We had Main Event DJ our wedding in May, and they were great - specifically Joey Dion! He had such great energy throughout the planning process and through the wedding day and night. He read the crowd really well and also played a lot from our suggested play list. When a song request came up that he wasn't sure about, he checked in with us quickly just to make sure it was ok to play which was very appreciated. He really knocked it out of the park and we'd hire him again -

DJ Hayden hosted our wedding, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. He was attuned to the vibes of the wedding, and he met with us multiple times to ensure the music lined up with our run-down, sneaking in some personal favorites. He was friendly, engaging, and actually curious of our story and how we wanted it represented. At the actual wedding, the music ran seamlessly in between events, allowing for more heartfelt moments during the ceremony and the guest speeches, and more hype at the dance floor! Everybody had a wonderful time, and he knew exactly what to do to drum up our guests and keep the party going. DJ Hayden was the consummate professional, but we saw him having some fun himself too, which was really wonderful. Could not recommend him enough! -

DJ Hayden is amazing! He is well organized and asks all of the right questions. He covered all of the bases going through our timeline and made sure we had a say in what would be playing during each important moment. Hayden really made our wedding special and more importantly ours. Never underestimate the power of music! Hayden also made sure to check in with us throughout the night to make sure the lights weren't triggering a migraine. The only things hurting were our feet from all of the dancing. We strongly recommend DJ Hayden! -

DJ Matthew Perez was an absolute sensation at our wedding! He was so professional, double checked our choices/timing throughout the night, kept everything moving & everyone on the dance floor, & was a joy to work with! It’s so hard to evaluate DJs online, but trust me when I say you will not go wrong by having Matthew at your event. He is an incredible DJ, set up our uplighting beautifully, & we would work with him again in a heartbeat! -

If you're unsure who to book for your wedding DJ, we can't recommend Mike Benoit enough. And if you need an officiant too, then you've just checked off two of the biggest pieces of your wedding with one incredible person.
The first time we met, we were greeted with the warmest hug, and it honestly felt like reconnecting with an old friend. That first meeting truly set the tone for everything that followed. Mike was so deeply invested in our day. He took the time to understand who we are, what matters to us, and what we envisioned, not just for the ceremony or the music, but for the overall feeling of the day. We never had to explain too much; he just got us. It quickly became one of the few parts of the wedding planning process that felt completely effortless. Even when I changed my mind on a few details, threw some last-minute requests his way, or hit a few unexpected hiccups with our venue, Mike remained incredibly kind, patient, and flexible. His calm presence and willingness to adapt made all the difference. No matter what came up, he gave me his word that our day would be perfect, and it truly was.
When it came time for the big day, it was everything we could've asked for and more. Mike took a moment to check in with me before walking down the aisle, asked how I was feeling and let me know everything was good to go. It was the reassurance I didn't know I needed to let go and be fully present. Mike officiated our ceremony perfectly. His words captured our story so beautifully that it felt like he had known us for years. We laughed, we cried, and so did everyone else! It felt so us, and so full of love!
Mike really made our reception the exact party vibe we were looking for. We had a very kid-friendly wedding, and he played the perfect music for the kids to steal the dance floor while everyone ate. People asked me if this was something I had preplanned with him because the timing was that perfect. They were shocked when I said it was all him. He knew exactly when to lean into the family-friendly feel, and as the night progressed, he transitioned seamlessly into the club vibe we were going for. Mike is not just a DJ that pushes play. He mixes music and is incredibly talented in what he does. Mike is totally in his element behind the booth. His fun personality and passion for music are truly infectious, creating an energy that keeps the dance floor alive from start to finish.
Beyond his skill and professionalism, Mike is simply an amazing human and one of the most genuine people we have ever met. He truly pours his heart into every moment of your wedding. Booking with Mike Benoit was one of the best decisions we made for our big day- and if you're lucky enough to have him be a part of your wedding, you'll understand exactly why. Our wedding was on November 22nd, 2025 and all everyone could talk about was our spectacular DJ: Hayden. There was not one moment that our guests sat down because of the amazing music and mixes that Hayden provided. Our guests are still raving about him. From the beginning, Hayden was genuine and dedicated to us as a couple and our vision for our wedding. He was flexible with the ever-changing parts of our wedding and kept checking in with us to make sure we were doing alright. His music choices were spot on. We hired Hayden from A Main Event DJ’s for our wedding, and he was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, he delivered an unforgettable experience that kept the entire night flowing seamlessly.
The music selection was perfect — a blend of classic wedding favorites and high-energy EDM that matched our vibe perfectly. Hayden took all of our music preferences into account and even created a custom remix of two songs we requested, which ended up being one of the highlights of the night.
His MC skills were outstanding as well. He guided the evening effortlessly, made every announcement clear and engaging, and kept the crowd involved without ever feeling overbearing.
And the lighting? Absolutely incredible. It elevated the entire atmosphere and made the reception feel electric.
The dance floor was never empty — not even for a moment. Hayden kept the party going from the first song to the very last, and our guests are still talking about how amazing the music was.
We couldn’t recommend Hayden at A Main Event DJ’s more. His professionalism, talent, and ability to read the room made our wedding night truly unforgettable. -

Hayden was amazing from start to finish!
He’s super responsive, thorough and positive. Not only did he send out and extremely detailed questionnaire for music, our ceremony, grand entrance, and reception, but he had a hour and a half long zoom call with us two months before our big day to even more thoroughly go through the questions as well as get to know us a little better. He kept the energy up all night! Played every “must play” song on our playlist by seamlessly weaving them into the set list. Hayden is a fantastic person and DJ. We loved Tyler!! He was so thorough on our initial call with him. He spent an hour learning about us, our music preferences, our dislikes and hopes for the night, and he really delivered. He crushed it the night of the wedding. He really developed our playlist and understood the vibe we wanted. It was clear he prepared and didn’t just “hope for the best”. We got so many compliments and everyone really saw him working up there! He played everything we wanted to hear, and filled all the other time with the best selection of songs. He read the room and knew how to keep our group engaged.

November 3, 2025 Drew & Sarah Main Event Entertainment provided both a DJ and an officiant for our recent wedding. THEY WERE FANTASTIC. DJ Rob was the nicest, chillest guy. He totally understood our nerdiness and had the timing down to a T. He was more than prepared for our meeting prior to the wedding, he had so many options and great suggestions. He nailed the timing of our grand entrance and was able to fade the music out so we didnt have to do a 5 minute first dance. JP Sherry Farrell was so sweet. We only spoke with her once briefly before the wedding but I felt like she knew us. We werent sure what to do for vows and her prewritten options we awesome! Main Event DJs is an AWESOME company! We recently hired them, specifically Joey, for our wedding in September 2025. From start to finish, Joey and his staff were fantastic. The initial meet and greet at their office in Londonderry was unique and really gave us a chance to meet a bunch of the different DJs and figure out who was a good fit for us. From there, we picked Joey and he made things easy for us. He is extremely organized, pays a ton of attention to detail, and asks all the right questions to make sure he gave us the best day possible at our wedding. Many of our guests raved about Joey as our DJ and we had a blast with him. His energy level was awesome, he got people out on the dance floor, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better person to DJ our wedding. The DJ at a wedding can really dictate how the wedding goes, and Joey truly helped give us a fantastic night. I cannot recommend this company enough! -

A wedding is made by the DJ and DJ Mike Benoit made our wedding the best day of our lives. He was attentive, on top of everything and always was open to any questions or ideas we had. Leading up to the wedding any time we reached out to Mike he responded almost immediately and proved that he was tailoring his DJ style specifically for our wedding. We received numerous texts after the wedding ranting and raving over how much fun the dance floor was all night and how creative Mike was. Unlike weddings we have been to in the past, you could really tell that Mike went out of his way to show off his transitions and song choices to tailor to the crown and dancefloor. The speakers, lighting, and monogram really made this wedding what it was. Not a single thing went wrong and if you know weddings, you know that is almost a must. Complete class act that makes you feel like a friend rather than someone you hired for your wedding. Couldn't thank him enough and would recommend him to ANYONE!! Mike Benoit did an amazing job DJ-ing for our wedding! There was never a moment where the dance floor was empty, and we had guests come up to us through out the night telling us how awesome he was. I even had some people mention the next day how sore they were because they never wanted to stop dancing! Mike did such a great job gauging the vibe of the crowd and keeping the party going. My husband Ben and I were married at the Maine Classic Car Museum on 8/23/2025. Very early on, we knew that we wanted the music to be a major part of the entire event. The two of us have connected over music since day 1 over 11 years ago, and this love extends to all of our friends and family. We started compiling our own wedding playlists, with the intention of bringing memories, stories and feelings that are connected to each of them to the forefront.
As we did that, I searched. I knew we needed someone special to bring our vision to life and after a little social media stalking, I found DJ Kibar! I grew up playing piano and with him not only performing as DJ but also being able to play keyboard for ceremony, I knew he was the perfect match. Not long after, we signed up for a Meet the DJs Night at Main Event. Ahead of time I made sure to get us set up to meet Kibar and as expected, we hit it off!
The booking and contract process was seamless, and the periodic check-ins were always welcomed and appreciated. We also signed on for the uplighting package - which looking back, cannot imagine our event with it! Everything was absolutely PERFECT. We are so appreciative of Kibar's help, advice and expertise to bring our vision to life! He also played such a huge role in the entire flow of the event and we cannot thank him enough for all of it!
As we watch videos our friends have posted, I can hear and see the excitement that ourselves, our friends and our family were able to experience. It was so very special! Best Day Ever! -

The O’Connell Wedding
If you want a night to remember and your wedding day to be the most special then there is no other DJ I would go with besides Matt Perez and the Main Event Entertainment team. I am not sure if words can do the gist of how amazing our experience was with Matt. From the very beginning he made the process seamless and easy. He was on top of any and all emails we sent his way and made sure to check in with us frequently throughout the year. Matt made our dreams come to life for our special day, every song/playlist we sent his way he perfectly formed it to be a beautiful masterpiece. We put our trust in him and no one could have orchestrated a better performance than he did. He also went above and beyond to find me the aisle song I found on Tik Tok and so badly wanted, he searched around and bought the song for us just to make sure I had that extravagant moment to remember forever. He worked with youtube requests, apple music playlists, and random tiktok songs to align our dream into a reality. Now onto the best part, the actual wedding day. Our day was everything and more from what we wanted. Our songs flowed ever so perfectly during the ceremony, playing songs on the exact cues and hitting those perfect moments. During the reception Matt was not only our DJ but he was our family, our hype man, and one of our greatest supporters for our love story. He got the crowd up and moving the whole night and left the guests comfortable with joining the floor. I had multiple people ask me who our DJ was so they could save the contact for their future weddings! Not only did he do what most brides and grooms wish for(make sure the dance floor comes to life and people are grooving all night) but we could also feel his love for what he does in his reactions to our special moments. I have attached a photo for proof, this is of our first dance and if you peek closely you can see Matt in total awe! He loves what he does, he loves joining in your wedding fun, and above all he loves to see your love story unfold!

We got married on 6/22/25, and Joey killed it! Our dance floor was packed from beginning to end. I first noticed Main Entertainment LLC at a wedding expo, and I won the grand prize, and chose them as a vendor, and let me add they did not disappoint. We hired Joey, and he was so accommodating to my very long list of song requests, and he even made a very special moment during my ceremony possible, when he played a video recording of my boys talking before we all walked down. It was a surprise for my husband and he made it all happen. My guests and family couldn't stop talking about it. Can’t say enough good things about Hayden. I had such a specific vision and wanted everything music-wise to go to a T and he delivered in every way imaginable. I’m big into EDM and he was too so it was perfect! He built everything exactly how I wanted and was so communicative throughout the process.
It’s honestly shocking that he’s one of the cheaper DJ’s because he’s worth so much more. Take advantage NOW because I can promise you it won’t be long before he’s the highest tier DJ you can book! So happy we worked with him and we HIGHLY recommend him!

Main event was great to book with, my husband and I went to a meet and greet with all the DJs that were available for our wedding on 4/27/2025. We met a couple of DJs and that’s when we met Matt Perez.
Matt listened to everything we wanted and made our wedding absolutely fantastic. He was kind, energetic and knew how to get the crowd going. We received so many compliments on our entertainment but always he made sure everything between the dances, cake cutting and timing of everything was perfect!

We recently had the pleasure of working with DJ Hayden for our Woburn Chamber of Commerce Health Fair, and I can confidently say that his contributions made our event a success! Hayden brought an infectious energy and enthusiasm that set the tone for the day.
His professionalism and polite demeanor were evident as he seamlessly managed the music, keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging for all attendees.
One of the standout aspects of Hayden's performance was his willingness to collaborate with our fitness instructors. He worked diligently to ensure each instructor had what they needed, assisting them with microphones and coordinating their playlists.
Hayden also took the initiative to make numerous announcements, keeping our guests informed and excited about upcoming activities.
Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with Hayden's performance and professionalism. His contribution was invaluable, and we are already looking forward to hiring him again for future events. Highly recommended! -

Matt was absolutely perfect. It's been over a month and we are still getting compliments on him. We let him do his thing with the music and gave him some pretty loose free reign and he just had people dancing on the floor all night -

Hire DJ Hayden Storm (Mailloux), and you will not be disappointed. Main Events was an amazing company to work with. They are communicative, kind, and really make you feel important. My husband and I are both musicians, so music was one of the most important elements of our wedding. We hired Hayden, and WOW, it was our best decision.
We had an outdoor venue where our dance floor was on the grounds, and our reception was under a porch. DJ got to our venue early and made not one, not two, but THREE DJ setups, including lighting and microphones for our speakers. My dad did a blessing and mentioned a song in his speech. Right after the blessing, Hayden had the dong queued up and ready to play. You didn't know about this before the speech and we were all amazed at how thoughtful it was that he made a point to include it.
Not to mention, the dance party was AMAZING. He included our favorite artists and made everyone want to dance the night away. (Including back-to-back Chappell Roan!!). We loved our experience with Hayden!! -

DJ Tim Bruneau was hired for our wedding this past Saturday - he was AMAZING. We had met with him previously and had a phone consultation and new he would be the best fit for our day. He was early, made sure to check in with us throughout the night to make sure he had everything he needed, the play list was on point, great energy, quick to respond to inquiries, and was so easy to talk to and make changes when needed. I could honestly go on for days. Main Event as a whole was great to work with, the staff was prompt to respond to emails and helpful with any questions. We are so happy with the experience we had; I would recommend them to anyone starting the planning for their wedding or any other occasion that needed a DJ. 10/10 I am very happy we went with Main Event and DJ Tim :) -

DJ Joey did an awesome job at our wedding! He was very communicative and receptive to our thoughts and wants throughout the planning process, and lived up to our expectations. They curated a perfect playlist that got everyone on the dance floor, and their ability to read the room was truly impressive. Hayden Mailloux was fantastic to work with, made it super easy on us during planning, and nailed everything on the wedding day. We had a windy day and he set up great audio for the ceremony. Had the most beautiful wedding 10/21/24 with the help of Main Event. We had Jacqui Dion as our officiant and Kevin Maldonado as our DJ. Both of their communication was clear and extremely responsive. Through every email, phone call, and video chat they made sure we were on the same page for everything. Day of, Jacqui made sure to meet with me personally and ensure that I knew she was prepared and ready to meet my expectations. She performed our ceremony absolutely beautifully. She was clear, smooth and joyful. We could not have asked for anyone better. As a wedding guest count that fluctuated with people ages 3-to late 60’s, I challenged Kevin to create the playlist for the night that had alittle bit of everything. His timing during the ceremony for the different song queues was spot on and seamless, and the combination of music had something for everyone. All of my guests personally came up to me and told me how great the music was, and it was all thanks to Kevin and his magic. During the reception he came to us multiple times to communicate how each step was going to happen (cake cutting music, first dances, grand entrances, etc). We hadn’t even planned it but towards the end of the night he told us he prepared music of we wanted to do a private last dance. He was creative and completely amazing to work with. Music was the last thing I worry about because I knew Kevin was going take care of us and he did just that. I could not recommend Main Event enough, they have earned my full trust for any future event. Thank you Jacqui and Kevin for everything!! -

We had the time of our lives at our wedding! Mike made it even better with the amazing music that kept EVERYONE up dancing all night long, lights and the dancing in the clouds for our first dance. He’s extremely talented at what he does and very interactive. The best part was when he did the Cupid Shuffle with everyone!! I couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for the most perfect day! Thanks again for everything! Definitely recommend him if anyone is looking for a DJ!

I can't say enough about how happy we are with DJ Kevin Sawler from Main Event Entertainment. From our first meeting, we knew Kevin 'got' what we were going for with our wedding. We planned a Lego Masters competition to hold during our reception, and he was all over the music, lighting, timing, and adding lots of fun and color commentary the whole way! DJ Tyler was phenomenal! He was super easy to work with during the planning process and always very friendly too. Any time we had questions or any special requests that we wanted (for example, start/end points for certain songs), he was able to accommodate them with no problems. During the reception, he played amazing music, kept the dancefloor packed the whole night and accommodated all of our requests. Several guests mentioned to us how good the music was and how perfectly balanced the variety was for all age groups. He was also a fantastic MC – the announcements such as the intros and the cake cutting went so smoothly. We were married on Saturday June 22, 2024 in Scarborough Maine. Tom Darling was our DJ for the event and he was AWESOME!! He was very attentive and responsive during the planning process, allowing Chris and I to put together a list of must-have songs. We were so lucky to have DJ Mike Benoit for our wedding at Zorvino Vineyards on 6/8/24! After our first meeting with Mike, my husband and I knew he would exactly fit our vibe. He ran us through a fun music quiz where my husband and I individually rated music genres. Despite giving almost opposite answers to each genre of music (lol), Mike perfectly blended our taste for our wedding day. The remixes and transitions on the dancefloor were awesome. Soo many people came up to us throughout the wedding and weeks after to say the music was SO GOOD, and even complimented the centerpiece giveaway Mike did to get the energy up before the dancefloor opened! So many people didn’t leave the dance floor the entire wedding. 10/10 recommend DJ Mike Benoit!
