From the very first moment to the very last, Madera Estates was nothing short of a dream come true for my husband and I!
I’m a very Type A bride (lol!) who loves having every detail planned to a T and I can honestly say that on our wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Alexa and the entire Madera team were phenomenal, effortlessly keeping everything running smoothly and allowing us to truly be present and soak in every moment.
An extra, extra special shoutout to Alexa, who went above and beyond in ways we will never forget. She made sure the night ran without a single hiccup, brought us our signature drinks, and ensured we didn’t miss out on any part of our celebration 🥹. Her attentiveness, calm presence, and genuine care made us feel so incredibly supported and special.
The experience was so beautiful that I often joke with my husband, “Do you want to get married AGAIN at Madera?” 🥰 That’s just how magical it was. From our very first consultation back in January 2024 with Ian and Alexa, it was clear that our vision truly mattered. Every conversation, every detail, every step of the process felt intentional, like our dream wedding was at the forefront of their minds. And wow… Madera delivered!!!
Our wedding day was absolutely magical. It felt deeply personal, perfectly executed, and filled with so much love and joy. Our hearts were — and still are — incredibly full. We felt genuinely cared for, celebrated, and catered to in every way. Madera Estates was the perfect place to have our wedding. The venue itself made it seem as if we were in Spain, while also letting us feel like we are back at home in Mexico. Their beautiful scenery is just the beginning.
Throughout our wedding process, Ian and Paul held Madera Nights, which helped us meet with potential vendors and curate ideas for our wedding, provided us with a pdf that contained all the details of our wedding package, helpful hints, as well as a planning guide, and paired us with their wedding coordinator, Alexa, who worked with us for a couple of months before the wedding to make sure our day was perfect.
Madera Estates focuses on the big picture while also making sure to care for the smaller details, and that was apparent to us when Ian and Paul spoke of their process for adding a furniture piece, when Alexa made sure to make us a curated timeline and had backup batteries for our audio phone, or when the venue curated a very delicious house sangria we ended up using it as our signature drink.
We can’t thank Madera Estates and their staff enough for all the work they did for us to have the best day ever. It will always hold a dear place in our hearts always. -

Madera Estates and their team exceeded our expectations in ways I didn’t even know were possible!! From our very first tour with Paul, we knew this was the venue for us. Paul and Ian are incredibly kind and hospitable, and we feel so lucky to have chosen a venue with such a wonderful team.
Our coordinator, Caylin, was the perfect fit for us. She was patient, kind, accommodating, professional, and supportive throughout the entire planning process. On our wedding day, she was even more amazing. From calming our nerves to being there whenever we needed her, she made everything run smoothly and worked beautifully with all of our vendors. If you choose Madera (and you absolutely should), I highly recommend adding the Madera Luxe decor package. It saved us money and eliminated the stress of having to bring all those items ourselves.
Our guests are still gushing about how incredibly beautiful the day was! They complimented the flow of the event, the attentiveness of the staff, and the beauty of the space saying it felt like they were on vacation in Mexico.
It rained on our wedding day, so I was initially disappointed about not having our ceremony in front of the fireplace, but the magic the team created to move it indoors was truly breathtaking. We are extremely grateful for the experience and the memories Madera Estates gave us. If we could, we would relive that day over and over again. 🤍 -

A dream come true
I cannot say enough good things about our wedding experience at Madera Estates. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly made us feel at ease. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but they supported us through every step, making the whole process feel smooth and enjoyable.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning — it felt like something out of a fairytale. Every corner was picture-perfect and full of charm, and it created the magical atmosphere we always dreamed of for our big day.
A special shoutout has to go to our coordinator, Alexa Pereira. She is an absolute gem and, hands down, one of the best in the industry. Alexa has a true gift for what she does — she’s organized, thoughtful, and made everything feel seamless. I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without her!
We loved our experience so much that we’re already trying to convince our friends to get married at Madera Estates, just so we have an excuse to go back. If you're considering this venue for your wedding, don’t hesitate. It’s everything you could hope for and more. -

Our wedding at Madera Estates exceeded all expectations! The entire experience, from our first tour with Ian and Paul, wedding planning with Mary Grace and Alexa, to our grand exit was wonderful! We’re grateful for everyone who helped to make our wedding a fun, unique, and memorable experience that we’ll cherish forever!
Jessica and I visited numerous wedding venues in and around the Houston area, including The Bell Tower on 34th and The Carriage House. Each venue has a unique ambiance, but we truly felt like we stepped into another world at Madera Estates. Ian gave us the warmest welcome and even made sangrias for me, Jessica, my sister, and brother-in law. He gave us a personal tour of the venue and showed us every detail that makes Madera Estates truly unique, including the grand fireplace, outdoor bar, hacienda, bride’s Champagne Suite, and groom’s Whiskey Lounge. The grand fireplace provided a scenic backdrop for our ceremony, bridal party photos, and grand exit. The beautiful hacienda provided ample room for seating (120 guests), a dance floor, VIP lounge for our photo booth, and a special room for our cake. The Champagne Suite and Whiskey Lounge were luxurious, spacious, fun, and provided much appreciated privacy for Jessica, her bridesmaids, me, and my groomsmen. We highly recommend that you visit this venue to see it for yourself!
Alexa and Mary Grace were our wedding coordinators and helped us to plan every detail. They invited us to attend an open house event, during which Jessica and I were able to meet in-house vendors, taste food, sample cake, and chat with several DJs. We selected Churrascos, Cakes by Gina, A.M. Productions, and Mariachi Los Gallitos; our guests loved the food, cake, and entertainment :) On our wedding day, Alexa and her team executed our plan flawlessly, added a few special touches, and found a solution for every challenge that we encountered. Jessica and I enjoyed our wedding and did not stress out because of the care and attention to detail provided by Ian, Alexa, and the entire staff at Madera Estates!

My husband and I got married here in November. To say that our wedding was absolutely magical is an understatement, and SOOOOOO much of that had to do with the staff at Madera. The months leading up to my wedding were some of the most difficult and unexpected hardships I have had to deal with, and I am still amazed our wedding was as beautiful as it was. All of the vendors we used that were recommended by Madera were just as amazing, because of the standards they have when it comes to who they work with. No amount of words can describe the feeling of this venue when you are there. It feels like being in another world, truly! It is so romantic, and absolutely beautiful down to ever last detail! It is very obvious from the moment you walk in the doors that this place is loved and cared for and every thing has a purpose. Ian and Paul are amazing and so sweet. My sweet baby, Finn (our dog) ripped his kennel during our ceremony and had a nervous accident because of the fireworks we had. I was told, by my sisters who went to go get him, that Ian and Paul were sitting in there with him and had already cleaned up the mess and were just loving on him. They were so sweet about it and I can never thank them enough for how kind they were with him, as we had just lost our other dog in that same week and he was not doing well with it. This place was worth every single penny and I am so happy we chose this place to start our next chapter of forever. -

One of the standout aspects of Madera Estates is its adaptability, especially when handling weather challenges! The forecast predicted rain on our wedding day, and while that could have been a major stressor, the team at Madera Estates was incredibly proactive. They quickly and efficiently adjusted plans without us having to worry about a thing. The venue’s seamless indoor/outdoor options allowed us to transition effortlessly, ensuring the beauty of our ceremony and reception wasn’t compromised by the weather.
Additionally, our amazing wedding coordinator, Alexa, deserves a special mention for her incredible attention to detail and tireless dedication to making our day perfect. Alexa was with us every step of the way, ensuring every little detail was accounted for and that everything ran on time. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and kept everything running smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the moment. I had my dream wedding at Madera Estates on December 6, 2024.
I had the great pleasure of working closely with Ian Ramerize and Caylin Ash. Caylin met with me to start the journey of planning, preparing, and, most importantly, executing my vision of what my dream wedding would look and feel like. Caylin understood me, my vision, and my must-haves, and ensured the night was as smooth as possible, which it was!
My wedding style was timeless and classic, and the dress attire was a black tie. I used black and white mostly for my wedding colors and a gold accent color. Our guest count was close to 80, which was perfect for spending quality time with all of our loved ones who attended. Madera is PERFECT for outdoor and indoor weddings. I loved having both in my wedding day, the venue has so much greenery, it's beautiful.
We involved our pets very much in the details; our pets were on the cocktail napkins, the signature drink menu at the bar, and our cake toppers. I had my beloved dog, Cupid, a dog tag, and an ash necklace with his face on it around my flower bouquet.
We had the most stunning ceremony and cocktail social outdoors. The venue was lit up with fireworks, string lights, fireplaces, lanterns, and our costume neon sign above our bar, and the DIVISI Strings group played, bringing it to life. We also passed around food during the cocktail social and had a drink cart available during guests' arrival to the ceremony. It worked out well with the cooler weather and ensured there was never a line at the bar. That being said, we had an open bar and signature drinks, one being a mocktail that our guests enjoyed immensely!
Then, our reception was held inside the venue. We had a buffet-style dinner from Churrascos. They made a costume Tex-Mex menu based on our special request, which was very important to us since we had Tex-Mex on our first date.
We had a DJ from A.M Productions. They were excellent from the start; they took the time to get to know us as a couple and our family backgrounds to ensure they knew the crowd they would step into on our wedding day. Everyone was off their seats, dancing the night away.
For entertainment, we had a caricature artist, Jody (we had costume paper Josy would draw on with our names and wedding dates on it for our guests as a keepsake) and a photo booth with printouts. (Printouts were a must for me.) Clutch, the Houston Rockets Basketball Mascot, also made a special appearance to open up the dance floor.
We ended the night with a cup of the most delicious costume flavors of an ice cream cart from Cool Cow Creamery and took off in a vintage Rolls Royce from Royal Coach Classic Limousine.
I had the best wedding and can not wait to get my photos back from Martin Hernandez. The best photographer and his team did my highlights video and drone footage of the venue and fireworks. The drone for fireworks was a must for me as well. -

Madera Estates will make your wildest wedding dreams come true. They are incredible to work with. Madera Estates exceeded our expectations in every single way. Paul gave us a tour and made us feel so welcomed and special from the very beginning. The venue itself is gorgeous, but the best part is the team you get behind you. Ian was our coordinator and he was incredible, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. He helped recommend vendors, create a timeline, communicated with our vendors, and so much more. He really created a stress free planning process for us. Our wedding day was perfect, without a single issue. Madera Estates was a dream come true. I’m so happy we had our wedding here. I had no idea that it was in my budget to have had such a beautiful wedding and it was all because we chose to have it at Madera. Everything was taken care by our wedding coordinator Alexa. It’s been almost a year since we got married and this review is long overdue. We can’t even begin to describe how everyone should get married here.
1) Madera Estates is effortlessly beautiful. We loved every curated corner of design and decor. This saved us not only monetarily, but also freed us to spend time adding special touches without having to worry about the grand design.
2) The team, (shout out Paul and Kaylee), made us feel like this was their wedding since day one. Paul asked about our lives and why we wanted to get married there, he welcomed our families to visit the venue so they felt comfortable. Kaylee - she is the planner you need. Everyone kept telling us we were the calmest couple planning a wedding. Our only response was - because Kaylee has it covered. She took our vendors and communicated with them, everyone was on time and in place without any worry, and in the perfect place. A button fell off a groomsman’s suit, Kaylee fixed it. Where is all your stuff going? They packed it up and placed in the correct cars so nothing was left behind. Return the vendor items? No, they did that for us too. If you want the most worry-free wedding this is the place.
3) They have a portal and vendor list that will all get organized through them. This allowed us to make payments easily in one location and not worry about the hundreds of due dates.
4) How could they make it easier? They have rentals! Hidden behind the venue is a space you can look at all the different tableware, candles, chargers, etc. You can set it all up how it’ll look and make sure you love it all together. Since it’s part of Madera, that’s it! No coordinating extra rentals!
A wedding is a celebration of the couple with their favorite family and friends. Madera let us make sure that’s what we were consumed in; not the planning, not the stress, and not the day after returns.

Amazing Venue!!
Madera is truly a dream to work with! They brought to life so many of our visions for the big day and everything was stunning!! The ease of having the bar, food and option of other vendors through them in a package is great. We love Ian, Paul and Alexa and the rest of their staff! You won’t regret booking with them. They’ll also have your back when vendor issues arise and make the day as seamless as possible for all involved! It’s also, in my opinion, one of the most unique and beautiful venues in all of the greater Houston area. It was the only venue we toured and we didn’t need to see anywhere else. We were planning for just short of two years and it was the first thing we booked! You won’t find anything else like it, and your guests will feel as if they’ve arrived at a destination wedding without the travel!! -

Madera Estates was such a wonderful venue! We had originally saw it online and were interested in the hacienda vibes and their large space to accommodate a big wedding. We were blown away at their open house by how beautiful and lively it was. My wife and I loved working with Kaylee, Ian, and Paul throughout our wedding planning process. There was quick communication and they helped cater things to our preferences. Kaylee was our coordinator and made sure we were prepared and not too stressed. She had great tips and recs for vendors as well. She was amazingly helpful day of for making sure things ran smoothly! You will not be disappointed if you book with them. If you're on the fence, they have an open house event about twice a year, so go check it out! -

Planning Made Simple
This venue is stunning and the service provided by their wedding planners and staff is incredible. I'll be honest... I didn't want to plan a wedding. It was all so overwhelming and I lacked inspiration. BUT, when my now husband and I toured Madera Estates we fell in love. We were sold on the breathtaking ceremony space, the unbelievable bridal and grooms suites, and above all, the wave of relief we felt after speaking to lan and Paul. They cleared every concern and reassured us that planning our wedding with them would be easy and so much fun.
They were right!!!
Working with Kaylee, our wedding planner, was amazing. She helped walk us through every option and detail, making our day incredibly custom to us and our vision. Our guests still rave about how personal and well-done every aspect of our wedding was.
We are SO thankful we found and had our wedding at Madera Estates! -

A beautiful venue and a smooth process working with them!
We had our wedding in July at Madera Estates!! I fell in love with the venue when we first visited and I’m so glad we decided to book! Our coordinator Kaylee was so helpful and made the process smooth she had an answer for all of our questions and on wedding day she made sure everything went according to plan. There truly wasn’t any issues we ran into with the venue and they were all very nice people to work. We decided to have an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception but there is also the option to have it all inside. I would highly recommend Madera Estates you won’t be disappointed!! -

When my fiance and I took a tour of the venue, we knew we instantly that we were going to get married there and no other venue could've been as prefect as Madera Estates. I had my wedding at Madera Estates in May of 2023 with ~200 guest count an it was such a magical experience for us and our guests. We were assigned Kaylee as our wedding coordinator and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. Kaylee was so flexible with her time, very responsive, would always answer any question I had, overall the entire process was so stress free for us. We knew we were in good hands and did not need to worry about the the big day. The day of the wedding, Kaylee and the Madera team set up our entire wedding made the entire day so stress-free. She made sure all the vendors were on time, the entire wedding timeline to the minute was perfectly coordinated without a single flaw by Madera Estates and their team. I could not have had a more perfect wedding without their help, and I am so thankful to Kaylee, Paul, and Ian for giving us the most precious memories that we'll forever cherish! -

My husband and I had a last minute venue change and called Madera Estates after finding them online. They had an appointment cancel earlier, so they were able to fit us in that same day! The second we walked in, we knew it was going to be the place we said 'I do'. Not only was it beautiful and exactly what we were looking for, but Ian gave us an amazing tour and was so kind and welcoming. We signed the contract on the spot without any hesitation.
Our wedding planner was Kaylee, and we absolutely LOVED her and had the best time working with her. She made sure everything went perfectly smooth on the day of, and we are seriously going to miss seeing her at our pre-wedding meetings. She is super responsive, on top of things, and knowledgable whenever I had questions which was super important to us. She took care of so much and made our lives easier - thank you, Kaylee!
I also loved how everyone at Madera was so genuine. It is a family owned business, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into every wedding. I am eternally grateful we got married here and will forever cherish my wedding day and the wonderful people at Madera who helped make it happen! -

I had my wedding at Madera Estates in April 2022 (~200 guest count). To summarize the experience in a couple of words: beautiful, romantic, and stress-free. Ian gave my parents, fiance and I the first venue tour, and then he sat down with us to explain the package options. By the end of the evening, we were completely sold. Ian remained in communication with us after, helping us understand the contract we were signing with the venue, and then guiding us through the initial wedding planning (i.e. working with the caterers, figuring out a day of timeline, understanding how to make venue payments.) Ian was always quick to respond, and he made the whole experience feel magical. Madera has certain vendors built in to their packages, and I highly recommend using those vendors as it streamlines your planning, you only send a check to Madera (vs 10 different vendors), and you know you will get high quality vendors. Madera also has a list of vendor recommendations, and they host "Madera Nights" in order for you to meet those vendors (that was an awesome in and of itself!). Once we got closer to the wedding date, Kaylee took over as our wedding coordinator. Kaylee was so flexible with her time, ensuring that I didn't have to take off from work for the venue meetings. During our first sit down, we walked through a 20 page document "the wedding bible," where she took notes on all of our vendors, preferences, and the smallest details that you wouldn't even think of. From that point on, I knew we were in good hands and did not need to worry about the venue being organized and on top of things. We had two additional meetings to determine decorations/linens and finalize the details. Madera has their own rental company, so it is a breeze to rent any additional linens/decorations that are not in your original package. Kaylee was also very responsive via email, and she ensured all of my questions were answered before the event. Madera also had checklists available and sent reminder emails with various planning tips that I found very helpful! On the day of the wedding, Kaylee and the Madera team set up our entire wedding (including every little decoration I rented/brought), and made the entire day so stress-free! I've been to some weddings where the bridal party and family had to spend a lot of time in the morning setting up the venue (and then being exhausted for the festivities), but that was not the case at all with Madera. I know I didn't witness everything, but I could not believe the level of coordination from the Madera team. One example of this was after the ceremony, my dress needed to be bustled by a specific bridesmaid. Kaylee called in to her microphone headset to the other Madera coordinators and asked someone to get eyes on and escort the bridesmaid to the Bridal suite to bustle my dress. Within five minutes, the bridesmaid was there and ready to get me bustled. I was amazed! One other example of the great work by Kaylee and her team is that my cake had a slight accident after it was delivered. The baker had already left, but Kaylee was able to get a hold of her, and the baker was able to come back to fix the cake. Kaylee took care of things and never seemed to lose her cool! Beyond all of the amazing work by the Madera team, the venue is just beautiful and magical. I could not have had a more perfect wedding without their help, and I am so thankful to come across this venue! -

There are NO WORDS that truly capture how much Madera Estates means to me and my husband. We instantly fell in love with its beauty the moment we walked in and so did our guests! You forget that you're still in Texas because it really feels like you've been transported to a different destination. Madera Estates helped our dream wedding come to life. The food, the hospitality, the beautiful interior and exterior of the venue… even a year later our guests are still complementing us.
Mary Grace was assigned to us as our wedding planner a month out from our wedding, due to our original wedding planner relocating, and she didn’t miss a beat. In fact, she had an answer and solution to every wedding question, itinerary issue, etc. that I threw her way.

Where to even start - this venue is something out of a dream with the outdoor area for a ceremony and the indoor (hacienda) to throw a killer reception. We got married the week of the huge freeze in Houston. The entire city shut down and somehow, we were able to get married on the first beautiful day that week. I’d like to start with the venue director, Ian. He could not have gone more above and beyond than he did. We had a slight mishap in planning and he took over as our wedding coordinator. He made sure he helped us in ANY way he could. He went to the store and picked up blankets for our guests, printed things for us and anything else to help us out during that crazy week. Without question. The venue is stunning, the staff is amazing (family owned) and our guests could not stop talking about how perfect it was. It’s a very well oiled machine and they are literally prepared for anything. Without writing a novel about our incredible experience at Madera Estates, I could not recommend a venue more and I’m so thankful we got married here. -

Say YES to the Venue
My husband and I got married here and let me tell you, we were FAR from disappointed. Despite the stress of COVID, our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We were in awe by the customer service just during our tour of the venue. This continued throughout the entire 16 months until we walked down the aisle. Our saving grace was non other than MaryGrace. Our first coordinator left a few months before our wedding. Ian was great at keeping us well informed and introducing us to MaryGrace. Let me tell you.. we received a new coordinator along with a new friend. MaryGrace wanted the absolute best for us and was fantastic at communicating with us, helping me make last minute decisions, and making sure our day was as perfect as it was. She remembered the smallest details and surprised my husband and I with them on the day of. For example, she set up the groomsmen gifts with my husband's favorite music artist in the background on the tv to hype them up as soon as they walked in. ALL HER. I mean.. come on. Everybody loved her. We miss her so much and just want to throw another event to work with her again! You will not be disappointed in this venue or their team. Go tour today and say YES to the venue. -

Madera was the perfect venue from start to finish. It is so beautiful! I knew it was the perfect place as soon as I drove onto the property. Not only is it beautiful, the staff and wedding coordinators are amazing. Brittany was my go-to girl and helped me every step of the way. She is kind, knowledgable and very calming. You can tell she loves what she does because she helped make my day perfect! I can't say enough about how much everyone enjoyed spending the day at Madera. Where do I even begin?! Our experience at Madera Estates was simply magical and if I could give them 100 stars, I would!! Many of the guests told us after the wedding that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! The Spanish and European style venue served as the perfect backdrop for our vintage Spanish themed wedding. The food by Cafe Natalie (one of their preferred vendors) was amazing! All of our guests especially loved the street corn. We interacted with the entire Madera Estates team, but our wedding coordinator was Brogen Woodward and she went above and beyond! My husband and I are busy professionals, so the all-inclusive package, as well as their coordination team was 100% worth it and made planning a breeze. I would highly recommend Madera Estates and wish we could get married all over again. -

The most magical day!
The most magical and memorable day ever was experienced at Madera. When we started our list of venues Madera was on our top 3 because we honestly wanted a distention wedding but wasn't possible. Both of us instantly loved the Spanish feel of the venue, the out door space, the bar in the courtyard area and the beautiful hacienda style reception are. Thank you to Brittany our wonderful coordinate for a beautiful wedding day and for keeping everything in order (she truly turns into your best friend on your most special day).
The service and the space provided by Madera is worth every penny and drive from the city. Highly recommend to check them out and their incredible all inclusive packages. -

Madera Estates was the first (and only) wedding venue that we toured. I am not a crier, however, when I walked in and looked around…tears started flowing. I knew it was the one. Everything was absolutely stunning from the landscaping to the light fixtures. So many of our guests said the only thing prettier than me that day was the venue. I highly recommend Madera Estates especially because they are all inclusive. I am not a creative person or DIY kind of girl which is why we were paired with the best wedding planner in the industry, Brittany Peters. We are forever in debt to her for making not only our wedding day absolutely perfect but the whole year leading up to it stress free. When people would ask me how wedding planning was going, I could honestly answer “great!” because Brittany was amazing. She handled all of the details, helped us customize our wedding, and was even a therapist at some points! She was always available via text which I loved. We became friends throughout the process, so I didn’t feel like I was communicating with a stranger. We kept it real with each other and I think that is so important when planning the best day of your life. If you are looking for a venue around the Houston area, this is the one and Brittany is your girl. We loved every second from the time we booked to the time my whole wedding party hopped in the get away party bus! -

If you're looking for a stress free wedding this is the place for you. Honestly I can't say enough good things about Madera. They are on top of everything and nothing falls through the cracks. There's even a built in contingency plan for you day in case of weather (which we almost had to use thanks to crazy Texas weather). The team at Madera are professional and do this literally several days a week every week so they know everything that could go wrong and they do everything they can so it won't go wrong. They just make the whole process of planning your perfect day easy. The venue speaks for itself.. it's beautiful. Every guest of our commented on how stunning the venue is and it's no wonder we had our wedding there. The options of indoor vs outdoor for the ceremony and reception is fantastic and brilliant. Not to mention how big the property is and the opportunity for photos are endless. It's also a huge plus that Madera is unique in its style for this part of Texas (it's not a typical barn *eye roll) . If you're looking for effortless beauty on your perfect day this is the place.
Not to mention the bridal suite and grooms quarters are perfection. I wish I could relive that day over and over thanks to Madera. -

Our wedding at Madera Estates was absolutely perfect. We were able to spend the entire day enjoying ourselves with the people we love because of the amazing staff. I didn’t think it was possible to have a stress free wedding day, but somehow Madera made it happen. Kourtney Ruth was our coordinator and she KILLED IT. I immediately knew at our first meeting that our day was better off in her hands than my own, and I wasn’t wrong. Anything that popped up leading up to and on the day of the wedding was handled quickly and perfectly. We are forever grateful for all of her hard work and patience. I also have to give a shoutout to Ian Ramirez for always being so helpful and kind. His friendly face always made us feel so at home when we walked in the door. We had our wedding at Madera Estates on May 5th Cinco De Mayo and it was a true Sunday Funday from beginning to end, our guest and wedding party enjoy the beautiful views and amazing customer service the entire staff provided us. Both my wife and I and our entire wedding party were treated like queens with in our suites, with plenty of room for everyone to get ready. We wanted for nothing! On top of that we had a very stress-free planning process with the amazing help of Ian Ramirez and his staff, they made us feel like we were the only couple and made our vision come true and so much more. We loved the fact that this place was the perfect fit our Fiesta wedding. We also had the peace of mind that it’s an all-inclusive venue. It took so much stress off of our plates looking for vendors. All we had to do was pick our menu and pick our drinks of choice and if there was a vendor that wasn’t included in their package, they were more than helpful to provide us with several recommendations. We knew the moment we set foot on Madera Estates gorgeous grounds that it was the venue for us, we found the place to become one. I’d love to do it all over again and maybe we will in a few decades. -

Madera Estates hands down exceeded our expectations of a dream wedding! A day straight out of a fairy tale is how we felt our wedding day went! All of my guests bragged about how beautiful every corner of the property is and how smooth the wedding went. We had our dreamy ceremony outside with just enough breeze to have dandelions blowing through the air! Everyone said it looked straight out of a movie! I truly don't know where to begin. I wish we could relive that day over and over again. My husband and I are so thankful that we chose Madera Estates for our big day. Everything about their hard working staff and venue was incredible. My parents and I absolutely LOVED our coordinator Kourtney Ruth in her professionalism and problem solving skills to quickly put together an extra table as more guests than we anticipated showed up. This was my dream venue & it certainly lived up to all my hopes & expectations! It’s rustic Moroccan/Spanish vibe is so unique & the lush florals and greens made it to where we barely needed any extra decor because the natural beauty was so radiant already. Many of my guests told me they felt like they stepped into a mini oasis and forgot they were even in Conroe! My wedding photos turned out GORGEOUS - everywhere you turn is a perfect background for a photo with all the beautiful architecture & plants!
My coordinator, Ashley Teague, was so easy to reach through the whole process, understanding of all my concerns, and was super quick on her feet to make last minute changes as out-of-control issues arose without me even noticing! Having her saved me so much energy & brain power that I was able to simply enjoy our big day.
The whole process of planning a wedding here was seamless, the entire team are pros at what they do & genuinely care about you. I 100% recommend Madera Estates!!! -

Madison Sent on 10/09/2018Definitely top notch wedding venue! Most beautiful and unique wedding venue I’ve ever been to. I knew from looking at it online I was going to love it. Toured it with my Mom and sister and we were blown away. I knew immediately that was where I wanted to get married. It is absolutely beautiful. They made everything so easy and as stress free as possible. We used all of their recommended vendors and they were all great to work with. Food from Laranxa was excellent and many people complimented it. Brittany was my coordinator and she helped me get in contact with all the vendors and make sure we were all on the same page with every detail. All the staff were nice and professional to work with and all worked together to help make my dream wedding become a reality. The only thing I stressed about was the weather the day of. But Madera has a great back up plan so I felt confident it would be magical either way. Luckily the rain stopped just in time for us to enjoy a beautiful outdoor ceremony. Everything went smoothly and flew by so take in every minute! And to top everything off, Madera packed us a to go box of dinner, cake, appetizers and a bottle of champagne which we enjoyed when we got back to our hotel. Can’t thank them enough for everything and would recommend them 100%.

My husband and I LOVED the outdoor setting in front of the cross mantel for our ceremony, and the beautiful inside space for our reception. They have a cute little swing out in their woodsy area that made for some perfect picture settings. Maggie, our coordinator, took care of every little detail we needed before the day and on the day of from making sure every piece of decor was where we wanted it, to making sure every person was where they needed to be, to even making sure my husband and I got a glass of our signature drink in the midst of the crazy busy day. I think we'll renew our vows at some point just to come back to Madera :)

Heather and Larry definitely made the process of selecting our wedding package painless. They were extremely accommodating and respected our budget needs. We had one (1) year to plan and a lot of uncontrollable things can happen in a year. We weathered through a lot of changes including the selection in catering to transitioning to our one-of-a-kind, wedding coordinator, Brittany! Brittany is extremely thorough in her consultations; she makes sure you’re comfortable with your selections and vision. She not only wrangles the details, she also exudes complete professionalism when it comes to managing iterations of your plan. The real value of her expertize comes from her identifying our blind spots. In some cases, brides will give their wish list not being aware of all the realistic logistics that come with it. Brittany was there to make sure everything was in line full circle. Our biggest hurdle towards the big day was the reception. Since our wedding was not only interfaith, it was “multi-cultural”. Brittany stepped in to manage the script with our DJ, Steven, who was absolutely PERFECT! He pronounced all the names correctly and followed the uncanny script to the tee. The guests were amazed! Everything went so smoothly. I actually got to eat, dance, enjoy my cake and soak in all the good vibes from our 200+ guests. It was amazing! This is what you want – the feels you imagined when you first sat down to plan your big day. What’s extraordinary about Madera is their team. It’s rare you’ll find a group of individuals who revel in their roles in this line of business. I can always see the wheels in Ian’s head always spinning to come up with an even better experience for his clients. They truly enjoy making couples happy – it’s apparent in how they manage all situations with integrity and grace.

From the moment my daughter and I walked into the venue we knew it was the place for her wedding. Of course we toured several other venues just to make sure. My daughter, her fiancée" and her dad came back and knew it was
the place. Signed a contract that night. Loved the bridal suite, the outdoor setting for the ceremony and the Hacienda for the reception. SO BEAUTIFUL! ALL the staff was fantastic and our wedding coordinator, Brittany Peters was beyond amazing. Brittany was an awesome communicator and super organized. She calmed my nerves on the day of Sara's wedding and was always available to answer any questions that came up through out the time of planning. Brittany was very quick to respond by email, text or returned phone call. Brittany was also a great fit for my daughter as a coordinator, their personalities worked well together. As the mother of the bride Brittany helped me so much with the coordination of "The Day". Very relaxed happy day for me. Miranda Sent on 10/01/2015We haven't had our wedding yet, but our experience with Madera has been AMAZING so far! I saw a picture of Madera in a magazine and just had a feeling about the venue. When we were heading out there to check it out, I was so nervous that it wouldn't live up to our expectations. We met with Melissa (WHO IS JUST FANTASTIC), she showed us around, and it was MORE than we ever could have dreamed. The venue is stunning and offers SO much for the couple.
We just had our first official planning meeting. It went SO well. Melissa has been so helpful during the process and I know she will be a rockstar on our day! She answers all my questions with patience and knowledge. She has weighed in on options I was on the fence about and been nothing but honest. I know our day will run smoothly with her by our side.
The outdoor venue is seriously stunning, but if you want in doors or it (God forbid) rains, they have a beautiful reception hall that just screams romance. If it does rain that can flip the reception room into a wedding hall in 15 minutes.
Another wonderful thing about this venue is it is ALL-INCLUSIVE, it has taken SO much stress off of wedding planning. Everything has been smooth sailing so far. A big part of that is most of our vendors works directly with Madera. Luckily, Madera chose to only work with the best. We were so happy with all of our options.
We can't wait until our day arrives! You can't go wrong with Madera Estates.

If you want an amazing place that will take your breath away then Madera Estates is one you will want to see. The grounds are beautiful and are so well taken care of. The layout is a dream for a small intimate gathering to a large party needing space. You will not find a bridal suite that even measures up to the one Madera Estates offers. The staff is top notch as well as the owner's are awesome as everyone truly cared that my daughter had the wedding she dreamed of. It was truly a wonderful experience and I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a beautiful and romantic place to have their gathering. You can tell there was much thought and attention to detail that was put into this place and you won't be disappointed. I was in love with this place when we first looked at it and so glad my daughter chose it as they definitely helped make her dream come true.
