  Mom and Pop shop providing genuine customer service and care for their customers and choosing the perfect ring

  My boyfriend went in with out knowing my size and only a couple diamond cuts in mind and Maria helped him by providing the absolute best most knowledgeable customer service and it was so clear that she truly cares about her customers and knows the business. I am so happy that he went to this mom and pop fine jewelry store that’s been in business for 35 years. I’m so happy he went here and didn’t go to a chain store or buy online where the quality doesn’t even compare and they only care about making a sale. Marla has a devoted customer base because her and her family truly care and take the time to find a piece that is perfect for each individual-and if they don’t have it in the shop already they will make custom pieces! I was SO surprised when he engaged as he kept it a secret for so long and the ring he got me was more perfect than I ever could have dreamed of! I would recommend Marlas fine jewelry to everyone I know and will be going back exclusively there for wedding bands and for all of my jewelry needs!

  Maria is our new go-to

  Maria from Marias Fine Jewelry in Worcester is the sweetest woman. She tells it like it is and won’t steer you wrong. She’ll help you stay in budget and makes you feel confident in your choices. She also went above and beyond when my husband ordered my engagement ring just before everything shut down due to Covid. After UPS made a feeble attempt to deliver the ring to her, they sent it back to the manufacturer and she worked diligently to track it down and ensure UPS delivered it to her.

  Miracle! Forget buying online go to Maria’s!

  Since COVID started, I had been shopping online for an engagement ring because all the in person stores had to be closed. I had a ring picked out when I brought a couple of my girlfriend’s regular rings with me to try and get them sized to I could enter in the correct size online.
  
  I happened upon Maria’s cute little shop and I went inside just looking for a sizing for these rings. Maria started talking with me and I asked for the size of these rings. She helped me out, but then asked me where I was buying my ring and how much I was paying and all that.
  
  Long story short, I ended up asking her all the questions I had to google about diamonds and engagement rings and she really opened my eyes as to what I was buying.
  
  I went into Maria’s looking just to size up these rings and I left with the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée! It was just luck I walked into her mom and pop store and I am so glad I did.
  
  I didn’t know what I was doing buying an engagement ring, a diamond ring. She answered all my questions a million times better than google ever could and I ended up with a real diamond ring instead of the man made diamond I was going to buy, and it was 3 times bigger for the same price this other website was charging me!
  
  Excellent service, really makes you feel like part of the family. Excellent price, since I paid the same amount for a diamond ring with 1.5 carats with her when I was going to pay the same amount for about a 0.5 carat diamond ring online.
  
  I am so lucky to have found my fiancée, but it really was a stroke of luck I walked into Maria’s. I had a ring picked out when I walked in, but when I walked out of her store I had the perfect ring. I actually skipped when I got outside I was so excited.
  
  I highly, highly recommend this mom and pop store over anywhere you have been. And to top it off, Maria even resized the ring for free for us. Forget online jewelry stores, you cannot replace experience and hands on personal help. I have been back since we got engaged to tell Maria how it went and she was honestly curious about how I proposed and when and where it happened and all that. She has a customer for life and I feel like we have a new friend in Maria, too.
  
  I’ve never spent this much money on anything in my life, I’m not rich, so I am so glad I happened to walk into Maria’s. Super nice lady helped me make the best night of my life perfect. Just perfect.
