A Dream Come True

Makeupinthe702 was absolutely incredible from start to finish and helped make my wedding morning so special. The booking process with Meg was super easy, and she was so responsive to all my questions. She also sent so many helpful emails with information and tips to help me prepare, which made everything feel organized and stress-free.
On the wedding day, I had Sam for makeup and Sophia for hair, and THEY DID SO GOOD! I booked them for myself, my sister, my mom, my mother-in-law, and both of my grandmas. That’s a huge variety of ages, features, and hair types, but they managed to make every single one of us look absolutely stunning! Everyone looked beautiful, and I was so happy with how we all turned out.
It takes real talent to work with such a diverse group and make everyone feel beautiful in their own way. I’m so grateful to Sam, Sophia, and Meg for making the morning run so smoothly and helping us all feel our best on such an important day. If you’re getting married in Las Vegas and need a hair and makeup team, BOOK THEM! You will not regret it! -

I am so thankful I found Makeup In The 702! When I was preparing for my elopement ceremony, I wanted to find brides that had my tanner skin, specifically an Asian bride. Makeup In The 702 had the most representation and were in my price range.
Meg was so quick to respond to me and get me on her list and answered all of my questions as quickly as possible to help me make the most informed decision. I appreciate Meg's quick communication and warm approach! She made the process feel so easy and never made me feel like I was unheard.
My exact MUA was Sofia. Sofia texted me a day before to make sure all the details were correct for our appointment. On the day of Sofia was exactly on time and at the place I said I would meet her! Her demeanor was warm and approachable upon first meeting and there was never an awkward moment. It felt like seeing a friend for the first time in a long time. She was transparent about her process, what she could do, what she would suggest (although she would always default to what I wanted and didn't make me feel ashamed for what I liked!). She was able to execute my vision exactly like to inspo pictures I sent her. I even cried during my ceremony and the makeup didn't move at all. I can attest to the makeup and hair lasting the whole day and night!
I am so so thankful and grateful to Meg and the 702 team for being a part of my big day and helping me to feel beautiful and special for my ceremony. -

We booked our Las Vegas wedding through an elopement package, and Makeup In The 702 was one of the recommended vendors. From the very beginning, Meg Payne and her team were incredibly responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. They stayed in touch with me for months leading up to the wedding, which made me feel so comfortable and confident in my choice.
Sofia did my hair and makeup on the wedding day and was absolutely AMAZING! She was professional, fun, calming, and truly listened to what I wanted. She created exactly the look I envisioned and made me feel beautiful on one of the most important days of my life!

Alexx came to my room and brought all that was needed for my makeup session. I did provide my own lipsticks and she was able to give me the look I was hoping for. I am a mature bride and she understood what my expectations were. I felt pampered and was so very pleased with the results. I looked amazing for my wedding. She literally took years off. I received many compliments and felt so beautiful. I highly recommend getting professional makeup for your special day. The service was not very expensive for what I received. Bridal hair and makeup review
Sofia with Makeup in the 702 did an amazing job on my bridal hair and makeup! I truly had never felt so beautiful. It lasted all day and came out great in the photos. I had been worried because I have thick hair and didn’t know if it would stay in an updo but she did better than the inspo photos I sent her and surpassed my expectations. She also worked on my mom’s hair and she loved how it turned out!
I felt really supported by Meg as well. She had great communication and I felt free to ask questions. I cannot recommend them enough! -

Hailee did an amazing job!
Hailee was absolutely amazing, she did such an excellent job, the makeup was so beautiful and lasted all day and night, I didn’t even sweat when we were outdoors and it was very hot, I loved it, and the hair was gorgeous too, she is very sweet and friendly, I definitely recommend her services, you will be 100% satisfied!!!, she was punctual, fast, and very professional, I was very impressed, I felt so stunning and beautiful, I would use her services again! -

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Makeup in the 702 and especially my hair and makeup artist, Sofia!
I booked my services last minute, and Meg was truly a gem from the very beginning. The entire process was so easy and seamless. She explained everything, answered my questions, and made sure I was taken care of and on the books for my special day. I immediately felt like I was in good hands.
And then there was Sofia… ✨
I cannot say enough kind words about this woman. Her energy is absolutely pure. She is fun, vibrant, warm, and just one of those people who makes you feel comfortable immediately. I gave her a few inspiration photos and then completely trusted her to use her skills and expertise. I am SO glad I did.
I have had professional hair and makeup done before, including extensions, but I have never had an experience quite like this. I have genuinely never felt more beautiful than I did last Wednesday on my wedding day. When I finally looked in the mirror, I was honestly in awe of the final result. She understood exactly what I wanted and somehow made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself.
The time flew by because Sofia was so easy to talk to. We laughed, smiled, and had the best time together. She even helped me into my dress and became my personal cheerleader for the day. 🥹❤️ Those little moments meant so much to me and made an already incredibly special day even more memorable.
And the fact that she brought the entire experience right to my hotel room made everything even more convenient and stress-free.
Sofia, thank you for making me feel absolutely beautiful, for all the laughs, for calming my nerves, and for being such a wonderful part of my wedding day. I will always remember that morning and how I felt when I saw myself in the mirror. ❤️✨

Sofia traveled directly to our hotel, which made getting ready for such a special occasion incredibly convenient and stress-free. She was professional, kind, personable, and so easy to talk to—it genuinely felt like getting ready with a friend. She took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with both my hair and makeup, and her attention to detail was exceptional.

10/10 highly recommended professional and the communication was excellent. My artist made me feel like a friend/family member such great vibes and her work was amazing my makeup lasted the day of and day after without looking messed up at all and it was HOT on my wedding day 🥵 I was heard out for any questions and concerns, there were multiple checks throughout the process and my dream images were hit spot on for makeup and hair. I would use for any occasion not just weddings loved my experience so grateful for you guys. I'm so happy I had a trial completed because it allowed my hair and makeup artists to make tweaks ahead of time before the big day. I worked with Alexx and Michelle - two of the sweetest ladies! They made me feel truly beautiful like a princess for my wedding day. My makeup was stunning but my hair 😍😍 in love!! They did exactly what I wanted. Sofia was an absolute dream for my wedding day. She showed up right on time, and she was so friendly and easy to talk to that the time just flew by. She kept checking in to see what I thought and was super flexible with any adjustments along the way. Most importantly, everyone loved my hair and makeup, especially the groom.
Beyond Sofia's amazing work, Makeup in the 702 as a company is top tier. Meg, the owner, set me up with Sofia and handled all my booking details seamlessly. I had to switch hotel stays before the wedding, and the team was so flexible and accommodating about the schedule change. They even refunded my parking fee without me having to bring it up.
I had such a smooth, stress free experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend Makeup in the 702 enough, and if you book with them, definitely ask for Sofia.Makeup in the 702's reply:

Makeup in the 702 was one of the best decisions for me to book. Meg was so helpful from the moment we met and the make-up artists, Sam and Sofia, were fantastic and made each of us feel so gorgeous all day. Sam is who did my trial and bridal makeup and I have never had makeup stay so perfect all day, especially impressive considering we had an outdoor wedding in Vegas in June (and I tend to sweat). Hollywood glam look
I cannot recommend this company highly enough!
I booked my hair and makeup for my Las Vegas trip from the UK, which always feels a little daunting when you’re arranging everything from so far away. I actually found them through Facebook recommendations, and I’m so glad I did.
From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Hailee was absolutely lovely—friendly, professional, and instantly put me at ease. She really listened to what I wanted and created a look that was exactly what I’d hoped for. I honestly couldn’t have been happier with my hair and makeup.
What impressed me most was how well everything lasted. Despite the Vegas desert heat, my hair and makeup stayed flawless all day and well into the evening. I’ve had so many compliments from friends and family back home in the UK, especially about how beautiful my hair looked in the photos.
The quality of the work was outstanding, and the service was just as impressive. I felt completely looked after and was over the moon with the final result.

Bridal Makeup
I got married in June in a bunch of wind and my makeup never moved! They did such a great job with everything. They were so professional, punctual, and they were truly such kind people. Everything was talked out and planned perfectly, I never had to worry about anything with them. It was such a weight off my shoulders and I would especially recommend the makeup artist Emely! Working with Makeup in the 702 was the easiest and best experience from start to finish! Not only did they do an incredible job on my hair and makeup, but as someone who wasn't from Las Vegas, they also helped me find other vendors and answered questions about things I needed along the way. That level of customer service meant so much.
Hailee was an absolute doll and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. For my makeup, I brought in real-life inspiration photos from influencers and celebrities instead of heavily filtered images, and she absolutely nailed the look I was going for. For my hair, I used Pinterest inspiration, and they recreated it perfectly. I truly felt stunning.
I was a little nervous because I normally like to do a trial beforehand, but I decided to trust them and I'm so glad I did! Everything turned out even better than I imagined. They were incredibly easy to work with, arrived right at my hotel, and made the entire experience stress-free.

I absolutely loved working with Meg and Vienna at Makeup In The 702.
Meg is the best at communication. We were in constant contact. She even sent me tips leading up to my wedding day for hair and skin. She made sure I had everything I needed, and if there was something that I didn’t have, she would get it for me. Absolutely loved her.
Vienna was the best. I still had no idea what I wanted to do with my hair or makeup when she showed up to my Airbnb. I found a couple of inspiration pictures and she knocked it out of the park! When I saw my hair, I was so happy. My hair is so hard to style and it lasted all night, through the heat and the wild Las Vegas wind. And my makeup was perfect. I found Makeup in the 702 from The Knot and I’m so glad that I went with them for my wedding! I am not from the Vegas area so finding a company to work with on one of your biggest days and being able to trust that everything would turn out perfect is often difficult. But from the very beginning Meg ensured there was constant, clear communication leading up to the big day and was available to me anytime I had questions, she has also always been very quick to respond to my messages often within a couple hours.
On the morning of Alexx and Michelle arrived on time at the hotel to begin hair and makeup on myself, my mom, and three bridesmaids. The wedding party all loved their hair and makeup and my mother said she felt so beautiful and that Alexx and Michelle made her feel so special. When it came time for Alexx to do my makeup she started with some under eye patches that felt so cool and relaxing on my face. We then discussed what my ideal look was for my makeup and as I usually do not wear much makeup I knew I wanted something more for my wedding, I wanted soft glam, not too over done as again I usually don’t wear a lot of makeup, with a neutral smoky eye with sparkles. Alexx absolutely nailed my explanation of what I wanted and it came out better than I could have expected! In the over 100 degree weather with an outdoor ceremony, outdoor photos, and many tears my makeup and eyelashes did not budge one bit all evening. Alexx was the absolute sweetest!
On to the hair, Michelle also knocked it out of the park! She took my explanation of what I wanted my hair to look like and the end results exceeded all my expectations! Low bun, very chunky braid going down the right side, and then to put in a pearl flower comb piece I had bought. I have a ton of hair, and Michelle made sure that my hair stayed in place all evening through the heat and hours of dancing! She also took the time and showed my maid of honor how to put on and take off my veil so that we could do it closer to the ceremony so that I didn’t have to wear it long before my ceremony started and could easily remove it after photos when ready.
Again I could not recommend this company and this team of ladies more! I ensure you they will do everything they can to ensure you feel very special on your big day!Makeup in the 702's reply:

Vienna done my make up and she was so on point with what I wanted, my hair and make up lasted the entire night! (3pm- 330am)
I think I could have slept in it and woken up with everything still in place.
Meg was amazing! I am international and the communication was so good. I had no questions left unanswered.

Couldn’t say enough about how amazing my artists were!! 10/10 recommend!! My makeup and the makeup of my bridal party lasted all day. My face looked fresh as though i just got it done and I could go out all night. My makeup artist helped me through a moment where I became dizzy, very anxious, and I felt faint. Her sweet calming reassuring voice brought me out of it and I was able to relax and breathe again. She will always hold a special place in my heart. This is the second time Ive had my makeup done by 702 and I am a forever client now! My hair was perfection and my stylist was able to create exactly what I wanted. She was such a sweetheart!

Coming from the UK and being clueless as to what I wanted Meg sent lots of ideas and answered all my questions quickly. Meg and her team are truly the best out there! My makeup was flawless and the desert heat was no match for it! I thought for sure it wouldn’t last but it did all day, and my hair was perfect! It stayed put and looked picture perfect as the day wore on. And I had a morning ceremony so it was a very long day!
They were also able to add on one of my bridesmaids for makeup the day of. I had accidentally miscounted so they definitely could have said no but they were able to fit her into the schedule and make sure we were all looking perfect for the ceremony!
