Matlack Florist was the perfect choice for our wedding florist! Shayna was super supportive the whole time. We changed our minds quite a few times and every time she came back with more ideas and options for us without question. She understood our budget and didn't try and make us spend more than what we were comfortable with. She really listened to what we wanted and created the perfect flowers for our day! If I could give Matlack a million stars, I would. It was as if Anne and Elizabeth got inside of my brain and were able to create exactly what I dreamed for my wedding flowers. I literally don't know anything about flowers and didn't have a ton of specifics for the team; I knew the color palette and general vibe, but was really relying upon the Matlack team to work their magic. And they truly did! All of the florals were absolutely stunning, and I walked away from every conversation with the team feeling like they heard and understood me. They were truly one of my favorite vendors to work with! I cannot recommend them enough!

Matlack did a beautiful job with my daughter's wedding last weekend. The initial call with Anne was very detailed and she quickly got a grasp on exactly what our vision was. We had a detailed in person meeting with Allison a few months out from our wedding and we reviewed specific flowers and ideas and it was so reassuring. The final call with Elizabeth close to our wedding day gave us such confidence that what we had envisioned would be realized. The wedding flowers were amazing. Our ceremony area, cocktail hour area and dining area flowers were spectacular. The bouquets were absolutely lovely and we could not have been happier. Do not hesitate to use Matlack. Their prices are very fair and the service was impeccable.

I was blown away
I’m so glad I found Matlack Florists not only because they were proximal to our venue, but also offered an a la carte option that fit our budget. I was on a constant search for a florist that offered a la carte florals and had the availability since our wedding was the week of Mother’s Day.
The cons of an a la carte option is that your only options are to pick the color palette and you do not have a choice in flower selection; they make this very clear. You’re also required to pickup the flowers yourself.
I was willing to take the risk once I reviewed their Instagram and previous reviews; and OMG. The bouquets and boutonnières exceeded my expectations. The arrangements were fresh, lush, and aromatic. The bridal bouquet ironically include one of my favorite flowers, ranunculas.
Matlack was communicative and allowed me to pickup the flowers when it was most convenient. The pickup process was seamless and quick. The staff was so sweet and I’ll be a returning customer. I could not recommend them more. Thank you to the team at Matlack Florists!

I had the most amazing experience working with Matlack for my wedding florals! Everyone who I interacted with from my initial appointment until my wedding day was wonderful. Kristin met with me three times to make sure that she was capturing my floral vision and to ensure that every detail was accounted for. She was so thorough and knowledgeable and I knew I was in good hands working with her! Kristin was also very flexible with our meetings and always responded quickly to any email I sent. The Matlack staff who were at our wedding venue on our wedding day to set up were incredibly kind and seemed to be just as excited as I was. Every single arrangement that Matlack designed and set up at our wedding was stunning and so many people asked who our florist was because they were such beautiful arrangements! Kristin @matlack was such a joy to work with. She took over our wedding after a previous employee left unexpectedly. She stepped in with poise and professionalism from the start. I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work and flexibility. When I made last minute changes to the design, she was accommodating and did what she could to make it work. Let me first start by saying that despite staff changes - Kristin and Colin were fantastic during our whole wedding process. The team was able to collaborate extensively with myself to bring my vision for florals on my wedding day to life. They even followed my Pinterest wedding board to make sure the florals were everything I dreamed of and fit the wedding vibe. What I appreciated the most was that even with staff turn over - I was contacted to make sure I knew who my knew point of contact was and they made sure to review my wedding florals package with me again to make sure they were on the same page - and they did a perfect job! Matlack did an amazing job for our wedding! We had some custom requests including centerpieces in growlers and a large arrangement where we got married, and everything turned out even better than we had imagined. They worked with our somewhat minimal vision ("greenery with some color") and were able to create exactly what we wanted. We did not have any idea what type of flowers and arrangements we wanted for our daughter's wedding this past June. Working with Nicole was great. We gave her our overall vision for the wedding along with a color scheme and she created the most beautiful bouquets and arrangements. They were exactly what we envisioned for this special day. We have used Matlack in the past for proms/smaller events. No one else I could imagine working with on our wedding! I was looking for a local florist who would help me figure out what I wanted because I had no clue and Matlack Florist did just that! Being a COVID bride, I was scared to death that nothing would turn out right for my big day, especially the flowers that I couldn’t even see in person but boy did they deliver! On top of getting married during a pandemic, we were also on a pretty strict budget being that my husband and I were paying for everything ourselves and I can’t thank Nicole enough for going back and forth with me, breaking down all of the costs and working with me to stay within my budget. My flowers turned out amazingly beautiful and everything down to the table arrangements were even petter than I had pictured while discussing on the phone with Nicole.

I can't thank Matlack Florist enough for everything they did for us!!! Due to COVID 19, we did not have a simple wedding as the plans kept changing but Matlack made the process so easy!! At the beginning of the planning process, I had an idea of the flowers and Nicole made my visions 100% better. When we have our "second" wedding, I can't wait to us Matlack again!

Brought our vision to life and more!
Matlack did a PHENOMENAL job at our wedding on 7/11/20. They brought my vision board to life and turned out even better than we could've hoped! They were actually recommended to us by someone else, and we couldn't of picked a better company. They were quick to respond to emails and made planning super easy with them. I can't recommend them enough!!

So beautiful
They were so great to work with and were able to make exactly what I wanted. When I saw the flowers for the first time on the wedding day my breath was taken away. They lasted all night long and looked amazing.

Best Florist Ever!!!
You should definitely hire Matlack florist for your wedding or any other special event! We worked Nicole Coyle, she’s amazing!! She took my floral hopes and wants and made them a reality! We got married in November and I wanted Dahlias to be my main flower, but when an early frost came just 2 weeks before our wedding, our flower arrangements were not going to be the same. Nicole found a way to make it happen! She was able to source a few from a coworkers garden that survived and she was able to supplement with mums to make the exact look we wanted!!
Everyone remarked about how beautiful our flowers were! We had a rustic, fall winery wedding with table garland and everything was beautiful!

Beautiful Flowers!
Matlack Florist went above and beyond to make my wedding flower dreams come true! They worked with me on substituting flowers to make sure that my pinterest vision stayed in budget. I had 15 tall center pieces, 9 bridal bouquets and a massive arch that was absolutely stunning. I also planned to donate my flowers to a local charity that breaks down arrangement into smaller bouquets to donate to nursing homes, when Matlack heard that is what I wanted to do they coordinated and worked with the charity to do the drop off for me! I can’t say enough positive things about Matlack from start to finish, they were responsive, helpful and honest in making sure I had the exact flowers I pictured on my wedding day. (Nicole was my coordinator and was the best)

We worked with Nicole for our flowers for our wedding. I went in to our first meeting with a general idea of what I wanted as far as the color scheme and the style of the bouquet I wanted - Nicole helped bring everything to life with numerous suggestions and recommendations. She gave ideas of what flowers to put together and how to make my "simple" color palate and idea for our wedding come to life! The centerpieces turned out absolutely beautiful and the bouquet was out of this world! I am still getting comments 2 months after the wedding how beautiful the bouquet was. Amazing As Always
My family and I have been going to Matlack florist for over ten years for all family occasions from proms, funerals, showers, and now a wedding! I got married in October 2019 and words cannot describe how beautiful my floral arrangements were. Even though we have been going to Matlack Florist for so long, I continue to be blown away by their work. Nicole was amazing to work with and she created such beautiful arrangements for my wedding day. I highly recommend using them for ANY occasion as we have had a wonderful experience with them every time.

Pain free and perfect!
I reached out to Matlack because they were affiliated with our vendor and my mom knew one of the florists. I went for my consultation with Nicole and she couldn’t have been more helpful! I was so all over the place and didn’t know what I wanted other then sunflowers succulents and some blue mixed in. She helped guide me in a direction and made it so simple and easy for me. I left there knowing she knew what I wanted more then I knew what I wanted. She accommodated me every step of the way with asking to move the drop off time up, to changing my original quote, to just helpful wedding tips. The day of when I saw the bouquets I was so happy they turned out amazing and looked gorgeous for the pictures. I couldn’t say nice enough things about Nicole and Matlack Florist!

I found out about Matlack through a friend of mine. The flowers at her wedding were so beautiful that I knew I was going to have to use Nicole for my wedding flowers as well! At our first meeting, I was unsure and very general about the type and color of flowers I wanted. But from what I was sure of, Nicole was able to immediately make many recommendations, pulling out pictures and recommending types of flowers I've never even heard of! I never once felt worried when it came to my wedding flowers because Nicole was very confident and definitely capable. I got so many compliments on my bouquet and still continue to get complimented from my wedding photos!

I contacted Debbie a few months before my wedding and she gave me a form to fill out to help her get an idea of what I wanted. I was so impressed that she asked for my Pinterest board to see pictures of what I had been saving as bouquets and arrangements I liked. I met with Debbie to discuss what I had envisioned for my wedding flowers and she had prepared several printed out images from my Pinterest board so we could talk about what part of each image I liked. She took detailed notes and helped me talk through what I was really imagining for my big day. That same day she was able to give me a quote and we signed the contract right away because we were really happy with the price. On our wedding day when I saw all of the flowers I was so impressed and absolutely loved the bouquets and arrangements she had created. They were beautiful!

I had a great time working with Nicole for our December wedding. She was extremely responsive and always got back to you very quickly with any small question. She worked with us to create exactly what we were looking for and the final cost was very reasonable. We wanted to use a lot of anemones for boutonnieres, the cake, bouquets and other places but it happened to be the beginning of their season when our wedding came around. Since the anemones weren't opening as she had anticipated, Nicole immediately communicated her concerns to us and helped us to prioritize where it was most important that these flowers were used. Nature is something that you cannot control but Nicole helped us navigate a challenging situation to get the best outcome for our wedding day and I am extremely appreciative!

We worked with Nicole who was incredibly helpful and open to any and all ideas that we had. The day of our wedding, I couldn't believe how gorgeous my bouquet and all of our flowers were. We couldn't have been happier! I highly recommend Matlack to anyone getting married. They were willing to work with our budget and find flowers that were in season for the fall and suggested we stay away from expensive flowers that would increase our price quickly. Nicole was absolutely amazing, from asking her to keep the costs down, to last minute change to where one of the flower deliveries went, she was just completely responsive and on top of everything! Each flower was perfect and what we asked for, they went with all the colors, the darks and lights blended perfectly, the flowers looked stunning, smelled extremely elegant, and looked fabulous, it helped to make our forever day to remember shine more brightly! Matlack Florist was a wonderful place to work with from the very beginning. Debbie was a pleasure to be around any time we stopped in or for whatever question I had. I’m not a very knowledgeable person when it comes to flowers, but she was able to take these color ideas I had and turned them into a perfect combination of flowers for my bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. And when everything arrived the day of my wedding, it was everything I could have hoped for. My bouquet was just stunning and I would love to somehow figure out a way to replicate it with silk flowers just so that I could look at it every day. My Bridesmaid bouquets ever so elegantly fit with their dresses and our ceremony site was gorgeous with the flowers all over the room. I cannot rave enough about Matlack and would recommend them to any bride I meet.

It's taken me way too long to write this review, but I could not have been more pleased with Matlack Florist and the floral arraignments for our wedding day! We had unique ceremony and reception sites and wanted to keep our flowers simple and somewhat minimalistic. When interviewing other florists, I felt like I was being forced into adding so many floral features (I'm guessing to add increase the price?) despite saying I wanted to keep things simple. But as soon as I spoke to Nicole from Matlack, I signed a contract with them immediately! Nicole listened to what I said I wanted and worked with me every step of the way to create the most beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and arraignments. From a payment standpoint, I also preferred the way Matlack Florist handles things, as it allowed me to make some changes and add things after our initial discussions. I added a ceremony feature and had some seriously last minute requests for corsages, and they were beyond accommodating and seemed genuinely happy to help! I didn't truly know what I wanted in terms of colors, flowers, or sizes, but Nicole worked with me every step of the way, sent me sample pictures, suggestions and ideas, and in the end, I trusted her eye and creativity enough to choose some of the final details for me! Again, so happy and thrilled with how everything turned out. They were so wonderful to work with, and I'll keep them in mind in the future for birthdays, showers, etc. and will recommend them to everyone I know!

During my initial consultation with Nicole, she made me feel very comfortable - she listened to what my preferences were, and even took a look at my pinterest board to get a better idea of what I liked. I didn't have much experience picking out flowers for an event like this, so she also provided expertise where I needed it. We changed a few things here and there to account for my budget and changing preferences, and the day of the wedding, everything arrived on time and turned out absolutely beautiful. I truly appreciate the time that Debbie spent with me to go over what we needed for our special day. The flowers were absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I just wish we had discussed the staining that can occur on the wedding dress with having real petals vs. silk petals. It was disappointing to see purple and blue stains on my train. :-( But, it took nothing away from the overall success of the day and the beauty that Debbie created for us!

SO HAPPY with Matlack Florist! I was getting the cold shoulder from another florist and found Matlack through Wedding Wire kind of close to our date. So glad I did! Nicole was so responsive and perfect-- she knew exactly what we were going for based on a few inspiration photos and was happy to do a last-minute add-on. Matlack Florist provided us with the most beautiful floral arrangements. From the boutonnieres, to the bouquets to the center pieces everything was beautiful and cohesive. They did a great job all while adding their own creativity and art.

We just got married on 7.7.18 and Matlack Florist was our vendor. Nicole was a pleasure to work with; she was not only responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, she was also so accommodating! When I had a last minute change to the schedule and had to ask her to bump her arrival time earlier, she immediately responded and said it wouldn't be a problem. I cannot stress enough how highly I would recommend Nicole and Matlack Florist to anyone. You can tell from the minute you walk into the store that they are true professionals and that's quite a comfort when handling logistics with multiple vendors all at the same time. To boot, their pricing was more than reasonable. All in all a GREAT experience; thank you Nicole and thank you Matlack Florist!

Matlack Florist was amazing to work with! They had already done a wedding with a similar vision to mine and were able to add on the touches that I wanted. I loved the ideas and creativity Nicole Coyle brought to the table and how easy she was to communicate with! Two months later, I’m still dreaming of the garden wedding feel they executed. They truly listen to what you want and make it perfect! Everyone kept commenting on how elegant and beautiful the arrangements were and of course, I agree! I couldn’t be happier with their work- thank you for making my day gorgeous!!!

I worked with Nicole Coyle and couldn’t have been happier with her service and with the bouquets and boutonnieres she created for my wedding! I sent her a picture of what I was thinking for my bouquet and she NAILED IT, it was full but not over powering and the colors matched my vision to a T. She was so helpful through out the whole process and even allowed me to make changes closer to the date. I can not say enough good things about Matlack and about Nicole!

Nicole was great to work with in planning the flowers for our wedding. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, just general ideas for colors of flowers and she helped us decide which flowers to use. We ended up with bouquets and boutineers, as well as personal flowers for family members. I absolutely loved my bouquet and all of the other flowers we had at the wedding. We have even planted the succulent that was a part of the groom's boutineer!

Nicole is the best! She is incredibly knowledgable on the flowers she uses and is very good at educating her clients on all of the flowers that are out there. The whole process was so easy thanks to Nicole. She stayed in touch throughout the planning process, and when it came down to the week of the wedding, was able to provide us with all the details we needed. The flowers were spectacular, gorgeous and matched our colors perfectly. They also provided us with pew bows and flowers for our church which were also superb! Well done Matlack!

I worked with Nicole at Matlack Florist and she was great! Easy to get an appointment with and we were able to email back and forth easily! She really made it a point to try to get my color scheme down. I used pictures as a reference for what I wanted as my bouquet and she got it perfectly! I really appreciate that when we came into the store with only a general idea of what we were looking for, and Nicole guided us through the whole process and made it easy to put together stunning bouquets, centerpieces, etc. for our wedding. I am so happy with my decision to work with Matlack. From the beginning I worked with Nicole to explain my vision (without knowing anything about flower types) and she was able to show flowers that matched exactly with my random assortment of Pinterest photos. She was great about checking in to see how things were going and working with my changes along the way. When she showed up on our wedding day I was SO happy to see that she had taken what we talked about and made it come to life. Thank you to Deborah at Matlack Florist for the beautiful flowers we had at our wedding. I asked for simple but elegant floral arrangements i envisioned white hydrangeas tightly arranged with hints of pale pink roses interspersed throughtout my bouquet and complimenting table arrangements. I gave her some pics from Pinterest and Deb really listened and came through. We were married at Greystone Hall and she has worked there many times before, and knew what flower arrangements would best go where and also understood that I wanted the arrangements to compliment the elegance of the mansion without being so understated that they disappeared. She worked with my budget. I could not have been happier with the flowers and with Matlack Florist.

We had a wedding close to St. Patrick's day so my husband wanted some type of Irish flower and they were able to accommodate (unlike the other vendors we met with). All of the bridesmaids and myself had gorgeous sunflowers for our bouquets. The flowers were perfect and the price was great for the quality.

When I first got engaged one of the things that I said that I could “skimp” on and “didn’t care about” were flowers. As the months passed by and I spent hours and hours looking at Pinterest ideas and talking to my mom, I decided I did care. After sitting down with a few florists in the West Chester, PA area we decided to go with Matlack’s. Nicole was a pleasure to work with right from the first email I had sent her all the way to my wedding day. Our centerpieces and bouquets were stunningly beautiful. We went on a honeymoon two days after our wedding for a week and when we got back, my bouquet STILL looked beautiful just from keeping it in a vase!! I’m SO glad I cared about my flowers and which florist I went with! If you’re looking for a florist in the West Chester, PA area - look no further!

I just had my wedding on November the 12th. I worked with Deb. She was amazing and after explaining what I wanted, she showed me a sample of it. It was perfect. Exactly what I wanted! We couldn't have been happier with Debbie and the team at Matlack Florist! She took the time to sit with us for over an hour as a consultation to discuss the options, styles and pricing. We were so pleased that we booked on the spot!! We then met with Debbie prior to the wedding to go over last minute details and were in awe! She was awesome to work with, and made our floral dreams a reality. We were concerned that the hydrangeas in the bouquets could wilt from what we heard from other brides (not using Matlack) - but she assured us that she used the highest quality flowers and that we had nothing to worry about. Debbie was amazing! Matlack Florist was one of the vendors that Downingtown Country Club uses to provide the centerpieces that were included in the wedding packages and I'm so glad I chose Matlack!
I had a meeting with Debbie where we went over my floral vision and she provided a quote right after the meeting. Flowers are expensive so initially it was a price shock. However, there was just something about Debbie that made me want to book. So, despite the price being a little more than anticipated, we booked her.
Later, I discussed with her that the flower bill was just a little too high. She did not take offense and was quick to work with me on getting the cost down. My bouquet was stunning as were my girls! I really let her take creative freedom because she knows what she's doing and I do not. My centerpieces received so many compliments (sweet berry roses in a bubble vase). And I absolutely loved them - they went perfectly with the navy linens and blush napkins.
My bouquet was still alive and beautiful when I returned from my honeymoon a week later. If I ever need flowers again, for any reason, I will be quick to return to Matlack Florist.
Even now as I think back to the flowers at my wedding, I can't stop smiling at how perfect they were!

Debbie did a beautiful job on our flowers. We only wanted bouquets and boutonnieres and due to some financial restrictions, we came to Debbie about 3 weeks before our wedding looking for help. I grew up in the area and knew Matlack had a great reputation, so I knew that the flowers would be beautiful, and they were! She was very knowledgeable about our church and reception venue, and the drop-offs and set up the day of our wedding went off without a hitch.
