My daughter’s wedding

Marie’s Flower Shop did all the flowers for my daughter’s wedding.. they were absolutely beautiful!

Creative, Attentive and Talented!

I was married on June 4, 2022 on the beach in Wildwood Crest, NJ. Living 2 hours from the venue and many of the vendors, nearly all communication was done via phone, text or email. This was especially challenging when selecting my floral décor. From knowing very little about flower types to not being able to see actual colors and styles in person, this was one of the areas I stressed most about in planning my wedding. But on June 4th, I realized that my stress was not warranted in any way! Sharon from Marie’s Flower Shoppe was recommended to me by my venue coordinator, so I decided to hire her. I had sent Sharon a few photos from Pinterest to give her some ideas of what I might like, but I really wasn’t sold on any particular arrangement, so I asked Sharon to use her judgment. After mailing her swatches of my color scheme, I left it in her hands! Sharon later emailed me a photo of a unique rose that matched PERFECTLY! When the bouquets were delivered to my bridal suite, I was amazed at how beautiful and perfectly designed they were for my wedding! The colors, together with the greenery and accents, were a perfect match for a beach wedding! The arrangements on the arch were also in perfect coordination! After the ceremony, Sharon repurposed the arrangements from the arch to my Sweet Heart Table and my memorial display, and they looked perfect! I was more than impressed with the product, as well as Sharon’s attentiveness to interpret what I was looking for, when I wasn’t giving her much direction. Her incredible and flawless work was not unnoticed by myself and my guests! I’m so glad I put my trust in Sharon for building me the perfect floral oasis for my perfect day!

The Perfect Local Florist for our Perfect Day!

We couldn’t be happier that we chose Marie’s Flower Shoppe as our wedding florist. Sharon was a dream to work with. She took my inspiration and created the most beautiful bridal bouquet - popping with color yet romantic and elegant. Throughout the whole process she was reliable and responsive providing thoughtful suggestions and ideas of how to make my vision come to life. Her husband was also super helpful! I ran into a snag with a broken crystal the day before my wedding - and he made it a point to help me fix it in time for the wedding (what a lifesaver)! If you want your mind at ease and great local shop to work with - go with Marie’s!

Sharon and her team are wonderful

We used Marie’s Flower Shoppe as our florist for our wedding at the Southern Mansion in Cape May. With just a few inspiration pictures Sharon and her team were able to execute our vision and actually far exceeded our expectations! Everyone raved about the flower arrangements- particularly how beautiful the roses were. Sharon was so easy to work with and her pricing was fair. We can’t recommend Marie’s Flower Shoppe enough.

Great florist

Sharon was wonderful to work with. I gave her very little direction (just pointed out some bouquets I liked on her website) and she created the most beautiful bouquets for me and my MOH. She also made me a simple flower crown, which was adjustable and held up well!

The flowers were also so fresh that they still looked brand new a week after the wedding! The price was also reasonable. Flowers were delivered on time without issue.

Beautiful Work

Sharon’s work is stunning. I posted some pictures of bouquets on my Pintrest and Sharon was able to execute my wedding vision even better than I could imagine. I had some last minute requests and she was more than accommodating. Everyone at my wedding had nothing but praise for her work. The biggest thing I needed to have down my aisle was a circular arch. I was so pleased when I saw how beautiful she decorated it. I got married on an extremely windy day on the beach and Sharon was able to secure every flower perfectly. She also works with you to stick to your budget. I highly recommend Marie’s Flower Shoppe!

Flexible, affordable, kind

Working with Sharon at Marie's Flower Shoppe was a stress-free pleasure. I'm not savvy at all when it comes to flowers, so I showed her some photos, and she was able to duplicate what we asked for based on seasonal availability. She was so kind and beyond flexible to keep us on budget. She had wonderful suggestions, she and her team were on time, set up and execution were perfect, and her cost was reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Marie's Flower Shoppe to help make your wedding beautiful and memorable.

Beautiful Flowers for a Great Value

Marie's Flower Shoppe did the flowers for my wedding and they came out great! Sharon was wonderful to work with and picked out the perfect flowers for my bouquet. I know little to nothing about flowers but she was able to create a bouquet that went perfectly with my color scheme and also include my favorite flower. They were also reasonably priced.

Beautiful Flowers, So Easy to Work With!

Sharon from Marie's Flower Shoppe was a pleasure to work with! She really made my vision come to life! I had a longer engagement and about halfway through I decided to change the flowers for the reception. Sharon was so helpful and made that process so easy. Beautiful Beyond Expectation

I cannot say enough about how beautiful my weddings flowers were thanks to Sharon. The colors, design, and quality were nothing short of perfect. The bridesmaids bouquets were beyond beautiful. Perfect bouquet!

I got in touch with Marie’s a month before my wedding to ask for a bouquet (the only flowers for the wedding). We only "spoke" via email, discussing what types of flowers I liked and sharing photos of bouquets I liked. When the bouquet arrived I was amazed at how beautiful it was. They nailed my request perfectly and I was thrilled with my bouquet. I love seeing it in the photos.

Made our special day a dream come true!

Sharon did an absolutely amazing and beautiful job on the flowers at our wedding at the Congress Hall! I provided her with a short Pinterest board for inspiration, colors and flowers I liked, as well as our budget, and she worked perfectly within those parameters. We had our ceremony on the lawn and the aisle petals, chuppah (which she ordered specially in birch), bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were all STUNNING. For the reception hosted in the ballroom, the table arrangements and cake flowers were extremely elegant and exactly what I had asked for! I HIGHLY recommend Marie's Flower Shoppe!

We could not have been happier with Sharon and her husband! They were SO easy to work with and when planning a destination wedding that is all you really want. Sharon knew exactly what we were looking for and created beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. All of the flowers were delivered on time and to multiple locations (4 locations, in 2 different cities!). They were even there to see the beginning of the wedding to make sure everything looked great. I would highly recommend Marie’s Flower Shoppe for future events - they exceeded our expectations!

Marie's Flowers did an amazing job for our wedding. We got married down the shore and was planning the wedding an hour and a half away. Sharon is very straight forward and does not take advantage of your lack of knowledge. She was able to take the Pinterest pictures I brought and provide more reasonably priced arrangements for both the bouquets and centerpieces. I also found out a week before the wedding that the flower girl was not allowed to use artificial petals, and she offered me some free of charge! She even allowed me to pay the entire balance on my credit card, which I know is not their normal policy. It was so nice and generous of them. I greatly appreciated it. I would highly recommend Marie's Flower Shoppe!

Marie's Flower Shoppe is an amazing shop to get your wedding flowers from! My husband and I recently married at Icona Diamond Beach Resort right in Wildwood, NJ on 9/24/2016. From the start, Sharon contacted me very quickly when I emailed the shop about possible arrangements for my wedding. She was super flexible and I met her in person right away. We spoke with her about every little detail for my wedding and the pricing was very reasonable. Her and her husband and entire staff did a fabulous job on all the flower bouquets. Her husband delivered the flowers at the Icona in my hotel room the morning of the wedding. Just in time for the photographer to take detailed shots and regular photos of me and my girls. I received so many compliments about all the flowers at my wedding. My flowers were simple yet so elegant and classy. I can't thank Marie's Flower Shoppe enough for making my wedding flowers look like they were from a fairytale!

Sharron at Marie's was so helpful and informative. I went in with a few pinterest pictures and she knew all of the flowers in the photos and was able to help me decide what flowers and look would work within my budget. I felt comfortable from the moment I met with her, she does not try and take advantage of you by adding things that you don't need. She made sure to keep communication open letting me know if all of my choices would be available on the day of my wedding. On the day of Marie's Flower Shoppe definitely delivered exactly what I wanted and my centerpieces, bouquets and boutineers turned out even better then I imagined. I would definitely recommend Marie's Flower Shoppe for all of your flower needs!!

Five stars for every category. Sharon was very patient with me while we worked out details of arrangements. She was also helpful with suggestions. They did an absolutely beautiful job on our wedding flowers. (church, bridal, boutiners, etc.) The arrangements turned out to look like exactly what we expected. Actually, they were more beautiful then we expected ! Delivery, etc all prompt & went smoothly. I would highly recommend Marie's for a wedding!

Don't have your self set in stone, allow Sharon to guide you through as her experience outweighs all that most of us have.
Tell her your favorite or go to flowers and let her know if you don't like a certain one and then listen. Have a great event, this florist makes every effort to give you exactly what you want and delivers on that promise.

Sharon with Marie's Flower Shoppe was a dream come true! I picked my flowers out before selecting a florist. While pricing different vendors, Sharon was the only one to go above and beyond in what she could offer. Other florists simply said they could not use the flower I was interested in for the mens' boutonniere, but Sharon found pictures online of options, and worked with me on what she could create. She also gave her honest opinion on all the extra floral items - flowers for the church, Blessed Mother, and sign of peace. It was nice to have someone on your side so far into the planning process - with flowers being one of the last items on my to do list, and working within my budget, Sharon was able to provide exactly what I was looking for. I was able to set up an appointment to see what the flowers would look like, so there were no surprises the day of. All of the flowers we received from Marie's Flower Shoppe were beautiful!

I had a beach wedding in Avalon, New Jersey back in September of 2014. I had a definite vision as to how I wanted my flowers to look, I was going for a very "Kate Spade beach chic" vision. Navy, white, and gold with pops of bright flowers. Sharon at Marie's Flower Shoppe completely nailed the look I was going for. I brought in pictures of my vision and she was able to use her expertise to tell me what flowers would last all day and would be in season at that time of year. The variety of blooms that were in all of my flower arrangements were stunning and the vibrant pinks, oranges, yellows, and greens really nailed the look I was going for. Marie was happy to use the navy and white ribbon that I provided her with to complete my vision for my bridesmaids. I would definitely use Marie's Flower Shoppe again!

Marie's Flower Shoppe worked with us to be able to stay within our budget and still had beautiful flowers the day of our wedding. They dropped everything off at our chapel in a timely manner, and the arrangements Marie made up for the alter were gorgeous.

I order flowers from here last summer for me and my bridesmaids. As I was very nervous with my whole wedding going perfectly I was also worried how my flowers would turn out and if they would be here on time! And the showed up right on time and I fell inlove with them right when I saw them!!! This flower shop is amazing! Thank you !

Sharon at Marie's flower shopee was absolutely wonderful to work with! I wasn't very knowledgable about flowers at the start, but after showing Sharon a few pictures that I liked interested her and she came up with the most beautiful bouquets for our wedding. Sharon worked with me to make sure my wedding day would be perfect from my centerpieces, to all of the flowers for the bridal party and family! My mother is the owner of Marie's Flower Shoppe. She did an exceptional job! I told her the colors I wanted and said, I'll leave it up to you to pick and choose the flowers. All that I wanted was calla Lillie's and orchids incorporated into my bouquet. She exceeded my expectations. I have never had so many awesome compliments on how beautiful she made everything look. Being the mother of the bride and the florist was so overwhelming but she did such an amazing job planning my wedding, being a mom and a florist.

Such a wonderful flower shop and service! I have gotten married at first Presbyterian church in cape may and hand my reception at the southern mansion. My flowers were so beautifully down and the colors matched perfectly! I hight recommend Shannon and this shop for future weddings!

I worked with Sharon from Marie's Flower Shoppe for my wedding. Sharon was very nice and easy to work with. I brought a few pictures of flowers that I was thinking about using for the wedding. Sharon was able to combine the elements of the pictures for the bouquets. The flowers were exactly what I wanted and were beautiful. The flowers were in excellent condition when they were delivered. I couldn't have been happier. I had asked for the flowers to be delivered to the hotel and I figured I would transport the toss bouquet and rose for the church myself (I didn't have flowers on the reception tables). When they arrived, the driver and his assistant offered (free of charge) to drop off one flower at the church and the toss bouquet at the reception. It was so nice and generous of them. I greatly appreciated it. I would highly recommend Marie's Flower Shoppe!

The flowers for my wedding were great. I just wanted very simple flowers, and Sharon provided exactly what I wanted. They looked great on my wedding day! And a week later one of my bridesmaids sent me a picture of her bouquet, still looking just as pretty! So, I think that says a lot!

I was thrilled with the service and finished product I received from Marie's Flower Shop. Sharon Roman is really responsible for the color scheme of my wedding. I went into my meeting with her not really having a clear vision. I knew I liked certain colors, but wasn't sure how they'd work together. She pulled together some floral ideas and I was able to envision the day.

Our flowers were more beautiful than I could have ever envisioned, and nicer than any I've seen at other weddings. The price was very reasonable for the amount of flowers were ordered. And the deliverer told me how to dry my flowers off without staining my wedding dress - valuable advice I hadn't thought of!

Sharon from Marie's Flower Shoppe was fantastic. I met with her prior to the wedding to discuss the look I was going for. She was very accommodating and gave lots of suggestions. The bridesmaid's bouquets were gorgeous, as well as the mother's bouquets, church arrangements and reception centerpieces. My bouquet was not exactly was I was envisioning, although it was very lovely and I received many compliments.

I enjoyed working with Marie's Flower shoppe. I was an out of state bride, so my wedding was planned with everything being site unseen and it all worked out perfectly. I absoultly LOVED my flowers, she know what I was trying to do. All I had to tell her were the type of flowers I loved, my colors and my theme. She worked it all in to a very beautiful bouqet. I was very happy! I would tell any bride to be consider Marie's as I was very pleased with my results. Again, we cooridinated with phone calls and e-mail. And I couldn't have been happier.

Maries Flower Shoppe exhibits great service! The owner was always able to answer any questions we had and did so quickly. There was never a "waiting to hear back from her" lapse in time. Our bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages were beautiful. It is definitely worth shopping around and comparing prices because Marie's Flower Shoppe was half the price of other florists and gave us exactly what we wanted.

Sharon from Marie's Flower Shop was great to work with. She was so helpful in assisting us in finding the right flowers within our limited budget. Sharon went out of her was to make our order perfect. Her communication throughout the ordering and delivery process was incredible taking 1 worry off my plate! I contacted Marie's flower shoppe only a few weeks before my wedding, and had very little idea of what I wanted. Sharon worked with me to help me pick out a bouquet for myself and my bridesmaids. The flowers were dropped off plenty early and were gorgeous, and fresh. I couldn't have been happier. The bridesmaids loved their bouquets and I got a ton of compliments on all of them.

This is a small shop in North Wildwood, NJ. They have a wide variety of flowers and options for your wedding. They gave us a WONDERFUL price for our flowers, and we were overall happy with their service. I would definitely use them again, and in fact my parents have often used them since then for different occasions. They were not always the quickest to respond to my questions, but I attribute that to the fact that they are a small shop and sometimes can be short-staffed. They were always professional and definitely were flexible with us as we changed a few things at the last minute on them. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
