Professional Grade!

Matchless Transportation provided shuttle services as well as get away car for our wedding weekend needs. They were wonderful! The vehicles were spotless! The staff was, friendly, polite, helpful and punctual! The Seafoam Green Bentley was perfection! We were so pleased with all of their efforts! Thank you Diane and Mary for all of your assistance! Great experience!

Matchless was super helpful when we decided to book a getaway car last minute. The car we ended up getting (Waylon's Cadillac) was super cute and clean, and our driver was so nice and professional. There was even a goody basket with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for us in the backseat! The ride to our hotel was smooth, and our driver made sure we were all good and taken care of at the hotel before he drove away. Such a great ending to our wedding night!

Beautiful Cars and Incredible Service!!!

We hired Matchless Transportation for our wedding day and couldn't have been more thrilled with the cars and service! We decided to have two different cars for the ceremony exit at the church and then also at our reception. Both cars we had were in immaculate shape and the drivers showed up early and were extremely hospitable and nice. They both made us feel extra special on our wedding day, evening bringing champagne for us and I couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out! I would highly recommend them to any bride or groom looking to hire them for a wedding!!!

So happy with Matchless Transportation! They were very quick to respond and easy to work with! I changed my times and locations around slightly like two days before my wedding due to rain. They were so nice about it and very easy to get ahold of (open 24 hours) and they called me back the next day to confirm that everything was correct, as I had told them that something might change again since I was still working out details.

The driver that picked us up was the nicest and very helpful! He helped us all get our stuff into the limo and made sure we had everything and that it was all carefully packed into the car. He also carried all the stuff up to the bridal suite even though it was a long way and he made multiple trips. He stopped on his way out to give me wedding advice. So sweet. I'm mad at myself that I can't remember his name, but he was great!

We used Matchless for our getaway car once our wedding reception ended to take us to our hotel in downtown Nashville. We were very impressed with the car and also the service from our driver! We left the reception venue and he took us through downtown Nashville and made a stop at Love Circle where he proceeded to let us out and took a picture with us in front of the car with the skyline behind us - I love that we have that memory and the picture! It was a wonderful ending to our perfect day! I highly recommend them!

We had a destination wedding in Nashville so transportation was a little overwhelming for me to plan. The Matchless team was able to answer all of my questions and assure me that they could get my guests from point A to point B. Our driver to take us from our "getting ready" location to the venue showed up early and was extremely professional, as was our driver that took us back at the end of the night.

Matchless Transportation had the perfect car for my wedding day! The drivers were very prompt and professional. We also use a van for our wedding party which was very well appreciated!!!! The logistics of your wedding day are very important and thanks to matchless, I was able to just sit back and enjoy the ride....

My husband and I felt like royalty leaving our wedding. Colum, the driver of our vintage white Bentley arrived early to prepare for our departure, which was helpful because we had a couple of bags to load into the trunk. Colum was very accommodating from the moment we stepped onto the red carpet leaving to the car until he saw us walk into our hotel. He offered us (much needed) water bottles and fresh chocolate covered strawberries the moment we set off down the road. He also asked us if we wanted to be driven straight to the hotel or if we wanted to take a detour and ride around downtown. Of course we chose to parade around in our Bentley, in our wedding clothes, through downtown Nashville. It was so much fun! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a truly "Matchless" experience.

We used the London Taxi and loved it. It was clean and in great condition. Our driver was at the reception site hours before scheduled. That worked out nicely since we actually ended up leaving earlier than scheduled. The driver was really friendly and accomodating. My husband wanted to get a snack from McDonald's and it was no trouble for her to do that on the way to our final destination. The staff was extremely accomodating, triple checked our schedule and destination prior to our wedding day, and was happy to work within our budget. The service was extremely affordable and a fun treat.

Matchless Limousine provided exceptional service after our wedding reception in Nashville. The driver showed up early to ensure he was on time and provided a lovely spread of refreshments for us. Our driver was extremely friendly and even went out of his way to drive us the "long way home" so we could see some of the city.

I would highly recommend their services, as they were very professional and responsive throughout our experience working with them. Wonderful, wonderful service!

My parents surprised my husband and I with a Rolls Royce for our wedding transportation. The car was lovely. We had champagne and white chocolate covered strawberries inside, which were devine. The real clincher was our driver, Mike. After the ceremony, we headed to the Parthenon for wedding party pictures. It was a very windy afternoon, and much to my surprise, my veil blew away in the wind! Mike was wonderful!! He ran to the reception venue to get to my mother and brought back bobby pins and hairspray. What a day saver!

My husband selected a silver 1961 Jaguar from Matchless Limousine. It was just wonderful to leave our reception in such a beautiful, awesome car! Our driver, Beverly, was great. She even took a picture of us next to it when we got to the hotel. There were balloons in the car as well as chocolate covered strawberries and water or soft drinks. We felt so special as we drove around downtown Nashville! Matchless Limousine is fantastic, especially for those couples who want more unique transportation!

Would highly reccomend! They came early with red carpet treatment. We selected the vintage Bentley and everyone was blown away. While were were killing time between ceremony and reception he showed us a few beautiful spots we have never seen in Nashville and we both have lived here our entire lives! Thanks for everything!

I would highly recommend Matchless Limos for your wedding transportation. We rented a horse and carriage for our wedding. Matchless showed up earlier and gave us a great tour of Nashville’s famous downtown. I definitely plan on using them in the future…should the occasion arise.

We had never rode in a limousine before and Matchless Limousine sure made it a experience to remember.We got nothing but great service from our driver.The limousine was well worth what we spent on it.

We rented both a limo bus for our guests to be transported to and from the wedding site, as well as a vintage Jaguar for our trip from our reception site back to the hotel. The car was beautiful, and the driver was wonderful. We had chocolate covered strawberries and champaign in the vehicle, and they even rolled out a red carpet from our reception venue to the vehicle as we left. On the way back to the hotel, the driver took us down the main strip of Nashville's downtown to show off the car and us. It was a lot of fun! Tons of people stopped to say how awesome the car was! Well worth the rental!

We love Maury! He was the driver for the bachelor party and for us on the wedding day. He was friendly and professional. He took care of all of our needs. We had an executive van for the bachelor party and the vintage blue Jaguar for the reception. Both were amazing! On the way to the reception we enjoyed chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. We also made quite the exit from the reception.

Matchless provided a white vintage Jaguar for our getaway car from the reception. It was so beautiful and the driver was very nice and courteous! The team at Matchless did a great job, they took the stress out of coordinating transportation for our wedding guests as well as our wedding party. They even coordinated with our wedding planner and another transportation company to ensure we had buses on hand to bring our out of town guests from the hotel to the venue and back. They did a great job and their vintage cars are nothing short of amazing. The bridesmaids and I took a stretch rolls royce to the ceremony location and a vintage Jag picked up my Husband and I at the send-off. They were on time and the driver was just so friendly! We had a great time.

Would VERY strongly recommend them. They were amazingly professional. Every time we got into the car, they offered us water. At the end of the night, they had champagne and chocolate strawberries waiting for us in the Bentley! The driver was amazing- he was incredibly professional and so nice. I felt like royalty! The car itself was, of course, astonishing. The driver even took us on a 45-minute detour from the reception site to our hotel, driving us through downtown. He definitely did not have to do that, but it added such a special touch to the end of the evening! I would hire them again in a second. They are hands-down the best in Nashville.

Matchless is pricey but then again, they are Matchless. We used an Executive Coach to transport the bridal party and the coach was gorgeous, impeccably clean and the driver was also polite and as helpful as possible. He treated the bridal party like princesses. Thanks, Tim. For the bride and groom we had a 1961 Bentley, probably the most beautiful car ever made. The driver was perfect and treated the bride and groom like royalty. Kate and Will did not get better service than our bride and groom did. He gave them a mini tour of Nashville while they lounged and smooched in the back of the Bentley. Perfect!

Matchless was wonderful. We have a 30 minute delay in our wedding for a tornado warning. This put the entire schedule out of wack, but Matchless handled it perfectly, even offering people additional rides becuase of the confusion. The were super to work with, everybody loved getting to ride in the limo or jaguar or limo bus. It just took the stress off of having to worry about how the family and friends were getting to the church, reception, and then back to the hotel after a night of drinking.

Matchless went above and beyond. They were on time and prfessional. It rained the night of our wedding and they substituted a car for our horse and carriage and it was seamless!

We felt like royalty. Would highly recommend--enjoyed the added touch of champaign & strawberries. A quick side note, we got married on a hot summer day & the vintage jag does not have air conditioning.

We received our post-reception transportion as a gift, so I'm really not able to comment on 'value for cost' and such. However, while the driver was nicely dressed and very kind, we and our guests had to wait (outside while the lit sparklers about burnt their fingers off) for about 20 minutes for a replacement limo (vintage Jag) to arrive because the white rolls we'd requested broke down at our reception site (would not start)...all in all, I'm not sure what could have been done to prevent this mishap, but it was slightly disappointing.

Matchless Limousine provided our getaway car (a london taxi!) from the reception. I would highly recommend Matchless Limousine. The london taxi was amazing and we really ejoyed the added touch of champagne and strawberries!

Matchless Limo provided our getaway car from the reception (an amazing vintage blue jaquar!!), as well as a limo bus for the wedding party from the bride's home to the church and then from the church to the reception. They had the limo bus stocked with champagne and other drinks. It was a very comfortable ride, and all the wedding party was impressed!!! Also, my groom and I loved riding in style from the reception to our wedding night hotel in a jaguar with champagne and strawberries.

They were very accommodating when we asked for a 1 hour rental instead of the standard 4-hours, and had quite a few cars to choose from!

I loved the old Jag that we rented from Matchless Limo. There was a slight mishap with the booking, and we had to leave our reception a little early in order to get the car that we wanted, but it was well worth it as the pictures with the Jag look amazing. They have the best selection of rental cars in town.

Matchless Transportation provided the transportation for our wedding party to and from the ceremony, photos, and reception. The driver showed up on time and the sprinter van we had requested was clean and stocked with the proper amenities. However, some where along the line of communication the itinerary was not communicated from the dispatcher to the driver. Luckily our driver double checked with us at the start of our drive and asked if location 'A' was our only destination and it was not. We had an additional two locations on the itinerary. I consider myself lucky that our driver double checked with us and was able to accommodate the correct itinerary. I am also glad that we had properly schedule and coordinated our day of timeline allowing ample time to re route to our correct destination and arrive at the first location on time. Even though we had the slight itinerary mix up I was overall happy with the service the driver provided and would recommend Matchless to others.

Excellent service,the chauffeur was timely and knew the route to get us to the church while avoiding traffic.We had a blast in the limousine it was decorated on the inside and had some champagne that was very fitting for the occasion.I know who I am going to call the next time I need a limo in Nashville.These guys are great!

They were very nice and friendly. The limo was spotlessly clean and arrived before our scheduled pick up time. The only things that I wish were different were price and availablity of limo color choice. We requested a black limo and received a white one. It's no big deal, but my husband and I preferred black. They were a little expensive for what we got, but overall we were very happy.

The ceremony ended early and we panicked but the driver came early so it worked out perfectly. We chose the Jag and it WAS beautiful but we had bad exhaust fumes the whole ride. Other than that it was great! Chocolate covered strawberries...

Matchless Limo has the best collection of classic cars available in Nashville.My husband has had the pleasure of driving these cars in more than one occasion.We book a stretch limousine on our wedding because we had a party of 7 riding with us.Like always they where on time and gave us the royal treatment.

Our wedding coordinator booked Matchless Limo for us - we had a London Taxi take us from the wedding to our hotel. The London Taxi was very cute, and looked great in the photos. Our driver was very professional- very polite and nice, but also gave us plenty of privacy, and it was nice to have a quiet car ride after such a hectic day. They even gave us chocolate covered strawberries during the ride. It was a bit expensive, but we were very pleased with the service.

Meh.......

All of our wedding vendors were so fantastic and to be honest Matchless is the only one we had any trouble with. Initially, they were the only vendor who would not sign the contract set forth by our venue. I don't know details of what it said but ultimately it sounded like it was just that they wouldn't trash the place-- I know it's transportation so they wouldn't be in the venue but if they happened to go in for any reason, the venue wanted to be covered. It all seemed silly for both parties to be so adamant, but it was definitely added stress that they were the only ones who wouldn't sign and let us move forward. I don't know if they ever signed or not but we did use them for our get away car in the end. We also used them for transportation out to our rehearsal dinner outside of the city the night before the wedding. After the event, we were told we had been charged a late fee for having the driver longer than we had paid. There is no way we were more than 10 mins late back to Nashville and if had known we would be charged the extra fee, you bet I would have continued to dance the night away with my closet friends and family instead of ending the night too soon to shuttle back. I don't know other transportation options in the area as I didn't do tons of research for this vendor but am overall pretty apathetic about them.

Not a great experience

Honestly our experience with Matchless was not good. They contacted us a week before our wedding offering us an upgrade to a Bentley from the Jaguar we had booked, because the Bentley had AC. We took the 'upgrade', and then the Bentley broke down 2 blocks into the 1 mile ride between our reception and hotel. Obviously as a vintage car, it had no emergency flashers, so we were sitting in a hot car in the middle of a lane of traffic.

Again, I understand the cars are vintage, but we ended up getting picked up by my mother-in-law, and expected they might reach out to us about what happened. They did not, and when we called 3 days later, Diane repeatedly said "you left us there!" as though it was our responsibility, in a wedding gown and tux, to stay in a broken down car when the driver couldn't give us any timeline of what was happening. She also blamed it on the AC, which is frustrating considering we didn't even ask for a car that had that feature. In the end, they only gave us a 50% refund, which is highway robbery for a 2-block ride. Not only would I not use them again, I'm going to tell any engaged friends to not use them as well. I just felt it was all-around poor customer service and not what we needed on our wedding night.
