Wonderful Wedding Photographer
My husband and I booked Maggie for our October wedding and it was the best decision! She was not only efficient and organized but also very personable and fun to work with! Maggie captured the best parts of our day including beautiful sunset photos in the Boise foothills. We absolutely love our photos! We are so happy Maggie was our wedding photographer. We highly recommend Maggie! -

Maggie was everything we could have asked for in our wedding photographer! She was professional, positive, helpful, creative, easy-going - and delivered an amazing result. We didn't want our photos to be overly staged. She did a great job of capturing all the photos she knew we would want, but also was able to capture the candid moments of the evening without us even being aware of her presence. Maggie is world-class and we will work with her again if we have the occasion to! -

Maggie is a QUEEN, seriously, book her.
Working with Maggie was THE best decision! We booked her for our Wedding last August and the photos are to.die.for. From the initial phone call leading to day of, she communicated with us so well and made sure our needs were met. Her photos speak for themselves, but her personality SHINES as well and I feel blessed to know her. After the event, everyone had such amazing things to say about her & her work, plus she managed to be everywhere all the time during the event! How she managed to get all those photos is still mind-blowing. She was such a pleasure to work with and I can't wait until our next shoot with her! Maggie is QUEEN -

I loved loved loved Maggie and how our photos came out. My husband and I were a little camera shy but Maggie was able to guide us and our photos turned out amazing! She also is a registered officiant so we were able to get our marriage license signed with her too saving us the fee at the courthouse! I was so lucky to be able to get Maggie as our photographer that weekend since we planned our marriage license signing and lunch with the fam last minute. She happened to have just moved to California. Amazing all around definitely recommend! -

maggie was my first professional photoshoot since my senior photos! she did me and my fiance’s engagement photos. he’d never gotten anything done and was nervous. but he did so well and we LOVE how they turned out. maggie is attentive to detail - doesn’t miss the little things and best of all is soooo SOCIABLE & PERSONABLE! she made it so easy to be in front of the camera! she found us a perfect location after hearing what i was imagining.
she also got our previews suuuper quick, within a couple days and then our full package within a couple weeks!!! so FAST! usually you expect to wait months! we love her! and will be booking her again!! i recommend maggie for any family photos or gatherings or events!!! IN LOVE WITH HER SERVICE!!! -

Amazing!
Like most engaged couples, my fiancé and I wanted to work with the best wedding photographer. Y'all!!!! Maggie is the QUEEN of Idaho. She was everything we were looking for to capture our day. Easy to love, adventurous, sincere, humble, hilarious, highly intuitive, and remarkably gifted for the work she creates. Maggie stepped into our lives at the right time through a reference from a dear friend and we have been nothing but overjoyed by our connection and friendship with her. From our family photos turned surprise proposal, last minute sunrise engagement photos, and remarkably pulled together elopement turned micro wedding in a pandemic in under six weeks--I MEAN WHAT-- SHE IS UNREAL. Not to mention the foreshadowing moment she captured at a friends wedding when I caught the bouquet with my now husband making the biggest smile I have ever seen. Maggie was extremely attentive to our every hope and dream from start to finish and quickly jumped into our story with care and intention. Her clear guidance, comforting presence, and talented eye for our vision made our wedding day like a breath of fresh air. We walked into our day with confidence knowing that she would capture our heartbeat in these photographs. From pictures of our intimate vow exchange, serene ceremony in the Sawtooths, small hand crafted details from all of our vendors, and the dynamic interactions and dance moves of friends and family, we felt truly seen and known by the work she created. Maggie is not only a gifted photographer, but also a creative story teller. She wrote THE SWEETEST blog post about our day with the most thoughtful words of kind remembrance for the things that matter most to us. OKAY Y'ALL. Maggie is the real deal. Let me tell you how we met (because this girl is a hustler). All excited about being engaged, I naturally tagged one of my posts with #engaged and she started commenting on my pictures. I was like, ok I see you. Anywho, I looked at her photos and was like WOW. These are beautiful, love the color vibe she's doing, but damn, she's based in Boise, ID. So I took a break from wedding planning (as one should), and then in March 2019 I was like oh shit, I need to find a photographer (I got married in Oct. 2019). So I did a call on IG stories and Maggie was like uh hello, me? And I had been following her since Dec. and loved what she was about - offbeat brides, not going with the usual bullshit in the bridal industry (we vibed when I cried over trying on dresses in LA and wasn't a 000 - LIKE HELLO, WE HAVE REAL BODIES HERE). ANYWAYS, she so graciously offered to waive the travel fee and we met her and Carol (the cutest weiner dog ever) in the summer. We talked about travel, how my husband and I met, life in Boise and how she's so grown up she already owns a home... you see, when you book Maggie, she's not just a vendor, she becomes a friend. The weekend of the wedding she was just the best, kept me laughing, encouraged us to do serious faces (which I'm SO against, like I am not a model - and guess what, they actually turned out amazing!). Let me also tell you something, the Monday after the wedding we left for our honeymoon and this girl surprised us with 50 PREVIEW PICS (yeah, from like a day ago and she had to do an engagement shoot Sunday evening). We were those fools crying in the airport lounge, and just last night we got our whole gallery. I have never laughed so hard or wanted to relive a day more, and now we can. I cannot WAIT to choose our favorites (it'll be so difficult!) and cherish these photos for years to come. Maggie's the best obvi. Hope you enjoyed my long winded review. -

Exceeds all hopes & dreams
I still wonder if soon I will be able to find exactly the right words to describe how lucky I feel & blessed to have had Maggie shoot our wedding almost a year ago now. Maggie will go absolutely above and beyond your expectations your dreams and whatever you possibly could imagine for your wedding day photos. When I first found Maggie on social media, I was single, and knew that one day I would do whatever it took to have her shoot our special day. When I met her we were a short 6 months away from our wedding day, and she had availability and I will forever be grateful for that. She goes out of her way to meet with you to simply get to know her couple, just to make sure its the perfect fit, then she simply dreams with you about your day-what do you want from your day, what message do you want to send, what feel do you want from your day, what are your most important memories, and most important people that you need to have your keepsakes from your special day-then she allows those dreams to guide her shots. It is simply incredible. We shot with Maggie for our engagement shoot, and our wedding, I am proud to say that we most definitely will always work closely with Maggie as we grow a family. Thank you Maggie for becoming family, for sharing your gift with Brian & I, for loving us so well to allow our dreams to be captured with such elegance, nature, and genuine love. Ciera Sent on 07/23/2018Maggie is not only incredibly talented, she is also a joy to be around. She has the ability to make everyone around her relax and enjoy the moment. I wanted photos for my big day that were raw and not posed like a prom picture. Maggie captured our day in the most authentic way possible. She was so easy to work with and everyone loved her. She got some of the most intimate shots that I never would have seen with her not being there to capture them. When I look at my photos I actually go back to that day. Her photos draw you in a make you feel like a part of the experience. I see our day from so many different angles. I can say hands down that our family photos are the best we have ever gotten. Maggie made me feel beautiful on my wedding day and that is what every bride deserves. She became a dear friend during this process and I just love her to death.

As a photographer myself we'd worked together in the past, and there wasn't anyone else in the world I would want to photograph my wedding! She has a great personality and I loved having her around on our special day. She really went above and beyond in scouting out locations aside from our wedding venue for our portraits. She is really prompt, too - we got to look at our images while still on our honeymoon! -

If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your love-story and how to tell it through photography, I promise you will not find a better friend and artist than Maggie.
It is not simply Maggie’s photographic or digital-editing ability that defines her superior artistry – though I cannot deny her style is unique and award-winningly progressive. Instead it is her ability to become an instant friend, which allows you to become comfortable in an otherwise awkward situation; i.e. “How do I pose in a semi-contrived, but genuine lovey-dovey way?” Consequently, Maggie’s photographs turn out beautifully simply because she is able to facilitate their capturing of comfortable, confident, and candid love. You don’t have to take it upon yourself to try to make the pictures seem natural because Maggie knows how to make that happen organically. Thus, it is her comfortable, invested, and friendly nature that truly sets her apart and allows her to capture your story in its most raw and genuine form.
As far as the specific products Maggie provided us, first is a beautiful large print-out that hangs in our master bedroom; a sunset illuminating our silhouettes on a green hill surrounded by fall flowers. Three natural wood-framed print outs constitute a collage in our living room. We have two beautiful mini-photo albums which may go to each of our respective families, and a more complete album which sits on our coffee table and recounts moments of proud fathers shedding a tear, a rowdy wedding party that may have pre-gamed even before the late-morning photo-shoot, and a mountain-top first look overlooking the Colorado Front Range. The albums specifically have been a main topic of conversation with many friends who have recalled how beautiful our wedding was. She also sneakily took miniature polaroid photos and put them into our suit pockets as a creative next-day surprise. That was a great touch. We also received a hard drive containing digital copies of all of the wedding photos, of course.

Amazing experience
I met Maggie when she was the photographer at my best friends wedding and after knowing her for 5 minutes I knew she’s truly one of a kind! Such a personable talented individual with a contagious laugh. After my friends wedding I knew that I needed Maggie photos in my life and after a few years everything aligned perfectly! My husband and I met up with Maggie in our favorite spot, Glacier Park. It was such an amazing day full of laughter and fun. She’s a magician with her cameras and captures so many special moments. I would highly recommend Maggie over and over! -
