  Talented, kind, perfect energy

  Lucas did my makeup on my wedding day along with my mom and MIL. He was extremely on time and provided incredible energy that a nervous bride needed on her big day. I couldn’t have asked for a better MUA to do my makeup on my special day. I felt and looked more beautiful than I ever have before and everyone made sure to let me know.

  Stunning from start to finish

  I saw a wedding at our venue (Gather Greene in upstate New York) a few years ago and basically wanted to *be* the bride. The closest thing I could get was her makeup artist, who was incredible to work with from start to finish. Lucas is a shining light, and a great, positive personality to have around on your big day. Though it’s easy to forget, weddings are about so much more than aesthetics, but looking beautiful is so much a part of feeling beautiful on a day like this, and Lucas helped me and my whole family feel like our best selves all day and night. And I’m talking ALL day and night. We got married on a *very* hot, humid August day, and there were multiple times I felt like I was going to become a puddle on the floor. But you wouldn’t know that looking at me in the mirror or the pictures my friends and family took throughout the day (can’t wait to get the professional shots back!!). I look flawless, even standing next to a roaring fire on a 90 degree night. My mom told me yesterday that if she were able to do her makeup the way Lucas and his assistant did it, she might even start wearing makeup! And I can attest that my mother looked more beautiful than I’ve ever seen. This last year or so Lucas has gotten a lot of press on his work, and I couldn’t be happier to see such success for such a kind and talented person. You won’t regret booking Lucas for your big day.

  Lucas is the BEST!

  Lucas has been doing my makeup for special events for years so it was a no brainer who was doing my makeup for my wedding! He really makes you feel great, relaxed and beautiful and he’s so fun to be around. I trust him so much - we don’t even have to discuss a ton what I want he just gets it, and that’s such an amazing feeling to know you have one less thing to worry about on your special day. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

  Lucas is amazing!

  Lucas was referred to me by my hair stylist and I’m so thankful for the referral! Lucas was very easy to communicate with and booking him was the least stressful part of wedding planning! Lucas came to me for my trial and I immediately knew I made the right decision. Lucas asked a lot of questions and helped me figure out what look I was going for. On the day of my wedding, Lucas was punctual and got right to work on our group. Lucas asked everyone what they were hoping for and they all looked gorgeous, each with their own makeup preferences. My friends were so happy with their makeup and couldn’t stop raving about how fun Lucas is! It’s a long day of getting ready, and we loved having him there with us. Most importantly, he made me look and feel beautiful and the makeup lasted all night. Thank you for everything Lucas!

  Best Makeup Artist Ever!

  Lucas started our wedding day off on the right foot! My partner and I were nervous looking for a makeup artist because it truly can make or break how beautiful you feel on that special day and wow, Lucas truly went above and beyond! He’s so responsive, professional, arrived early, and payed close attention to our needs and wants. It felt like we spent our morning with a friend we’ve known forever!

  Lucas started our wedding day off on the right foot!   Lucas is the best

  Lucas is an absolute gem! He is super communicative throughout the process and makes sure to tie his expertise with your desired look to make you look like an elevated version of yourself on your wedding. He is also just such an amazing person that having him be with you during such a nerve inducing day is a plus. I felt like I was getting ready with a friend and my family loved him too. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

  Lucas is such an amazing individual. He listened to what I wanted for my special day. He made me feel beautiful in a natural way. He worked on me and my bridal party. Everyone loved the experience. I partied all night and the make up held.

  Lucas is amazing 10/10!

  Lucas was amazing!! He listened to exactly what I wanted throughout the whole process from my trial to the day of my wedding. Not only is he great at what he does-- my makeup looked so natural (which is what I wanted)-- but he is the life of the party and just made getting ready with my bridesmaids that much more fun. Day of he also ended up staying through my pictures so he could touch me up right up until my ceremony. Could not recommend him enough! 10 stars if I could!!

  He is absolutely amazing at what he does. He is everything you need in a makeup artist on your wedding day. Everyone who got makeup done with him that day was elated with how they looked. It’s so important to have someone who can take all the stress away, make you laugh and absolutely make you look your best. He’s a GEM!!

  Incredibly talented MUA and infectious energy

  My sister got engaged a few months after I got married and one of the first things I said to her was ‘did you check if Lucas is free yet?’ Lucas is incredible at his job and was one of the best vendors I worked with. He did make up for me as well as my six bridesmaids, mom and mother-in-law and everyone was so happy and confident with how they looked on the day. I would recommend booking in for a trial with Lucas before your wedding so you can talk through looks and discuss different options. He really listens to what you want and is super talented. I was definitely nervous about looking overly done up or not like myself but he worked his magic and made me look (and feel) amazing on my wedding day. Aside from being a complete pro, Lucas is a joy to be around and his energy is infectious. We had so much fun getting ready with him and his team in the morning and my friends, mom and mother-in-law couldn’t stop raving about him in the days that followed. Book Lucas if he is available! He is a total gem.

  If you want your wedding day makeup to be EXACTLY what you want, BEAUTIFULLY DONE, with the MOST amazing person, hire Lucas! Lucas made the day so easy and stress free. Lucas did the makeup for my entire bridal party and made every girl feel like the most beautiful versions of themselves. Lucas is an incredibly talented artist with a broad range of skills. I watched him listen to each woman that day, consult them about their concerns/desires, and artfully and perfectly deliver what they asked for.   I had a makeup trial with Lucas for my bachelorette party and immediately booked him for my wedding. His makeup application was flawless and I truly felt my best. He listened perfectly to all of my preferences about my makeup and my look and executed exactly what I wanted (but a million times better). Lucas was also so much fun to work with and really contributed to making me feel special on both occasions! My whole family still talks about how much they love him. I cannot recommend him highly enough!!!

  Lucas is the most talented makeup artist i've ever had the pleasure of working with. As soon as I met him during my trial, we clicked. It was the perfect fit. He understood exactly what I wanted for the day of my wedding without me having to explain myself over and over again like other artists I had trials with. I knew right then and there that he was the one for the job. Lucas did my makeup for both my engagement shoot and my wedding in Brooklyn. Everyone LOVED him and were so happy with the work he did. He is an artist in every sense of the word and his attention to detail is like no other. Lucas truly cares about the bride and isn't just all about business, which you definitely see a lot of when it comes to wedding planning. He wants you to be comfortable, happy, and he'll do whatever he can to make the process easier on you. Lucas wasn't just my makeup artist for my wedding, I can now say that i've gained a new great friend that I will continue to have a relationship with for years to come!
