    We had a beautiful rehearsal dinner catered by Mara Bleu. We had heard that the chef was Peruvian (before meeting Daniela) so we decided to have the rehearsal dinner food and decor theme be Peruvian to be distinctly different from our wedding cuisine which was Hawaiian / Asia Pacific theme. The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. Our guests were so impressed by the presentation of the appetizers and main dishes, and the experience was a 10! So professional and polished. I wish we could do it all over again.

    Daniela was very efficient, everything was ready a time, wonderful decoration, and delicious food.

    Not only is Daniela a great chef for healthy, clean foods, but she’s also a great teacher! She showed us how to make crudo/ceviche while she serviced our event. My friends haven’t stopped trying to replicate her master piece, but we will definitely be calling her again, because of course there’s nothing as good as the original.

    Chef Daniela is excellent and made our rehearsal dinner seem more expensive than it was! All our guests were Wowed by the food and to this day (5years later) comment on how wonderful that meal was. Highly recommend!
