I was extremely impressed by the care and dedication from the store to find the perfect piece for me. I worked with Harrison and he was excellent! He did not rush me at all and brought me many options for what I wanted. I really recommend working with him but if he is busy they all seem very nice. I really couldn’t recommend this place enough! -

Beautiful wedding pieces
We were same to get custom engagement ring, wedding bands, and a surprise set of earrings from MSD. We had so much help in identifying metals and gems and created truly inner if a kind pieces. My husband also had them help find earrings he surprised me with on the wedding morning. We’ll come back to them for future jewelry. -

Highly recommend going to MSD and asking for Rayna! She was super welcoming and helpful while I was looking for an engagement ring. What stood out was that when I walked into the door Rayna introduced herself and then asked me questions about myself and my girlfriend. She really spent the time getting to know my girlfriend and I and never brought up money or budget. She got to know me and I got to know her and this was so nice. She asked me what kind of design I had in mind and always asked me for my opinion and thoughts before sharing hers. She really wanted to create a ring that my girlfriend like and wanted and that I also liked. She even pointed me to do research during our first encounter/meeting to really put in the time to look at the perfect ring that I wanted. She never rushed me and even told me to go look at other jewelers which was so surprising. So I did the research and even went to other jewelers. However I had such a different experience with the other jewelers. They never really asked about me and my girlfriend, and more so on what kind of ring I wanted and my budget.
It really felt homey with MSD. I went back to MSD after researching and knew they were the perfect place to do the engagement ring for me. Through the next 3-4 meetings: I showed them the design I wanted, I picked out the center diamond I liked, they created CAD design and 3D print of the ring (so cool), and then saw the finished product! The ring was stunning and my fiance absolutely loves the ring. It was so easy and nice to work with MSD and Rayna and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Thank you so much for everything Rayna and the MSD team! -

I have nothing but overwhelmingly positive things to say about Dino and the Market Street Diamonds team. They are warm, friendly, professional, and truly deliver an amazing customer experience. My (now) husband and I had a custom engagement ring designed using stones from both of our families, and it turned out more amazing than I could have hoped and then we came back to MSD for our wedding bands. For the engagement ring, we told Dino which family stones we want to integrate, provided some inspiration images for pieces we liked and then I said "I really love peonies and English garden roses." The ring he came up with is stunning. I could yell positive things about this design for years. MSD was fully transparent about price and didn't charge a design fee. We ended up with a piece that cost less than a standard "box" store with 1000x more meaning. Highly recommend. 15/10. Only thing I will say is that beautiful art takes time. This process took place over several months. I'm sure they would be willing to work with a more condensed timeline, but why rush perfection?
For our bands, we had a custom ring designed to fit my engagement ring and my husband chose one of Dino's speciality men's bands that allowed for engraving on the bevel. Our bands are so special. Dino perfectly matched an emerald in my wedding band to the emeralds in my ring and engraved the platinum with a vintage scroll design...little did he know that my dress and veil both featured scroll lace. Kismet.
Will be using them as our jeweler forever. -

We could not be happier to have chosen the team at Market Street Diamonds to create our wedding rings. Their entire team is so knowledgeable and welcoming, you can tell they truly take pride in their work and it shows!
We went into the showroom to pick out wedding band styles a couple of times and they were so patient and informative in the process. They worked with us to set a budget and make sure the engagement ring and wedding bands fit our budget, style and lifestyle.
We have stopped into the showroom many times since then to pick up the wedding bands or get them cleaned before the wedding day and they always remember our names and make the place feel so welcoming.
The rings turned out absolutely stunning. I have had my engagement ring for three years now and I still catch myself staring at my left hand in awe of its beauty. Thank you, Market Street Diamonds team for making the rings of our dreams. You now have customers for life. -

We had an old family diamond for the bride's wedding band, and bought a setting from another jeweler. We went to Market Street Diamonds for an appraisal, and kept coming back - for cleaning, a band resize, and for fixing a necklace. Every time we were greeted kindly, and no matter the small ask, they took care of it perfectly! They resized my grandmothers 75 year old wedding band in 24 hours (90$ - cheaper and faster than all others) and made it sparkle, while keeping the integrity of the intricate design. We had our bands cleaned there the week before the wedding, along with our other keepsake jewelry that would be in photographs - everything was shined and beautiful. Cleaning is always free and fast :)

This is my go-to jeweler for appraisal, repairs, and redesigns. (Yes, I taken old jewelry and made new items with their help.) I received a gorgeous vintage diamond engagement ring that has been in my husband's family since the 1920s, along with a matching diamond baguette band. Market Street Diamonds has taken great care when I bought these items in for repairs, resizing, and cleaning. (I love just stopping in for a quick shine. Brighten my day.) -

I was looking for a wedding band that would fit with my oval engagement ring. I knew it would probably need to be custom. I was feeling frustrated with other jewelry store options. Market Street Diamond was so helpful. I worked with Eva who gave me insight into what would work, and walked me through the process. She genuinely wanted me to be completely happy with my purchase, and I never felt pressured to make a decision or buy a ring. The turn around time for getting my ring was fast and the quality impeccable. I will definitely go back to Market Street for any future needs. -

They were just the right people to entrust with this specialized and highly sentimental work. We were both so happy not only with the beautiful rings they made for us, which were exactly what we were looking for, but also with their amazing customer service. Whenever we walk in, if we see Daria, she still remembers us, even though we came in only once almost two years ago! They always offer to clean our rings for free, too, which is an incredible perk. My fiance went in together to pick out my engagement ring last month, and we received exceptional service. I'd also been clear when I first contacted the store that I was interested in a stone other than a diamond for my engagement ring, and Daria was incredibly helpful and patient in helping us put together the perfect ring for our criteria and budget. No judgment, no pressure, and they even had some loose stones for us to look at in person, to help us choose. My ring was ready in less than the time they quoted us (about 2 weeks, when we were quoted 4) and Dino's work is stunning. I'd happily recommend MSD to anyone I know! -

Dino custom-designed the engagement ring and wedding band from scratch and it is absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We went ring shopping at a lot of places in DC and nothing really stood out, but Dino's work is amazing. We have also gotten other jewelry here since, and plan to in the future! We love his work, and the whole staff are extremely friendly and attentive. We both wholeheartedly recommend Market Street Diamonds for any jewelry, but especially custom work! -

Cathi Sent on 07/07/2017My fiance and I went to MSD to pick out a ring. He had proposed with the wedding band knowing I didn't want a traditional ring and this way we could design something together. Dino helped us (we didn't have an appointment so we got lucky with that). He was so charming and put us both at ease, not overwhelming us with info but educating us enough on the stones and process. We ended up having him design a beautiful sapphire ring that I still stare at in awe months later. I constantly get compliments on it for both being unique and so eye catching. He recommended the best shape and setting types to make sure the stone really was showcased in the best possible way. My fiance and I both had been dreading the ring shopping process but even he raved about how painless it was. The only negative is we did exceed our budget by about 30%. We didn't discuss budget before the designing process so I'd recommend you do that first unless you're willing to adjust. To be fair, they did work with us to get some discounts but apparently I have expensive taste so there was only so much they could do. Still, they really were amazing to work with and I cannot stress how well the appointment itself went. From design to preview was just a few weeks and then from accepting the design to getting it in our hands was another 3. We weren't in any rush so we didn't try to speed anything up - sounded like they'd work with you though if you needed it sooner. -

I went here for an appraisal of my engagement ring—it’s a family heirloom and the appraisal I had was out of date for insurance. MSD came back with an appraised value at barely one third of the original I had, and mine was only three years old. Maybe they thought I was there to sell it, but I’m not going back to find out.
