vibes going while also making sure every special moment was executed flawlessly.
Not only was the music and entertainment amazing, but Michael was also such a calming and helpful presence throughout the entire process. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in creating an incredible experience for everyone involved. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had and how fantastic the entertainment was!
We are so thankful we chose MBC Entertainment for our wedding and truly could not have asked for a better DJ and entertainment experience. I don’t even have the words to describe how amazing Mike is. He is so fun and lively. He interacts with everyone from the little kids to the grandparents. He keeps everyone dancing and having a blast the whole night. My little cousins and nieces are now calling him Uncle Mike. I can’t say enough good things about him, if you’re on the fence, book him. You absolutely will not regret it -

We used MBC Entertainment with DJ Karter and would absolutely track him down again for our next event in the area! He was flexible and helpful and has great taste in music. Michael gets the party started!
Michael absolutely crushed it as our wedding DJ. From the start, he was easy to work with, responsive, and clearly knew what he was doing. On the big day, he came out ready to go and kept the party going the entire night.
He read the room perfectly, mixed music for all ages, and somehow always played the right song at the right time. The dance floor stayed full, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had.
Everything from announcements to key moments ran smoothly, and we never had to stress about a thing. If you want a DJ who shows up, brings the energy, and keeps the celebration alive, Michael’s your guy. -

We cannot say enough amazing things about MBC Entertainment and Michael! He was so much more than just a DJ — he was truly a hero on our wedding day. From the moment we booked, they were professional, organized, and genuinely excited to make our day unforgettable.
Our DJ kept the energy high all night from perfectly timed ceremony music, to seamless transitions during dinner, to a packed dance floor until the very last song. They truly read the room and knew exactly what to play to keep our guests dancing and having the time of their lives.
We got so many compliments from friends and family about how amazing the music was, and honestly, our reception wouldn’t have been the same without them. They made everything so easy and stress-free.
Not only did he keep the energy high with a perfect music mix and a packed dance floor all night long, but he also went above and beyond in every possible way. He helped bustle my dress when no one else could figure it out, jumped in to help put up tents when a storm started rolling in, and even helped entertain and distract all the littles during photos (which was a lifesaver!).
Michael was fun, upbeat, and such a calming, positive presence throughout the entire day. He made everything feel seamless and truly cared about making our wedding perfect.

Michael was truly the best DJ I could have asked for. He didn’t need much direction from us, and yet the playlist was spot on and what we had envisioned. He was so nice from the moment we met, and made our day even better by being apart of it. He helped other vendors whenever he could, and even helped me with wardrobe issues. I want to start by saying: Michael is so much more than a DJ. And fair warning — this review will be long, because that’s just how incredible he is.
Michael made a personal impact on our wedding day in the most amazing way. Even before we met in person, I knew I was in great hands. Every conversation leading up to the wedding was easy, reassuring, and left me feeling completely confident.
On the day of the wedding, I made a last-minute change and asked if he could meet with me when he arrived. Without hesitation, he came to where I was getting ready. Not only did he immediately understand what I needed, but he also helped secure my veil when no one else could figure it out! That was just the beginning of what Michael would do for me that day.
During the ceremony, we added a unity sand ritual — something I had completely forgotten to discuss with him — and I hadn’t even picked a song for it. Michael had no prior notice, but somehow, in that moment, he instinctively played the second song I had chosen for my walk down the aisle. It couldn’t have been more perfect. I looked over at him, overwhelmed with gratitude for his quick thinking and intuition.
Later, when I needed help bustling my dress so I could walk freely, several people tried and couldn’t quite get it right. Michael — who, it turns out, worked in a bridal shop for 14 years — came over and had it secured perfectly within seconds.
It felt like every time I needed help, without even asking, he was there. I cannot explain how comforting that was on such an emotional day. He made our wedding not just smoother, but so much more special.
Our wedding party was small and not everyone was a dancer, and while I felt bad that he didn’t get the full hyped dance floor experience, honestly, I would have hired him just for everything else he did. His presence, his experience, his intuition — it’s priceless.
Michael is truly the total package: an incredible DJ and so much more. He knows weddings inside and out and will make sure yours is everything you dreamed of — and more. I am beyond grateful for him and feel like I made a lifelong friend in the process.

Michael truly went above and beyond and became an essential part of our special day. Not only did he keep the music flowing seamlessly, perfectly setting the mood for every part of the day, but he also took on roles beyond what any DJ would typically do. When our photographer, Fern, needed assistance with getting the perfect shots, Michael was there without hesitation, helping direct and support. When my bustle wasn’t cooperating, he was quick to jump in and fix it with a smile, making sure everything was picture-perfect. And to top it off, he even gave my mom a quick back massage, easing the nerves before the big moments!
But what really made Michael stand out was the energy he brought to the entire event. He wasn’t just the DJ; he became a part of our family. His presence was so warm and genuine that it felt like we had known him forever. He wasn’t just behind the turntables—he was on the dance floor with us, getting everyone to join in, keeping the celebration lively, and making sure the vibe was nothing short of electric. Michael’s ability to read the crowd and keep the energy high created an unforgettable atmosphere that made the day even more fun and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ, and we’re so grateful for everything he did to make our wedding day truly exceptional. -

I had 125 guests ranging in age from 15-80 years old all raving about DJ Mike’s energy and huge music selection! His price was extremely reasonable and he made the reception unforgettable. All of the guests danced and any song requested he had and his energy cannot be matched! He handled all last minute requests with ease and a smile! Extremely professional and his set up for an indoor and outdoor ceremony reception combo was perfect! Highly recommend!!!!!! -

5’s on EVERYTHING! We just got married on June 8th, 2024 and DJ kid karter absolutely knocked it out of the park. He made every moment that I thought would be awkward, so enjoyable. As a bride, I had no worries as our pre-wedding calls really eased my mind. As well, how flawless his work was during the ceremony and reception made it so much easier for me to relax and really enjoy my special day. He was SO fun and I really enjoyed how involved he was with my day and how nice he was to all of my family and guests. I cannot say enough amazing things about Michael with MBC Entertainment. He puts his heart and soul into what he does, and it is evident as he entertains guests. He went above and beyond for my event, which hosted 140 people in Islamorada, FL. He drove over three hours to be a part of it. He is fun, entertaining and knows how to read a crowd. He made my event special and unique and I would highly recommend him to do any kind of event that you may be hosting. -

I first met Michael at my friends wedding in Key Largo. I noticed he went above and beyond what he was hired for by helping other vendors that needed it. I knew right then and there he would be our hype man at our wedding. When it came time to booking him, communication was excellent. Of course I didn't expect anything less! There was a couple of times I was stressing over the music and he knew just what to say to make sure I knew it would all work out. When it came to the day of the wedding he was there when he said he would be. ALL of the guests LOVED him! When my now husband were sitting at our sweet heart table I told him, "man I really want to clean off the plates at our table." Michael came over a few minutes later not knowing I said that and cleaned it off before the speeches. Michael was just another vendor who became a friend during the planning journey and now he feels more like family. WE LOVE MICHAEL! My mom even said, "I want Michael to be our DJ for our anniversary party!" I also have a friend who is getting married in November and said she is canceling her DJ and booking him! Uhhhh Ohhhh but when you know...you know! THE BESTTTTTT HYPE MAN EVER! If you are looking for a boring DJ he isn't for you. LOL -

Absolutely perfect experience
I don’t even know where to start- when we booked our Venue at Key Largo Lighthouse I was given a list of DJS to choose from and I chose Michael, needless to say we are SO THANKFUL we did!!! Michael was so much more than a DJ for us. My whole entire party & I felt like we have known him for our whole lives. Not only did he do an amazing job at DJ’ing and keeping the party going but he also helped with bustling my dress, & helped the other vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. Best DJ in the WORLD
There aren't enough words to express how incredibly happy I was to have Mike DJ my wedding. Not only did he DJ and provided amazing music, he bustled my entire dress, fluffed my train for pictures, brought dinner to my table, moved fans to the dance floor so I stayed cool all night and brought a TON of energy to the dance floor. He made me feel so much more relaxed and stress less. Mike just goes above and beyond without even having to ask. If I could give a million stars for Mike I would!! Mike was the most amazing DJ ever!! He made sure everyone had a BLAST and everyone couldn't stop raving about how much fun they had on the dance floor! If you want a party, Mike is your guy!! He was recommended to me by my wedding planner and was also so flexible and understanding when we had to move our wedding twice due to covid. On the wedding day, Mike not only made sure all the music went smoothly, but he also even came over and helped bustle my dress when my bridesmaids couldn't figure it out! Then he pinned the bottom of my dress when it ripped! Talk about going above and beyond! He got everyone dancing even my mom which was hysterical. Michael was amazing for our wedding! He kept the party going and was the best DJ I’ve ever seen! He was so funny and can definitely read the room to determine what needs to be done or what song should be played to get everyone up and dancing. We were getting ready to do our bridal party entrance into the reception and my girls were having a hard time bustling my dress. Michael came over to see if we needed help and BUSTLED MY DRESS in under a minute. He was a life saver! He was so much fun and made everyone laugh and have a great time! He came up to me a few different times asking if i needed anything and even offered to get me a water from the bar. My wedding would not have been the dream it was had MBC not been our DJ. He even made a song mix for my dad and I to dance to instead of a traditional father daughter dance. I recommend MBC 100 times over. -

Booking a DJ over the phone can be a little stressful because you’re not always certain of how their personality will translate in real life. I can say with total certainty that Mike was more than we could have ever asked for! He was so helpful in every aspect of the event, and even helped to pour a champagne toast for our guests. He was interactive and funny and did a great job of playing the songs we requested and mixing them with more music. Would recommend 100%. -

Wow! When I think about our wedding party - Michael springs to mind! He was so amazing! Not only in the run up to, helping us plan our evening, but even the last minute, day of playlist was no big deal for him! He picked music that kept our dance floor going, wasn't afraid to get in there with the guests and bust a move, or get more people out on the dance floor. It started to rain during our outdoor beach wedding during the dancing and he easily made a few adjustments to get the dance 'floor' covered and out of the rain and it barely missed a beat! I gave him a small list of do not plays (anything that makes people dance in unison, kill me!) otherwise told him to do whatever he felt was best for our crowd and he killed it. I don't remember much of the exact music played, but we had the party going until he had to break down his equipment so I know it was good. He's super easy to work with, such a nice guy, and fantastic pricing. If you're in south florida, don't miss him! -

Luis was great! He called us a week before to finalize our songs and go over the flow of the wedding and it made us feel so relax. “I’m here for you, it’s your day, “ and that was exactly it. We allowed our guests to send in pre-requested songs with their invitation so we had a lot of requests which he accommodated. We also had a do not play list that came in very handy! Luis went beyond being a DJ though he also made sure my husband and I ate and had drinks too! He was really great and kept the party going smoothly! I would highly recommend! -

DJ Chaba aka Luis was absolutely amazing. He was the epitome of grace, patience, fun, flexibility and just someone who truly guided us in the entertainment side of our renewal. He was insightful and would ask us necessary questions that we had not even thought of, much less planned for. He was attentive to us personally and made sure that we were satisfied with EVERYTHING. During our reception before the dancing he was assisting our coordinator in her role, making sure we were hydrated, and good to go. Luis advised us on how to continue the party as to not disturb the other residents of the island.
We highly recommend him and he is the definite go to DJ for events in Florida.
