    It wouldn’t have been possible without Mayra!

    Mayra is an incredibly detailed professional. From my initial phone call with her, she was very detail oriented and wanted to make sure she didn’t leave anything out. She was always kind and responded to me quickly. She has a contact for anything wedding related, which is a huge plus when needing something last minute. We had a specific layout we wanted and she was able to accommodate our requests even down to the last minute. More than anything, the food was AMAZING. My wedding guests went on and on about the food and said it was some of the most delicious food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Her staff was also very polite and attentive. One of her servers brought me food from the cocktail hour while we were taking our bridal photos and that meant so much to me! Mayra herself served my husband and I a plate of food during the reception. She truly cares about her customers and I would highly recommend her for your wedding needs. Thank you Mayra!

    Ahh! Our guest LOVED the food and service! Each time our wedding is mentioned, we hear “the food was amazing!” Mayra was very professional and personable. She makes you feel like you’ve known her for centuries! She treated us as though we were her only clients and she never missed a beat. We really could not have choosen a better caterer for our wedding. She takes her time and shows great effort. Highly recommended small business. Her work truly speaks volumes and leaves bellies satisfied! Thank you so much Mayra!

    Mayra's Catering Experience

    Mayra's catering was by far the easiest of my vendors to work with. Mayra was very easily accessible and responsive. But the real review goes to the absolutely delicious food she provided. My husband and I only got to try 2 pieces from our food because everyone ate up everything so quickly!! It was also a pleasure getting to meet Mayra herself, as she came to give her best wishes before the ceremony. Thanks again Mayra!

    I had the pleasure of working with mayra for my wedding. I am so happy with my experience. Mayra has an awesome and friendly personality and it is very obvious that she loves what she does. I recommend her without hesitation. Mayra's Personal Touch is all in one. They provided my catering (which was delicious), referred me to my DJ, and also my florist who was Elites Flowers. Overall very pleased with everything!!! Mayra was very involved in the wedding process, I was very comfortable to contact her at anytime. She always responded promptly. She is very experienced and I trusted her and she went above and beyond to make my wedding perfect. She decorated my reception wonderfully, her servers and bartenders were professional and nice, the food was amazing. Thank you mayra for making my wedding one of a kind!!

    Mayra went above and beyond to make our wedding a perfect representation of us as couple. She is extremely professional and personable. She always responded to our questions, concerns and gave us great advise on a timely matter. We were running a bit behind on schedule but she worked with the photographers and DJ to readjust our timeline. Overall our reception was amazing thanks to Mayra and her team. All of our guests were extremely happy and praised the food and staff even days after our wedding. They told us our wedding was the wedding of the year. Thank you Mayra for everything you did for us. We wish we could have done more for you but regardless we will recommend you to all of our family and friends for future events for sure. Love, Sheyla & Peter

    Mayra was AMAZING from the moment we met her. She went above and beyond to help us with any and every detail of our wedding. Mayra's prices were reasonable and the quality of food and expertise was off the charts. We went through Mayra for our wedding cake as well and it was both beautiful and delicious for a great price. We also needed last minute transportation and she was able to find it. Mayra truly made our wedding day perfect. She was by our side if we needed anything and really gave that extra personal care in everything she did for us. I HIGHLY recommend Mayra for all your planning needs. She is truly wonderful!!!

    I've worked with Mayra on multiple events and she impresses us and our clients each and every time. Extremely professional and willing to provide solutions to any issues that may arise, not to mention the food tastes great!

    Mayra from Mayra's Personal Touch Catering & Event Planning did an amazing job as my day-of coordinator for my wedding on 11/17. She was so efficient and was a huge help the day-of my wedding. I don't know what I would have done without her assistance and creativity!I trust her and her team and have also used her for catering events in the past and I am always very happy with her service and professionalism...thank you AGAIN Mayra for a job well done!

    Mayra and her team were an incredible help! I can\'t believe I found someone so easy to work with! Mayra was patient and understanding when I changed my mind and made final decisions. She was able to create an incredible menu with an open bar on a tight budget. I would absolutely recommend her to ANYONE looking for great, personal service on any budget!

    Mayra saved the day! I contacted Mayra last minute to cater my wedding because my caterer backed out last minute. Mayra stepped in with only about 2 weeks and did an amazing job! She and her staff were very professional and the food was great. I highly recommend Mayra!

    Mayra did a great job. Everyone commented on how good the food was. Although a bit pricey, I would surely use her again for another event and I know others at the reception said the same.
    Her staff was really friendly and fun too. I highly recommend her.

    Mayra was very flexible with our small budget. Her staff was extremely professional and friendly. The appetizers were delicious, I recommend the raspberry puffs :)

    Mayra is great - the most important for me was how calm and accommodating she is. She listens and was so helpful even making, adding services at the last minute. She helps you have a great day!

    I considered taking her to court. We made it abundantly, over the top clear that we wanted two hours of a hot meal with fresh, real high-quality food. But when I reviewed the invoices after the reception (that she refers to as her contract) there were several items that were included in the original written bid but were OMITTED on her invoice. She did not mention the changes and since we trusted her to be honest - she had a recommendation from the venue coordinator - we were unpleasantly surprised on our wedding night. There were frozen vegetables - not fresh - as we had for the tasting lunch. There was no wild rice, but pasty instant type mashed potatoes - also not as we experienced at her tasting lunch - - and Mayra actually ran out of food in 40 minutes instead of having a carving station open for two hours as we had discussed. In addition, I could not believe that Mayra really scolded me - the bride - in the kitchen for not eating earlier. And then what we did get for dinner was leathery beef and fake mashed potatoes. Oh, there was enough salad, that was ok. But by the time I had to bus my own table afterwards I was just super disappointed and angry. There were other things too like saying in writing that there would be 2 bartenders during happy hour when she only provided one. I heard reports from my daughter and other guests that her food was cold from the very beginning, that she had run out of gravy and there was no butter halfway through or even salt and pepper even though several guests – six percent did not attend as expected. The venue coordinator still claims she is great, but the ones who made the event work, at all, were my husband’s friends as this lady didn’t even know there was questionable weather, and when I told her it might be a problem she still only arrived two hours before showtime. Mayra is deceptive and dishonest in my opinion.
