  An Experience to Remember

  When hiring vendors for your wedding it is extremely important to find individuals that are professional, talented and punctual. Makini and her team exceeded my expectations on my wedding day. I am forever grateful to have worked with someone so talented and pleasant. She is a true artist. Anyone in need of floral design for any event I would highly recommend Makini Regal Designs you will not be disappointed.

  Let me start by saying that I am not one of those brides who goes crazy for flowers but Makini's work made me swoon. She took the time to meet with us and find out what we like, colors, textures, etc. I had no idea other than the color purple and pink. Like I said I'm not the person who knows the names of more than 5-6 flowers, I have the opposite of a green thumb. Well...the day of the wedding I saw my bouquet and instantly felt giddy. It was beautiful. By the time I reached the venue I was ready to see her work and I was not disappointed. Makini's vision is remarkable. She was able to create a beautiful wreath like design that incorporated the most beautiful shades of purple and pink flowers. Every flower was opened, gorgeous and in great condition. Guests were super excited to take arrangements home to decorate their homes. I would recommend Makini Regal Designs to any bride who wants great quality work.

  I am extremely grateful to Makini and her team for all the time and energy they put into my wedding last fall. From vision to execution they team displayed consummate professionalism, skill and style. Makini provided the flowers and table runners for our wedding in the Poconos. She also decorated the ceremony, dinner and reception spaces. Throughout the entire planning process, she both listened to my ideas, ensured that the design was consistent with my vision and gently encouraged me to think outside of the box. She even transformed into a "superhero" when my the table runners that I ordered from Etsy could not be delivered in time for my wedding, making a last minute run to the fabric store and recreating my table runners from scratch. My guests could not stop complimenting me on the flowers, which continued to bloom in my living room for several days after the wedding. Overall, working with Makini was a joy.

  Working with Makini for our wedding flowers was an absolute delight! Her floral designs perfectly complimented our color scheme. My bouquet was stunning and exactly what I envisioned it would be and more. It was vibrant and chic with just the right amount of glam. My husband also really loved his boutonnière. Makini was professional, easy to work with and delivered exactly what was expected of her. She understood exactly where I wanted to go and knew how to communicate and execute my vision.   From the consultation to the execution, working with Makini Regal Designs was an absolutely positive experience. We worked with Makini to create the floral designs for our June wedding at the Galapagos Art Space in DUMBO. She immediately understood our décor vision and suggested design elements that perfectly complimented our theme and wedding colors. She selected gorgeous and high quality flowers and created beautiful, chic designs that enhanced our eclectic venue. On the day of our wedding, Makini was timely and prompt and delivered everything we envisioned and more.

  This past June I had the pleasure of having my birthday celebration adorned with flowers created by Makini Regal Designs. As my event approached I spoke to Makini a few times about the style and vision I had in mind for my event. She was always so polite and friendly. I felt like I was speaking to an old friend. After a little chat about my plans I let her know my preference was in clean and modern arrangements. During the consultation I felt very comfortable in putting my trust in her for my décor. She had a very clear concept for what I wanted and summed it up in two words, monochromatic and modern! I was confident that we were on the same page. By the end of our call I was excited and eager to see what we discussed come to life. She did not disappoint! I must say I was taken aback when I saw my dining table accessorized with the most chic, fresh, modern and unique flower arrangements ever! I counted every minute until the first guest arrived so I could show them off. Also, I was able to see the attention to detail and creativity Makini puts into her work. I had the pleasure of taking a peek or two as I made last minute preparations for my guests, and saw Makini adding the final touches to my table. As my guests arrived so did the compliments on the amazingly exceptional flowers. People even took pictures. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Makini Regal Designs will always be the first call made when I am in need of beautiful flowers and a great professional flower designer. Simply… she is the very best!

She executed my vision by creating classic and unique floral designs with the added "bling" that I requested. I was unsure of what to expect on the day of as I let Makini take the lead on the ultimate design of the bouquets, boutonnieres and bridal party flowers. I am glad I did because the designs blew me away! Everything looked perfect and we received so many compliments on how beautifully decorated our bouquets were. My bouquet even incorporated a photo charm of my dad who is no longer with us. My Husband was also impressed with his filagree boutonniere holder. Makini was professional, attentive and eased all of my wedding anxiety. I would highly recommend Makini Regal Designs to any bride. She is just wonderful to work with and the results were absolutely stunning! I hope to work with her again in the near future and I can't wait to share the flower pictures with everyone!
