  Working with Kara at Magnificent Milestones was a pleasure. She took great care in understanding my vision for the invitation suite and in walking through the options with me. The suite we landed on was exactly what I envisioned (and more) and I received so many compliments from my guests. Kara was also very responsive and helped me get my order in on a fairly tight timeline. Thank you Kara!

  Kara is organized, talented, and a true joy to work with! She created the classiest invitation suite, wedding programs, and cocktail napkins for our special day.
  
  
  One of the biggest praises I can provide is to her character and personality. During the craziness of the pandemic, our original venue closed. She had created this incredible customized suite with intricate hand-drawn details for this original venue, but when this venue went into foreclosure, she did not hesitate to jump into action and create a brand new suite, completely customized for our new location. This speaks to Kara's genuinely wonderful personality and caring heart (add that to the list of reasons to work with her!).

  Working with Kara was the best part of my wedding planning so far! She made the invitation process so fun & easy - and the end product was a grand slam. We've received so many compliments and I couldn't be happier with our invitations! Can't wait to frame and hang up in our home. Would recommend 11/10 times!

  Kara is an absolute joy to work with. From the second you meet her, you instantly feel welcomed and at ease. I work in the events industry and always knew she was great, but working with her for my own wedding was the easiest choice and best decision I made! Her gorgeous downtown studio is somewhere you want to spend your entire day in, and I had the best time looking through all her samples. Kara's work is simply the best there is, but it is her personable nature and creative thinking that made working with her so much fun. I explained what I was envisioning and she showed me how to bring it to life in ways I didn't even think of. She instantly understood my vision and was able to provide guidance on all my questions. Kara was extremely helpful when it came to all my questions about addressing and etiquette - which can be tricky but she helped take the stress out of it. Now, my invitations and save the dates are the part of my wedding I am most looking forward to : ). I'd recommend her to brides over and over again!

  I first contacted Kara after falling in love with wedding invitation suites on the Magnificent Milestones website that incorporated classic style with creative, personal and whimsical details that I had never seen before! Our save the date card and wedding invitation suites are so beautiful. The designs that she created for us exceeded my wildest expectations and are so personal and meaningful to me. Just after mailing both the save the dates and the invitations, I received dozens of calls and texts from family and friends who remarked that they were some of the most beautiful save the dates/invites they had ever seen!
  
  Kara is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is so thoughtful, creative, and committed to every detail. I arrived at her beautiful studio with ideas of personal elements I hoped to include in my invitation suites but no vision how to put my ideas together. She not only created a beautiful product that included every one of those personal elements but also elevated them in ways that I never could have envisioned.
  
  My wedding has now been postponed due to COVID. Exhibiting her willingness to go the extra mile, Kara reached out offering to help us in any way with ideas for announcing a new wedding date.   Working with Kara has been such an easy and fun process! I never knew my love for paper until I met her. She truly brought my vision to life within our first meeting. She was so prompt with quotes and the countless emails I sent her. Our save the date's and invitations are so beautiful and the quality is perfect- I teared up when I received them. We have received so many compliments from friends about them as well. I am looking forward to meeting with Kara again for our day of paper!   Uniquely Personalized and Reasonably Priced Wedding Invitations

  We worked with Kara for our wedding in August 2019. She was absolutely amazing. She had also done the wedding invitations for my sister's wedding in downtown Chicago 6 years prior. She has an uncanny ability to understand the vision that my husband and I were looking for our downtown Chicago wedding. She was able to provide us with reasonable priced personalized invitations, as well as individualized menus, seating cards, wedding ceremony programs, and best of all, our wedding welcome bag itineraries. She was very available and open to suggestions and opinions that my husband and I had, and worked very close with us and our wedding planner to ensure that we had the design and colors that matched our wedding vision. We would absolutely recommend her and her company Magnificent Milestones to any couple planning to marry.

  Working with Kara at Magnificent Milestones for our invitation suite and day-of paper was a dream! She ran the design meetings effortlessly and is incredibly knowledgable about all things paper. We were able to customize just about every detail until it was absolutely perfect, down to the exact style of certain letters and custom cut sizes - no request was too small and she worked with us until we were 100% satisfied. What resulted was a gorgeous, cohesive paper suite that we will save copies of forever! Thanks Kara for a great experience!

  Our dream invitations!

  We absolutely loved our experience working with Kara to design our dream wedding invitations for our November 2, 2019 wedding. From the start Kara was warm, thoughtful, informative, and FUN!
  
  My husband and I didn't really know what we wanted when it came to our wedding invitations but it was important to us that our invitations were reflective of us as a couple and set the tone for our day. Kara's process really helped us narrow down our options and refine our vision. She was so patient and kind as we went through (many!) revisions - ensuring that the final product would be just right.
  
  When we finally received our invitations they were absolutely perfect - simple, classic, and beautiful. I still pull them out sometimes just to look at them :) A big 'thank you' to Kara for creating something gorgeous for us to remember our wedding day by - we will cherish them forever!

  Magnificent Milestones is, without a doubt, one of our top three wedding vendors! Kara, the owner, is a rock star and is such a pleasure to work with! She has been unbelievably professional, prompt, and responsive with respect to everything--the initial proposal, the proofs, and any concerns (very minor ones) we have had. We received all proofs and our final invitations in record time. Our invitations, which feature custom artwork by my fiancé, are absolutely stunning! We are just waiting for our addressed envelopes from her calligrapher, but based on the calligraphy on our invitations, I am certain that the envelopes will be gorgeous as well!

  Magnificent Milestones is, without a doubt, one of our top three wedding vendors! Kara, the owner, is a rock star and is such a pleasure to work with! We received all proofs and our final invitations in record time. Our invitations, which feature custom artwork by my fiancé, are absolutely stunning! We are just waiting for our addressed envelopes from her calligrapher, but based on the calligraphy on our invitations, I am certain that the envelopes will be gorgeous as well!

  Kara is the best! She was so easy to work with and responded almost immediately to all of my crazy questions. The planning process couldn't have been easier. Our invitation suite was gorgeous and truly unique. Many couples are trimming the budget on invites nowadays and I think it's a shame. MM is worth every penny! We got some many glowing reviews from our guests -- couldn't have been happier.

  FANTASTIC experience with Kara at Magnificent Milestones. While I did not have her as a wedding planner - our budget did not allow for an event planner, unfortunately - Kara did an amazing job with our invitations and was a joy to work with. I always felt like I was a priority to Kara despite her having much bigger even planning clients. I only wish I could have had her as our planner as well! Would recommend her (and already have!) to anyone looking to work with someone reliable for their wedding, and support a terrific local business.

  Couldn't recommend enough

  Had the best experience working with Kara! Not only was it a professional and streamlined process, but her passion for paper products is contagious and you can't help but get even more excited through the process. She was able to quickly digest my style / initial ideas and translate them into the perfect vision. I highly recommend working with with Magnificent Milestones!

  Simpy spectacular from start to finish

  Kara and Magnificent Milestones were nothing short of fantastic. We had a very specific motif and theme to accommodate our large destination wedding in the French Riviera this fall. Kara was prompt, professional and timely in everything she did. I would highly recommend her for weddings of all sizes and types!

I had a concept and Kara helped me find just the right designers to make it happen! She was professional, punctual, and attentive to what we wanted in our invitations. Because they were a custom design and letterpress, they were a little bit spendy, but not so far out of our invite budget--plus they were exactly what we wanted and priced under other letterpress options that I got quotes for. All in all, an awesome experience. (And a super cute shop!)
