  The perfect venue for a perfect day!

  Planning our wedding at The Reefhouse was nothing short of perfection. Not only is it a beautiful place but the wedding coordinator Cathy made every step of planning easy for us. We are from up north so this was a destination wedding for us. Our friends and family not only enjoyed our wedding but the beautiful resort as well. I can't put into words how wonderful our wedding day was. I wish I could relive it a million times!

  Planning our wedding at The Reefhouse was nothing short of perfection. Not only is it a beautiful place but the wedding coordinator Cathy made every step of planning easy for us.   Absolutely breathtaking

  Reefhouse gave me my dream wedding. Cathy went above and beyond with helping us pick food, Location at the hotel , table settings and getting back to any emails for the wedding. The hotel staff treated me and my guest as family and helped us whenever we needed it.

  Cathy and the Marriott Team is Unmatched!

  Words cannot express our gratitude for Cathy! We are from out of town and she took care of everything. Even when the pandemic changed our original plans, Cathy was very flexible and accommodating. She worked with our wedding day coordinator, our photographer, our DJ, our pet handlers, and our other vendors. She also organized the food/catering, the room block, and the logistics of the day. Any questions or concerns we had, Cathy would be available via email or phone right away. Cathy is truly a professional and we are so thankful from the bottom of our hearts! Cathy and everyone with Marriott team helped make our special day magical, stress-free, and flawless. When the ladies were getting their hair and makeup done, Barbara delivered room service many times throughout the day and each time, she was genuine, sweet, and friendly! James, Abba, and Cory from the reception hall were just as amicable and attentive. The hospitality at the Marriott stood out to us and to our guests! If you are looking for a top-notch, quality team and stunning views of the Keys, Key Largo Bay Marriott is the perfect place to celebrate your special day!

  A1 Classy Service!

  Wow! I don't know where to begin. Cathy and her team helped us put together the wedding of our dreams. The attention to detail and how beautiful the evening was unreal. It was everything we imagined it would be and more. VanCole was superb in making sure the day went smoothly. We are so happy and will be back soon!

  Valentines Day Baptism

  We celebrated my daughter’s baptism at Key Largo Bay Marriott on Valentines and it was perfect! Cathy was a pleasure to work with prior to the event, she is quick to respond and always helpful. VanCole who was on site the day of, was just as helpful and professional. They helped create a beautiful outdoor private lunch by the bay that my family and I will always remember. Also, the food was delicious! My guests all raved about how good their meal was! 10/10

  Perfect wedding weekend at Key Largo Marriott

  From our initial site visit to our last day on the property leaving after our wedding, the Key Largo Marriott Team made our wedding weekend so special and was perfect from start to finish. Cathy is a veteran professional and it was great working with her as an out of town bride. All of our guests were so gracious in complimenting the food, the staff and the venue. Vancole, Andrew and Mo also paid attention to every detail on our wedding weekend and felt like part of our family. Also, chef Tony adapted the menu for all of our dietary restrictions and satisfied even the pickiest of eaters. People told us it was the best wedding they ever went to!
  
  Visiting the keys for a wedding venue at first was an afterthought after looking primarily on Fort Lauderdale and Miami but the feeling we got when we visited made us know this was where it was meant to be. It was the perfect wedding weekend for us, our families and friends and the Marriott Key Largo absolutely a joy to work with. We hope to return soon!

  Incredible Venue and Staff

  Choosing the Key Largo Bay Marriot Beach resort as our wedding venue was the best decision that we made! Our wedding was on Sept 1, 2019 where there were predictions of Hurricane Dorian hitting Key Largo but the entire team at Key Largo kept us calm and reassured. We started off working with Tamillia who was AMAZING throughout the whole process. She responded to all our emails and calls promptly. She answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. When the wedding day came, Tamillia was off that weekend but she left us in the loving capable hands of Cathy who went above and beyond for us to make our day beautiful! When our photographer and videographer team cancelled one day before the wedding; Cathy recommended and got in touch with McLaughlin Photo and Video who quickly came to the rescue and were a dream to work with (I am attaching some of the photos that they took)! We can’t thank Tamillia, Cathy, Vancal and the entire team at Key Largo Bay Marriott Beach Resort enough for making our wedding day the absolute best and better than we ever dreamt it could be!
  PS: The food and drinks were a hit with all of our guests! They are still talking about how much they enjoyed themselves!

  Beyond expectations

  After stressing about booking a site unseen and based on photos and reviews we were beyond thrilled with our decision. We do not have one complaint nor have we heard one from our guests. There was another wedding the same weekend but in no way did they interfere or impact each other. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and helpful. This whole weekend of events exceeded our expectations and was well within our budget. We cannot thank the staff enough for an amazing wedding weekend.

  Excellent service and experience

  We planned our small wedding from afar. We were hoping for a fun vacation weekend for our closest family and friends, with a little wedding thrown in the middle. The resort staff made it wonderful, both for us and all of our guests. Everyone had a fun and relaxing time, and the wedding itself was beautiful! Cathy and her team were fantastic at communicating with us and had everything ready for us, from the moment we arrived until we all checked out. We used the resort for a welcome bonfire with smores, our rehearsal dinner, as well as our ceremony/cocktail hour/reception, and everything came together perfectly. I still get compliments from our guests, saying how lovely it was and how helpful the staff was. All in all, a fantastic time!

  Amazing experience

  We had an amazing experience with this venue. Everyone from event manager Cathy to the wedding day staff made it the best day ever. The food was incredible and our friends and family still talk about the food today. From the moment we entered the resort to the day we left we were treated great. Will will not regret have your most important day at this beautiful resort with its amazing staff.

  I had my wedding at the Marriott Key Largo in March and it was amazing!! It was everything I could have possibly dreamed of. Cathy is wonderful. She was even able to add strawberry daiquiris (my favorite drink) to the outside bar. My flower bouquet (see picture) was everything I wanted. I had this vision for this day since I can remember and my vision came true. I wanted a beach wedding, warm weather (it was 80 and beautiful - I’m from the north so it was freezing at home) and reggae music and I got all of it. Only I wish I would have ordered an extra hour of reggae music but all was good - we put on our Spotify reggae playlist. Also the photography vendor is great. We had Jen and she did an amazing job. I ordered an extra hour of photography to ensure I got all the beach photos that I wanted. Omg the orderves - everyone raved about them!! I don’t even remember what I ordered but there was definitely more than I ordered. And the dinner too, it was all just so good. Thank you so much to Cathy and team for an unforgettable wedding!!

  Do not even consider getting married at any other venue in Key Largo... if not the entire Florida Keys! Everything you could possibly hope for and more you will find at the Key Largo Bay Marriott. My wedding was an absolute dream and it is all thanks to the dream team of Cathy, Chantal, Cindy, Kaila and so so many others. We came to the Marriott 6 weeks before our wedding when our initial venue was damaged due to Hurricane Irma. In spite of the stress and hurry, Cathy and her team were incredible. They accommodated our entire room block, worked with us on a food/bev package that was comparable to what we had committed to at the original hotel (so as not to exceed our initial budget), provided 5-star service to all of us the entire weekend...I could go on and on.
  We did an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour which guests told us was the most beautiful ceremony they had ever been to and then 4 hours of dancing and buffet dinner on the 3rd floor of their restaurant. Everything was PERFECT! Interestingly enough, guests are still talking to us about the food and how delicious everything was.
  Having our destination wedding weekend at a resort as beautiful as the Marriott also meant our entire party felt like one big location. Truly, it was even more memorable and special than I even anticipated. Thank you Cathy, Chantal, Cindy and co. for everything you did to give us the wedding of our dreams!

  If we had to do it all over again, we would have our wedding at the Key Largo Marriott. Working with Cathy was such a pleasure--I felt as if she was my aunt helping to plan and organize my wedding, and my wedding was her only wedding.She really is awesome and offered many tips to save us money. She also went above and beyond on so many levels. The fact that everything was included was such a draw to us. Wedding planning can take a life on it's own--- this simplifies things. With that being said, Cathy was very flexible if we wanted to alter anything in the package.
  
  Additionally, all our guests agree that the food was awesome! Usually you can't expect much for "wedding food" (how do they get out 100 plates all at once? But, it was delicious and ample in supply.
  
  I dreamed of getting married outside, on the beach. The weather agreed with us, and we were able to have our wedding outside. Dancing underneath the stars and the super moon was incredible. If you are having your wedding outside you might want to have lanterns on the tables. We did not (only flowers) and it was too dark for some guests to read the menus.
  
  In sum, you can not go wrong with having your wedding at the Key Largo Marriott.I am so thankful to the wonderful people there who helped our dream wedding come true (and especially Cathy) - thank you for helping us to create wonderful, lifelong memories !

  The service the day of the wedding was spectacular. The bar tenders could constantly check on me and my husband to see if we needed anything. The food was amazing. Cathy is a no BS kind of person. She always had great advice and helped me put things in perspective. The whole team was amazing.

  Wedding at the marriott key largo bay resort

  This is an amazing venue! I am a travel agent based in Orlando and booked the rooms and events for my nephews wedding in November 2019. Everything was right on property - the ceremony on the Bay - the cocktail hour and the reception. I dealt with Cathy Knowles, the Director of Events Management and she was exceptional! The weather, food, resort, rooms, pool, marina on sight, restaurants were outstanding. I cant say enough about this resort and the people I worked with to make my nephews wedding most memorable! I cant wait to go back here again!!

  This is an amazing venue! I am a travel agent based in Orlando and booked the rooms and events for my nephews wedding in November 2019. Everything was right on property - the ceremony on the Bay - the cocktail hour and the reception. I dealt with Cathy Knowles, the Director of Events Management and she was exceptional! The weather, food, resort, rooms, pool, marina on sight, restaurants were outstanding. I cant say enough about this resort and the people I worked with to make my nephews wedding most memorable! I cant wait to go back here again!!

  The Marriott key largo bay was perfection! Planning a wedding from out of state was stressful but Cathy Knowles was amazing! She made me feel like I was the only bride she had. Responses were super fast and she put my mind at ease everytime I had any concerns. They truly have everything down to a science! The property itself was beautiful and all the guest who stayed raved about the resort. From the rehearsal dinner to the wedding day no detail went unnoticed. The day of the wedding Chantel was fantastic. Everytime I called with any request she had already taken care of it. She even added the flowers to my wedding cake and it looked just like the photos I had sent. I had so many compliments on the food and thanks to Chantel I actually got to eat! I honestly don't have a single complaint about the whole process. Everything went perfectly and they kept me relaxed knowing everything was handled. It's hard as a bride sometimes to hand over the control and trust everything will be done the way you imagined but everyone went so above and beyond it was everything I ever dreamed and more! I'm just sad I didn't get to enjoy the property more! We plan to make an annual trip back to celebrate our anniversary atvthis amazing resort. Oh, and the sunsets are amazing!!

  We had our wedding on August 5th at the Marriott. Cathy was fantastic to work with especially as it came closer to the event helping making sure all our ducks were in a row. We shipped vases for the center pieces to the hotel as we live in Ohio. I assumed we would have to set up but once I told Cathy and the staff what we wanted --they were on it. The material around the chairs for the reception matched our colors perfectly. The center pieces were exactly as I had envisioned. I've heard from many of our guests that the food was delicious. With everything included, food, bar, venue, it made it much easier to plan. Cathy was very upfront making sure the numbers were correct so we weren't over charged for bar cost with kids under 21, which I really appreciated. They tore everything down and set it aside so we could go collect our items the following morning. Our bridal suite was amazing and a great place for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. The pool was fun for everyone and the ocean was like bath water. I would do it all over again next year (with the same groom, of course) if I could. Highly recommended. We all had a wonderful time.

  I planned by destination wedding here all the way from Guam! The venue itself is just beautiful. I didn't get a chance to see the venue until 2 days before the wedding so I am SO happy that it was better than expected and prettier than the pictures! Cathy was so pleasant to work with. She was very responsive and did a wonderful job helping to make my dream wedding turn out PERFECT! The entire staff- down to the servers- were top notch. I did add some of the additional features like the chocolate fondue bar, slider bar, and breakfast buffet the following day and ALL were AMAZING and worth it! The guests are STILL raving about the the food from rehearsal to the breakfast and I could not agree more. Everything was perfect and I could not have asked for better service, a more beautiful venue, or more delicious food!

  Our wedding event was wonderful. Our guest were very pleased also. Every coordinator I worked with was very professional and personable. Well worth the time and money spent.

  We decided to go from a court house marriage to an actual wedding with only 5 weeks to get it all taken care of. We had a few placed in mind, but decided to use the Key largo Marriott after reading many great reviews. The staff was quick to answer and of our initial questions allowing us to book the venue within the first week of planning. Cathy was such a pleasure to work with. She was able to arrange the tasting for us very quickly and even added things for us to taste that we originally did not pick. By her doing this it allowed us to find menu items we liked better. Cathy also was always just an email away and quick to respond to any of my questions even on her time off of work. She helped me decide on table colors, and even center piece ideas. The rehearsal was fantastic, and went very smooth. The wedding day was beyond perfect. We used Mclaughin Photography who was recommended by Cathy and felt so comfortable with Donna and the picture we were able to see the night of the wedding on her camera were absolutely priceless. The weather was great and everything was set up just the way I pictured it. The ceremony went perfect, and you could not beat the sunset we had that day. All of our guests loved the food and the service. A lot of our guests stayed in the hotel and also loved the rooms and amenities. My husband and I were spoiled with the penthouse suite for the weekend. If its possible for you I highly recommend the penthouse suit, the room has a huge gorgeous balcony that over looks the entire bay. If I was to go back any change anything, I wouldn't change one thing! We LOVED everything about our wedding that the Marriott in Key Largo

  I would absolutely tell them to use this vendor. Wonderfully organized! Friendly staff. Beautiful pictures! The wedding package I used featured wonderful vendors - flowers were beautiful and the officiant totally understood us and made the ceremony personal. Staff were very accommodating and understanding. All of our guests commented on the amazing food and all of the features of the resort. There was not one thing I would do differently. Everything exceeded our expectations! We have the best memories and couldn't have had a more perfect day!

  We are so beyond happy with how amazing the Marriott Key Largo Bay Resort was for our wedding. The hotel is very nice-- all of our guests enjoyed the accommodations. We had a wedding with 120 people and everyone loved the location, the food, and the staff! Cathy was amazing and very helpful. She and the day of coordinators were very professional and helped our wedding day run smoothly. Cathy was very responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process. I highly recommend the Marriott Key Largo for a beautiful wedding location and for a very professional, responsive, and amazing staff!!!
