Tay Sent on 09/28/2012Let me first state: Melinda did an excellent job on my makeup for my bridal portraits, and I have hired her to do my makeup for my wedding and for my bridal party.
Melinda is wonderful. She arrived to our appointment ready to work, and she exudes experience. I had so many questions for her and she was prepared to answer all of them.
Another thing about her that distinguishes her from other makeup artists I've met is that she has a calming voice. I was really nervous and worried about my upcoming event turning out right, and she talked to me in a way that was very helpful. I was able to wind down in her presence and be at peace, which I believe really helped me with my photos.
One last thing, and perhaps the most important, is that Melinda really took her time with her work. It was not rushed, and because of that, she really dotted her I's and crossed her T's. My makeup turned out better than I could have imagined for my portraits and I really look forward to working with her on my day. -
