Perfect Pair!
Nicole and I met at a Bridal Show over a year before I even needed her services.
I saved her card the entire time because I was OBSESSED with everything she had going on. Her entire vibe is exactly what I was looking for. Once we met we instantly became the perfect pair! She picked up everything I put down and gave me an outlet to put my own quirky spin on our save the dates, invitations and all of my decor and never once judged me LOL She was able to bring everything I drew on paper to life and it was better than I could have imagined. Wonderful experience
We had a wonderful experience with Nicole and Made of Paper Design when planning for my daughter’s wedding. We received exceptional service and she provided us with beautiful save the dates, invitations, a seating chart and menu cards. We have also contacted her again to now provide for my daughter’s baby shower. We are excited to be working with her again and know everything will be perfect. We would recommend her to anyone! -

Life. Save. Er.
Nicole saved the day. Literally. We met Made of Paper at a Bridal Show and fell in love with her work. We had an appointment with her and picked out everything we loved, but ended up changing our entire wedding plans and decided to go with an online website instead. WORST MISTAKE EVER. Future brides - please if you listen to any advice - do not use online vendors!! It took me hours and hours to figure out our invitations, they got lost in the mail, had to re order and when we finally got them they were awful. We hated everything about them. They looked like they were from Dollar General. I called Nicole in a panic thinking she would shun us because we pretty much wasted her time but boy was I wrong. She was my complete saving grace and couldn’t have been more helpful. She welcomed us back with open arms and got it done! And talked me off a ledge in the meantime. Thank you Nicole for being so gracious and understanding and for saving my wedding! -

Detailed & Professional.
Nicole is very easy to work with. She is explains the process & expectations in detail. She provided detailed updates along the way. The final product was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. She is able to design anything from extremely intricate and upscale or something simple and elegant. The entire process was seamless. I will definitely recommend Made of Paper in the future. -

The Best of the Best!
From the moment I met Nicole I felt like I knew her for years. She spent 2 hours just chatting with me and my fiancé in regards to our Wedding invites and Save the Dates and life in general. We used Made of Papers Designs for our wedding invitations and RSVPs. We are having a destination wedding, so we had a unique request of a passport design for our invite and a boarding pass design as our RSVP. The designs were made and printed fabulously! We couldn't be happier with how they turned out and the quality of the invites. They were created, printed and mailed out quickly. Everything about the process was smooth! We had so many family members and friends reach out to us about how adorable our invites and RSVPs were! We will be coming back to Made of Paper Design for future events! :-) -

Thank you Made of Paper for being so patient, kind and thorough through my entire planning process. When I say ENTIRE I really mean entire lol Nicole instantly realized I was at ground zero with my wedding planning process and swooped right in with her expertise, advice and just overall genuine caring about making sure our wedding was perfect through details. Fan-tas-tic
Fantastic invitations, fantastic service, fantastic experience. We discovered Made of Paper at a Bridal Show and talked about them the whole way home. We were each from different states and getting married in a third state and living in a fourth - we dreamed of different ways we can pull our lives together through our wedding. Of course we couldn't find anything online we loved and other designers just couldn't get it, but Nicole - the designer genius she is - said no problem and NAILED IT. We were it total love of the way she incorporated all of our crazy requests, put her own spin on it to keep it elegant and classy but still US. She also didn't kill us when we decided to incorporate even MORE things that would have probably sounded ridiculous to anyone else. Thank you Made of Paper - you really were a dream come true. -

It's All in the Details
If you have ever planned a wedding then you know, attention to detail is noticed in everything you do...if this is your first rodeo in planning a wedding, please look no further and have Nicole take care of your invitation and everything else that falls under "display for a wedding" needs. She is experienced, professional, detail oriented, honest, not pushy and creative beyond belief.
Nicole did so much for us and I cannot thank her enough...from the save the dates (picture magnets/beautiful!) to the bridal shower invites and thank you notes (suggested beautiful ideas to go along with our theme and our selection worked perfectly) these early touches meant so much.
Our wedding invitations looked magnificent...every detail was covered, down to using the best ink color for the envelope we had selected. She notices everything. And this is so key as these events are moments in our lives - she is doing this kind of stuff on a daily basis and KNOWS!
I wanted to do something really different for my daughter in terms of a gift for her shower. It was Nicole who suggested a welcome board that she filled with a beautiful welcome message and design. This was on display on our wedding day. The best part - the sign can be "re-designed" if wanted or kept as is...and NOT expensive at all.
So appreciate all of the time spent with Nicole - she helped to make our event an unforgettable memory. Thank you so much Nicole! Continued success in all that you do! -

Top Notch Service
Hello, I am the Mother of The Bride - my daughter was married this Fall. And I must say, from working with Made of Paper through the entire planning process gave us much relief - as we surely did NOT know what we were doing! She made planning a breeze for us and gave us much needed advice and guidance. Definitely something that was out of her job description! We came to her for invitations - and left with an entire wedding. My daughter was extremely happy with the way everything turned out with her recommendations and of course her talented work. She. Does. Everything.
First, let me start by saying Nicole from Made of Paper does literally everything. In the midst of wedding planning, she stopped what she was doing one day in the middle of the day because I forgot I needed favors for my mom's party because I have bride brain and Nicole totally saved my life. Above and beyond doesn't even cover it. The BEAUTIFUL invitations she created for my wedding wasn't even the best part - she put them all together, addressed them, stuffed them, put stamps on them, sealed them and mailed them to my guests for me. What?! Who does that?! I have watched numerous friends sit for hours to play arts and crafts with their invitations and they looked like crap (sorry guys lol). I literally never even touched my invitations. All taken care of like Nicole was my wedding Fairy Godmother - which she basically was. I hands down do not think I would have made it out of Wedding World alive without her. I feel much better about becoming a mother now that I have Nicole to plan everything for the rest of my life for me LOL. Thank you for EVERYTHING. You are the best ever. -

I met Nicole at a Bridal Show and instantly fell in love with not only her gorgeous work but her. Every single sample she had on the table was more beautiful than the next and she instantly made me feel like I was her friend. I could tell that she really cared about her work and brides. Nicole was an absolute gem to work with! She is so patient. She took the time to sit down with us and show us a ton of options at different price points. She was also very respectful of our budget giving us ideas on how to have the look we wanted at the price we could afford. Nicole is also very creative. Nicole was my favorite vendor to work with because she was the most personable, the most realistic and the most honest. She is a real person and it was so nice to work hands on with her. She was not just a 'vendor'.
She gave me her honest and professional opinion about designs and pricing and ways to stay in my budget and still come out with beautiful invitations. There were no hidden costs or fees and she really goes out her way to go the extra mile without nickel and diming you. The best best best
Hello Wedding World! I just got finished with my THIRD go around with Made of Paper design in less than 4 years! (and I am exhausted LOL). I had 3 daughters get married in the last 4 years and we have used Nicole for everything from save the dates, showers, wedding invitations, wedding day decor... you name it. We are fresh out of children getting married, but I have to say one of the reasons I have a little sad is that we are done working with Nicole (for now!! Babies next! haha), but she has become like part of our family and we will be forever grateful for her desiring so much to make my daughters' the happiest of brides. She is FANTASTIC. Nicole was recommended to me through a mutual friend and I am extremely happy with my experience with her. I am extremely indecisive and just threw a bunch of things that I liked her way and she turned it into the perfect save the dates and invitations. She always responded via email and was completely flexible with me, even in times where my bride brain was not working properly and I'd forget something or need to make a change. Anything I threw at her she was able to execute for me. During our workings together she opened her craft room and encouraged me to make my own wedding signs. I was mortified (I am not crafty) and it ended up being a great experience that I got to share with a couple of my girlfriends who came to help. Nicole is extremely talented and creative. She's definitely got a gift and I'd absolutely recommend her. -

Still on my wedding high! lol Had a wonderful NYE wedding with THE MOST beautiful invitations and decorations thanks to Made of Paper!! Everything was pure perfection and couldn't have envisioned everything Nicole made me any better if I drew it up myself. She worked with me patiently when I changed the whole theme of my wedding after we already did some designs and didn't kill me when I texted her with Pins at 2am. I highly recommend Made of Paper. My daughter recently was married in the fall of 2016. Everything I ordered from invitations to all of the personalized things needed for both the shower and wedding were beautiful and delivered on time. Every meeting with Nicole was done in a professional manner and she was so helpful in planning and making suggestions for what was needed. It was a very nice experience working with Made of Paper. -

Found Nicole at a Bridal Expo and was very impressed with her work. We used her for Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations. She was great communicating with us via phone and email since we were not closely located to her shop. She did an amazing job taking our ideas and turning them into designs and pictures for our Save the Dates and Invitations. She was prompt in getting us designs samples via email and altering them as we needed. The designs were GREAT!!!! Completely satisfied with the outcome. The designs were awesome and made us super excited to send them out to our friends and family. Would highly recommend Nicole for designing invitations and such!!!!! :-) -

Nicole is a saint! She did a design for me and then I changed my mind (no fault of hers, I just found a new vision) and did a whole new one, which was BEAUTIFUL! Everything she did for me was absolutely amazing and she really listened to my ideas and helped put it all together. She was always responsive and helped make sure things got done in a timely manner (even keeping me on a timeline which I needed!). Honestly I couldn't imagine working with anyone else, I would def recommend her for all your crafty wedding needs! -

I think the best reason to use Nicole over other vendors is her availaibilty to clients and her diligence. Nicole really accommodated for my schedule and was always responsive to my questions/input. Nicole will do everything for your wedding from the invites to wedding t-shirts, to decor for the wedding, to the decorations of your hotel room! (Brides to be-It is great to stick to the same vendor for all of the above to have your wedding remain cohesive!)
I got endless compliments on what Nicole did for my wedding!!!
She did not only make gorgeous invitations. she also made beautiful brochures and wedding favors that were simply breathtaking!!!
Additionally, she also made beautiful signs that fit my theme so perfectly! For example, she made a welcome sign for the guests that we have as a keepsake, cake cutting sign, and guest book sign.
Lastly, she decorated my hotel room for when I returned to the room after my wedding as a surprise from my mom!! It was the perfect end to the perfect day!
Overall, I want to stress that she is very hard working and that she does deliver what she says she will!

Nicole is awesome! We had a vague idea about what we wanted our invitations to look like and she helped us pull the whole thing together in a way that was informative for our guests, but still whimsical and charming. In addition to our wedding invitations, Nicole made all of our signage, our programs (they were paper fans!) and custom printed amazing water bottles and wine glasses for our "not a" bridal shower. Everything looked awesome! -

Nicole was the absolute best to work with. I heard about Made of Paper through a friend who got married last year. I reached out to Nicole and within 24hours she had gotten back to me to schedule a phone call. I didn't know exactly what I wanted for our wedding invitations; Nicole asked the questions I needed to hear to form the vision around our invites. She sent us samples and made adjustments until our design was uniquely ours. She was the most responsive person ever and just the sweetest to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Nicole and Made of Paper to other brides (in fact - I have already passed her name along to my closest friends who are getting married).

Where do I begin! I had a vision and Nicole made our book themed Save the Dates happen. She even made invitations for me in this style, then I had a moment...where I completely changed my vision. Not only was Nicole patient, she executed this new vision working in my price range. Every email was done in a quick manner, she answered all questions about color, wording, all the details. She was super PATIENT! She even sent me reminder emails about ordering, pricing, payments. Without Nicole, I would probably be freaking out and waiting till the last minute. My invitations came and I was in love. She also gave us a wedding gift that was unexpected and appreciated. I loved working with Nicole and can't wait for the next event. I had seen a beautifully framed graphic of the wedding song this couple was dancing to and loved it so much. With less than a week to the wedding I was attending i asked Nicole if she could make me one even though I knew it was so last minute. she made me a beautiful wedding gift for my boyfriends sister that was personalized. Responded right away and sent me options of different ways I could lay it out with there names and date on it! I felt that the ridiculous post that was made from a Private User needed a response...
From someone that knows Nicole personally because I have been a loyal customer for so long - I know for a FACT that she would NEVER do such things as were mentioned. Not a chance. If there were a problem, she would go above and beyond to make amends and to fix everything. She has worked her butt off too much for a hoity toity brat to try to take her down with her lies.
Unfortunately there are people in this world that go to such great lengths to do things to get things FOR FREE. Nicole bends over backwards for people to make them happy and people like this take advantage of that to not only get what they want but to keep getting more. It’s childish and just sickening.
Fortunately, all of Nicole’s other reviews out weigh this BS and people can see what Made of Paper is truly about – customer happiness and the best of everything. Made of Paper was HIGHLY recommended to me by several people and I will now never use another service because of the professionalism, creativity and EXCELLENCE I receive from Nicole. And on top of that she is truly a one-of-a-kind person that makes every single person feel like her best friend.

Made of Paper did the bridal shower invitations for one of my best friends. As the MOH there is a lot of pressure to get everything done in a timely manner while not spending too much money and making sure everyone has a say and is happy with the end result. I described my brides personality and style to the designer Nicole and she NAILED my best friend to a tee! She came up with the super cute, creative and unique design in no time and had them ready to be sent out within the short time frame I gave her. A huge thank you to Nicole from made of paper creative!! We purchased our customs made save the date from made of paper creative. They are post card type, made beautifully with our engagement pictures. Nicole worked very fast, and sent us proofs that could be edited! She even changed the shade of the color orange that was used on the card to match our wedding colors!
My wedding guests must love looking at them everyday hanging on they're refrigerator!!

Made of Paper Creative provide the best options. Nicole took my ideas and turned them into reality for my Daughter Sweet 16 invitations. I am an event planner and when I needed invitations for a surprise 61st Nicole was right there to help. Everyone was pleased and I will be using her for any event in the future. -

I am in love with my invitations!!!! They are amazing and the service with made of paper was great. It was so nice to communicate with an actual person to order our invitations rather then order on a website where its not personal. There was a little mishap with the envelopes due to an excel error and Nicole informed me right away and fixed the error and I got my invitations within days and she even threw in a saying with our wedding song! so nice and professional. Would use them for anything else I may need to do in the future. -

Nicole is a very creative person who knows how to do a job well done! She was easy to work with when it came to creating the wedding invitation. I brought my MOH with me to do work out the final details with colors for paper and envelopes, Nicole put everything together, and it looked great! When I went to order, I was in for a surprise. Nicole wrote down the wrong number of invitations, and when I received the invoice to purchase, it was almost $500 more then anticipated since she had my exact number needed then. I was devastated, and the price wouldn't budge. I had Nicole do the basic items of what she designed, and I went ahead and purchased all of my paper for belly bands, back cardstock, and matching envelopes through another vendor and assembled everything myself and cut to the specifications needed. I was very disappointed I had to do this so that I didn't have to incur the extra costs, and one of the main reason's I was going with her was so I didn't have to assemble anything. I wish things turned out differently with this. -

I will start by saying that my invitations came out gorgeous. When we started working with Nicole, we loved her knowledge of the industry, but her snarky attitude wore thin pretty quickly and it became a rather frustrating experience. Whenever you questioned something it turned into “your fault” and she often made me feel dumb. -

The start of working with Nicole (she talks over you often so be prepared for that) was good. She was responsive, and full of ideas.
I had her do my save the dates, which turned out very nice, but I stuffed and mailed those myself.
Here is where the downfall comes...
Nicole designed my wedding invites, and we made some changes and when the proofs were sent to me I had her fix a few things. I had an accommodation card included in my invites, and I provided Nicole with the name of the hotel, the pricing, and a pick up time for transpiration for my guest to the reception. All of that info was correct on the invite. However, I overlooked that she had put in a phone# of the hotel herself. Unfortunately, I did not catch that she did this, and the phone# was wrong on every single invite, sent out. As my guest started to call to reserve a room, they were dialing the wrong number. I did not think to proof read a # that I did not supply, nor was that something I was looking out for to make sure was correct on my invitations when reviewing my proofs.
I simply emailed Nicole to make her aware, and all she did was point a finger at me and make me at fault. When you run a company you should know better than to blame your customers. Even if you truly think the customer is at fault. That's just simply unprofessional and should be handled in another way.
I also had Nicole address and send all of my invites out for me (I thought that this was a wonderful perk, WRONG!). At our meeting to design the invites we went over addressing of the envelopes thoroughly, but a return address was never mentioned. I did bring it up, and Nicole said it's not necessary on wedding invites. (She is the professional after all). I than had two guest (one being my future in laws) never receive their invitations. She had excuses but they were all pointed at me and made my fault in the matter. DO NOT have Nicole send out your invites or print the addresses on the invites. It will run in the rain.

After my first phone call with Nicole I feel confident that she understood what I wanted and needed for my day of wedding paper items. However, dealing with her through the design process was a challenge. She was not always responsive and it took several back-and-forth conversations to get anything accomplished. There were many excuses due to things happening in her personal life. I understand that life happens but when you run a business It is important to prioritize customers. I had difficulty with items arriving in a timely fashion and Nicole did not really go out of her way to ensure that I would have what I needed. Apparently her contract states that she is not responsible for the Postal Service so keep that in mind if you order from her and need items to be mailed. I ended up having to go to Staples and print posters myself because they never arrived at my house. Although she was willing to send me the files so I could print them, I had to pay for them myself. Essentially this meant that I paid for them twice. She made a spelling error on one of my table numbers and had to FedEx the revision to the venue. I had to sweat it out until the day of my wedding when the FedEx arrived with the correct table number. In the end I was satisfied with most of the products, but the anxiety of the process on top of the ordinary stress of planning a wedding was more than I needed at the time. -

We used made of paper creative for our wedding invitations. Unfortunately, this was our WORST vendor. The level of patience that was exercised throughout the process was akin to working with a class full of kindergarteners. The level of incompetency caused undue stress, which ultimately concluded in a final product that was devoid of its proper envelopes, proper quantity, and proper mail out date. All of this, however, was foreshowed during our first meeting when she was ill prepared. Despite these early signs, we chose Made of Paper due to quick communication, willingness to offer a customized product, and reasonable prices. However, as with anything in life, cheap price often means cheap service and this is what we got.
After several months of sharing ideas, email communications, and revisions we settled on a product and it was beautiful. From here forward, Made of Paper was a DISASTER to work with. Specifically,
-We scheduled an in-person meeting to look over the sample invitation, she brought the incorrect invitation colors, essentially not the sample invitation, and a waste of time
-To remedy this, proper sample invitations were mailed out to us, however, it took 3 weeks to receive, this further delayed our process.
-Despite numerous email confirmations, the WRONG envelop colors AND quantity was ordered!! When this was brought to her attention, she repeatedly denied the error and even doctored false invoice documents. Yes I said, FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS.
-Rather than quickly rectifying the matter, Made of Paper was consistently resistant and unprofessional. With everything we noted, she had a push back. Her page long excuses ultimately wasted time, resulting in a delay in mail out. I will not be surprised if an excuse response is attached to this rating!!
Professionalism and basic customer service is nonexistent. When I pay for a product, I expect to receive what I paid for, the mantra is simple. Save yourself the stress and STAY AWAY!

While the design of my products were great the customer service was not. I received my order about 2 days before my wedding after getting the run around and constant excuses, my seating chart had a huge scratch going across the glass and by that point it was to late to be fixed. Beautiful design quality but wouldn't use Made of Paper again. -

Working with Nicole started out awesome. She was very responsive, attentive, helpful, and seemed to really take interest in my wedding preparations. She seemed like the package deal. She would make the invitations, label and mail them out! I was hooked. We began to plan out my invitations. Unfortunately, what I had envisioned did not fit my budget, but we tried to compromise, and I ended up spending double my budget. Nicole also informed me that she was getting a new machine, and if that machine was up and running, I would save on costs *it was running, and I did not save on costs* As things moved forward I began to get delayed responses with personal excuses. When I didn't receive something she sent, she got a little snooty saying she sent it multiple times. No big deal, I filled it out and sent it back. Flash forward to getting the invitations: We finalized the invitations, I was able to look everything over and it looked great. I went to drop off the final payment and Nicole gave me the leftovers, and told me she would ship the rest out in the morning. I got home, opened the invitations AND EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS CROOKED! Every one. And not just the print. There was on orange heart that was glued to the top of the invitation, and most of them were not even centered. I called her right away to let her know not to ship them out the next day so we could go over them. Nicole informed me that she did not think they were crooked, and ended up dropping the invitations off on her way home that evening. I was crushed. I spent so much money, so much more than I had ever wanted, and I got slanted, crooked invitations with hearts that weren't even centered. All Nicole said was that her and another companion worked on them for hours, and neither of them noticed, so guests wouldn't notice either. I mean honestly, if this is something you do for a living, you should notice these things. And people noticed. She could have cared less about it. -

I would not recommend Made of Paper. Nicole’s attitude was unpleasant to work with and she constantly made me feel like I was being lectured and chastised. There were several “miscommunications”, which can absolutely happen during the stress and chaos of planning a wedding. It’s not so much the miscommunications I minded, but each time Nicole got snarky with me and made me feel like everything was my fault. As someone working in customer service, particularly with brides, a calm and patient attitude is important and she does not have that. For example, I wanted a certain color matting on one of my escort cards. I forgot to tell her that, which is absolutely my fault, and we realized the issue about 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Instead of smoothing things over and saying “it’s two weeks before you’re wedding, we’ll figure it out”, I got nothing but attitude. While I do appreciate that she went to look at a craft store to find the correct paper, she made me feel like it was a HUGE inconvenience and gave me several excuses for why she couldn’t find the correct paper. I ended up having to buy it and bring it to her. She also got one of the colors wrong on my mirror board, which is a small thing, but it's the details that make a wedding great, and what I paid her to take off my plate. Ultimately, her work came out nice, but the whole point of paying her to do my escort cards etc. was to take stress away, not add to it. I would not use her again, nor would I recommend her. -
