We used Mark of Elegance for transportation on our wedding day and we can’t recommend this company enough and our driver Chris did a fantastic job. Mark’s team helped us find the exact type of vehicle we were looking for. On our wedding day Chris was early and helped keep our party on schedule. The limo was stocked with plenty of cold drinks, cups and bluetooth to help us have a fun ride. Chris even helped us move flowers from Church to the reception hall. Once again thank you to Mark of Elegance and our driver Chris for their excellent service and we highly recommend them for weddings or any other occasions.

Limo service on wedding day
First off, I have to say this company is absolutely number one! Our driver went above and beyond from the very start. He personally helped me carry everything I needed from the salon into the limo, and even when we stopped at my house for our first look, he helped bring items inside— I didn’t have to lift a finger.
He was incredibly patient, waiting in front of my home until my husband was ready, and stayed on top of every detail without me having to ask. The limo was spotless and well-stocked, with champagne for us and drinks for our kids, which felt so thoughtful and professional.
I truly couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience on such an important day. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future!

Paul showed up early and was so patient and kind. He made sure my mother and my mother in law were able to get into the limo comfortably. He got us to our destinations safely and on time! The limo itself was gorgeous and stocked with champagne, water, liquor and sodas. I was nervous at one point but Paul stayed with me while I waited for everyone to settle into the church and kept giving me words of reassurance. Genuinely such a sweet man. Even held the door open for me when it was my time to walk into the church. I will never forget that man!

Mark of Elegance was great!
We used Mark of Elegance for our wedding hotel transportation and they were great! They came recommended by the hotel block that we used, Hilton Garden Inn Melville. We had one shuttle bus transport people to and from the hotel and wedding venue (Mansion at Oyster Bay), making 2 trips to get to the venue and two trips back to the hotel at the end of the night. Our contract also came with unlimited trips back to the hotel during the wedding. I did have one guest who had to leave early back to the hotel because she wasn't feeling well say that the shuttle driver originally told her he was not supposed to leave until the end of the night, however it must have been a miscommunication because he eventually did bring her back to the hotel so it worked out in the end.
Overall, the driver was very punctual and Marc from Mark of Elegance was accommodating and very reasonably priced compared to other services we looked at it the area. We would definitively recommend them!

When we were planning so many people told us about car horror stories. NOT HERE! Mark and his team were on time and early, were there to pick us up after our reception and 1000% reliable. One driver even opened the door at the church for my grand entrance!! HIGHLY recommend!!

The driver was punctual, made several trips from the venue to the hotel throughout the night, and waited an extra 30 minutes for us to get on the final shuttle of the night. I had my wedding in April of this year and Mark of Elegance happened to be a preferred vendor from my venue (Stonebridge Country Club). The process was so easy from start to finish; I inquired via e-mail and after a few back and forth questions and a quick phone call, I was booked.
The week of the wedding, we finalized and coordinated the shuttle times and on the day of, our drivers were prompt and on time. When I arrived at the ceremony and we had some stragglers going into the venue, our driver even told me to stay in the bus so that nobody would see me! Everyone was so thoughtful and kind; I literally had nothing to worry about. I would book this service again and again if I could! They made my day so seamless and helped the guests get to and from the venue to the hotel so everyone could enjoy the night!

Mark of Elegance made it extremely easy to book our hotel shuttle for our wedding day. They were part of the Pavilion at Sunken Meadow package. We were able to use the credit from our included limousine towards upgrading to a shuttle. Since neither my husband and I were taking the shuttle the day of, we were able to arrange to make our final payment in person at their office. On the wedding day, our shuttle arrived on time and there were no issues whatsoever. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and professional. Mark of Elegance was great to work with. They responded to my emails in a timely manner, answered all my questions, and provided me with direct quotes of service which made the process seamless as I was able to choose the option that worked for my group as well as my budget. All of my guests made friends with the shuttle driver and said the process for them was also extremely easy. We had 3 scheduled trips back to the hotel just in case guests wanted to leave early. This was all included in the 1 price that I was quoted. The bus was extremely clean and nice. Additionally, the payment process was easy as well. I used Venmo to pay the deposit and cash on the day of. I would book again for a future event!

I Would Hire Them Again and Again
Hiring a shuttle bus to get my guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and then back after the wedding and the after party was one of the vendors I was most nervous about. I had heard horror stories from people. I am thrilled to say that Mark of Elegance exceeded my expectations in every way. They were on time with a beautiful shuttle-bus that was clean and had an experienced driver. The service I got from the office staff was also amazing. With only three months to go before the wedding there was a time change as to the start of the ceremony. They made it easy and took care of everything so that there were no issues.

Mark of elegance was hands down the best choice for wedding transportation. Everyone on tje staff was so lovely. The driver was very friendly and professional and the ride was smooth and safe. We got the 55 passengers bus and it was comfortable and impeccably clean. The admin staff was also very easy to work with, responsive, and made booking a breeze. Mark of Elegance was an easy choice after very little research. They were quick and easy with communication. In great contact about all details the week leading up to the wedding so everything was on time. We had a significant travel distance from the Queens church to LI venue all thanks to Mark of Elegance every bus was in place when we asked for it. Our buses were clean and very comfortable and our drivers were so helpful from being on time to helping with our bags even the bride's dress train or veil. They helped make our wedding day perfect and smooth as we could ever imagine.

We had many moving parts of our wedding and Mark of Elegance was amazing! We ended up needing a Bentley, a stretch escalade, a party bus and two coach buses. We loved Mark of Elegance from the moment we booked them. Prompt, responsive, caring and professional are the four adjectives I would use to describe our experience. They sent us a quote right away once we inquired and also continued to keep in touch as our numbers changed as the big day got closer. When we realized that we actually didn't need as big of a shuttle as we originally planned, the Mark of Elegance team was kind enough to accommodate us and provided us with the right kind of vehicle that was best for our guests. We were told by our out-of-town guests that it was extremely comforting to know that the shuttle was there for them to take them back and forth from the venue and their hotel(s) and that the stretch Escalade that was eventually the car of the night was super awesome and a great experience. Couldn’t recommend Mark of Elegance enough
My husband and I couldn’t be happier that we included the vendor bundle as part of our contract with Stonebridge Country Club. As part of our contract, we had the opportunity to work with Mark of Elegance. From the initial introduction I had with Mark as well as the additional Staff within the office, I was treated with utmost professionalism and genuine kindness. I had originally only booked the Trolly through Mark of Elegance but decided last minute at one of the showcases that I wanted to add in the Rolls Royce. Unfortunately, at that time, there were none left. Mark saw how upset and disappointed I was and he went completely out of his way to give me the names of several other transportation companies on Long Island who might have availability. He also offered me several other cars and limos just in case I couldn’t find what I was looking for!
On my actual wedding day our wonderful Trolly driver arrived early and ready to help us celebrate the day! He had such positive energy and came prepared with umbrellas since it was raining and plenty of champagne!! My crew was rather rowdy and after the church we asked him to stop at a local gas station so we could grab additional beverages for the ride back to Stonebridge and he was more than accommodating! Back at the venue he even stayed for an additional hour to allow us to take pictures. I couldn’t recommend this company enough and I look forward to using them for any future events!

We saw the trolley at a wedding showcase we went to in order to see After Hours perform, and fell in love with it. I knew I had to have it!! I mostly communicated with Lauren, and she was great to work with! The trolley was wonderful and air conditioned, and Paul, the driver, was so kind and made sure we were ready to go and well hydrated. He even helped my planner pack up the decor to put in her car at the church, and poured champagne for everyone after the ceremony before we left to go to the reception. We won the getaway Bentley for our end of the night transport. Despite us leaving a little later than anticipated, Joe, the driver, was so nice and crammed his car with our things to drive us to the hotel. He didn’t mind at all making everything fit or waiting for us, which we really appreciated after such a long day. Would definitely book them again for transportation.

They made transportation easy!

They worked with us to meet our needs, given our guest count and budget, and made sure to make everything clear and coordinated with us leading up to the day of our wedding. Simply the best!
I could not recommend Mark of Elegance more! My husband and I got married this past Friday, and the Mark of Elegance team ensured our guests traveled to and from our wedding venue safely and in comfort and class!
Their fleet of limos is new and clean, and their buses are spacious and modern. The team adjusted to our slight changes in schedule (of course the bride runs late!) and the drivers helped us pack/unload items for the wedding.

So Easy and Great Service
We chose them based on a recommendation by the venue and our coordinator, but most of all, because they share a building with our hotel block. Very easy to book- one phone call and we reserved a 32-passenger shuttle. Shuttle was very nice, on time, and efficient. Driver was excellent. We booked for an 11-hour block and they made trips from the hotel to venue for the bridal party, then other guests, and then two return trips back (one after reception, one after afterparty). Very happy and not a single complaint.

Best bus ride ever
Mark of Elegance treated us so well on our wedding day this weekend. They happened to have upgraded cars available last minute and offered the upgrade to us without hesitation. It was the kindest/coolest thing and they were so incredibly flexible with our changing plans throughout this process. We used Mark of Elegance for our wedding transportation - a coach bus from our hotel with the bridal party, and again with guests at the beginning and end of the night. I worked with Lauren in the office to plan beforehand, and she was a pleasure - helping us figure out exactly what we required and answering all of my many questions. I was stressed about this aspect of wedding planning as it seemed like a lot of funky logistics, but Lauren and her team are pros and had it all handled. The bus itself was really nice, as was our driver.

We used Mark of Elegance for our October 2019 wedding. Mark of Elegance was recommended to us through our package at TVI. Marc was so easy to communicate with for booking/questions. From day one everything was organized and attentive! We even attended a tasting for our wedding and won a certificate for a different transportation company, and Marc was kind enough to give us another discount off our final price! We booked the Trolley and Rolls Royce for our wedding and the drivers were prompt and professional! Our wedding party loved the ride to and from the church. My husband and I got married on August 3, 2019. We had a Rolls Royce, a party bus and shuttle (to and from hotel) and cannot say enough good things. The drivers were all kind and arrived early to make sure there was no stress about the transportation of us, our wedding party or guests on our big day. We used Mark of Elegance for our shuttle bus (we didn’t bother with limos) and the experience was great. The company was included in out all-inclusive package from Sunken Meadow. We had a very patient driver who knew exactly how to get us to and from the venue in the quickest time. He was very tolerant of our end-of-the-night rowdy crowd, and did a great job accommodating us all. We asked him the prices of the vechiles we were interested in for the day of our wedding and he was able to tell us immediately if the vechiles were available and the price for each vechile. Mark of Elegance offers more than just transportation on your day, they provide a very high class service.
I did a ton of research and Mark not only had the most up to date and pristine cars but helped us identify what we needed within our price point. Mark and his team took the time to show us the cars we were booking, it was nice having that transparency and made us comfortable with our choice. Lauren took the time to walk through the itinerary of each vehicle to ensure all details were correct. I really appreciated that because it put my mind at ease and allowed me to focus on other things.
I have to say, on our wedding day the cars were immaculate but the drivers are really the ones who made this experience unforgettable. We had three cars; Rolls Royce driven by Rick, Stretch SUV Limo driven by Tom, and Shuttle Bus for guests, driven by Brian.
Rick and Tom are absolute pros. They helped me into the church, fixed my dressed, and even helped with pictures! Much more than I expected from a driver.
A BIG SHOUT OUT to Brian. He is the sweetest, most patient, honest guy. A guest of mine left their card on the bus and Brian came in to return it to me. On top of that, he had to deal with all my drunk guests at the end of the night which is not an easy task.... Thank you Brian!!

Marks Limo service was great. We got a trolly and a rolls Royce. Tom drove our trolly and made sure we got there on time. The trolly has AC and was new which was great. They drove our bridesmaids and groomsmen over and stayed for several photo opportunities. We also got the rolls Royce parked right outside the Bourne mansion which gave it a nice royal classy touch. We took several pictures and our guest saw it parked as they entered the venue. Marks limousine also included a complimentary limo to take us back to the hotel. Unfortunately we don’t recall the names of the limousine and rolls Royce drivers but they were great and showed a lot of professionalism. We truly appreciated them taking care of our transportation services.

We are delighted that Mark of Elegance worked with us on our wedding day. We contracted for a limo before the wedding began and we contracted for a coach bus for the remainder of the day. The limo was in excellent condition and included drinks and miscellaneous items that people may enjoy. The coach bus appeared to be brand new and included A/C and comfortable seats. The staff at the office and the drivers all have excellent customer service skills. We are so glad we decided to choose this company for our wedding day. I would absolutely book them again in the future - but I don't plan to get married again! :-)

Mark of Elegance was one of the easiest decisions we made during the wedding planning process. We were immediately impressed as soon as we met with Marc at his office, which is located at the Hyatt Regency where we also stayed the night of our wedding. Besides the super convenient location, we were impressed with Marc’s overall professionalism and charm. We had a rather simple pick-up / drop-off from the hotel to the venue, but Marc helped guide us in the right direction as far as which car was the best to use to hold our bridal party and also working out the driving schedule. Any changes we needed to make along the way were updated in our contract with relative ease. The day of the wedding everything ran smoothly. The driver was early and very courteous and professional; the limo itself was immaculate. We booked their party bus for the return trip to the hotel after our reception and everything was perfect. The driver was extra cautious to make sure no one was left behind at the end of the night and was overall a great guy. We highly recommend Mark of Elegance and would gladly use them again in the future!

For our wedding, we booked a 55 passenger coach bus for the entire day. I basically copied my friend who did this for her wedding, and it was nice because we could keep a cooler with drinks and snacks on the bus all day for us and other guests. They picked up my husband and brought him to church, then brought me to church, then took us for photos, and then it became the shuttle. It also worked because we were able to store our overnight bags under the bus the whole day and take them off at the end once we got to the hotel.
Re: Mark of Elegance, they were by far the most affordable of transportation companies that I looked at, and every time I called, the staff was so on top of things and helpful. Our driver Steve was incredible - coach buses sometimes make me nervous, especially on back roads, but never once did we feel that with him. He was very on time (even when I wasn't!) and really didn't require my crazy over the top directions and instructions. He just knew what to do. We ended up tipping on top of the included gratuity because we liked him so much.

I used Mark of Elegance for my wedding on 6.10.18 and was blown away by their service. Communication prior to the wedding was great. Changes to my contract were made quickly when requested, and I was contacted a week before the wedding to finalize everything. The trolley that we upgraded to was fabulous, and my bridal party was so impressed and excited to ride in it. But even more impressive than the trolley, was our driver Brian! What. A. Gem. He arrived early enough for us to do our first look on the trolley. Prior to me walking out to "greet" my husband, he chatted with him and calmed him down/made him laugh while photographers took solo pics of him. Then, not only did he safely drive 24 us to the church and back- 30 minutes each way, but he also made sure we were all hydrated, fed (food provided by us) and having fun. And on top of that, when we were at the church instead of sitting around in the trolley waiting for the service to finish, he was with me and my coordinator fixing my veil, holding my bouquet, telling me how beautiful and perfect everything/everyone looked all while flashing the biggest smile. Seriously, he was awesome. Mark of Elegance, thank you for providing us with top notch transportation, and Brian- the MVP of the day!

I can’t say enough good things about Mark, the office staff and the drivers at Mark of Elegance! Mark was so easy to work with and had the trolley of our dreams for our wedding day! They were very professional throughout the whole planning process! The day of the wedding, the driver of the trolley was 15 minutes early and helped all the girls get safely on the trolley! They had bottles of champagne for everyone to enjoy and bottles of water to stay hydrated! They also had a hookup for your phone to play music! The driver of my Rolls Royce also arrived about 20 minutes early and was a great driver! The Rolls Royce also had champagne and water for the bride and groom to enjoy after the ceremony on the way to the reception! When we arrived at the church, both drivers stayed and acted as coordinators for the ceremony! One driver stayed with the bridal party and directed them when to walk down the aisle to avoid traffic, and the other driver stayed with me and brought me into the church when it was my time to enter! I contacted Mark of Elegance based on the recommendation of Holiday Inn Express in Stony Brook, and I'm extremely happy that I did. My wedding was on 10/1/17 and my husband and I chose a party bus to transport the guys from the hotel, to my parents house to pick up the girls, then to transport us to a photo site for photos then to my venue in Rocky Point. Ricky helped me coordinate everything from the first phone call and was very professional each time we spoke and accommodated everything that I wanted. He also offered town car service for my husband and I at the end of the night as well as an extra bonus to our package. On the day of, the party bus was neat, clean, on-time, and the driver was very nice and professional. The town car driver arrived on time and waited for us to come out and was so professional as well. I felt every inch of everything I've dealt with regarding this company was excellent and I'd highly recommend them for your wedding/event transportation needs. We chose Mark of elegance for our transportation from the hotel in Hauppauge to our Venue in St. James. They provided us with a party bus for our wedding party and a Rolls Royce for my parents and I. The rolls royce was beautiful and they provided us with champagne for the ride. They also had a cute horn that played 'here comes the bride' during the ride. We highly recommend using Mark of Elegance for the transportation for your big day!

This vendor was fantastic! So professional and the driver was a dream! He actually stopped at 7-11 on his way back to the hotel so my guests could buy beer to bring back! He was the coolest guy! It all worked out so smoothly, we would recommend them to anyone!!

Due to the large number of guests at our hotel (150), I hired 3 coach buses to bring all of the guests over at once to the venue and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. I’m not going to lie, it was A LOT, but it was very worth it to me, since I wanted to provide transportation. Marc was easy to work with throughout the process and gave me many quotes on different services before I decided on what I wanted. About a month before, I decided I wanted a limo to take the bridal party to the venue from the hotel. I spoke to Marc and he was not only able to provide the service, but helped me out with it as well. I was very pleased with the limo and the driver – the limo was stocked with alcohol and soda – so we had a little drink in the limo on the way to the venue. Everything was on time (as much as it can be) and the buses even dropped off earlier than expected! At the end of the night the 3 buses were there to take everyone back to the hotel. The buses had cool lights and you could plug an iphone into the speakers to play music. I would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend using the services of Mark of Elegance Limousines! From the moment we met with Marc and his staff, we felt totally at ease. Their drivers were prompt and courteous, and their vehicles were clean and comfortable. We had somewhat of a logistical situation, since we needed to get a large number of people from one venue to the other, and back again, in a short period of time. But Marc and his staff handled everything professionally and perfectly! Thanks to them, our entire day went smooth!

I couldn't be happier using Mark of Elegance for my 11/12/16 wedding! Mark himself is such a gentleman, and his staff personn Denise was a dream to work with, super responsive, accommodating, and so nice!! Even when we went back and forth with time and location changes, she never batted an eyelash and just quickly amended our contract with the updates and made sure we never worried about a thing! The day of our wedding our beautiful limo was clean and well stocked. Our driver was kind, professional and on time! I would recommend this company to anyone-- Mark you are doing business the right way- providing a fantastic service with a wonderful team of professionals who treat your customers like gold! He handled everything with precision and I knew that's just how our day would go. All the cars were immaculate and arrived early. Mark of elegance and team were wonderful to work with and provided excellent transportation. Mark was so helpful in getting us the best options and working with us to figure out our timelines. When we were running 2hrs late because of another vendor, Mark and team were easy to work with to make adjustments and helped us tremendously in a moment of panic. Mark of Elegance is a great company! From the first phone call to our shuttle bus ride to the hotel, they were on top of everything. I felt very comfortable with them knowing that everything was taken care of. They arrived on time the morning of my wedding with a super nice driver! The shuttle bus from the hotel to the venue and back again was great for my guests and worked out perfectly. We also booked airport transfers for our honeymoon which were also great! We booked the trolly for our bridal party to be transported from hotel to arboretum for photos and to the venue. It was so cute and the driver was amazing. Helped me with my dress on and off the trolly numerous times. We also booked a 55 passenger bus as our shuttle. WOW. I don't really know what I was expecting but when my husband told me it was a coach bus I was completely impressed. We all fit on it after the wedding to the hotel.
My biggest complaint is that when I booked everything I told them I wanted two shuttle rides from venue to hotel and they only showed up for one at the very end. It wasn't a big deal but make sure you communicate EVERYTHING very clearly.

My Husband and I got married last week. Upon researching and checking out reviews we felt like the best limousine company to use was Mark of Elegance. From the moment I made the initial call to the minute I stepped out of the Bentley they went above and beyond with their attentiveness to every detail. I must admit, I was not the easiest person to work with, can you say Bridezilla!!! But they catered to my every request. The truly added the "Mark of Elegance" touch touch to my wedding, helping to make it a day that I will never forget. I would def recommend them.

We used our limo only to our venue since we were getting married at the same place. Since no one in our party drinks they had tons of water n sodas in the limo. They worked with our price range and we were very happy with the service.

We just got married this past weekend and used Mark of Elegance for our transportation. I must say that they were a pleasure from beginning to end.
This company was recommended to us by our catering hall (Larkfield Manor) and they delivered what they promised. The drivers were early and extremely professional (ask for Ricky as a driver) and the vehicles (Trolley & Rolls) were INCREDIBLE!

I used Mark of Elegance for one- way transportation from my hotel to my wedding venue. Since my wedding and reception were at the same place, I received a really affordable price. The limo driver arrived on time and she was very professional. The limo was a newer model and very nice. I had an early wedding, so I didn't use any of the refreshments, but they were available. The driver stayed at the venue until we were finished taking photos with the limo and everything went perfect! I highly recommend working with Sally. She was great! I had to change my pick-up schedule several times and she was so accommodating.

Mark of Elegance just provided the transportation for my wedding and they were definitely value added. The office was incredibly responsive and the drivers were unbelieveable. They fluffed my wife's gown, spaced our bridal party and just took care of everything. The cars were new and beautiful.

Professional and on time! We used Mark of Elegance for our entire wedding weekend. We started with a North Fork wine tour, then used their services for the bridesmaids brunch, rehearsal dinner, and our wedding day. Transportation was top notch and they were very flexible with different pick up times. They were also great at estimating the time it took to make each trip. We used them on a busy Memorial day weekend and nobody was late to any event.

It was a great experience using Mark of Elegance. From meeting Mark who showed us all their options at their headquarters, right up until the big day. We rented the trolley and a large shuttle. The trolley was a lot of fun as its unique and it fit our wedding perfectly. Although the vehicles were great, the drivers were exceptional. Brian didn't just drive the vehicles but assisted us during pictures and anything else we needed. He held my bouquet, made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Thank you so much!!!!

Great shuttle for guests!
We booked the 32-person shuttle to help shuttle our guests staying at our hotel to our wedding venue. I was contacted promptly after submitting an inquiry with shuttle options and pricing. I appreciated how transparent everything was! I had to add a second pick-up location at the last minute, and they confirmed it quickly over phone call and sent an updated contract after. During the wedding day, while I did not personally ride the shuttle, the shuttle pick-ups were on-time. At the end of the night, the shuttle did make some of our guests wait on the shuttle for an extended period of time even though our contract stated the shuttle would accommodate early departures. So, while I’m not sure what happened, I would just recommend anyone who books a shuttle to be extremely clear with the driver on the day of the wedding to ensure guests don’t wait to be dropped off. Regardless, the process and service besides that one complaint was excellent.

Amazing trolley
Dreamed of having a trolley since prom and Mark of Elegance delivered! They kept us on time from location to location! From booking to the day of the team was amazing and very friendly. Only wish the seats had more cushioning but the trolley was great anyway!

We would highly recommend Mark of Elegance for your next event. The whole staff was patient and professional. We had many switches in our plans and pick up times and the staff worked with us until we got it right. On the day of the wedding, all the drivers were sweet as can be. Helping me with my dress, easing my nerves and being on time. I can not say one bad thing!
