Ed and Maria have a beautiful wedding venue on the water. I grew up in the area and wanted to get married in my hometown. This venue gave me that homey feel. Ed does an amazing job at communicating and is very efficient at managing his property. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location! -

We booked Maria’s Love Point B&B for our May 2024 wedding. We had 105 guests. We were in awe of the grounds (as were our guests!) and liked the privacy that this venue offered. Ed and his wife, Maria, were a complete pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for an on the water wedding venue, Maria’s is the way to go! -

Hands down one of the best outdoor venues for a wedding (and we took our chances for a December 2022 wedding). Maria and Ed were extremely accommodating for our wedding and ceremony. The rooms were spacious and clean and their house was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Ed and Maria went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable for for the day and we couldn't be more happy with them! A++++ for location and services! Would definitely recommend them for any special event! -

Maria’s Love Point B&B is beautiful. The water views and grounds are stunning. It was great to be able to stay there the night before and the night of the wedding. The rooms are so clean and gorgeous. Maria and Ed serve a delicious breakfast to overnight guests. The loft area where the brides and bridesmaids got ready was very spacious. I would highly recommend this venue -

My husband and I had our wedding at Maria's this past weekend. We couldn't have ask for anything more. Ed and Maria made us feel completely comfortable and at home. We were so relaxed. The venue allows for a "homey" feel. Our ceremony was out on the waterfront, which was breath taking and allowed us to bring our boat , which was a huge part of what we wanted for that day. We constantly had guests complimenting the venue. If you are in search of a waterfront outdoor wedding, you need to go visit Maria's. Ed set up the tent and tables and linens and made sure everything was how we wanted it. He also provided a golf cart to help my grandfather down to the ceremony spot. Maria made the most delicious breakfast for myself and my bridesmaids the morning of the wedding. They provided parking attendants, and made sure all the small details were taken care of, so it was less for us to think about. We can't thank Ed and Maria enough for everything they did for us! They helped make our special day perfect! -

Everything you could wish for and more
Ed and Maria, made our daughter and her new husband dream wedding come true. We are forever grateful. We trusted them and followed what they recommend to make this wedding go smooth. So happy to say it was all that we wanted and more. Our guest are still talking about the food and the venue. That means a lot considering there were restaurant owners along with an Executive Chef from NY. When they said how beautiful and outstanding the food was we knew we had made the right choice. Thank you so very much Ed, Maria, Dennis and your entire staff for making this day exactly what we all wanted and more. 💕💙 -

"Maria’s Love Point Bed & Breakfast is a quite and romantic location where Guests can enjoy beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets. It is situated on twenty acres with over eight hundred feet of water front over looking the Chester River. We are less than twenty minutes from Annapolis, MD and one hour from Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC. Guests will enjoy a gourmet breakfast each morning served in the large dining room. Weather permitting, breakfast may be served outside on the deck overlooking the water." Their statement on their website say it all! We had the B&B for the entire weekend so we had the rehearsal dinner there, the bride and bridesmaids stayed the night and then the wedding the following day! Thanks again for making our day perfect! -

Ed (B&B owner) is a professional, caring, very flexible gentleman, and he was a pleasure to work with. Everything was perfect, and exactly how it had been planned. I would refer anyone who wants a gorgeous venue on the water, to Maria's. **Maria's breakfast was delicious, also! -

The owner was flexible and accommodating for all of my bridesmaids the night before the wedding and also allowed me to come see the venue whenever I needed to. The tent turned out gorgeous and was warm enough for our November wedding! We received a discount for being in the offseason but it was still a little pricey because you have to bring in your own caterer. I don't regret spending the money but wish it was a little less expensive.
The view was beautiful and we got some great pictures on the dock. I fell in love with the place when I first saw it and was glad I got married there!
