My daughter and son-in-law chose Mary Sarah Photography for their wedding and it was the best decision they could have made. Mary Sarah Rader is an exceptional photographer. She is a master at planning the timeline of a wedding day so that every special moment is captured. She listens intently to the bride’s vision and works to make that vision a reality. She has a gifted eye for picking the most expressive pose in just the right setting with the perfect lighting. Her energy level is remarkable and she literally runs from one scheduled wedding activity to the next. Organizing family and friends for photographs is always a challenge, but Mary Sarah handles it with patience, good humor and respect.
At the end of the day, the proof of her talent lies in the beautiful images that she created for Jackie & Ryan and these will live on for many happy years to come. I’m so grateful that they found her.
I would highly recommend Mary Sarah Photography. She is just the best!

The Absolute Best
- [ ] Mary Sarah was an absolute dream to work with from our very first interaction. She is very well-organized, insightful, experienced, and thorough in all that she does - from the communication before we ever met, to the detailed information she provided at our initial consultation, to the wedding day itself. We received a beautiful, surprise gift in the mail just prior to our engagement shoot. That was one of the many small touches that set her above and beyond the rest for us. Mary Sarah created a detailed wedding timeline for us that even our day-of coordinator found to be so helpful and precise. I didn’t feel any stress whatsoever on our wedding day, because I knew there was a plan for every photo that we wanted and I just had to follow her lead! She was wonderful at combining the few poses and photos that I knew that I wanted with her own expertise to provide us with the most stunning album of photos. She and her assistant/second shooter on our wedding day, Mallory, even helped with things that were not their responsibility, such as affixing charms to my bouquet and helping to get boutonnières pinned. She captured all of the portraits that we wanted as well as all of our decor that I would never have seen otherwise (we got so busy trying to visit with everyone that I never made my way through our whole venue to see everything in person!). I could go on and on! Finally, it must be mentioned that Mary Sarah is not only a brilliant photographer, but also one of the sweetest souls you’ll ever meet. I cannot imagine our wedding day without her experience and calming presence. We will treasure our beautiful wedding photos forever. -

Mary sarah is awesome!
I knew I wanted Mary Sarah to capture my wedding before I was even engaged. Let me explain. One day during work, my coworker came to desk to show me photos from a family friends wedding, and believe me when I say they were BEAUTIFUL. The first thing out of my mouth was “who photographed the wedding?” So, I got Mary Sarah’s name, followed her on Instagram, and wrote it down in my notes because like most women, we plan our weddings before we’re engaged.
Not too long after, I got engaged and knew exactly who to go to. Mary Sarah was responsive, informative, and transparent regarding her packages and the full value of what you’re getting. She really takes the time to understand your vision and make it reality through beautiful and timeless photos that will last a lifetime. She is very kind, genuine, organized, and extremely talented and I couldn’t be more happy that she was a part of our wedding. We will cherish these photos forever. -

Mary Sarah is simply the best! Working with her made such a big part of our wedding + wedding planning so easy. From the moment that we submitted an interest form, she was responsive, kind, and you could tell, invested in the couples that she works with. She was also so patient and really worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. From planning the engagement photo session to the actual wedding, she was incredible to work with, and went along with all of our ideas and thoughts (and transformed them into AMAZING pictures). On the actual day of the wedding, she made sure that things were streamlined, organized, FUN, and made sure to balance capturing plenty of photos while making sure we were able to enjoy all of our wedding. I can't say enough good things about Mary Sarah + her photos! -

Mary Sarah is the sweetest and kindest human being that you will meet. But more than that, she is a true professional with a keen eye for photography. She captures the light and the glow of your bridal moment so so well. Her sister was with her second and was so nice in fluffing my train and helping me walk around with how long it was. She is extremely responsive via e-mail and was able to talk me through different options of packages so that I knew I was picking the right one. My husband really does not like to get his photo taken, but she was able to get the best out of him and overall I am SO pleased with how the photos came out. Mary Sarah is top notch, you will be really happy with your experience with her I promise! -

Hiring Mary Sarah for my wedding was the best decision. She is very professional, fun, and creative. When we received our photos, they honestly took our breath away. Hailey Sent on 10/05/2018My husband & I are the least coordinated people in the world. Yet Mary Sarah was able to position us so that she could capture our love. It sounds corny but she really caught us looking sweetly at each other, one another, and eating tacos. That's right we had taco bell at our engagement shoot (that is included in most packages). Trust me it turned out really cute, even though he sounds crazy. On our wedding day Mary Sarah and Brent showed up and got to work immediately. It rained on our wedding day but it held off until after the ceremony. We took photographs in the rain and they are legendary! We have only seen a sneak peak of them right now but our wedding photographs are gorgeous. If you want quality, romantic, fun, loving photographs of you and your future spouse, call Mary Sarah!!! -

From the beginning, Mary Sarah was very flexible in how we used her services and gave us the flexibility to create a wedding package that fit our needs. Her relaxed and professional personality eases my worries leading up to the big day. My husband and I were not afraid to tell her exactly what we wanted, and Mary Sarah delivered everything we asked and more. Another great addition to Mary Sarah’s services was having her husband, Brent, as the second photographer. Although we did not meet Brent until the day-of, Mary Sarah and Brent were so comfortable with each other that it added another level of fluidity to the day. They captured every major moment of the ceremony and reception while being strategic about staying out of the limelight. My husband and I are so happy we chose Mary Sarah Photography.

My wedding planner had showed us many options for a photographer and once we saw Mary Sarah’s wedding photos we were so in love . They are seriously the best people to work with very passionate, hardworking , and one of the most big hearted people ever . We definitely have not regretted choosing them and I know you won’t either !

She was very professional and gave us a lot of direction so our pictures turned out gorgeous! She is truly talented in finding unique, beautiful places to shoot your pictures, and make her subjects look natural in the photos. I have received so many compliments on how beautiful our pictures turned out and it is all thanks to her! If you are looking for a photographer for your engagement/wedding pictures, you absolutely should hire Mary Sarah!
