Marc photographed me and my husband’s wedding in September of 2025 and he was so fun to work with! You can tell he has years of experience by the way he directs you to pose and how much thought and care he puts into making sure you and your partner look your best. As well, his professionalism always shines through. Marc is extremely efficient, which we appreciated as we didn’t want to spend too much of our time posing for pictures. Last, we appreciated the affordability of Marc’s services - we were able to find a package deal on his website that included an engagement shoot, which provided us exactly what we wanted for our wedding! I’d highly recommend Marc especially if you’re looking for beautiful wedding photos at a more affordable cost.

Great Bay Area Wedding Photographer
Marc was very helpful with direction and posing ideas. He knew what would make a great backdrop and was able to direct us with natural looking poses. He also has photographed at our venue multiple times, so he worked very well with the other vendors and had a plan that went smoothly. His prices are also very reasonable.

Marc is the most amazing wine country photographer
We had an incredible experience working with Marc, and cannot recommend him highly enough. I met him at the Wedding Expo, and his booth was filled with beautiful photos of couples in the vineyards. It was the exact vision we had for our wedding, and he fulfilled this vision for us. We really appreciate that he met us on site a few weeks in advance to scope out our first look, and where the group photo lighting would be best. He had the best ideas and suggestions for a variety of photos. Working with Marc was so fun. He gets so excited when a photo, a pose, the lighting, etc. is coming together to create something magical. He captured beautiful formal photos and photos in the vineyards just like we had dreamed of.

Marc captured our wedding day perfectly!
Marc was an incredible photographer to work with, and we are so grateful for the memories he captured on our wedding day. When we first met him for our engagement shoot, he immediately made us feel comfortable, making us laugh and have a good time. We left that session with happy tears in our eyes, simply feeling so good after working with him. When the engagement photos came back, we were in awe—he managed to capture us in such a natural and authentic way.
That experience made us even more excited for our wedding day, knowing we’d feel completely comfortable with our photographer. We Love Marc!
My husband and I were first introduced to Marc’s work when we toured Vine Hill House and looked through a book of one of his weddings there. We were instantly enthralled by his style and how beautifully he captured the scenery and emotions of the couple’s day. We ended up working with Marc for both our engagement shoot in May 2024 and our wedding this past May, and we could not have been happier with that decision. Marc was very flexible and easy to work with, let our personalities shine, and struck the perfect balance of directing us while also letting us be our authentic selves. His eye for incorporating the surroundings and everything else that goes into perfectly capturing the moment is truly incredible. Both of us hate being the center of attention or having our picture taken, yet he managed to get some unbelievable photos that reflected both our relationship and the magic of the day and scenery around us. It was also really important to us that our vendors be LGBTQ-friendly, especially our photographer who would be working with our wedding party, and all our party members really enjoyed working with him and appreciated his inclusivity. He set a beautiful tone/energy for our day with all our guests and left us with the most stunning photos to reflect back on. Our friends and family are blown away by the final results just as much as we are! For these reasons and many more, we could not be happier with the decision to work with Marc.

Wonderful and fun photographer for our wedding
Marc photographed our May 2024 wedding up in Sonoma County. When we walked through the venue together before the wedding, we were immediately struck by his high attention to detail, as he explained places he would be throughout the ceremony, strategies he would take to quickly relocate and get shots at critical angles, and more. It gave us a lot of confidence that we were in good hands with an experienced professional.
We had a pretty decent sized wedding (150 total), and other photographers we talked to were not confident they could shoot this big of a wedding without an assistant photographer. Marc assured us that he had done weddings of this size before as the sole photographer, and that it wouldn't be any problem to do it again - and he was right!
On the day of, Marc was fun to work with. He is a very upbeat, high energy, and lighthearted type of person, which made it really enjoyable for us as a couple to do our photo shoots with him. We had never had a professional photo shoot of us before and weren't totally sure whether that kind of thing would be stressful or not, but Marc made it really fun and easy - something that we look back on fondly.
Finally - the photos! We are over the moon with the quality of the photos. Marc captured every moment of the wedding with great detail. Between the guests, setting, decor, ceremony, dance, cocktail hour, dinner, band, wedding party photos, and more - he captured great shots of every element of that day in a way that we are grateful for.
All in all, we would highly recommend working with Marc to anyone looking for a wedding photographer, especially in the Sonoma County area. He has a real talent for understanding and capturing the light and beauty of that area, and he's fun to work with.

Best wedding photographer ever
Nobody loves their job more than Marc! At one point during the dance party, I looked at Marc and he was dancing, singing, and shooting pictures! He was hands-down the best photographer for our wedding. His bright energy is so infectious and his work is amazing!
We found Marc from our venue--there was portfolio of his pictures from a previous wedding and I fell in love with his style. I then learned that he took all those pics during a blackout, so I was sold. I didn't even look at other photographers. We started communicating a year before our wedding. Marc was very responsive and detailed in his answers. When we met him in person, I was so happy with our choice. He just exudes positivity. On the day of our wedding, our guests commented how energetic Marc was, running around taking pics everywhere. We even threw him for a loop with a prank and a table dash. He was onboard for everything and we have the best pics to prove it. Oh, and somehow he got all the young flower girls and ring bearer to pose and smile big.
Looking at our photos, not only do we get to re-live our night, but also for the first time, we're seeing all the other fun moments that we missed. I don't think I'll ever get tired at looking at our pics. Thanks so much Marc! Hire him now!

Marc truly is wonderful to work with. You can just tell that he loves what he does. He brings such energy, exuberance and professionalism to the experience. We had a small wedding on my parents property in wine country and I wouldn't say that we were the most organized bride and groom, but Marc was really flexible with us and made sure that we came out of our event with photos that we will cherish forever. Hiring Marc was such a good choice
Marc strikes the perfect balance of funny and thoughtful with no-nonsense. He helped us nail the poses, didn't over edit photos, and made all of our guests feel at ease. We got multiple compliments about how funny and efficient he was, and the photos turned out great. Marc was flexible with us when we had to postpone, and I know this had to be an incredibly busy summer, but he was responsive to all our questions and got us a great portfolio of photos we love. I worried that only having one shooter would be a problem, but he unobtrusively covered a lot of ground. He was the vendor I felt I had to stress about the least! The best wedding photographer you can ask for!
Marc is an amazingly talented photographer as well as an absolute gem of a person who you should have photograph your next life event! Marc did our engagement photos and wedding photos for our July 2022 wedding. My husband and I are not exactly comfortable having our photos taken and we were nervous before our engagement shoot that we’d be awkward, but Marc made all those worries disappear. He made us feel so comfortable in just being us and made us laugh so many times, which made our photos come out so naturally joyful. He was also amazing with our dog, getting some priceless photos of her. Plus we never once felt rushed, you can tell he loves what he does. For our wedding day, Marc was prompt, professional, and brought his great personality which made everyone feel relaxed! He was so organized going through the group photos and especially the large family shots that require a lot of cat wrangling to make sure everyone is in view. When we got our photos back, we were so happy with how our day was captured! He did an amazing job capturing the little moments, the details, and the emotions of the day. I am so happy Marc was recommended to us! He was incredibly professional, responsive and thorough before the wedding day. On the day of our wedding he went above and beyond to make the process comfortable and fun. We had a huge issue with our caterer which delayed the schedule of our wedding and Marc went out of his way to make sure he still got all the important shots. So much fun!
We had a great time working with Marc. We had to plan our wedding abroad since we live in Europe and Marc made the process so simple, easy, and fun. We set up Zoom meetings to discuss what we wanted and he described how the whole event would unfold. It was incredibly helpful.
On the day of our ceremony, Marc came and took photos of the bridal party getting ready and of the groomsmen and the groom waiting to meet the bride and bridal party. It was such magical moments captured. Marc really explained everything so nicely and calming as well. We were all a bunch of emotions and he was an added source of security because he has done this many times so we trusted him fully.
He moved fast and made sure we didn't spend too much time away from guests while taking photos. We had an amazing golden hour photoshoot and dancing photos. After the ceremony, we were so excited to receive the online album that we could share with friends and family.

I was worried I would spend too much of my wedding day taking pictures, but Marc got every shot we wanted and did so efficiently so we could enjoy the day. I am also very happy with the quality of the photos we received! Would recommend him in a second.

We hired Marc to photograph our wedding and we were very pleased with the whole process and the final outcome. Marc was always very responsive in our email correspondence leading up to the day and gave a clear timeline and "to-do" list for us. We really appreciated how he kept everyone on track without being bossy to get all family and bridal party photos done. Marc was also very patient and helpful with our wild 3 year old ring bearer! He was excellent at making sure poses looked natural and there were no hair ties or weird outfit issues. What I loved the most was that we could see Marc get excited about certain photos or poses, which made us feel comfortable and confident in the images.

Marc is an outstanding photographer. We hired him after 1 phone call for our wedding in February 2022. He did a stunning job capturing the most special moments of the day. His organization, professionalism, and love for photography shines through his work. A Night to Remebee
Marc was the photographer for my wedding on Oct 21 and to say he is a master of his craft would be an understatement. I am a bit over weight and was very uncomfortable with the idea of pictures, but from start to finish Marc was organized, thoughtful and very detail oriented. He helped me relax and feel beautiful in my skin. He made sure he got the best possible shots and the result brings tears to my eyes. My pictures were perfect and everyone in my family raved about how much they loved him. If you are looking for a photographer that will make sure the groom and groomsman shirts and jackets are straight or that will make sure your brother in law doesn’t have Kleenex hanging out of his pocket, or makes sure all the complicated parental units play nice lol. Then look no further Marc is that person.

AMAZING photographer who literally made my wedding day!
Marc was a force of nature on my wedding day. Not only is he an incredible photographer, but he brings so much energy, passion, and presence the day of. Although we were super behind schedule, he helped take charge and made sure we were able to capture all our desired photos. Amazing Wedding Photographer!!

Marc was recommended to us by our wedding venue (Churchill Manor) and we couldn't have been happier. Marc and his assistant were prompt, professional, fun and creative. Marc was incredible to work with. He was professional, helpful, and fun! He photographed both our weddings (Covid Couple) and he literally knocked it out of the park! We have so many amazing photos we don't have enough wall space! We are trying to find another excuse to use his services because that is how much we loved working with him! We had so many things go wrong with our weddings due to Covid, but looking at our pictures and the memories he captured for us makes all that go away!

We absolutely loved working with Marc. If you are getting married in the area, he knows a lot of great spots to get the look you're going for. He was fun and entertaining, got Cameron to smile his "real" smile and took more photos than we believed possible! Marc captured our intimate Sonoma wedding at a boutique winery in such a beautiful way. Leading up to our October wedding, he set several touch points and outlined what was important to capture. He was very organized, helped us think through the structure of the day, and arrived early to capture pics. He was great with the entire group. He has an easy, fun personality and he captured great formal and informal (which was important to us) pics. The quality of the pictures are amazing. We highly recommend Marc!!!

Exceptional experience with Marc!
Our wedding had to be planned at the last minute and Marc was extremely accommodating of our situation. He ended up being more than what we could've asked for! Marc made us feel at ease right from planning stage to our wedding day. He thoroughly explained how he typically covers weddings and tailored it to our event while being extremely flexible with last minute changes. He not only made us feel relaxed during our pre and post wedding shoot but also during the wedding as well. We heard similar words from our guests as well which says a lot about how Marc works. He also ended up staying a bit later than we had initially planned, so that he could cover our last song as well. His photos turned out to be excellent and we couldn't have asked for a better experience with a wedding photographer. We very highly recommend Marc for wedding photography!

Incredible photos to remember our day!
Mark was an awesome photographer for our wedding and we are so happy we decided to go with him for our wedding! He was fun and full of energy which helped us feel more relaxed and the whole bridal party could just have fun and enjoy the moment. Marc did a phenomenal job! From my first inquiry email to him, I felt completely happy and confident in his work. He was quick to respond and answer all of our questions. He explained his different packages and helped us tailor one to fit our specific needs. We first met Marc when we took our engagement photos out at Armstrong Woods - they all turned out beautiful beyond words! I had the pleasure of having an additional photo session prior to my wedding. I wanted to take boudoir photos to gift to my husband the night before our wedding. I was nervous, but Marc made that go away quickly and made me feel beautiful, sexy and confident.
Now on to our wedding day. I could not have asked for anything different. Marc did the best job and went above and beyond our expectations. Time can slip away from you on your wedding day, but Marc was able to capture every moment for us. He showed up early to take photos of us getting ready with hair and makeup, and stayed late to document the wild dance battles towards the end of the reception. He was even able to get the attention of my 13 year old chihuahua (Nacho)!
We cannot thank or recommend Marc enough!

Marc photographed our engagement and wedding photos. During our engagement pictures, my husband and I were nervous and a little stiff but about 10 minutes into it, Marc made us feel comfortable and had us laughing! He brought that same energy to our VERY hot wedding day! Our pictures came out beautifully! Marc is nothing short of amazing - as soon as my husband and I met him we connected with him right away and his work is fabulous. In the package we purchased with him it included an engagement session and we used our engagement photos for our save the dates. A photographer worth his weight in “GOLD”
We can’t say enough about our photographer, Marc Blondin; his incredible talent, skill and charisma helped make our 2 day wedding one of most memorable and—hands down—stress free time our lives. Marc’s eye for capturing the perfect shot was impeccable to say the least, even when it seemed like almost nothing could go right, there was Marc finding those precious and candid moments in what seemed like pure chaos. Times like that you would see the true nature and character of a person tested, and we are happy to say, our photographer NEVER disappointed. We were very fortunate that our engagement photo session with Marc helped us feel more relax and confident for the madness we knew was about to come. But knowing that our photographer understood us and was willing to do everything in his power to make our days special—not just with his words but in his actions—made all the difference in the world. That reassurance was more than just helpful...it was inspiring.

Marc was wonderful from beginning to end! He photographed our engagement session as well as our wedding. We recently got the photos back and they are fabulous! Not only is Marc a great photographer, but he’s also super nice and immediately puts everyone at ease. Amazing Photographer, Wonderful Shots, Truly a Joy to Work With
Marc was amazing throughout our engagement and wedding planning process. He was flexible and helped us get the shots we wanted. He is a consummate professional and an absolute pleasure to work with and we could not be more pleased with our engagement and wedding photos.
Marc and his second shooter made pictures on our wedding day with our family and bridal party a breeze! They also received many comments and compliments from our guests regarding how they barely noticed the photographers because they were not intrusive at all, yet we got so many wonderful shots of our ceremony, reception, and of course our guests. So many great candid photos!
Marc was a breeze to work with, and while he has a good foundation structure for how the photos on the wedding day would work, he was open to the customization we needed.
I loved that Marc had us prepare a shot list in advance. This was so helpful for making sure we got all the family portraits we wanted.
We got all our photos on the agreed upon timeline, and Marc made sharing easy with a shareable gallery for our guests.

My wedding day was a blur, but my experience with Marc was delightfully memorable. He was great at corralling my wedding guests for photos and made it an enjoyable experience for everyone. STOP LOOKING NOW, BOOK WITH MARC!! Marc is without a doubt the most amazing photographer in Sonoma County! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with him over the past year and a half for our September wedding. He was unbelievably flexible with our schedules with us not living locally, and was more than willing to come to us in SF. From our engagement shoot, all the way to me walking down the isle he was present every step of the way, snapping shots of it all!! He took my vision of the perfect day to heart and made it come to life in the most magical way possible. He shot myself and my girls, my husband and his groomsmen, and our ENTIRE family picture list the morning of, followed by our whole wedding all on his own without even breaking a sweat. Marc was amazing with our wedding photos and our engagement photos. He was so fun to work with and we loved all the photos he took. He got all the photos to us fast and sent us a link for our family and friends too. My husband and I havent had our photos taken by a professional before, but Marc made it really fun and we loved how they all turned out. When we got married we had a wedding party of 16 and he was able to make sure we all got the photos we wanted.

From the first time we met Marc, we knew he was the "the one." Marc made us feel at ease throughout the whole process and we knew by the amount of fun we had at our engagement shoot that our wedding day would be an absolute blast for us and our friends and family. We hired Marc for our wedding last July. He did a fantastic job. He is professional, humorous, punctual, and on top of his game. What can we say about Marc? He is absolutely amazing! Everyone loved him. My husband works in the wedding industry as a wedding DJ and he first met Marc at a wedding and really loved his work and how he interacted with the couple. I first met Marc at the Wine Country Wedding Expo and right off the bat I loved his personality. He was so amazing and my family absolutely loved his energy and professionalism. We would definitely recommend Marc to anyone looking for amazing photos of high quality. He also did our engagement pictures that were included in the package we got. We met in San Fransisco and went to the Palace on the Fine Arts followed by Baker Beach. Marc always answers in a timely fashion, and always gives excellent replies.
He is such a fun guy and works incredibly hard! Ever since I met Marc working a wedding in Santa Rosa, I knew that when I got married, I wanted him to be the photographer at my wedding. A year and a half later, there was no one else I would have wanted taking pictures of my wife and I walking down the aisle than Marc. On the day Marc made us feel at ease with our photos being taken; at times we forgot he was even there (sorry Marc!) We went with a 2hr package but in that short space of time he managed to pack an enormous number of shots in without us feeling rushed.

Marc photographed our wedding in July in Sonoma County, and he was FANTASTIC. Marc was professional, patient, courteous, and the pictures were phenomenal. He was also really great with all our family and guests, and patiently waited as we lined up for pictures, and he gave clear instructions to help everyone move through the process. He has a great attitude, which helped a lot during an important (and potentially stressful) day. And we are thrilled with the quality of the pictures -- beautiful work, he clearly has an eye for photography and we are thrilled with how it all turned out. Marc was not just easy to work with but absolutely FUN! He made us laugh all evening long. When we got the photos back and looked through them it was like watching a movie. And, when we showed our best friend/officiant she cried and said that they were the most beautiful wedding pictures she has ever seen.. We thought so too but maybe that's because we were in them. We had the most beautiful venue and every time he would pick a spot for a picture, I thought to myself.. this is not where I would have picked and when we saw the backdrops.. they were PERFECT! From the very moment I saw Marc's photos online I knew I had to meet him. I call and was greeted by the nicest voice, we set up an appointment to go and speak to him about what we were interested in and to look at some of his past weddings. My husband and I decided to hire him that day for both our engagement shoot and wedding day. I am so beyond lucky that my husband and I found Marc to photograph our Sonoma Wedding this July! From our first meeting we knew Marc was the one for us! Do yourself a favor and book Marc. He was absolutely wonderful! Everything from fun to professional to detail oriented. He had a way of directing everyone that was not only kind and discreet, but also very straightforward which is exactly what I was hoping for when trying to organize different groups of people to all get together for pictures.
We booked Marc for our 100 person wedding at a small bed and breakfast in Monte Rio. We met with him at the venue a few days beforehand to do a walk through and he was enthusiastic and also helped to weigh in on the logistics. It was very clear that this was NOT Marc's first...or second...or third wedding. The wedding party and guests also loved him. We received multiple comments from guests asking for his name, and how we found him, mentioning that he was extremely fast and efficient and "On top of it."
Marc also did our engagement photos and we absolutely LOVED his work, so although it has only been a few weeks and we have not received our photos yet, I feel completely reassured that we are in good hands and that we will be thrilled with the way they turned out.
I could really just go on and on about Marc, we truly enjoyed working with him and will certainly try to find some/any reason to hire him for future photo shoots. He was worth every penny! Thank again, Marc!

Marc was absolutely amazing to work with. Looking at his previous work, my fiancé and I knew we had to have him capture our wedding. From the get go, he always responded in a timely manner to any of our needs and questions. He was also flexible in our contract- our package included an engagement session which we did not need so they took pictures at our rehearsal dinner instead. Marc met us at our actual rehearsal to go over how the wedding would look in terms of photography. We had our cocktail hour directly following our wedding and we were not doing a first look so this really made us feel at ease going into the day. We were able to get all of the shots we wanted- plus more that Marc suggested- and we still had time to enjoy the end of the hour with our guests. He also came earlier to the hotel and stayed later than his contract required just to make sure our whole day was captured. Not only did we think he was fantastic, but our friends and family loved him as well. We have since received our pictures- and they are everything we could have hoped for. The hardest part is going to be choosing only 100 for our book! I would recommend Marc to anyone- we would have paid a lot more for the professionalism, quality and ease we received.

My husband and I were thrilled to have Marc as our wedding photographer. We met Marc in his studio several months prior to the wedding and after viewing some of his work and enjoying his sense of humor, we knew he would be the perfect photographer for us. We were impressed with his artistic approach and ability to capture special moments from all angles. While some photographers might need to work in pairs to obtain all of the photos, Marc can truly do this all on his own and is able to cover multiple shots from many directions. In addition, he is able to accomplish this without drawing attention to himself so everyone can focus on the ceremony and celebration. Marc’s personality also made our day fantastic— We were working on a very tight schedule due to some venue coordination issues and Marc was able to work efficiently while keeping us relaxed and laughing along the way. Marc is a truly gifted photographer! He also adeptly managed the wedding party to get all of our desired shots. Response to the pictures has been fantastic from our family and friends ... including other professional photographers. Marc is a delight to work with. You want his energy and demeanor and skillful eye. He is prompt, attentive and thorough. Absolutely fantastic experience and we have treasured photos of our day.
