Heather was our primary hair/ make up vendor but with a bridal party of 5 ladies and myself, we needed to have a secondary from Heather’s recommended partners and after doing some deep dives into their Stephanie. Both were absolutely amazing and Heather did all the coordination / communication for her and Stephanie, so I didn’t have another vendor on my plate. They made me and the rest of my ladies beautiful for my wedding all while navigating and easing my stress the morning of the wedding, all for a very reasonable price. -

Heather was wonderful to work with. She did my wedding makeup along with about 6 in my "bridal party" including my Mom and MIL. Everyone loved their makeup, one friend even said she liked it more than what she had at her own wedding! We are all on the more natural side of makeup, which she absolutely nailed. I know little to nothing about makeup and she made me feel comfortable with the process and made me look beautiful while still feeling like I looked like myself. She was also super professional, responsive, and on time. Couldn't have asked for better! -

Heather is the Best!
Heather did my hair/makeup for my elopement and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to all of my ideas, offered up perfect solutions to any issues we had during the trial and on top of it all she was so personable and professional. I almost never wear makeup and Heather made sure I felt very natural looking and still looked like myself. I was so happy with my hair and makeup I didn’t want to take it off at the end of the night! If you’re getting married in Vermont I would 1000% recommend her services. -

I was SO lucky to have Heather do my hair and my bridal party's for the wedding! I asked for a somewhat complicated hairstyle (lots of braids!), and Heather executed it PERFECTLY! From my trial to the actual day, Heather listened and worked with me to ensure I felt comfortable and beautiful. Not to mention that Heather is just so kind and has such a calming presence (which was helpful during the morning of!). Not only did I receive so many compliments about my hair, but my bridesmaids and family did as well! I would recommend Heather to any bride in a heartbeat- she is truly so talented! -

Heather is absolutely amazing! I had her do my makeup as well as my bridesmaids makeup for our wedding in June. I could not have been happier with the natural but yet stunning look she gave us! We hired Heather for our July 2024 wedding and are so happy we did! Heather was a joy to work with from booking through the wedding day. She was highly organized, communicative, and listened to mine and my bridesmaids wishes intently. I am someone who does not wear makeup in “everyday life” and I wasn’t comfortable with going “full glam” on my wedding day. Heather took this seriously and created a look that was elegant, natural, and totally comfortable. Additionally, my makeup lasted all night long, despite getting married on a hot, humid day and dancing the night away! My bridesmaids felt the same way about their looks. I couldn’t recommend Heather more highly.
Upon Heather’s suggestion, we hired Stephanie Lemieux for hair. She did a fantastic job creating diverse and beautiful hair styles for myself, my bridesmaids, my mom and mother-in-law. Similar to Heather, she listened to what we really wanted and everyone was happy with the result. Additionally, the hair-styles lasted all night long without feeling “crunchy” - magic! -

Heather totally nailed my dream wedding makeup and hair! During my trial we worked together for a super natural and dewy look for my makeup and a effortless low bun that held up during Vermont's rainiest summer ever. Heather was wonderful to collaborate with and really wanted to work together to get the look I wanted for my big day. Day of she tackled my small bridal parties hair + makeup throughout the day and left us with plenty of time for photos and hanging out where no one felt rushed. Could not recommend her enough!! -

Never felt prettier!
Heather is a magician! I booked her for makeup for my September wedding and not only did I feel absolutely beautiful, my bridesmaids looked like models. She takes her time to really get to know each individual person’s needs and flawlessly executes these amazing makeup looks. We had some bridesmaids that wanted heavier makeup, some that wanted lighter, older skin, younger skin, and she mastered it all!

Absolutely amazing experience with Heather!
Heather was absolutely amazing to work with! I wanted to look like myself on my wedding day and I felt like she truly understood the look I was going for: natural but still dressed up. She was so nice and easy to work with. In addition to my makeup, she tailored makeup styles for each of my five bridesmaids and even worked in a last minute decision by my mom to have her makeup done, which was above and beyond. Everyone was so pleased with the end result and looked amazing! Heather is so talented and I can’t thank her enough for helping me make my vision a reality. -

Heather is so sweet and very accommodating, we had so much fun. Kind, accommodating, and beautiful hairdos
My bridesmaids and I had Heather and Kirstin do our hair for my wedding in July. They were both fantastic, easy to chat with, and super accommodating for different hairstyles and desires. My hair came out great! We had them at the venue, and it was so easy to get ready with them there. -

Working with Heather was amazing from start to finish! She has such a wonderful personality and is extremely good at both hair and makeup.
She knew exactly how I wanted both hair and makeup to look and made my vision come together. I did a trial run with her beforehand for my engagement photos and I knew from then on I was in good hands! I really couldn't have asked for a better hair and makeup artist for my wedding day. Definitely book with Heather if you can - you will not be disappointed. -

Heather did such an excellent job helping my vision come to life for my wedding makeup! Starting with our trial together, she did a great job of interpreting my vague inspiration ideas and bringing them together in a beautiful, natural and elegant look. She also did makeup for all my bridesmaids, who looked absolutely incredible. 10/10 recommend Heather! -

Heather is a gem. She stood with me through a rescheduling and then the uptick in darn covid. Fellow COVID brides- Heather takes safety and cleanliness very seriously. She uses clean tools, wipes her equipment and wears a mask.
Heather is also just a truly kind person- and VERY talented. We were not a "just light makeup" crew, and she understood the assignment. She got to know each one of my girls, and made them (and ME) look absolutely stunning. She knows how to work with young, sensitive, tired, mature, dry, and blemished skin. She also has such a calming presence, which is just what you need on your big day. I highly recommend Heather and promise you won't be disappointed. (photos by Todd Stoilov) -

I couldn't of asked for a better makeup artist. Heather did my makeup, my 4 bridesmaids, our flower girl and mother's of the bride/groom for our September 11th, 2021 wedding. There were no complaints - everyone was happy with how Heather did the makeup for each woman.
She was professional, thoughtful and prepared to do any style of makeup. I didn't do a makeup trial and was a little weary but after speaking on the phone, I felt confident it wasn't needed. Then day of, my makeup turned out perfectly. She even blended a new color for my lips and gave me more to reapply later. My makeup lasted all day and I didn't have to worry about it coming off. She made everyone feel comfortable and she's easy to talk to. 5/5 stars for Heather! -

Amazing All Around
Heather did the makeup for me and my bridal party, and she was incredible to work with and produced amazing results. First, I must note that Heather did makeup for ELEVEN PEOPLE BY HERSELF--and her quality was consistently high. She accommodated a wide variety of preferred styles and comfort levels with makeup--from my mother, who I don't think has worn mascara more than 5 times in her life, to bridesmaids who were ready to go full-glam--and made everyone look like the best version of themself. When it was my turn to sit in her chair, she managed to have the time and energy to make me feel extra special. Heather also recommended my hair stylist; their collaboration was flawless, and their warmth and energy made getting ready all the more fun. In short--Heather is fun, flexible, and a pro at making your vision come to life. -

I do not usually wear makeup and she did such a good job of still making me look like myself. In addition to being a talented makeup artist, Heather is a wonderful person who will truly put you and your bridesmaids at ease on your big day. She's so easy to talk with, very approachable, and I felt instantly comfortable with her the second I met with her for my bridal makeup trial (and even before that because her kindness and ease radiates through even on the phone and via email).
She asked me questions during my trial to understand my skin type, makeup preferences, and any requests I had. And on the day of my wedding she was just as thorough, making sure I was comfortable and happy with everything the entire way through. She absolutely nailed my makeup, as well as the makeup for my bridesmaids and my mom. Each time someone left her chair they immediately told me how wonderful she was to chat with and how much they loved their makeup! We were a natural makeup crew and she made each and every person look gorgeous yet true to themselves. I also heard from people all night how much they loved the wedding makeup. I really mean this - I'd give Heather 10 stars if I could! Hire her ASAP - you won’t regret it. -

I'm not a big "makeup person" and I've had experiences where a makeup artist was a bit heavy-handed, so I was really careful about selecting the right makeup vendor for our wedding. I am SO glad we found Heather. She is responsive, thoughtful, and so accommodating. She replicated my desired look (natural, glowy) and was open to feedback and adjustments throughout. My bridesmaids and mother also got their makeup done and absolutely loved Heather - one even said she wanted to change her makeup look for her own wedding based on how unbelievable Heather's work was! Thank you, Heather, for helping me feel confident and beautiful on my wedding day. I'd hire you again in a heartbeat and will recommend you in the future. -

Highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a make-up artist in Vermont! I am usually timid about getting my m/u done professionally, but Heather was so easy to work with and put all of my worries at ease. It was very important to me that I looked like myself on my wedding day (no heavy application) and she really respected everything I asked for. Furthermore, she is very quick to respond to any emails, she's very organized, and sticks to schedule. Plus, she is easy to talk to and an all around a lovely person!! -

Heather created the most beautiful looks for me and my 4 bridesmaids on my wedding day, which was October 10th 2020! I wanted to go for a romantic, natural look for me and my bridesmaids and we all looked perfect thanks to Heather.
Heather is extremely professional, easy to communicate with, and takes the time to listen and understand what YOU want. She also just has this incredible warm energy that puts everyone at ease and she really helped keep me calm just by talking to me and making me smile, which is priceless when you are dealing with wedding day jitters and excitement!
Also, for COVID brides, Heather is incredibly safety conscious and takes you & your bridal party's health very seriously. She had her mask on the entire time and we kept ours on as much as possible without negatively affecting our makeup (which can be tricky when getting your makeup done, but Heather made it work!!). Heather made sure to leave ample time for touch-ups too, which is especially important with masks!
All in all, I could not have asked for a better makeup experience on the day of my wedding. Thank you Heather!! -

She put everyone's nerves at ease and all the girls loved their makeup! She took her time and made sure I wasn't stressed when some family members hadn't arrived yet. Heather was absolutely wonderful to myself and my wedding party on our wedding day. Even more importantly, her work is beautiful and customized to each bride/bridesmaid/MOB preferences, and she was so accommodating and understanding when we postponed our wedding an entire year due to COVID concerns. As a bride who doesn't wear a lot of makeup day to day, I really wanted to look natural but have my makeup look put together in photos. Heather does just the right amount of looking for feedback from her clients and guiding their decisions with her wealth of knowledge and skill as a makeup and hair artist. I highly recommend you book Heather for your big day! -
