Martin is kind, professional, and amazing at what he does. All lead up conversations were easy and he made both myself and my husband feel calm and at ease the day of. He has a great eye for what photographs well and listened to my requests. His work is beautiful and will make your wedding day stress free. -

We had such a great experience with our wedding photography team. We worked with the lead associate, Dan, but the owner, Martin, still handled all of the editing and logistics. Martin was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and organized throughout the entire process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
We got to know Dan a year before our wedding when he took our engagement photos, and from the start, he helped us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. On the wedding day, he was a great leader in keeping everyone on track while still being easygoing and calm. We also received so many compliments from our guests and bridal party about how nice, friendly, and creative he was. We’re so grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend them! -

Martin was an absolutely incredible photographer to work with. He captured the most amazing memories of our wedding day. From fun candids on the dance floor with friends to the intimate first look and everything in between. His professionalism and organization helped the day flow without any timeline concerns. From initial meet on zoom to follow ups he answered all of our questions and helped our planning process tremendously. We submitted our must haves and requests ahead of time and Martin and his team ensured every shot was captured. He helped find some incredible angles of us as well. Martin and his team was the best decision we made for photography and videography! They were so experienced with every little detail possible. They were able to capture so many moments during our wedding seamlessly, kept us on schedule and made my wife and I as well as our guests look flawless throughout the night. My wife and I are terrible at posing or looking genuine in photos but he somehow was able to truly make us look great. We can't recommend Martin and his team enough!!! -

Absolutely blown away by our experience with Martin Reardon Photography! Dan and Anton photographed our wedding and were an absolute pleasure to have with us on our special day. I'm so happy that I chose Martin Reardon Photography as the videographer for my wedding! Leading up to the day, Martin was very communicative, organized, and easy to work with! I also appreciated that his videography package had exactly what I wanted: highlight video edited full ceremony, and edited reception video. The actual videographer of my wedding, Matt, did a great job capturing the day and making my husband and me feel comfortable.
I don't have enough positive things to say about the finished products! The highlight video perfectly captured the joy and beauty of the day as well as the love that my husband and I have for each other. The ceremony and reception videos were great as well, as they captured the event from many different angles. I know my husband and I, along with our families, will be looking back at these videos for many years to come! -

Worth every penny!
We LOVE Martin Reardon Photography - we had two wedding days, one was a private ceremony and the other a larger reception with everyone else. First of all, Martin was super communicative about both days, the differences, schedules for both, and what we wanted. He also sends very informative emails explaining the process, which was super helpful and helped with any planning stress. Our photographer for both days was Dan and I cannot recommend him enough! We LOVE how all of our pictures turned out and are so happy with them. Dan helped us feel so comfortable on both days and you can tell he has an eye for capturing photos that are just bright and beautiful and really capture the happiness in the day.
When we were searching for a photographer, we wanted someone with a bright and positive looking style and Dan really pulled through with this! Highly recommend! -

We found Martin Reardon Photography through our vendor list provided by The Lambertville Inn. The communication working with him and his team was excellent and always timely. Dan did our engagement photo shoot and we just knew during that time that he would be great to work with for our wedding day. His assistant, Anton, was just as amazing as we worked with both of them for our Wedding day. We are beyond thrilled with their work and would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. The finished photos were beautiful and better than I could have imagined. -

Martin was really great to work with! He was very patient with me and all the questions I had in my original call with him and is open to scheduling as many additional calls as needed. I was getting married at a location I was not very familiar with so I really didn't have any specific idea on the best picture spots, but he was able to go through various options with me! Unfortunately it was a bit rainy on the actual wedding day so we had to improvise on the outdoor photo spots but he was able to find other locations for pictures last minute and it all worked out perfectly! We're also not very good at posing for pictures so he was able to guide us very well and went above and beyond with helping carry the bouquet and helping with my dress as we moved around! I cannot recommend Martin enough as your wedding photographer! -

Martin is amazing!!! Martin was our engagement and wedding photographer. The words used by our friends and family when looking at Martin's pictures were "Wow, wonderful, amazing, unreal, and the best." Martin has such a unique eye for amazing pictures. You can look at Martin’s gallery and know you're going to get some awesome shots but he exceeded all of our expectations. Our wedding pictures were some of the best wedding pictures we could have ever hoped for. Unfortunately it rained, poured actually, while we were getting ready to take our portraits. Martin was so calm and collected, he made us calm in the process. Martin then turned that rain into a positive and caught some of the best reflection shots with us and our reflection in the puddles with the sunset. Martin is such a skilled and amazing photographer and his calm demeanor was exactly what we needed on our wedding day. Martin truly knows what he is doing, his pictures speak for themselves but he is also such a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using Martin for any and all future professional photography needs. -

Awesome in every way!
We loved working with Martin on our wedding day! We initially chose Martin after reviewing his portfolio because we loved the deeply saturated pictures and his ability to truly capture emotion in each picture. We were not disappointed-- our pictures absolutely encapsulated the spirit of the day and documented every heart-felt moment. We also found Martin and Anton incredibly easy and fun to work with. I am not a natural in front of the camera by any means- Martin understood and gave clear direction on how to get our best poses. He was patient with our questions and with getting every shot that we requested. He also got so many cute pics of our family kids! We highly recommend Martin and his team to capture any precious life moments! -

We had the best time at our wedding with Martin and his team and still cannot thank him enough for these beautiful photos that we've been staring at in awe since we got your email earlier this month. Some of our favorites: my grandfather cheesing hard, all the fun candids, the artistic couple shots, detail photos in the museum that just came out beautifully, etc. We never met them prior to the wedding day which made us very nervous since our budget didn't include an engagement shoot to meet the photographer months before, plus we had already sent our save the dates, but Martin and his team were so professional and easy going the whole day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and loved the creativity it took to capture these moments. He was quick to respond, super organized, sent us a document to put all of our details and timeline, and just went above and beyond to make our day special. I cannot recommend him enough! -

We loved working with Martin for our wedding photography! Within minutes of our initial conversation with him, my husband and I knew Martin was the right photographer for us. Throughout the planning process, Martin was quick to communicate, responsive and flexible, and understood what we were looking for. Martin answered all of our questions and made it easy to schedule consultations. He also provided great resources for planning the day, gathering a shot list, and tips for posing. We felt immediately comfortable with Martin on the day of our wedding. He blended right into the day and was available for us and our parents to grab during the reception for photos. It was important to my husband and me that we get photos that genuinely captured us and our friends and family - and that’s exactly what Martin delivered. Martin gave clear directions for posing, but he also let us just be and captured us as we were. He had the list of photos we wanted on hand and double checked with us as we went along, and gave us a peek at some of the photos throughout the night, too. Our edited photos were delivered within the promised timeline and were easy to access. We were thrilled with the final results and have looked at the photos every day since! Martin’s work is stunning, vibrant, and reflects the true feeling of the day. I would absolutely use Martin again for important life events and recommend him to anyone getting married in the Philadelphia metro area. -

I can’t say enough good things about Martin and his work. He did our engagement shoot, 2020 COVID wedding ceremony, and our 2021 wedding reception. As you can imagine with all the uncertainty that the pandemic brought, there were plenty of changes in plans - and Martin was flexible and patient every step of the way. He did an absolutely amazing job at all three events - we were blown away by the quality of his pictures that we will treasure for a lifetime. The best to work with!
Martin is a true professional! We booked him as our photographer for both our engagement and wedding. The pandemic obviously forced us to change plans several times over the last year, but Martin was so understanding and accommodating! Even in the dead of summer taking photos outside for our rescheduled engagement photos, he made us feel so comfortable and confident in ourselves, and those photos reflect that!
Beyond being an amazing artist, he is so organized and helpful - something that I didn't find with several other photographers. Every question you have is answered in the resources he provides! He's accessible and just a true pro.
We recently got our wedding photos back and could not be more in love!! They are truly amazing and capture all of the important moments of our day. During our wedding day, Martin never made us feel like we had to do anything we didn't want to. He made recommendations and really just assured me what I wanted was OK :) On your wedding day, you want the people around you and your vendors to support you with little issues, and Martin was just a pleasure to work with, making sure the service he provided was top quality. Amazing!!!
Martin was amazing from beginning to end! We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and with all the craziness Martin was more than accommodating. He was there on the new date no questions asked!
His photos really speak for themselves on his talent but behind the camera hes very easy going and makes you feel comfortable. He was never "in the way" of the moment, he just captured the actual moment and thats all you can ask for when you look back on your wedding day.
We are so happy with the pictures from our big day and cannot wait to share these memories with our kids one day!

Working with Martin was the best decision we could have made! He truly did such a great job capturing our engagement and wedding photos. For our engagement shoot Martin made a two hour trip to where we live without hesitation and we greatly appreciated that. Martin is professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. The scheduling and planning is done all online with an easy to use format. Martin is readily available to answer any and all questions you may have. We had to reschedule our original wedding date due to Covid 19 and he made it easy for us while honoring the same contract. On our wedding date Martin captured all of the must have moments and used his timing and creativity to get great candid shots. We received the photos a few weeks after and we couldn’t be happier. Martin did an amazing job capturing every aspect of our wedding - the details, the emotions, the ambiance & the people! I now have the BEST memories to look back at & remember our special day.
My husband & I both feel very awkward posing for pictures, but Martin has such a calming attitude that the whole experience was a lot more enjoyable than I imagined. We did our engagement photos in 90+ degree heat & our wedding photos in the freezing cold. Martin was able to work with us so well in both conditions you could never tell how uncomfortable we may have been in the photos.
The reason we chose to work with Martin was the quality of his work & his reasonable price. The other photographer I was comparing his photos to in the beginning was asking for twice as much as Martin! I wanted photographs that would remind me of every feeling I had during my wedding day & Martin did exactly that.

For as long as I can remember, I have loved photography- both taking my own photos and admiring the work of others. That is why the photographer was one of the most important vendors that my husband and I selected for our wedding. After doing research online, I came across many talented photographers, but Martin Reardon stood out among the pack. It was obvious that Martin was not just a photographer, he was an artist. We were also lucky that we had friends who used him for their wedding and stumbled into their wedding photos on his website, and they could not recommend him enough!! His website had so many beautiful examples of his work and we were drawn towards his style. The formal photos were stunning, but the candid photos were what really excited us about his work. Martin was very responsive to our inquiry and had such an organized process for setting up a phone meeting with him. We spent a good amount of time on our initial phone call and he followed up immediately with a review of our conversation and a quote for his services.We decided to book with him and we decided to select the engagement shoot photos, full wedding day coverage, a 2nd photographer, and a 20 page 10x10 wedding album. Martin was always responsive to our questions, no matter how silly they may have been.
When we first met Martin in person, it was the day of our engagement photo shoot, which we opted to do in our neighborhood, Fishtown. Our shoot was in December, so it was very chilly outside, but Martin came prepared with warm weather gear and was a trooper, despite the freezing temperatures. Martin had us do some of the classic couple poses, but he also used his artistic eye to take some innovative shots in places we had not thought about. There were a few photos where the angle was not necessarily flattering for myself or my husband, but otherwise, the photos turned out fantastic. The great thing about Martin is that he asked for our feedback when it came time for our wedding and we mentioned we did not like that one angle and he easily made the adjustment, no questions asked. He seemed to appreciate our feedback and we were so thankful how open he was to it. Overall, our engagement photos turned out beautiful, we even used one of our favorite photos for our save the date!
We had a little less than a year between our engagement shoot and our wedding, but Martin stayed in touch and sent us over some helpful wedding day tips that he so wonderfully put together on his website. Despite his transparency and ability to answer questions before they are even asked, I am an anxious person and started getting together final details about a month before our wedding. Martin was kind enough to jump on a call with us and event sent us over the final details worksheet he created for his couples to complete early, so that my anxious-self could get a head start. The worksheet was so detailed and thorough, we decided to send it to our videographer as well!
Now, onto the wedding day!!! Martin and his 2nd shooter, Anton showed up early to the hotel and got right to work, which I very much appreciated! Even though it was a bunch of females getting ready, Martin was very comfortable and patient with us all. Anton took photos of my husband and his groomsmen getting ready, while Martin stuck with us girls and took our photos, as well as all the dress, shoes, invite, etc. photos. After the getting ready photos, we met Martin and Anton at the venue. They were both so flexible and open to do whatever we wanted with the photos, yet Martin did take lead and positioned us for photos in locations he thought would look good (and of course, he was right!). It was a perfect Fall afternoon; the lighting and foliage was absolutely stunning and Martin and Anton did a phenomenal job of highlighting both. After the first look, bridal party and family photos, we went right into the ceremony. One of the things I am so thankful for are the photos of the small details around the venue. We spent so much time and energy on the small details and it is so meaningful to us that Martin was able to capture them on camera. As I mentioned earlier, one of the reasons we booked Martin was because we loved his candid photos and let me tell you- he did not disappoint! Some of our favorite pictures from the whole day were candid moments on the dance floor- he really made it look like we were having a great time (which we were!). Every single photo that was captured throughout the day will be treasured for the rest of our lives. We are so thankful for Martin and Anton and could not recommend them enough! -

It was an absolute pleasure working with Martin. He did both our engagement pictures and our wedding at Philander Chase Knox Estate. Martin was professional throughout our entire process, responding quickly to e-mails and in answering all of my questions. He is personable and an absolute amazing photographer. We planned on doing our first look in Valley Forge National Park, but it down poured the entire morning. Martin was flexible and helpful in coming up with a “plan B” option, but ultimately encouraged me to stick with our first plan after the rain stopped, ensuring me he would do everything to make the pictures turn out how I dreamed. Martin helped carry my dress, helped me get around, and helped to make sure my dress did not get ruined by the mud. Our pictures turned out absolutely beautiful, and Martin was super fast in getting them back to us! I can’t thank him enough for his stunning work capturing this special day for us. I hope to be a part of another wedding he is photographing in the future. -

Martin was an absolute joy to work with. My wife originally heard about Martin from a friend, and when we first checked out his work, we were completely floored by how beautiful and elegant his photos were. We ended up booking Martin for our engagement shoot and our wedding. He was a true professional throughout the entire process. We loved how organized and prepared he was — he shares plenty of helpful information and advice about how to prepare for photo sessions ahead of time, and his strong experience clearly shows in both preparation and execution. And of course, the end product really speaks for itself. His photos are seriously incredible! Martin did an amazing job of capturing all of the special moments we imagined, plus tons more that we didn’t even think of. He’s truly a ninja, deftly maneuvering throughout the day to shoot every moment without even remotely getting in the way. He’s so efficient and is great at keeping everyone and everything on schedule while remaining extremely courteous and and thoughtful. We were thrilled with our engagement photos, and we are just as pleased with our wedding photos, which he was able share with us less than a month after our wedding — a truly great surprise upon returning from our honeymoon. In reflecting upon our wedding, my wife and I agreed that hiring Martin was the single best decision we made. We would hire Martin again in a heartbeat! -

Martin was a dream come true. The photography element of my wedding was the most important thing to me. Finding the perfect photographer was essential. Martin absolutely exceeded my expectations. He captured moments that I didn't even know happened. I looked through our gallery for the first time last night and cried. I was blown away and will forever be grateful for having found him. In our initial meeting we were told that he would pose us in what may seem like awkward positions, but to trust him and I'm so glad he did. Our images are breathtaking. Martin and his second photographer were phenomenal! Hiring him was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We were also lucky enough to do our engagement photos with him, and if I had any doubt in my mind that he was the right guy for the job, these thoughts quickly vanished. The pictures turned out lovely and he was able to get so many shots in so many locations quickly. He clearly has an eye for photography. On the day of the wedding, he arrived on time, worked well with our other vendors, and blended seamlessly into the background. He is a true professional and kept things running smoothly and assisted where needed. Everyone felt comfortable around both photographers the entire time. I appreciated his directions and calm demeanor. We received the sneak peek of our photos within a month and they are absolutely stunning. Martin, went above and beyond and also sent pictures of my grandfather after learning of his passing. He is a class act and I can’t thank him enough for that. We can't wait to see all of our photos and I trust that they will be flawless and everything we could hope for! -

As an (admittedly) picky bride with a background in photo/video, I was very selective about choosing a photographer. We had several concerns given our wedding date and start time. I needed someone who could create beautiful images in low light, who captured candid moments, and who knew how to wrangle large, boisterous groups. After carefully studying his work and speaking with him, Martin was the obvious choice. From the day we signed our contract to the day we received our final photos (within only two months, by the way!), Martin proved to be one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day!

He was the best vendor that I worked with throughout my wedding planning process, when the big day finally arrived, and post-wedding! He was helpful and quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and offered to meet up or chat over the phone. I was initially intrigued by the beauty of his work, after studying his website gallery and blogposts, but it was really his laidback nature and attitude that sold me! I had come across so many photographers that did beautiful work, but in talking to them I felt stressed out, anxious, and like they were inauthentic or pretentious. Martin is a genuinely nice guy, who is great at what he does and loves what does! That is clear to the consumer by his prompt responses, professionalism, and passion for capturing all of the emotions that come up throughout the big day! Martin is one of the few vendors I would definitely pick again, if my dreams became reality and I got to live that day all over again!

We were married at Material Culture in Philadelphia, which is a very interesting and somewhat challenging venue to shoot. We were so happy that Martin was able to capture the unique beauty of our venue, including the many colorful lanterns that came out as bright blobs in all of our guests' photos. The formal portraits came out beautifully, but the very best were all of the candid photos captured throughout the day and night. Martin and his assistant were like ninjas, snapping photos and capturing authentic joy and emotions without getting up in everyone's face all night. Another thing I really liked about Martin was that he was very flexible and calm when our plan for our first look photos went totally wrong. He was able to adjust to the new circumstances and we got gorgeous first look photos, even if we didn't get them taken at our intended location. I would absolutely recommend Martin to anyone getting married!!

I was looking for a photographer that could evoke emotion from our wedding day, and he did just that. From start to finish the process was easy and reliable. Martin has a very in depth questionnaire that really answers and addresses any questions a photographer may have for the bride & groom and vice versa. Of course our wedding day became chaotic & pressed for time for photos, but Martin was able to keep the group in line while getting great photos of just us, which I honestly forgot about in all the craziness! We also got a second photographer on our wedding day to ensure every detail was captured.
Overall, I highly recommend Martin for anyone looking for a photographer for their big day! -
