    Donna and her team are true professionals—always calm, collected, and completely on top of every detail. It’s clear they put a lot of heart into what they do, and that shows through every detail. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who not only executes every detail flawlessly but also adds an extra layer of care and creativity, I can’t recommend Donna Anello Events enough.

    Expert Swiss Army Knife Aid and Calming Presence

    Donna and Robin made my wedding truly spectacular. They expertly prepared all vendors and wedding party members with all information necessary for a seamless event. At every step on our big day Donna and Robin were readily available providing what we needed, most times even before we knew it. Their quick action and calm prevented multiple mishaps. I strongly recommend their services for their kindness, expertise and professionalism.

    Donna is amazing! If you want to be completely at ease on your wedding day and the days leading up then you must have Donna! She was great from the first phone call she was extremely knowledgeable and asked every question and detail about my wedding. Having her in contact with the vendors, making the timeline of events, and just making sure everything I spent months and months planning was executed exactly as I planned was amazing! She even retouched my hair after the ceremony before photos with my husband! Donna and Chelsea made my wedding day stress free so that I could enjoy every moment!

    My husband and I were so busy that we forgot to plan our wedding. Oops!! Once we realized we only had three months left, the panic set in! Donna put me at ease saying that her team could easily pull together our event in a short time frame. We had a ‘party within a party’ since our wedding was a daytime affair that had children’s entertainment. Donna helped us plan a budget and within a week we had contracts with all our vendors. After that, Chelsea took the lead for our event and she was just as thoughtful and efficient as Donna. One struggle in the ‘wedding business’ is the cost markup! I deeply appreciate how sensitive Donna and Chelsea were to our budget. They suggested cost-saving alternatives in one area to allow us to splurge in another that was more important to us. This included creative solutions like hiring Donna’s son as our magician to entertain the children during the dinner. What a sweetheart he was! The kids loved him! On the day of, Chelsea had two assistants to help manage all the nuts and bolts of coordinating the vendors, moving the crowds, and keeping me on time. My parents mentioned that despite how much they were doing on our wedding day that they hardly even noticed them at the event. This is exactly what you want in a good planner- they manage to make everything happen in the background seamlessly and unobtrusively so the guests aren’t distracted from their experience by the set-up or take-down of a face painting table! For me, the entire day felt completely effortless, which just goes to show exactly how much effort they were putting into every little detail- right down to packing up my belongings and putting them on the shuttle for me after the party! All I had to do was wake up, enjoy my family, and get married. If you want to feel like it all ‘just happens’, then hire Majestic Moments! It doesn’t just happen, but they work so incredibly hard to personalize their services and take care of you, that it will feel that way.

    We hired MM for a “day of”. Donna was awesome. As well as her two assistants. They were always nearby to do anything we needed. Donna was super helpful and very flexible when we changed things, or when we did not have every thing in order.

    I am MOB (in Dallas) with my daughter, the bride, in London planning a wedding in NYC. I soon realized we needed more that a day of or even a month of. We selected 5 wedding planners from WeddingWire (only with excellent reviews) to contact. Donna from Majestic Moments was one of our top 2 with availability with less than 3 months to the wedding date of October 20, 2017. The other planner was VERY chatty but we preferred Donna's no nonsense get the job done attitude. She was able to prioritize our selections so that we were able to concentrate on the most important things at the moment. She gave us options for vendors and worked with us in negotiations with the vendors to keep as close to our budget as possible (we underestimated several line items in the budget). When we came up with vendors on our own to keep costs down she immediately started contact and negotiations with them. We were pleased with ALL the vendors. The week of the wedding Donna was laser focused on us and what we needed to do. Day of Donna came with 2 assistants and everything happened like clockwork. She was amazing in making sure everything went according to plan and I was able to truly enjoy the day without worrying about details. Everyone at the wedding said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I would recommend Donna to anyone planning a wedding...she is TRULY AMAZING!!!!! I am really going to miss her!

    Majestic Moments Event Planning is the most awesome wedding/event planner in the New Jersey area!!I could not say enough wonderful things about Donna, Chelsea and her team. Chelsea was a key part in making our wedding exactly how we wanted it. She alerted us to ideas we didn't even think of in our first meeting. She helped us through the entire process and made sure that every detail was exactly how was wanted it. She is wonderful and is extremely professional. She solved few last minutes minor issues but was magical like nothing really happened. Chelsea was extremely detailed oriented and she made sure that all of our vendors were aligned with our vision; She made me so relaxed and calm and I truly had a sense everything was under control; Chelsea and her team exceeded all our expectations as our wedding coordinator. My husband and I had the BEST Wedding Weekend and would Highly recommend the team to anyone who wants an Amazing wedding!!!

    Hiring Donna and her team for day-of wedding coordination was hands down the best decision I could possibly have made for my wedding. Even my photographer said to me during the reception-- wow I wish every wedding had coordinators that were as on-top-of-it as those three are. If anything went wrong during my wedding, I certainly didn't hear about it and that's the way I wanted it to be. They handled everything flawlessly to make my day the best that it could possibly have been. Amazing work, can't recommend enough.

    Donna is by far one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I am reviewing from Windows on the Water in Sea Bright NJ. Donna and her team are complete professionals and where there the entire night working along side our crew to make sure everything went off without a hitch!

    We hired Donna of Majestic Moments Event Planning for their "Day of" Coordination services for our April 7, 2017 and could not be happier! Thanks to Donna and Chelsea, we had a SMOOTH and stress-free wedding day.

    Leading up to the wedding, Donna helped me finalize last minute details with vendors and coordinated vendor arrival and departure times. She put together a concise and thoroughly detailed itinerary and was KEY to finding a vendor and getting my escort cards completed, when I only had a few days left until the wedding. Donna also attended my wedding rehearsal at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart the night before my wedding and worked with the parish's strict rules to ensure that my wedding day would go off without a 'hitch.'

    On my wedding day, Donna and Chelsea were attentive and conscientious to my bridal party and stayed by my side until the end of the night. I am thankful to both for their help and was lucky that they were such excellent and dedicated professionals. I definitely recommend Majestic Moments Event Planning and would definitely work with them in the future!

    Well I was a late booker, I thought I had everything under control.. until I met with Donna! She started talking and rattling off things I still have to do, and I freaked out and booked her! Her and her team did everything else! Donna, Chelsea, and Diane are so great! They did everything I needed last minute with a smile! I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is getting married!

    I am extremely grateful to have Donna and her team at Majestic Moments Event Planning for my daughters wedding. Donna made the entire experience fun and exciting. She understood my daughters vision and made her dream wedding possible. Every detail was thought of and the staff is kind, loving and professional. No stone was left unturned. It is six weeks since the wedding and the compliments are still coming in. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. Everything was perfect.     Donna and her team are absolute treasures and deserve every recognition and award! As a same sex couple, we wanted to make sure that we found someone who was open and naturally fabulous, which lead us to choose her and her incredible team. Donna doesn't try to butter you up, but is focused in creating an experience that is stress free and runs like a well oiled machine. She was open to frantic texts and e-mails to the littlest detail. From providing emergency dental floss, to stepping up to be an impromptu emcee, to carrying small scissors to cut off any lose threads, to knowing how to tie a bow tie... we felt extremely secure with one of the most important days of our life. We could not recommend and her team enough! We are still basking in our afterglow of our wedding, and we have Donna, Chelsea, and Christine to thank! Words are not enough!

    When you are planning your dream wedding from overseas you want to know that every detail of your day is in the best possible hands- and ours most definitely was! Donna was professional and put us at ease from the start. She helped us through every stage of planning, taking the time to get to know us as individuals and turning all of our ideas into reality- nothing was too much to ask! From Skype calls throughout the months before the wedding, through to the day itself we couldn't imagine working with anyone else!
    On the day, Donna and her team were amazing- making sure that both myself and the groom had everything we needed and did a fantastic job setting up the ceremony space and the reception venue. It looked magical- exactly as we had imagined!
    I couldn't recommend Donna and her team highly enough. If you want your wedding in the best hands then you shouldn't look any further than Majestic Moments.
    We left America to come home with not only memories of our dream wedding but with a new friend as well :)

    The best decision I made for my wedding was hiring Majestic Moments Weddings and Events. Donna was amazing from start to finish. When I first met with Donna, she took the time to get to know me and my now husband. She cared more about what kind of couple we were so she would be able to understand what we needed for a perfect day. I believe the key to have a stress free wedding day is trusting the professionals you have hired. From start to finish, Donna was able to recommend vendors that she knew were reliable and professional. Having her meant I didn't have to worry about the tedious things and I was really able to enjoy my day to the fullest. When we arrived back at our hotel at the end of the night, we found Donna and her team dropping off all of our things from the day (i.e photos, guest sign in canvas, ceremony items, etc.) It was everything I would have forgotten. It's been two week since our wedding and I am still hearing feedback from our guests about how incredible our wedding was. "Best wedding I've ever been to!" The feeling of being calm on the most important day of my life is priceless. I encourage any bride to at the very least set up a consultation with her. I have no doubt you will love her as much as I do. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

    Donna and her team were amazing. They made the whole process easy and stress free. We didn't have to worry about anything on our big day (or pretty much any day leading up to it). We contacted her only a few months before the wedding with nothing planned (and a lot of travels in between). She helped us every step of the way from budgeting, researching venues based on our criteria, recommending vendors (stationaries, flowers, hair, makeup, wedding dress, photographers, etc), working with the selected vendors through all the details, sending out invitation cards, tracking responses to ensuring the venue was set up the way we wanted on the day of. My husband and I both have very hectic work schedules and Donna more or less made wedding planning as simple and stress free as one can hope for. This is especially true during the last two weeks leading up to the big day (with finalizing seating charts, menus and programs, ensuring they are printed and ready to go, setting time table, coordinating with protographers etc.). On the day of, Donna and her team stayed with us every minute to make sure everything was in order (and fixed whatever small issues we had). They took care to get lunch for me and the bridal party, made sure my husband and I had enough to eat before the reception, packed everything up after the evening was over - they have thought about everything! Donna and her team made everything so seamless. The whole evening was absolutely amazing and we cannot thank them enough for all the help. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, you will be very happy with Donna and her team. They are very professional and experienced (and yet very personable) and will make the whole wedding planning much simpler and stress free. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN DONNA!!!!

    Donna and her team (Diane, Chelsea and Christine) were fantastic, and I don't think I would have made it to my wedding day without them! We had so many planning disasters, and Donna was there to help us every step of the way. She found us an officiant after ours passed away 5 weeks before the wedding, she helped me figure out what to do when the bridal shop that my bridesmaids dresses were from closed down unexpectedly 5 months before the wedding... a lifesaver! The day of, she was totally on point and kept everyone in line. She and her team made sure that my fiance and I were comfortable, happy, fed, and calm. When it rained on our outdoor ceremony, they beautifully decorated an indoor space in about 2 hours for us. Our bridesmaids, parents and guests all complimented them! Money very well spent!

    I used Donna from Majestic Moments to help with my wedding last week. Donna was there through the entire process for not only me but also my parents. She answered any questions we had and if she didn't know the answer she did whatever she needed to in order to get the answer. Donna always responded right away to phone calls, emails or even late night texts! She made sure we knew what needed to get done and in what order they needed to happen. Donna not only helped with the wedding day but also help my parents get transportation for a prewedding event we were doing, she made sure the shuttles knew where to pick up and drop off. Donna really blew me away the day of the wedding. She was there on time (to the minute!) with a team of professionals ready for anything that came up, answering my phone, different bobby pin colors, last minute double sided tape, entertaining children, having more escort cards made during cocktail hour and rushed over b/c of a small issue, anything that was needed she was on top of it. Donna was a life saver the day of the wedding, she was there to organize EVERYTHING so my parents, myself and my now husband could really enjoy ourselves. Donna reassured me when I was anxious and made decisions when I needed her to b/c I was too overwhelmed. I am more than happy that I choose Donna to help with my wedding, I am sure my parents will agree that it was one of the best decisions we made. Thank you for making my wedding day PERFECT.

    We had the best experience with Majestic Moments Event Planning. Our coordinator Diane and her team were so easy to work with and really listened to what we wanted for our April 2015 wedding. They were there every step of the way with us and helped ease the stress that naturally comes with planning a wedding. They had great referrals and we wound up using the caterer they suggested who was amazing. The day of the wedding they ensured that it went smoothly for us. I can truly say that I enjoyed my wedding thanks to Diane and her team. I don't know what we would've done without them. I highly recommend them for your next event.     When we set out to find a wedding planner we started our search online. We met with a planner we both really liked. We were on the verge of hiring her but thought it would be prudent to talk to one or two more people. Donna, at Majestic Moments, was the last planner we spoke to. Her services were the same as the two planners we spoke to earlier. Donna's vast experience in the industry gave us a sense of comfort, however. She communicated in a clear and concise manner and had a plan for our vision. We did our due diligence by reading the reviews of past clients. To our delight, we found nothing but positive reviews.

    Donna represented herself in a professional manner and built trust early in the process. She was always accessible and had a great network of vendors. Her communication skills were uncanny. If she did not know the answer, she would get it for you, often in 10 minutes or less. She would even communicate with the father and mother of the bride and groom. She lent her feedback and made recommendations every step of the way. Because of our schedules, we put our trust in Donna to make some decisions for us. The results were flawless.

    Everything leading up to the wedding day was seamless. The wedding itself went off without a hitch because of Donna and her crew. Their execution was perfect and every detail was accounted for. We did not lift a finger because everything was taken care of for us. I could not imagine anyone being able to do it better. Majestic Moments gets my strongest recommendation. Other vendors may have positive reviews but Donna and Majestic Moments are truly the best!

    Donna and her team took care of every detail and respected our budget. They were extremely attentive not only to me but to my family which was extremely important to me. I took a few days off of work prior to the wedding as many people told me I would be running around quite a bit. Not the case!!! Donna did everything. I simply picked up my dress.

    Diane and her team was a blessing in disguise! I booked only a few months before the wedding and Diane was only an email or text message away every day. She made everything seamless! They stayed with us and every moment throughout our day and truly helped make it amazing! Diane attended our rehearsal and made sure everyone knew what they needed to do. The morning of our wedding, Diane texted me just to wish me a happy wedding morning and to let me know she would be there soon! As soon as Diane and her team arrived I did not have a worry in the world. She made sure everyone knew the timeline and stuck to it. Tina and Christine went to assist my husband with behaving and getting ready and they were awesome! The guys really put them through the ringer and Tina and Christine held strong. Diane and Tatiana stayed with me every second while getting ready and made sure I had everything I needed. Tatiana even helped my mom (who just had surgery) put her shoes on. Once we got to the church, Diane made sure that everything was perfect and Tatiana stayed on the bus with me until the second I was ready to walk down the aisle. For pictures, Diane stayed with us the entire time and made sure there were no issues. Once we arrived at the reception, Diane and Christine bustled my dress like pros! They then made sure that we had food from the cocktail hour and even put some on our sweetheart table so we can enjoy during the reception. Once everyone went into the reception, Diane put together a few plates for me and my husband to enjoy together for a few minutes before introductions. The rest of the night was absolutely amazing and Diane and her team were there every second we needed them. I even had a dress change and Diane and Christine helped me get into my party dress and all prepped! They were truly a God send and we would have been lost without them. Thank you to all of the team, they helped make our day so amazing and perfect! We loved every minute of it! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

    My husband and I got married in June and employed Majestic Moments to help plan our wedding. I had no idea how to put together a wedding! Donna readily helped us to choose a venue by providing us with various options that met our criteria. All of the vendors that Donna recommended were wonderful and I'm so thankful I had her to help guide me along all the decisions that had to be made. Planning and putting together a wedding can be a really stressful experience. I don't know how I could have done it without her! In addition, she and her team were amazing on my wedding day. Everything was a seamless transition throughout the day (even though my ceremony space had to change three times because of the weather!). I would absolutely recommend using Majestic Moments to help plan your special day.

    Donna and her team were absolutely fabulous! If there is one thing to spend your money on is a wedding coordinator. You won't regret it. Donna and her team kept us on schedule, made sure for us to get the pictures you wanted, ate, ect. Believe me from a former bride, the day of the wedding goes by fast, and you need a extra pair of eyes and ears. My expectations for my wedding was for me and my family to enjoy and be guests at our wedding, and Donna made that happen. Hire her and her team!

    where to begin - Maureen, Donna, Christine, Tatianna = THE "A+" Squad. We hired Majestic Moments a month prior to our wedding for day of coordination - our only regret - NOT HIRING THEM SOONER! My husband and I planned our big ol' italian wedding for 20 months, and in the weeks leading up the big day I came to the realization that unless we had the RIGHT team (right being key) to follow thru on our vision, there is no way we would be able to enjoy the day as much as we should. We were so stressed, and as soon as we signed on with MM we finally exhaled. We met with Maureen to turn over all of our details and contracts and the rest was history. Maureen and team took care of EVERYTHING, and I mean E V E R Y T H I N G. On the day of our wedding our butterflies took a nose dive upon release due to the unseasonably cold day in late April and the team quickly scooped them up and warmed them up in the car in hopes we could try again at the venue. IT WORKED! My bridesmaids flowers died, and Maureen took care of it, all I had to do was pick the replacement and she made sure the florist got it done. I don't tell anyone this to scare them, but these are the types of unforeseen things that the team can take care of. WE COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITH OUT THEM. They are the most professional, caring, detailed and organized group I have EVER met. Without a doubt, we would not have enjoyed our day had it not been coordinated so carefully by Maureen working with our vendors. Worth EVERY single penny-I wish we could do it again to have Majestic Moments plan the whole wedding! A girl can dream :) The next event I have, the 1st call is to MM. Period.

    I cannot possibly say enough great things about the Majestic Moments team - amazing, organized, friendly, energetic, passionate, trustworthy; the list can keep going.
    I knew finding a day of coordinator vendor would be one of my hardest decisions. I am a corporate event planner and very Type-A, to find a team to turn over the logistics of my big day to was not going to be easy for me. From the moment I placed an inquiry into Majestic Moments I was continually impressed. They responded almost instantaneously with a phone call and a Skype interview. The in-person interview was when I knew they were my perfect vendor. Their itineraries went down to a level of detail that I would do myself. They asked insightful questions, gave informed recommendations - they got my complete confidence in that meeting.
    Even though I hired them for their day of services - they made themselves available to me via email and phone to recommend vendors, advise on contracts etc. They also did a site visit of my venue with me.
    About 4 weeks out is when we got serious transitioning everything over into Diane's capable hands. She confirmed my vendors, created my timeline, ironed out last minute details, made a site visit the day before.
    Our big day ran flawlessly due to the professional efforts of Diane, Tracy and Christine. They were beyond stellar! They had everything under control, on time and anticipated my every need/wish. My husband and I were able to be complete focused and present on our day - not worrying about the little details. I now recommend hiring a day of coordinator to any engaged person I chat with, and I always love talking about my experience with Majestic Moments Event Planning. I recommend them to EVERYONE!!     This is the Groom by the way and I usually don’t write reviews but Donna and her staff (Christine and Tatiana) were amazing. From the first consultation she was on point I knew she was going to be good. She wanted to know the details of our bridal party, vendors, location etc. She made the Day-Of Timeline and was on point to every minute that day. If we were falling behind, she would politely let us know and tell us where we needed to be. She made sure that my wife was taken care of (which is the most important) all throughout the day. She took care of everything that needed to be at Addison Park (pictures, table cards, favors, etc.) that needed to be displayed for the guest. Even when my groomsmen complained they were hungry before the ceremony (because the guys were dropped off to the church first), Donna and the team arranged to have sandwiches at the party bus after the church ceremony. We didn’t even expect her to do all this until we came on the bus to 3trays of subs. I remember seeing Christine and Tatiana “guarding” the gift box throughout the reception which to me is important because you never know and cards could get lost/stolen etc.

    We really appreciate her and the team. She worked really hard so we, as the celebrants, didn’t even have to think that day. You let her know what needs to be done and she will do it for you. She is professional and works with you in all areas the wedding plans. Thank you once again and we definitely will recommend you to others. –Stefan and Isabelle

    Donna and her crew were amazing. Donna was there for me every step of the way. When I panicked about not having my medications, she went to the pharmacy to pick them up. When I had a concern, she emailed me or called me back as soon as possible. Her team addressed my needs and anticipated my needs even before I did! While dancing, I turned around and her staff was there with a drink in hand. She helped me relax and really enjoy my day. She was even injured and still managed to make sure my day was as magical as I had dreamed it would be.

    It has been more than a month since our wedding and our friends and family are still in awe. We asked Majestic Moments to help us with “Day-Of” coordination and Donna, Maureen and the team absolutely excelled! From getting ready in the morning to arranging our transportation after the reception, Maureen and Tatiana were with us every step of the way, making sure we stayed on a track we could have easily veered off of. They gave us the gift of PEACE OF MIND, so that we could enjoy our day! When there was confusion with the limo/shuttle service, Maureen was there to handle the situation and we will be forever grateful. Thank you!

    If I could given more than 5 stars I would. Donna and her team at Majestic Moments Event Planning did an AMAZING JOB from the very start. My only regret is that I did not hire them sooner. She helped me plan a wedding of nearly 300 invited guests in northern NJ while I am living nearly 2 hours away. As soon as I hired them, my life became so much easier! Here are the reasons why you should hire Donna and her awesome team.
    First, you cannot possibly know all the details that go into getting something accomplished and off your checklist. Donna and her team can forsee all that needs to be done and they are also well prepared for any unexpected obstacles that may happen on your special day.
    Next, They are EXTREMELY kind and professional throughout the whole process--even to some of your family members and friends that may not be on their best behavior on your wedding day.
    Also, Donna knows the best people in the industry who are just as awesome and willing to work in your budget. Everyone that she had recommended or found last minute was excellent at their craft.
    Donna loves what she does; she is always learning how to be the best and what's the latest in the industry.
    Finally, she and her team will give you PEACE OF MIND TO ENJOY YOUR DAY with your friends and family. From the very beginning of my wedding weekend, I did not have to worry about one single thing except making sure I didn't fall while walking down the aisle.     One month before my wedding my planner backed out. Leaving us with no flowers, cake or hair and makeup team. I found Majestic Moments and saw the great reviews. I called them first and proceeded to call a couple of others. Donna called me back with in 2 hours and before I knew it she was my planner. By the end of the day she had a meeting scheduled with a florist and was getting me the names of hair a makeup people. She took my stress and made it disappear. I had some bridal party issues that she made me feel better about. The day of my wedding Donna, Diane and Nancy were all so wonderful not only to me but my family and guests. I never wanted for anything. If I turned around they were right there to help me. I absolutely adore all three of these ladies. They are kind, helpful and professional. I cannot say enough great things about them. I have friends and family members that are getting married and throwing parties soon that are asking me about them and want their business card. Donna was not just my wedding planner she was my guardian angel that day. Protecting my husband and me from any negativity or problems, making sure we ate and making sure we enjoyed ourselves. Diane and Nancy were right there with her with angel wings in place. All kidding aside I highly recommend Majestic Moments, Donna, Diane and Nacy for wedding and event planning. They could not have done a better job.

    Donna and her staff is absolutely wonderful!!! We had several unforeseen problems the day of my wedding and she handled it all swiftly and efficiently and I never had to stress about anything! In particular, two hours before our ceremony was supposed to start, my husband learned that Men's Wearhouse gave him someone else's Tuxedo. She took control of the situation and commanded the attention of Men's Warehouse and had their employees jumping through hoops for my husband. She resolved the issue in under an hour. HIRE HER!!!! I guarantee you will not regret it.

    Where do I begin. Majestic Moments Event Planning came recommended to me through a mutual friend who had only good things to say. Being a perfectionist I knew that on my big day, I wanted to have someone I could trust, to make sure the day went on without a glitch or at least no obvious glitches anyone would notice! Donna was easy to work with her first step was to give me realistic budget expectations, and to find the right vendors that both met the criteria I was looking for and fit in with the budget and size of our wedding. Before I had Donna I was beyond confused and overwhelmed with the amount of things that needed to be done. I was planning my wedding in 5 months and in my in-laws backyard.
    Donna was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend her! Her price was perfect and the package was well described. We loved our vendors and the event was a seamless experience from beginning to end. Donna served as a perfect liaison between the vendors and us, making sure they had all the relevant details and did what they were supposed to. She organized all the meetings with the vendors( who were all fantastic) and made the whole process fun and easy. Our guests are still talking about the caterer and delicious the jerk chicken. She held my hand throughout the entire process, and was always promptly responsive, understanding, and professional. She went above and beyond what was described in the package and attended to many details I never would have thought of. She made sure I was aware of everyones duties gave me a detailed timeline of what was supposed to happen and when. On the day of, Donna’s team of 5 people were with us every step of the way. Two with me at my parents home and three with my husband at his parents home. We never had to worry about a thing. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her and her team. She made our day PERFECT!! We can't thank you enough!!

    Donna, Nancy and Tracy were AWESOME for our wedding. Donna was there for every single thing I needed leading up to our wedding day. She always answered my texts and calls in a timely manner and always gave me the best advice. She helped coordinate our rehearsal and was there through the whole thing and on the wedding day Donna and her team made sure everything went smooth and everything was taken care of. You guys were beyond awesome and I can't thank you enough for all your hard work!!!!

    Majestic Moments wedding planners were spectacular! One of my flower girls were jumping up and down and ripped the strap off her dress and they sewed it back together. Anything we forgot they had! Our wedding day was amazing and from what I know nothing went wrong and that was because we had majestic moments there! We highly recommend having them at your wedding!

    Donna was a critical element to my husband and my amazing wedding. She was there with us from start to finish. Our big day went off without a hitch and we have heard nothing but amazing compliments from all of our guests. I honestly could not have done it without Donna and her team. From the start, Donna I compiled a list of vendors, and she was there with many recommendations. She set up and went to all appointments with me, and assisted in negotiations. My fiancé and I thought we were good negotiators until we Donna. She never became discouraged, every time I suggested going to visit just one more photographer, florist, or DJ, Donna set up the appointment.

    The day of could not have happened without Donna, Diane, and Alfie. Donna began the day by calling vendors and distributing our day of timeline that was both detailed and ran on time! She then picked up breakfast and took care of all the day of intricacies that came up. Donna handled any and all problems that occurred with a cool head and was able to move our outdoor wedding indoors without a hitch (and honestly I think it turned out better). Her emergency supply kit shows just how well prepared her team is, sewing a bridesmaids dress minutes before we hit the aisle. Some of my bridesmaids were so impressed; they already have plans to hire her.

    Using Majestic Moments Event Planning was the best decision I ever made for my wedding. Donna was my wedding planner and she was honestly the best! She took care of EVERYTHING, from phone calls to research and even going through all my RSVPs! With my busy schedule at work and trying to plan a wedding, she made the whole process very stress free and easy. My job was simply answering "yes" or "no" =)

    Although I know that weddings could be expensive, she always found me the best deals within my budget, which was very important to me. Paying for a planner may seem pricey, but remember they know many vendors and will get you the best deals. So overall, you may pay less or even about the same, but you have someone doing everything for you instead of the stress of doing it all on your own. All my family and friends had an AMAZING time at my wedding and it was definitely memorable! Planning a wedding is NOT easy, so I REALLY recommend Donna and her staff!

    - This is the absolute easiest review I will ever have to write..... because Donna and her "crew" were simply AMAZING! While I decided very late in preparation for the wedding to get an event planner, it was (hands down) the best decision that we made! Before the wedding, Donna and I spent hours texting, e-mailing and speaking on the phone to ensure that she understood our event vision, and how we wanted it carried out. Donna contacted our vendors, read over all of our contracts, and created a timeline that laid out every minute of the day. Because of all of the planning and organizing that she did before the wedding, every vendor was on-time, and provided a copy of the outline that Donna created so that there were no questions on what the night entailed. In addition to her organization, I was astonished by how she cleared up any snafus that came up throughout the day- repairing a missing button that fell off of my groom’s jacket, a broken dress strap, fixing my flower girl’s hair when she took out all of her hair pins, AND having to fix our ceremony and reception lineup when my bridesmaid went into a labor the night before the wedding (yikes). Many people told me that my wedding day would be the fastest day of my life, and would most likely not remember much of the day- boy, were they wrong. My wedding day was the smoothest, and most entertaining day of my life- and I attribute that to the efforts made by Majestic Moments Event Planning. Thank you for everything! -Jen

    Planning your own wedding is a very big task and I admire those brides who worked really hard to make it all on their own (with possible help from the groom ... lol) However, truth be told, why do it on your own, if there is a company name Majestic Moment Events Planning, led by Donna and assisted by her very competent team. I hired Donna to be my day-off coordinator, and I am very thankful I did. She sorted, delegated, drove, became a ring leaded, she did everything to make sure our wedding day will go smoothly. She even found us an awesome team to do our hair and make-up. All day she stayed calm, energetic, poised & very professional. I got comments that I was probably one of the most stress free brides they have ever encountered. If I break it down, I owe it to three things: 1) knowing the love of my life is waiting at the church so we can get married 2) I am surrounded by family and friends to witness our special day and finally 3) I have Donna on my side. Even if I only hired Donna for the day, I still had a Majestic Moments Event Planning, wedding of my dreams. Thank you Donna.

    Donna and her team were out of this world. My parents, bridesmaids, and husband's side of the family said she made such a difference in their wedding day experience. Coming fully prepared to tackle whatever the day handed her, Donna went above and beyond to make sure we were on time, bridesmaid dresses were ironed, the groomsmen- under control, our dog shuttled to his sitter and that both sets of parents were happy and in the loop as to what was happening next.

    If I were a bride looking for some peace of mind during one of the most stressful times in her life, look no further than Majestic Moments, you will not regret it... your day will be a seamless transition from start to finish.

    Donna was with me throughout the entire wedding process, and she was a dream to work with. She is incredibly experienced and very passionate about making her clients’ wedding day the best of their lives. I’m especially thankful that I had her there for the rehearsal. There were a few hiccups that she was able to iron out that would have been disastrous on my wedding day. She volunteered her assistance wherever it was needed- from helping my bridesmaids with their dresses, to finding family members for the photographer- which I think speaks volumes about her dedication. She never stopped, and I didn’t have to lift a finger the entire day! Donna and her two assistants were fabulous. It was a great investment- the best money we spent!

    When we first started planning our wedding, we really had no idea what we wanted aside from our venue. Thank goodness for Donna and Majestic Moments Event Planning! She was sweet, professional, and as enthusiastic about our upcoming nuptials as my fiancée and I were! She was incredibly knowledgeable about so many vendors- from florists to photographers to wedding bands. She helped coordinate everything and was there every step of the way! I was so grateful to have her and her team there the day of the wedding: they thought of things I hadn’t, and Donna’s bridal emergency kit was truly a lifesaver.     I hired Donna let in the wedding planning process and I'm so glad I did it! I was drowning in the details, and she calmly and professionally tied together the loose ends. It was because of her my wedding rehearsal dinner went off without a hitch, and my wedding day was truly everything I'd ever even dared to imagine it would be.     You really don’t realize how much detail goes into planning a wedding until you’re planning one yourself! I was extremely grateful to have found Donna- she listened to everything I wanted from the food to the flowers to the event space, and her suggestions truly made my dreams a reality! She took care of things I would have never thought to consider. The best part of my experience had to be how available she made herself to me. Anything I thought of, I could call her to talk things through.     I knew as soon as I met Donna that I’d found the person I wanted to help plan my wedding. She balanced friendliness and professionalism, and I was sure I could trust her with the all the details of my day. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and her suggestions ended up saving us a lot of money, especially with our flowers and invitations. Her relationship with vendors really made her stand out from the rest. She definitely went above and beyond, and the process was so much less stressful because of it!     I hired Majestic Moments Event Planning to plan my wedding. Working with Donna and her team was such a pleasant experience. They made my dream become a reality. I had a vision for what I wanted the reception hall to look like and Donna made it happen. She was with me every step of the way. She always made herself available whenever I needed her. Donna took care of every last detail, things I would have never thought of! Her and two of her assistants were there on our wedding day and made sure everything was perfect. Donna had an “emergency kit” and anything I needed was in there. Contact solution, dental floss, Advil—just to name a few items I needed. She even had a steamer, just in case someone needed something ironed! They were prepared for any mishap that could have occurred. So glad I had Donna, Tracy, and Tatiana with me on my wedding day!

    Though we’d thought of some of the details for our wedding- invitations, flowers, caterers, the venue- we were completely lost on others. Donna was extremely knowledgeable and filled in the gaps effortlessly. She took care of the things we wouldn’t have known where to begin with, like our photo booth. When she offered to help us coordinate the day of the ceremony, we jumped at her offer. She’d been so accommodating and thorough throughout the entire planning process, we knew our day would be perfect with her assistance. Majestic Moments truly lived up to its name: our wedding day was nothing short of magical.

    I was such a nervous wreck when it came to planning my wedding. As the day got closer and closer, I realized I needed help. I called Majestic Moments Event Planning and spoke to Donna. After our first conversation, I knew immediately that I was in good hands. She helped me finalize all of the details and coordinated the shuttles from the hotel. I totally forgot to make welcome bags for my guests, but Donna saved the day and made 22 welcome bags in 3 days! (I still don’t know how she did it!) I had a very large bridal party, but Donna was at the rehearsal and told everyone where they needed to be and how to line up. The ceremony went off without a hitch. I was so relaxed the entire day and enjoyed every second! I will always recommend Majestic Moments Event Planning to anyone planning any kind of event!

    You really don’t realize how much detail goes into planning a wedding until you’re planning one yourself! I was extremely grateful to have found Donna- she listened to everything I wanted from the food to the flowers to the event space, and her suggestions truly made my dreams a reality! She took care of things I would have never thought to consider. The best part of my experience had to be how available she made herself to me. Anything I thought of, I could call her to talk things through. Knowing she had my back and best interest made the entire process so much less stressful, and I found myself enjoying the planning process more than I could have imagined.     We hired Majestic Moments Event Planning as soon as we got engaged. We wanted to get married within 6 months, so we knew time was not on our side. From the first time we met Donna, we knew we made the right decision. Donna came with us to every appointment and made sure we stayed within our budget. She mailed our invitations and kept track of all the RSVPs (we had 250 people). She was there on our wedding day with two of her assistants, Tracy and Maureen. They were all punctual and professional. Anything I needed was there before I could even say it! Everything went smooth and my husband and I enjoyed our entire wedding. Hiring Majestic Moments Event Planning was the best money we spent!

    We used Majestic Moments Event Planning for our wedding on May 25, 2013 at the Park Savoy. Leading up to the wedding, Donna went above and beyond to help make planning as easy and stress-free as possible. I had booked Donna for a Day Of Coordination, meaning she would be there at the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. However, when I had an issue with a videographer, she found me one immediately. When I had a music misunderstanding, she handled the situation completely. Not only did she organize a schedule and all of my vendors, but she went out of her way to assist me. I felt extremely comfortable calling and texting Donna whenever I had a question and she always responded quickly and professionally.

    On the day of my wedding, Donna and her assistants were my life-savers. They made sure everything flowed according to plan, kept track of my belongings, continuously checked on me and my stress/nausea level, kept us on schedule and most importantly, made sure that my husband and I enjoyed our wedding. We had a large number of guests that wanted to talk an say hello to us and they each made sure I got my fill of dancing, which I greatly appreciated.

    Throughout the day and even after the wedding, my photographers, limo driver and venue manager individually commented to me about how friendly and professional Donna and her assistants were. They each said many planners that they've worked with have been rude and overbearing, but that the ladies at Majestic Moments were an absolute pleasure to work with - and I couldn't agree more!

    I'm not sure if this really happened, but my father told me that he told Donna she's the best decision I've ever made, aside from my new husband!! And he is so right - without Majestic Moments Event Planning, I would have been a crazy person on the day of my wedding. Many thanks to Donna and her amazing team for making my wedding be an organized and fabulous day!

    We had an amazing and memorable experience with Donna. Her team was very professional, yet friendly. They were approachable and diligent. You'll never see this kind of sense of urgency. This is their niche. They were born for this stuff!

    Days to Weeks Before the Rehearsal:
    Donna will be in constant communication with you. She even quoted, "you're going to hate me in the next few days but this will all pay off". It truly did. She was on top of things and tracked every task/detail.

    The Big Day:
    It was Donna and her two wonderful assistants. They were with us every step of the way from very early in the morning until close to the end of the party. They gave us the feeling that they were ours for the day.

    What really impressed us (and a lot of our guests) is how utterly attentive her and her team were. Everywhere we turned, they were within reach amongst the sea of 200+ guests. We NEVER had to look for them - catering is an understatement! Minutes before the ceremony, there was a misunderstanding with the Unity candle...we forgot to bring one. After Donna and the deacon straightened things out, her team bolted to the nearest AC Moore and got the unity candle for us.. They certainly took that unecessary stress from us...and again they were very poised.

    Ceremony is done and now it's picture time - another big coordination effort. Her and her team handled it very gracefully. We were in, out and into the limo bus in no time. During the party, my wife and I were very busy entertaining and it seemed like we had no time for ourselves. As a result, there were certain important things that slipped our minds. But thanks to Donna, she was there to initiate and remind us of events we wanted to happen that night. One of her assistants even held our daughter for a few minutes while the bridal party was introduced. Whenever my wife needed a litte touch up, they were right there. They were amazing! We highly recommend Donna!

    At first, I was hesitant to hire a Wedding Planner for my wedding. It is a decision I would have regretted! Majestic Moments Event Planning made my Wedding Day the BEST day of my life! From the moment Donna and her assistant Tracy arrived, they made sure everything was taken care of. When my bridesmaids took their dresses out of the garment bags, they were all wrinkled. They all had to get their hair and make-up done and the photographer was going to be at my house within 2 hours. Donna and Tracy ironed every single dress! The most amazing part was that Donna had a dress steamer with her! They came fully prepared for every situation that arose. They were always so friendly and professional. Most of all, they were calm, cool and collected all day long. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. I completely recommend Majestic Moments Event Planning for your wedding!!!

    All we can say is “WOW!”. Donna was so amazing!! She and her assistant, Tracy, were on top of every little detail. From our first meeting with Donna, we knew we made the right decision to hire her to coordinate our wedding. She was always professional, and made sure that our dream became a reality. We had an issue with our limos being late, and Donna took care of all of the phone calls and ensured that we received a credit from the limo company. She was also there for the rehearsal, and made sure everyone knew what they were supposed to do. She was calm and collected the entire day, and always had a smile on her face. I can’t imagine how the day would have gone if she was not there!

    We used Majestic Moments Event Planning for our wedding, and we just have to say that Donna and her entire team were so helpful. They really gave us the freedom to sit back and just enjoy our Wedding Day. From the time they showed up at each of our houses, they made sure we didn't have to worry about anything and that everything was taken care of. Donna kept everything running so smooth and everyone knew exactly where they were supposed to be; from taking pictures before the wedding, all the way until the last person got on the shuttle to go back to the hotel.They were prepared for any little mishap that could possibly have taken place. My mother had given me a garter and when I went to put it on, it was uncomfortable. Sure enough, Donna had one in her emergency kit. We could not have been happier with how organized everything was, and just how friendly Donna and her assistants were. Both of our parents couldn't stop taking about how great they were. We would absolutely recommend using Donna and Majestic Moments Event Planning on your wedding day because they know how stressful the day can be, and they just make it much, much easier to deal with. They make sure everything is perfect.

    Shaun and I don't know what we would have done without you on our wedding. We had been so busy with all of the production of a quit large backyard wedding and you jumped on board with everything and really helped our vision become a reality.     I reached out to Donna when I first got engaged but didn't end up booking her until a few months later for the day of coordinator package. The package should have been called the wedding day life saver package. Donna not only created a timeline for the day of, worked with all of the external vendors to make sure they knew where to be and when and basically orchestrated the entire day. Donna and her assistants Marissa and Jason were so helpful the day of the wedding. When I was getting dressed a button on my dress popped off and I immediately freaked out but Donna sewed it back on in literally a few minutes. One of the groomsmen actually ripped his pants before the ceremony and Marissa sewed that back together and steamed all of the guys suits. If they weren't there to help I don't think I would have been able to be as relaxed as I was because I knew Donna had it under control. I didn't have to worry about a vendor not showing up, or falling behind schedule, or a bus getting lost- none of that was my responsibility that day and that piece of mind was worth every penny. Donna also knew exactly how to bustle my dress, put in and take out my veil without messing my hair up, and honestly put me at ease about the entire wedding day. My (now) husband and I are so grateful we had Donna and her team for our wedding day!

    We used Majestic Moments Event Planning as our day-of-coordinator. I seriously don't know what we would have done without them. Diane, Alfie, and Nancy were amazing and were able to ensure everything ran smoothly. They confirmed all delivery times and created and distributed our timeline, ensuring that everyone was on the same page.

    A couple of notes though: 1) one of the planners was first routed to an incorrect hotel on the day of our wedding, so she was late in getting to the hotel ((might I add, she was not the only vendor to do this)). 2) They assured us that the chair sashes would be tied before the start of the ceremony, without the groom / groomsmen's help -- but by the time the groom/groomsmen got there, only half of the sashes were tied, so they helped.

    Other than that, the professionalism shown by all three ladies was great. I kept trying to be self-sufficient and do things, and one of them was always there by my side asking what I needed and ready to help. They were calm and handled any mishaps. I am 100% glad that I was able to work with Majestic Moments Event Planning and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

    Donna and her team are indeed a fantastic and solid option. Donna is an expert at event planning and has a wealth of knowledge and ideas. We used what I call the hybrid package, which was affordable for our needs. My husband and I planned our wedding with little help from family or friends, which is why we sought an event planner/coordinator. Our Majestic Moments package included phone consulting which started 11 months before the wedding date plus day of coordination and 2 in person meetings. Additionally, we opted for invitation assembly/rsvp tracking as well as welcome bag, party favor and bathroom basket assembly/delivery.
    I will briefly touch on why Majestic Moments didn't get 5 stars. On our day, there were a handful of things that slipped through the cracks and that I had to handle instead of she or her team handling. Of the things that went awry, none were monumental enough to specify in this review but they did not make for a perfect 5 star rating. That being said, Donna and her team were successful with the majority of details on our wedding day.
    Donna was wonderful to consult with in looking for vendors and in having a range of ideas even in deciding on the type of reception venue. Majestic Moments lead us to most of our vendors who were also amazing.Donna was great in not pushing anyone on us. The consulting was always on point and realistic and also included a budget guide.
    Donna and her team always maintained being professional, friendly, and helpful to our families and us. We will always be grateful and could not have successfully executed our wedding day without them.
    Donna is trustworthy as she handled all cash tip envelopes plus delivery to vendors which was so important. Donna was by my side, aiding with my dress bustle and helping me change into my party dress, which was amazing. My husband and I highly recommend Majestic Moments for your wedding consulting/coordinating needs!
