We had our wedding at maneeleys and sandy, Lisa and their team went above and beyond to work with us and our vendors and make our day truly magical. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was, how well thought out everything we did was and how lovely it was decorated and organized. Sandy and Lisa were SUPER attentive day of to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed for our special day. Sandy was the biggest help leading up to the big day organizing everything under the sun and I was very type A and brought specific instructions for setup-which she followed perfectly! Again- I couldn’t recommend maneeleys, sandy, Lisa and the team any more! They’re truly amazing and wouldn’t have wanted our special day anywhere else. Thank you!!!

Maneeleys was the perfect place for a wedding reception. One thing we really loved about this place is that they only have one event scheduled per day. This was a great feature, since guests could go directly to the reception from the church. We sat with Sandy when we first were looking at this venue and she was key in helping us through the entire planning of the wedding. The price of the meals was below what we anticated spending. Everything was included. The waitstaff was GREAT! BJ was the head server and Greg was the bartender; they were very professional and helpful. Doug and Sandy made sure the event ran smoothly. Sandy gave us names of other vendors...MJ Decorations was one of the vendors she told us about. We used them and they set up lighting and pillars and draped tulle from the ceilings; their price was so inexpensive and I would highly recommend using MJ Decorations.

Best Venue By Far
We could not have asked for a better wedding day at Maneeley's Grand Lodge. I had stumbled upon Maneeley's on Facebook back in 2017 when I was looking for a rustic barn feel (with A/C!!), and I'm so thankful I did. From the beginning of planning with Sandy back in August 2017 to the day of, she was so patient and kind with us. On the day of, Sandy, Logan, and Dennis were so attentive to us throughout the entire day. We had nothing to worry about knowing that Sandy and Logan had everything planned down to the minute. Our guests raved about the food, drinks, service, and fun! Thank you so much!

Maneeley’s was an amazing catering company! Sandy was so helpful through out the entire process! The food was absolutely delicious! We had a nontraditional same-sex wedding and the vendor was fantastic. Sandy, the manager, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Bruce, the owner, was absolutely incredible. He responded to any issues we had immediately and had them all corrected to our satisfaction. The facility was beautiful. The service was great. All of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had attended - ever. We were very satisfied.

We got married in the Grand Lodge last weekend. We couldn't have pick a better venue for a million of reasons! First the whole process was SO easy and Sandy took all the stress off our shoulders. And they work with you and help you and they don't nickle and dime you for everything like the other places tend to do. Oh and best thing: Sandy answer in the next hour every time I had a question. And the day of they treat you like a queen and a king the whole time. The place was spectacular, our guests were amazed how well everything looked. Seriously it was the best experience working with them. Thanks again for everything!!

Sandy is in charge and she is amazing! She organizes everything for you and tells you when to do what. I never had to think twice about anything. They have a preview night every year where you get to taste everything they offer (drinks, appetizers, entres, desserts) and meet with other vendors (free and can bring guests! ). They have great decor there that is free to use. The food was phenomenal! I am so glad I chose Maneeleys! An amazing venue with fantastic professionals!

From our first visit to Maneeley's I knew that it would become our wedding venue. Sandy was very knowledgeable and flexible to our vision and helped make it happen. We attended the tasting and had the opportunity to see and try all of the food that would be offered at our wedding. Everything was very easy when you had Sandy by your side. On the day of the wedding we worked with Denise who was also very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. Everything was perfect for our wedding day. Maneeley's is great! And you get so much for the value! Sandy and the team are great!!! She's always answering my questions at a timely matter and they all made sure we had everything we needed. The owner is also fantastic. They are so accommodating and there to help. I've had numerous guests tell me that this was the best wedding they've ever been to, the food was amazing, and everyone loved the unique look of the lodge! This is a one-stop shop. They literally provide everything but the flowers, photography, and DJ. But everything else(food, cake, venue, bridal suite, signature drink,etc) is included in the price! Such an amazing place. I am so happy I chose to have my wedding at Maneeley's. They really go above and beyond to make sure that your night is special and unforgettable.

This venue is beautiful, rustic and charming. The Maneeley's staff goes above and beyond to ensure they are providing the best experience possible. They are flexible, accommodating, and organized. They supply decorations and take care of decorating day of, having a built in wedding coordinating for the day of takes a lot of stress off the couple. Maneeleys includes all the details and items for one price, so you know what you will be spending upfront. Maneeley's was always responsive and made sure they understood your vision. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Maneeley's. The wedding ceremony was at the pergola. The outdoor area was setup exactly as it was explained at rehearsal. There were enough chairs to accommodate all of our guests and also water offered before they were seated.
Our wedding reception was in the ballroom at Maneeley's. Everything was setup the night before our wedding and Maneeley's let us take a look at the room in case we wanted to change anything. It was nice leaving after rehearsal knowing that the room was ready for us and our guests. The food was excellent! Our guests raved about the food and we didn't have one complaint from any of our guests, everyone was happy. Sandy and the staff at Maneeley's is very helpful and organized. I asked so many questions throughout the entire planning process and Sandy or the staff answered quickly and never made me feel like I had asked too many questions. I recommend Maneeley's to all future brides and grooms! I think they are definitely the best bang for your buck in Connecticut!

Due to Covid we had to postpone our wedding first and then change our venue completely at the last minute from MA to CT. I just made a list of places to call and Sandy answered and said she had my date open. We met with her a few hours later and loved the venue. She was super nice and accommodating and she made everything so simple. She always said "no problem" and at first I'll be honest I was skeptical. But seriously it was "no problem"! Everything was beautiful even in a tent, being outdoors, and during a pandemic. She understood my decorating style and it was simply beautiful. The staff worked so well together I can't say enough good things about Giunmarco, otherwise known as "G". He was by our side the whole night he knew when we needed something, he's super polite and he even knew how to bustle my dress! We received nothing but complements about the food especially the prime rib, people actually said they have not had a piece of prime rib that good in years. Also, we had open bar and due to Covid it was table service but it went great. Lets just say no one was thirsty. We received nothing but complements from our guests and even our vendors on how well the day went. If I could do it all over again I would do it at Maneeley's! Thank you so much to you and your staff, everything was amazing! Hats of to Bruce for food, especially that prime rib!

My husband and i.got married at Maneeley's in their lodge in September. Sandy and her team are excellent. Compared to similar facilities their prices are very reasonable and the packages are all inclusive. They set everything up just how we asked them. We wanted different food not on their standard menu and they did it. Special type of booze, done! Two colors for napkins? Absolutely! They brought our vision to life and our day could not have been better.

The wedding was perfect the only problem was the rehearsal the day before was over 45 minutes late before we started leaving the bridal party rushed and unsure of what to do the day of the wedding, Dennis was in charge of this and it did not run smoothly at all during the rehearsal and the wedding day was a mess for the ceremony. Fern was amazing she really made our day so much better i never even had to ask any questions she was always right there, a step a head of everything she was truly what made our experience so much better. I thank her so much for her services!

I highly recommend the Lodge at Maneeley's for a wedding or any other event! The venue is beautiful. There were so many different photo opportunities both inside and outside on the grounds. The food was also phenomenal. We served it buffet style and all of our guests said they loved the food! The staff is so kind and accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and they worked with me to ensure I had plenty of food to eat. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. It was perfect!

After looking at this venue I knew that I wanted my wedding here. The location is beautiful! Sandy and Rebecca and all of the staff were extremely helpful and worked with us to make our wedding a dream come true. The decor was exactly what I wanted and the food was delicious. Maneeleys was the first venue tour planned of many in our search to find our perfect wedding spot, when we visited this location and met with Sandy we immediately fell in love! Sandy is so in-depth and truly cares about each individual wedding and couple! Sandy sold us immediately on the venue with her passion and all that the venue had to offer that we cancelled the rest of our venue tours and booked our wedding the same day!
I truly cannot complain about one thing... The food was amazing, our guests raved about the food and several told us that it was the best food they have had at a wedding. The portions and quality were beyond my expectations....The decorations and cake being all included and personalized made wedding planning SO SO SO easy. This took SO much stress off of my plate.... The venue is so beautiful and I loved the options for the different ceremony locations.
Sandy is truly the best, very knowledgeable and so accommodating!
Most businesses make you feel like a transaction, this was not the case. Sandy and The Team made my wedding day so special and memorable, truly a day that I will never forget! They know what they are doing! 100/10 would recommend. I am hoping that I have a family member or friend book their wedding here in the future so that I can experience the venue as a guest and reminisce on the best day of my life!

It is all in the Details!
Sandy and her team are all about the details you never even knew you needed! This ended up making the big day even more magical for us! I LOVED having so many colors and decorations to work with and they had someone taking care of us every step of the way in the planning stage aaa well as the big day.
We have a lot of food allergies as well and needed a lot of accommodations everything was made correctly 100%, which was amazing!
The professionalism of everyone was really beyond compare I felt very special during the entire process but most importantly during our big day. I highly suggest the Grand Lodge to anyone who is looking for a gorgeous place that photographs great and to just let loose and have fun!

Simply the best!
Sandy and Rebecca were my saving grace during the wedding planning process. They knew exactly what I was invisioning and executed it. They made me feel so at ease and made everything so easy.
When the wedding day came I felt like a star. I had an amazing attendant named Logan who always made sure me and my groom were taken care of the entire night! I am still getting compliments from guests raving about how good the food was and home beautiful and romantic the decor was!
It was an intimate wedding but maneeleys went the extra mile to make us feel so important and special.

Sandy was amazing to work with. There are so many stories I've heard about how much stress goes along with having a wedding. I'm a teacher and my wedding was June 22, 2013 and this could have been really difficult. However, Sandy made things so perfect, was so helpful, and this place was so accommodating that the entire wedding process ran smoothly and was fun! Our guests raved about the food and the staff! We tell everyone about Maneeleys! I can't recommend them highly enough! They are so affordable and give you a dream wedding! Whether you pick the banquet hall or the rustic lodge as your venue you will not be disappointed! Besides your husband this could be the best wedding choice you make!!!

Ferne was a professional at it best. A well orchestrated event worry free of what's coming up next. Ferne often checked in, the Bridal suite had hot Hors d'oeuvre with awesome pink champagne. The guest complimented the food and staff readiness and attentiveness to details. Happy with my selection of Venue wouldn't have it any other way!! Looking forward to anniversary there!! We recently had our wedding at Maneeley's and in short "What a fantastic experience !!!!!". Sandy and Denise are professionals at what they do. The service you get at Maneeleys is worth more than they actually charge for. All our guests are still raving about the food and the decor at Maneeley's. Sandy was so good at planning even the smallest detail of our day and Denise runs a tight ship, hands down lol!!!. Between these two ladies you are guaranteed to get something magical.

The BEST wedding venue!
Maneeleys made my wedding day absolutely perfect. Sandy was amazing from the beginning to the end. All the staff is so great and on top of everything. It is such a beautiful rustic venue and not to mention it is very affordable with a lot included. I can't say enough good things!!! I genuinely cannot think of one bad thing to say. Maneeleys is one of the best venues around! My husband and I only looked at maneeleys and booked it that day. Sandy went above and beyond when it came to helping us plan our wedding. She makes sure that every little detail is taken care of and always makes herself available to help you in any way possible! The day of my wedding the staff was amazing! They made sure the venue was set up how I wanted it, and made sure all of my guests were taken care of. The staff is SO friendly and make you feel so welcome. Our big day!
Sandy and to the staff at Maneelys, You made it so easy from the very start, with booking the venue, being flexible when we had to switch our days and to everything in between! You rock! I was so worried about how all of it would come together and you just kept reassuring me that it was ok and it would! Wednesday came and dropped everything off to you and at that point knew i couldn’t stress anything else that it was out of my control! You went above and beyond to decorate the venue to be beautiful! As for “G” (don’t remember how to spell his name fully) but he was amazing in every way! He made sure that the whole wedding party as well as myself and james were taken care of all night! He packed up all of my things, made sure that we knew where everything was, he was just outstanding! From making sure our food was delivered to us, to every time we got up he folded our napkins, things like that did not go unnoticed! You have quite the staff at Maneelys and without any of you, our day could not have been any more perfect! Thank you for making our dreams a reality and creating our special day with us! My family has known Sandy for a while and has hosted many events at Maneely's so when it was time for my wedding, we knew we had to have it there. The venue is stunning and the staff is amazing. Sandy is an amazing director and gets the job done. Ariana was my bridal attendant and was amazing as well!! She was very attentive to me and what I needed to make my day perfect.

We had our wedding reception at the Lodge in June. It was one of the best choices we made for the day! The staff at Maneeley's does an excellent job; from the moment of contact to celebration day. I had a few meetings with Sandy prior to making the decision, with one visit on the night of an event in the Lodge. Bruce was kind enough to take us for a tour himself, through the back, so my significant other (who had not yet seen the venue) could see it. Sandy was patient with us, and extremely helpful through the process with our many questions, double checking, and changes with guests. The tasting night was awesome, and very useful in making the decisions about our food and some last minute vendor choices. The food itself was absolutely delicious! Accommodations were able to be made for our guests - as we had a few dietary restrictions, and a good handful of vegetarians. All the options for dinner were very tasty. Sandy, Denise and the rest of the team did a wonderful job on the day of our reception to be sure everything ran smoothly. I love how the room and decor was set up, and how we were attended to so well! The coordination between vendors was overall excellent, and much appreciated! I would highly recommend The Lodge at Maneeley's if you are looking for a well run event, with delicious food, courteous service, and a beautiful yet rustic feeling environment. Thanks to our team for a job well done!

Maneeley's made our day better than we could have ever imagined! They took care of everything with the precision and knowledge of a company who is ready for any situation. We were blown away by their all inclusive yet reasonable pricing! The staff was so helpful and treated us like their only priority. We not only did our ceremony and reception with them, we also had them cater BBQ's at our house the day before and after the wedding. Our guests haven't stopped talking about the venue, the food, and the experience of our wedding weekend - a lot of which has to be credited to Maneeley's. Would recommend them to anyone!

Sandy and her team made the day run so smoothly. I honestly did not have to worry about a single thing and was confident they would take care of it all. We had our wedding on 9/15/18 in the ballroom. The minute I visited Maneeley's, I fell in love and knew I wanted to get married there. We held our ceremony at Maneeleys and are so happy that we chose this venue. Our event was spectacular and we couldn't have pulled it off without them.
We had searched multiple other venues and actually left some of them frustrated. When we stepped into the lodge at Maneeleys we knew we had found the right place. We had 165 attendees at our event and held an evening ceremony.
We began by meeting Sandy who gave us a tour of both the lodge and the grand ballroom, and told us about their different packages. She was so friendly and helpful along the way. She gave us incredible recommendations for vendors, helped us pick out our invitations, and organize the big event. Any concerns and requests we had were immediately taken care of.
Maneeleys even held a free event where their couples and parents could come and try out all of the menu offerings to pick their perfect course for their event. They also had recommended vendors out the wedding to get more information from.
Two nights before out big day we had our rehearsal with the help of Denise. She was amazing at organizing the ceremony and giving our wedding party some important tips to make sure we looked our best at all times. She was fun and sweet and made us feel at ease about our big moment.
On the day of the event Denise was there to make sure everything looked perfect and that the ceremony went smooth. The ceremony was amazing and we couldn't have been happier.
Our reception in the lodge was just as special with the help of Fern. She guided us all along through the night making sure were happy and gave us the opportunity to enjoy the night. We had multiple comments from our guests of how amazing the staff was. Our bartenders were incredible and our guests became quick friends with them. Our food was delicious and the service was spectacular.

This venue is simply incredible in every sense of the word. The food, the attention to detail, the staff, Sandy, Rebecca, Mary-Jane, EVERYTHING was done to perfection. Despite how stressful weddings may seem, everyone at Maneeley’s made sure that there wasn’t a single thing we were worried about! The perfect day!
My husband and I recently had our wedding at Maneeley's, and we truly cannot say enough good things about our experience! From the initial tour to the final send-off, everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our special day.
Sandy and her team were absolutely amazing! They were so easy to work with and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. Sandy listened to our vision and exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s clear that she truly loves what she does, and she puts her heart into each wedding she coordinates. We never felt like we were just another couple – she made our day feel uniquely ours and incredibly special.
The venue itself is stunning, with a variety of beautiful locations to choose from for the ceremony. The many décor options made wedding planning so much easier and stress-free, and we were able to create the exact atmosphere we had envisioned. The flexibility in ceremony locations was a huge plus, and we were thrilled with the setting we chose.
When it came to the food, Maneeley’s truly exceeded all expectations. Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was! The portion sizes were generous – no one left hungry! The drink selection was also fantastic, and our guests loved the Champagne and signature cocktails. It’s clear that the venue takes pride in offering high-quality food and drinks.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice of venue. Sandy and her staff made our wedding day flawless, and we’ll be forever grateful for the care and attention they put into making our day so memorable. From the beginning to end, our experience with Maneeley's was amazing. Booking the venue was a breeze. My fiance and I were so impressed and grateful for immediate attention to an "issue" with the ceremony site. The communication was always easy and timely. Drop off day and rehearsal day was seamless! ON THE ACTUAL DAY: The ceremony at the pergola looked incredible. The decor in the Lodge was EXACTLY what I imagined! And the staff was so happy, accommodating, and nice to our family & friends the entire day. Everyone was raving about how good the food was and no one wanted to leave the Tuscan station! We have received many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how wonderful the staff was.

Dream wedding!

A truly wonderful experience
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Maneelys is a beautiful venue, and the staff specifically Sandy the coordinator and Christine our Maitre d for the night are incredible. Sandy made our planning process a walk in the park, and Christine made sure we were happy all night long. Love them both! Our wedding was the best night of our lives.

The Best of the Best - I would give 10 stars!
Where to even begin—Bruce, Sandy, and all of the staff with Maneeley’s Banquet and Catering are the best this wedding industry has to offer.
Our 250 person wedding was built from the ground up, literally. When we first starting planning our wedding, we met with Bruce & told him our crazy idea to get married on Dzen Tree Farm, our family’s farm. Without a second thought, Bruce immediately jumped in & eased all of our anxieties away about figuring out how to bring this idea together. From that point forward, we knew we were in good hands.
I’ll be completely honest, when we first met with Bruce I had tears in my eyes because of the amount of weight lifted from my shoulders. And each time we met with him and Sandy, the weight continued to lift. They listened to us then took on our dreams & plans and built it into something we couldn’t have imagined. Bruce & Sandy handled everything—and I mean everything. They coordinated with our vendors, contacted & brought in our tent and rentals, secured toilets, advocated for our wants and needs, organized our place settings, brought in their A-team to cater to our guests, made the best meals & drinks that our guests are still raving about, and the list goes on and on and on!
Bruce & Sandy didn’t just provide catering for our wedding; they built our wedding & were the voice of reason making sure our day was exactly what we wanted. It’s hard to put into words how grateful we feel for Maneeley’s. The easiest way to say it is, we could not have managed this day without them & we will continue to rave about how amazing they are!

Beyond perfection!
Sandy and the team at Maneeley’s made our dream wedding come to life, and in record time!! My new husband and I decided in July that we wanted to get married November of this year (2023) and Maneeley’s was the perfect one stop shop. They answered any and all of our questions or concerns and made sure we stayed on task so that everything we needed to get done was done before our big day so there was little to no stress!! They took on all of the “stressful” stuff for us so we could just enjoy the process and that we did! They had SO much decor already available for us to use that all we did was add some personal touches & they did the rest. The food was phenomenal and they gave us the recommendations for both our DJ & photographer so that was another me thing quickly checked off our list. And the day of our wedding went so seemlessly… they just have a rhythm for how the day goes it was smooth as butter and we had such a blast on top of that!!! I genuinely wish we could do our wedding day over and over again because they made it THAT perfect for us🥹. 10/10 recommend this location for easy breezy and HIGH quality wedding planning!!!!

Sandy and the team at Maneeley's were amazing from the very beginning. Everyone on their staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We were married at Maneeley's on May 23, 2015 in their Grand Ballroom. We signed on with them in October of 2014. Sandy is an incredible planner as well. She is amazingly organized and experienced. Throughout the entire process, they were very flexible and willing to answer all of the questions we had. Every year they hold a bridal event, which is awesome. They invite many vendors in all wedding areas to the event as well. They have a full tasting menu of all of their food items, which really helps in the planning process. We were able to make up our minds that night on appetizer and buffet choices with ease. The wedding rehearsal was very throughout, and the team made the wedding day go by without a hitch. I literally did not have to worry about a thing! When i walked in to the ballroom, everything was perfect. The ceremony was held under their pergola and could not have gone better. The reception was a huge hit with all of our friends and family. The food is absolutely delicious. We chose the buffet, which was a real crowd pleaser. They are so organized that you do not have to worry at all about guests waiting for food or going hungry. I was highly complimented on the food choices. The bartenders on staff were also awesome. My guests did not have one complaint. If you are looking for a truly all inclusive facility to hold your wedding, this should be at the top of your list. They treat their staff very well and everyone there helps make your wedding night super special! The lodge was absolutely beautiful - they did a perfect job decorating both the inside and outside. Everyone loved the food and the atmosphere. They were very flexible with dietary restrictions. Both Sandy and Bruce were extremely accommodating throughout the wedding planning process and went out of their way to make certain things happen. Our wedding reception went off without a hitch thanks to Maneeley's and their amazing staff! The food was delicious, the lodge looked beautiful and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Working with Maneeley's was by far the easiest part of the wedding planning process....they help to handle so much! Sandy and the entire staff were very helpful throughout the entire process. They take as much of the pressure off of you as possible and really handle everything. We had great wedding day and much of it was because of them and their entire staff.

Perfect!!!
I would highly recommend Maneeley's for anyone looking for a wedding venue. Sandy was fantastic to work with. She answered my 100's of emails and questions promptly and was so easy to work with. The day of the wedding went perfect thanks to Sandy, Bruce and the entire staff! I couldn't have asked for anything more. I had so many compliments on the food, the decorations and my vendors who have never been there before just loved working with Maneeley's.

Maneeleys is AMAZING!! Sandy was great to work with and so understanding. She was great at answering questions and getting back to you within a few hours in most cases. The Lodge is a beautiful venue and I would highly recommend it to anyone! The food is amazing and the drinks just as great. They have tons of options for decorating using their own decorator! Words can not express how easy they made our wedding day! Denise is an awesome wedding coordinator as well and really stepped up when I needed her!

Maneeley's created the wedding of my dreams. Bruce, Sandy and the entire staff were absolutely perfect. Sandy was wonderful to work with and honestly made the entire planning process a breeze, while Bruce went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. The food was amazing, and the room looked better than I could have even imagined. It completely took my breath away. We choose The Lodge, and even though it is a more "rustic" location, we were able to create an entirely different vision. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. They are the best and I would recommend to ANYONE!

Maneeley's catered our daughter's wedding for 150 people at our home. They also provided the tent, tables, chairs, etc. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because they ran such a professional, experienced organization. I cannot think of anything that did not happen as exactly as planned, or better. The tent setup looked great, the food was wonderful, the service was seamless and smooth – honestly, we can’t say enough good things!

I feel as though words cannot describe how amazing Maneeley's is! We had our wedding in the Lodge on Friday, 10/3/14, and everything leading up to, as well as the day of, went so smoothly and that is all because of the AMAZING staff at Maneeley's. Our guests are still RAVING over how delicious the meals were also, and how beautiful the grounds were. And after a lot of research when we started planning the wedding, we realized Maneeley's was a much more affordable price per head than many other CT venues, and that included open beer & wine bar! I think that every person I have come in contact with that asked me how the wedding went, I expressed how incredibly amazing Maneeley's was and if they knew anyone getting married, they should also highly recommend! :)

Sandy was amazing to work with, and made our wedding perfect. The attention to detail was amazing, and the entire staff was attentive and responsive the entire planning process. Would highly recommend Maneeley's to any couple looking for a wedding venue.

Had a wonderful time
Sandy was a wonderful person to work with. She made it so seamless. All of our guests were very pleased with the venue, staff and food. Just wish it didn't end so quickly. But it was wonderful. Of we had to do it over again out would still be there.
