Margaritaville Resort Orlando is ABSOLUTELY the BEST place in the world to get married. The EXCELLENT SERVICE they provided; made our most special day AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC. Cinderella & Prince Charming had nothing on us 😊

Dream wedding in a tropical paradise!
When we first signed our contract, there was a ton of staffing changes which caused some hiccups in the beginning of our wedding planning. However, as the day got closer and Kelsey took over, all of our worries were laid to rest. The staff ensured that every detail was taken care of. Margaritaville was the perfect location for us since most of our guests were traveling and we had the convenience of hosting everything in one place. It was a wonderful setting with so many beautiful places for pictures. The wait staff was extremely attentive and a lot of them spoke Spanish which was wonderful for our family. After the ceremony, the staff had even set up a smaller room for us to have the food from the cocktail hour before we went in to the reception. The food was all delicious but the biggest highlights (that we are still getting compliments from our guests about) were the cheeseburgers in paradise, the coconut shrimp, the coconut margaritas, and the rum punch. Looking back at our wedding day, we are so happy we went with Margaritaville! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the staff that made our day better than we ever imagined! -

Margaritaville is the best place is to have a wedding! We got married October 2022! Don’t get me wrong after constant turn over with multiple people leaving which was a little frustrating. We finally got blessed with Ashley and Kelsey! They made our wedding come through with perfection! If you’re doing vacation wedding, just save time and do it with Margaritaville. Dream Wedding Venue!!!
OMG! *****
Margaritaville Resort Orlando is one of the MOST magnificent venues for a dream wedding!
This resort is very stylish and has many colorful backdrops for spectacular wedding photos!
If you are planning a wedding from near or far away, hesitate not. It takes the casual, laid back feel of Margaritaville Key West, and delivers to you a luxurious, pampering five star Resort!
I have had the privilege to photograph at Margaritaville Resort with Events Manager - Kasey Bussell. I have photographed many weddings & events with her in the past. She is very detail oriented, friendly and calming for the pre-ceremony nerves. ( I have noticed how couples are more relaxed when working with her ). :-) The staff there are amazing professionals, - courteous and fun to interact with.
I personally have photographed over 2,100 weddings in my 24 year career, and I can truly say… this is a breath of fresh air, - a new canvas for capturing photo memories.
If anything, I almost don’t want to leave after photographing an event! Haha ! :-)

First off, I would like to say that Ashley Poulin, my coordinator at Margaritaville went above and beyond to make sure that every thing was perfect for my guests, my husband and myself. I had gone through about three different coordinators before she took over my event about a month before the wedding. Because of this, I was extremely nervous as I had gone over my details with so many different people and the event was getting so close. Fast forward to the week of the wedding when we arrived in Orlando, she was always just a text away and jumped on any issue or concern that I had and bent over backwards to make sure that everything went perfectly!! She was truly a difference-maker not just for the wedding, but during our entire five-day stay at Margaritaville.
Everyone raved about the food and reception, and said that it was the best wedding that they had ever been to! The staff was extremely attentive to my husband and I during the reception and made sure we were taken care of. I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day! -

Saved the Wedding
I recently got married on May 7th, 2022 at Margaritaville Orlando Resort and amazing is an understatement. I originally booked my wedding when Cassie was the wedding manager, but for personal reasons she had to relocate elsewhere. I was someone who faced the struggle and stress of dealing with all different wedding coordinators throughout the wedding planning process. Some of the coordinators I worked with gave me little to no hope in my wedding actually going the way I wanted it to. I was pretty much hopeless and devastated that everything was going to be ruined. It was then, that I met Claudia and Ashley who completely turned my mindset around and saved my wedding. They both took over my wedding about 3 weeks before my actual wedding date. I was a bit skeptical after dealing with not so great people, but they fulfilled everything they promised to me. They also responded to all my questions and concerns in such a timely fashion that I was shocked I was even dealing with the same resort. They turned a bad situation into everything I dreamed for and more. My guests absolutely loved the to die for food and the ambiance Margaritaville Resort Orlando provided. I want to thank Claudia, Ashley, and also my day of wedding coordinator Samantha Follmer for the beautiful wedding they helped to coordinate. -

The Perfect Destination Wedding, Margaritaville Resort
This is a excellent resort to have a wedding. The wedding planner was over the top on helping us in every way to make sure everything was perfect and she didn't miss a thing. The entire staff at the resort were gracious and attentive to all our guests and there were no complaints from everyone. We had 70 guests and everyone had a great time. If you're looking for a destination wedding this is a great place to go for quality and convenience to all nearby venues in Orlando. As the Father of the Bride, I can't say how grateful we are to the entire staff at the Margaritaville. Resort. It was nothing less than perfect! -

We had our wedding at Margaritaville Resort Orlando on February 22, 2020. It was the perfect day. The wedding was held on the event lawn with the cocktail hour following on the patio. The reception was held indoors at The Rose Compass ballroom. We had surf and Turf which was delicious. The food was amazing as was the staff. The wedding was at 5:00 so the sunset pictures were incredible. This turned out to be the best place for a wedding since most of the guests stayed in the cottages on the property or at the hotel, which was nice since we did not have to worry about driving anywhere. All 100 guests were onsite. Also as a bonus the resort is 2 miles from the animal kingdom so most of the guests enjoyed a day or two at Disney. This was a destination wedding for us so all of our guests traveled to Florida. I highly recommend Margaritaville Resort Orlando for any event. -

This was an absolute dream wedding!!! OMG! Kasey was fabulous to work with all year long and then on the day of she was even better! I got ready at the cottages which worked out so well and allowed for even more picture settings. The grounds and lobby also provided beautiful backdrops for pictures. The vendors we hired off the preferred vendor list were fabulous!! The food was delicious, so many of our guests were raving about it! The whole night was an absolute blast! All of our guests had the best time. I cannot recommend this venue enough! And what venue can you return to and continue to make the best memories?! -

The best!
Absolutely beautiful resort with so many options! I could not have imagined my wedding anywhere else!! It was beautiful!! The property is also so stunning for pictures everywhere!! Our dinner was inside euphoria! We originally were going to be outside on the balcony.. but weather was a little chilly and Kasey just instantly helped me out and gave us a private spot inside! Our wedding was only us and 9 guests, but when I entered the restaurant the whole place was cheering!! The staff.. the kitchen.. even the band!! They were hands down the best!! Couldn’t be happier!!!! Thank you so so so much!! Memory of a lifetime!! We will be back!! -

Margaritaville Resort Orlando is the most amazing wedding venue! My fiancé and I got married here on January 23, 2021. We fell in love with this venue right away, as soon as you step into Margaritaville you are transported to paradise, The smell of Mother Ocean is sprayed in the lobby, the margarita glasses hanging from the ceiling producing light, and the amazing beach like atmosphere is breathtaking. We worked with Kasey who is a dream and was there every step of the way, I couldn't have asked for a better planner to help me make this day more magical. My wedding photographer was able to take effortlessly beautiful photos because the property is so gorgeous. I would defiantly recommend looking into this venue before making any decisions. We love Margaritaville Resort Orlando !!! -

Our wedding at Margaritaville Resort Orlando was beyond our wildest dreams!!! Kasey was such an incredible coordinator, she always made us feel like a top priority and answered all of our questions, no matter how small! The event staff also did such an incredible job making sure our wedding went off without a hitch. I would recommend this venue to ANYONE looking to have a fun, safe, atmosphere. Even with COVID-19 happening, MRO was careful to follow all guidelines put in place and thanks to them we were able to have the wedding of our dreams! Thank you for everything!! -

If you want to have a perfect wedding experience with an incredible staff (one in particular is Kasey) look no further than Margaritaville Orlando Resort! The spaces are incredible! Food amazing! Staff friendly and extremely responsive! Kasey is a miracle worker and honestly helped us have the wedding of our dreams! Really no place better! Thanks for everything! -

Better than I Could of Expected
My wife and I had our ceremony and reception here in July 2020. With all the craziness going on, we had a much smaller reception than originally anticipated but working with Kasey and her team made everything go so much more smoothly than I could imagine. They were grea tto work with for any type of change, adjustment or need we had. They were able to safely accommodate us without having it feel any less than the original plan. There were many types they could of just worried about their bottom line but never did. We always came first. Extra shout-out to Joel and Christian(sorry if i remembered either name incorrectly) who worked the night of the reception. Both were just awesome! Food was amazing and it was sooooo much food. Make sure you get the coconut crusted chicken for your cocktail hour. I can go on and on about how great this team was to work with but if they can pull off what they did during 2020, I'm sure 2021 and on with be fantastic. -

My husband and I got married at Margaritaville this past weekend and it was hands down the best day/weekend of our lives!! We stayed in a cottage the night before our wedding with our bridal party and had the best time enjoying the hot tub & margarita maker! The day of our wedding my girls and I got ready in the gorgeous hospitality suite that was huge and accommodated my entire wedding party along with my hair/makeup and photography team. Our ceremony was held at the nautical terrace and our reception was in the ballroom, both of which were beautiful! We received and continue to receive so many compliments from guests on how beautiful the venue was, how good the food was, and how hospitable all of the staff was. There was not one thing that went wrong on our special day and if I could relive one day for the rest of my life, it would be our wedding day. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Margaritaville who made our day so perfect!!! -

I am a wedding planner and recently had the pleasure of working a wedding here. It was a Christmas themed wedding and had lots of moving parts involved. The hotel staff was so accommodating and helped in whatever it was i needed to make the brides vision a reality. In part of the planning process, they always answered emails right away and also fit the dietary needs of the wedding guests even though certain things were not on the menu. I hope I get to work another wedding here soon! -

I had my wedding at Margaritaville on September 24th and could not of been happier. My wedding coordinator Lissette made the whole process stress free and east. We booked the wedding in June and she helped me plan this wedding in just 3 months. The food was amazing, the venue was perfect and she offered me options for every situation that may arise. I could not recommend her more. Thank you! -
