Sam did my wedding makeup (and engagement makeup, and bridesmaid makeup, and photo shoot makeup, and formal makeup) and to say she’s incredible is an absolute understatement. She is so caring and wants to make sure you feel absolutely beautiful on your special day. I trust her completely to do any makeup style on me and know it will look gorgeous. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend her for both her makeup and marketing services! All she wants is for you to be happy & successful, a great person to have in your corner! -

If you want to look like the prettiest version of you on your wedding day, book Samantha Linn. Sam specializes in the natural look so it isn’t such an overwhelming change if you are someone like me who doesn’t wear makeup often and you want your groom to still recognize you on your wedding day. Plus Sam and Alexa were super fun to work with that day. My bridal party, mom, and MIL all felt so beautiful all night. -

It was so amazing working with Samantha! She made me look and feel my best on my wedding day. She nailed the romantic, modern, glam look I was going for! Not only that, but she was so communicative from the moment I reached out to her to the day of my wedding. Myself and my entire bridal party had so much fun with her as we were getting ready the day of, and she was able to accommodate each person's comfort level when it came to make-up. She also made me forget about any nerves I had before walking down the aisle as we chatted about our favorite Britney Spears songs and Peloton instructors, which is exactly what I needed! I highly recommend working with Samantha to make sure you feel flawless on your big day! -

Samantha is absolutely AMAZING. She was my MUA for my wedding 12/11/21 after a long 2 year covid engagement. I had a trial with her almost 2 years before my actual wedding, and from that moment on she remained in contact, was unbelievably professional, friendly, and really fun to follow on social media :) But most importantly... she did the MOST STUNNING job ever on my makeup. My wedding day makeup was flawless. Better than I could've ever dreamed. It also lasted all night and well into the next day! My 10 bridesmaids, MOB, & MOG (who all had their makeup done) were all raving about her work the entire time. Everyone's makeup was perfection. I cannot recommend her or thank her enough! -

I absolutely love Samantha. She is kind, thoughtful, professional in the best sense, and truly knowledgeable about her craft. She was wonderful with communication throughout the process and was patient with whatever questions I had leading up to the wedding day. She nailed my bridal makeup (a natural look with just a little shimmer), and made me look and feel like the best version of myself. All of my girls loved Samantha and her assistant, Kristen. They were such fun to chat with on the morning of the wedding, and they danced right along to *NSYNC and Britney with the rest of us while getting ready. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Samantha is the best, hands down!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Sam! From the moment I first spoke to her on the phone (almost 3 years ago!) to delaying our wedding a year due to COVID, to my trial, to her execution on the day of our wedding (10/14/21), Sam was professional and perfect through it all! I do not typically wear a ton of makeup, and did not have a ton of guidance to provide her with on what I wanted. Sam led me through the entire process, asking me questions and guiding me toward airbrush makeup for the day of my wedding. As someone who does tend to sweat and who ended up with a fairly warm fall day, the airbrush looked PERFECT all night! I received so many compliments from my family and friends stating that my makeup looked perfect, but I still looked like me! Sam and her assistant also provided makeup services for 6 of my bridesmaids, my mom, my mother-in-law, and my grandmother. While many of them had not had their makeup done previously, they all LOVED their services and looked amazing all night! Sam’s entire booking system is so easy to navigate, and it was easy to get the payment out of the way before the wedding so that we could focus on having a fun morning! I also appreciated that Sam kept me posted with her schedule and was totally punctual the morning of. I never once felt like we were behind schedule and everything was perfectly relaxed and fun, as it should be! If you are reading this, look no further, you have found your MUA! -

A True Angel & Artist
I am so, so lucky I found Samantha online. Hiring her for my wedding day makeup was probably one of the best things I could have possibly done for my wedding. Samantha did my makeup for my engagement photos and I knew then that I had made the perfect decision. She is really great at listening to your idea and bringing it to reality. She took my rust-colored smokey eye vision and executed it perfectly! She also did the makeup of my mom and bridesmaids and everyone really loved the way they looked. I wish I could use Sam for regular, everyday makeup bc she makes me look so much better than I actually do LOL. The reviews are true and 100000% accurate--book Samantha, she is an ARTIST!!! -

Absolutely Amazing!!
I'm so happy I chose Sam and her team to do my wedding day makeup... she is absolutely incredible! I went to Sam throughout my entire wedding process (Engagement Session, Bridal Shower, Wedding Day Trial) and I looked beautiful every single time. I loved that she worked with me to create a natural yet glamorous look... and all of my bridal party absolutely adored her! She is super sweet and felt like part of the girls that day and made sure everyone loved their look. Highly recommended Sam to everyone... thank you so much for being part of our special day and making me look so beautiful!! -

5/22/21 Sandy Hook Chapel (NJ) Wedding
Samantha is PURE MAGIC!! I cannot review Samantha without telling the "eyebrow" story. A couple of days before my wedding, I got my eyebrows done and had a bad reaction to wax. My usual place was not taking appointments, so I made the mistake of trying a new place (don't do this before the wedding). The skin above my eyebrows was irritated (it looked sunburned). I texted Samantha and she walked me through what I should do to reduce the redness. Not only was she responsive, but she also reassured me that everything would be ok. On the morning of the wedding, my eyebrows were better, but the redness was still noticeable. I have to admit that I was still worried and it was dampening my mood a little. However, Samantha worked her magic!! After my makeup was finished, I felt beautiful and confident. NO ONE noticed! I went through the day without a worry and my makeup lasted all night long. I can honestly say that Samantha single-handedly saved the day!
Everyone else (bridesmaids, moms, etc) was also in love with their makeup. One of my bridesmaids fell in love so much that she contacted Samantha for her upcoming wedding. Apart from the wedding day, Samantha was super helpful, responsive. and kind throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Samantha!! She is one of the best investments you will make for your wedding day!! I can't wait to get glammed up by her again! -

When looking for an artist, I really wanted someone who was good at doing more natural makeup as I generally don’t wear a lot of makeup day-to-day. When searching vendors at first, it was really hard to find this but then I finally stumbled across Samantha and immediately knew she was the one. Her makeup style was so clean and beautiful, and she can do a variety of styles. I booked her right away and did my trial with her about 2 months prior to the wedding - and she nailed my look first shot with just my direction of “wanting a natural look”. Samantha also gave great recommendations on how to prep my skin for the wedding day itself, and my skin really did improve in time for the wedding (I have dry skin and occasional breakouts). Besides being amazing at makeup, she’s also really great to talk to and hang out with and is super comfortable to be around. I also trialed with my hair vendor, Styles on location, as if time/scheduling allows it they work together which is a huge bonus and it was great to see my looks together. After leaving my trial, I knew getting ready on the wedding day would be easy going. Just a week or two before the wedding I confirmed the final timing and count and Samantha showed up early and was ready to get going as the girls arrived. Everything went really smoothly the day of, and I feel very grateful and lucky to have worked with Samantha and highly recommend her! -

I am so glad that I hired Samantha for my wedding! She made me and my ladies look and feel amazing! The makeup was perfect, photographed perfectly, and stayed in place long after the party ended!
I was really nervous about makeup for my wedding because I rarely wear any and don't really understand how to use it, but from the moment I met Samantha, I knew I was in expert hands. She worked with me to develop a look that I loved, one that made me feel confident and beautiful. Samantha was wonderful to work with at every step of the process, a total professional and a calming presence on the big day. -
Lynna Sent on 09/23/2018Literally the best MUA ever! Samantha did a beautiful, gorgeous job on my bridal makeup as well as all the girls in my bridal party plus my mom and MIL. She made sure everyone looked natural and perfect for photos. She is a master of blending and creating a look that is the best version of you and what you want. I have so many gorgeous photos already and felt so happy with my look all day. It held up through tears, the rain, dancing, and everything! Everyone who had their makeup done by her also was raving. Love love loved how our skin looked and felt all day. Also cherry on top - she is fun, sweet, and awesome to be around! It was so evident during my trial, wedding morning, and any other interaction I've had with her. Clicking well with your vendors (friendors!) is super important. I hope I can book her for special events in the future and convince any future brides I know to also look into her. :) Book her now!!

I was nervous going blindly into meeting with makeup artists/hair stylists because I was getting married far from where I live and I needed someone close to the venue. My wedding was December of 2017 and my trial occurred in the summer. I went right to Samantha's apartment and immediately felt welcome. She was associated with Styles on Location which also provided my hair services. The only difference from the trial to the morning of my wedding was my choice in lip color! Samantha arrived on time tot he hotel we were staying at and we never felt rushed and she was open to suggestions and listening to everyone's thoughts and opinions, which there really weren't many of because she really executed everything perfectly. She made my bridal party, mother and mother in law look AMAZING and they were so happy with the results. I would recommend her to anyone that lives in the area or is getting married in the area. My only regret is that she doesn't live closer to my actual home to do my makeup for more local events! Thank you again!

When I did my trial with Samantha she did a natural look that I requested and it looked great. But the day of my wedding I decided I wanted to be a bit bolder and she did an AMAZING job. She was so flexible and willing to change things however I liked. She made me look like a supermodel - I couldn't believe it. I had never felt so beautiful. Not only did she do a great job on my make-up but she made each of my beautiful bridesmaids shine as well - they all looked stunning. Thank you Samantha for making me look so beautiful on my wedding day!

She kept my look natural while incorporating some of our wedding colors, which is exactly what I had wanted! Despite a rainy/foggy day, the make-up totally held up and did not run at all...it looked freshly applied the entire night. I would recommend her highly to anyone seeking bridal make-up. Thank you for doing such an excellent job. Now that the pictures are coming back, they speak for themselves...I'll always remember how beautiful I felt that day! -

I received so many compliments after my trial and knew that I made the right decision in booking her for my wedding. She was on time for my wedding day, and got me and my girls ready in no time. I was asked to read a letter from my soon to be hubby for the videographer which made me cry my eyes out but Samantha was there to ensure my makeup was still together. She really didn't have much to do! My makeup was completely in place and stayed that way the entire night. I highly recommend working with Samantha. -

Helen Sent on 05/31/2013Finding Samantha was like finding a small little treasure at the bottom of the ocean! For my wedding I went through so many make-up artists, but Samantha was the only one who understood my vision and worked with me to pick the perfect shades to match my skin tone. My make-up looked flawless throughout the entire night and I only had to reapply my lipstick. She arrived 15 minutes early, used only high-end products and was able to complete 5 women in less than 3 hours. We all looked amazing in our photos and the make-up didn't run (even through the tears of joy) or ruin my white dress. She's truly the best and I'd use her again for my next big event.
