I found a wedding dress shop called Royce Bridal that allows me to customize sizes and colors, and I purchased a piece of dress that fits me perfectly

Great dress experience

I'm an older second time bride and decided to go with something less traditional than a big bridal gown. I went with a beautiful, crepe, offwhite, off the shoulder dress that was just perfect. They were helpful, supportive and were able to get me the perfect dress. Took about 3 months to receive after the order so don't wait.

What a selection! My mother & I visited Madame bridal to search for a dress for her for my wedding. There was an abundance of options for the specific color we were looking for. We decided on the very first dress she tried on! The shop owner, Albert, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.

my first time visiting Madame Bridal was certainly an experience to remember, the customer service is stupendous. I was taken care of as soon as I walked through the door. I also had assistance with my fitting and my purchase, and that was years ago in high school when I purchased my prom dress, Today I am representing miss global international and they still to this day provide me with excellent service. thank you so much Madame bridal I recommend them to all my family and friends.

It was a great environment. I couldn't have been happier with my dress. They offered to make adjustments for any dress I found but I didn't need it. They gave me a deal, like 50 dollars off! In addition they were very nice and helpful, the dress even came with free earring! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will come back for anything else I need.

Madame Bridal is a great store with responsible workers. I ordered my wedding dress from the catalog and it was available to try on in 1 week. The service was great and all the dresses are affordable, A lot of styles and models to choose from. Alteration is on site and Albert is very nice and friendly. He is ready to make the dress fit the exact way you want it. Overall. great customer service. I had a great experience at Madame Butterfly. Happy Bride.

I truly enjoyed my visit to Madame Butterfly. I was going there to be measured for a bridesmaid's dress and Albert helped me. He was an absolute gem! I knew what dress I needed before going to the store, but they did have quite a large selection of bridesmaid dresses. Lovely store!

I absolutely love this store! I am never disappointed when I rush in at the last minute looking for a great dress at a good price! Madame bridal rocks! After looking at several other boutiques for a Sherri Hill prom dress we found Madame Bridal. Enoney was so attentive and professional, listening to exactly what my daughter wanted. i look forward to returning to Madame Bridal for future purchases.

Working with Alberto from the second we walked in we knew we were in good hands. Very sweet, professional and helpful. Offers great deals on wedding dresses and had a good collection of bridesmaids dresses as well. My mom and I were very pleased!

This was only the second store I tried on a dress at but I just knew! (I should note that 5 years prior to purchasing my wedding dress, I purchased my prom dress that wore with with the same boy I married) I walked in with just my mom, she pointed to what I think was the first white dress she saw, I tried it on and it was a done deal! I bought the dress just 10 days after getting engaged and never though twice on it! Madame Butterfly offers very modern, beautiful dresses ~ not your average david's bridal stuff. I went with the Allure 8800 and the sale's associate offered me an awesome deal for buying the sample dress which happened to fit perfectly. I very much appreciated this offer to allow me to stay on budget. On the day of I got countless compliments on what a gorgeous gown it truly was and how it was just perfect for me and my personality. Although I know this isn't your typical bridal boutique, I highly recommend it for all brides!

At Madame Buterfly they make you feel special. I bought my dress months before the wedding and had to go back to get it altered. When I tri on the dress I was surprised to see that I put on a little weight during the holidays. They noticed that I was not happy with the way my dress was fitting. They offered me to pick out a new dress and they help me find one that was even more beautiful then the first one. Now I feel like a beautiful bride!!! Thank you Madame Buterfly!

My sister was shopping for a dress for her birthday and we went to madame butterfly and we had a great experience! We got a little discount on the dress and we even got a second FREE dress. you read that right. a FREE dress! on the house! We will be coming here for all our formal attire needs!

After shopping all over South Florida, from the most expensive bridal boutiques to the most affordable, including both custom and off-the-rack, I found the perfect dress and experience with Albert. His staff was friendly and knowledgeable about what the bride was looking for, and very helpful in making the vision come to life. Although my dress ended up being something totally different than I originally wanted, I have not regretted my decision one time. Albert and his team were also great with getting my alterations done in an efficient, cost-effective, and extremely timely manner. My dress is Mori Lee, and is carried at several other "high-end" bridal boutiques, but the warmth of Albert and the laid-back atmosphere of Madame Bridal made the experience better. The entire team is GREAT about not double-booking appointments, and the whole team is hands-on to the bride, and only the bride.

I am extremely satisfied with the wedding dress. I bought from Madame Butterfly. It was the most beautiful dress. Staff at Madame Butterfly were very helpful. Albert the guy in charge was the most professional awesome sweet patience individual I ever met. Helped me from day 1 to the day of pop picking up my dress to go get married. I highly recommend Madame Butterfly not just for a wedding dress but for any special occasion. U need a beautiful dress for. Get up and go don't waste your time.

I loved this store and the variety of dresses they have. Vivian helped me find my dress and she was amazing. She worked with me to find the right dress for my sons wedding. I'm a large woman and Vivian and Albert made me look beautiful and feel beautiful. Albert altered my dress perfectly and added some bling ! He did an amazing job. If your looking for quality, friendly service and great prices don't hesitate to go to Madame Butterfly. I was so pleased to find this store . It's in the Boyton Beach Mall next to J.C. Pennys. Albert and his team were amazing. He predicted the models sizes without having them tell him. The dresses he chose were amazing. Our fashion show was beautiful. The various styles he carries are fun and up to date.

Albert and his staff did an amazing job with dresses for my party. I brought in girls, he looked at them and brought out dresses that fit them well and fit their personalities. Don't be put off by his abruptness, you want this get it done right attitude to get the perfect dress. He has done this job for many, many, years and knows his stuff. If you listen to him, you will understand that he is passionate about his job! You do not need a chatty salesperson that cant get you the correct size!

Madame Bridal/ Madame Butterfly dresses are simply beautiful. The dresses there are very unique and one of a kind. The dresses there have reasonable prices, creative styles and excellent colors. Madame Bridal have dresses for bridal, prom, or even just to wear to parties. They have an excellent selection and beautiful styles. I will always recommend their dresses to anyone looking for a dress. This place has great customer service, nice clean place, and amazing dresses to try on. I had a wonderful experience at Madame Bridal. The staff was always there to help me; they assisted in picking out gowns, helping me get a good idea what the gown would look like once fitted and worked with my budget. They were the honest friend I needed and the support all brides need. Working with Albert was a treat. His experience in the wedding industry shines through his work. He is a hard working person who looks at each bride as an individual, I witnessed first hand his work with other brides and every time he did all that he could to make their moment and their dream a reality. Coming to this location would be the right choice if you are looking for genuine, down-to-earth experience.

I cannot wait to wear the dress of my winter mountain elopement dreams! A BIG THANK YOU to the staff and bridals minds at this boutique!

Hands down the BEST customer service you will receive by any bridal salon. Albert and his staff were so patient, kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my bridal gown would fit and look perfect for my big day. After visiting another bridal salon and trying on several dresses, I found my favorite dress at Madame Bridal for a cheaper price. I tried on the dress again (a Wtoo by Watters dress) and knew it was the one - and they even put the dress on hold for me so I could bring my sister and Mom back with me to make the final purchase. I was able to purchase the store's sample dress and took it home with me the same day of purchase! On the same day I purchased the dress, I made an agreement with the owner of the store, Albert, about cost for all alterations to the dress. He gave me a written receipt which I held onto until I brought the dress in about 2 months before my wedding for my fittings.

Albert and his staff have been awesome - they have spent about 45 minutes with me and my family each time I come in for a fitting (3 fittings in total)! They kept their original agreement with me about cost for alterations and they came out BEAUTIFULLY! They took my dress in on both sides on the upper bodice of the dress, added my bustle, and also sewed a rhinestone belt I had purchased online to the dress (the length of my dress was perfect with my shoes). I could not be happier with the end result! I got to take the dress home with me after the final fitting and I will be bringing it back about 3 days before the wedding to have it steamed.

Madame Butterfly has exceeded my expectations and I truly appreciate their one-on-one attention when I schedule my fittings and, like I said before, I could not be happier! I can't wait to walk down the aisle in my gorgeous wedding dress! Thank you Albert and staff!

What brought me to Madame Butterfly in the first place was their website...after searching dozens of websites and having dozens of headaches once I landend on their website was like a free flowing, piece of cake experience. I could see the styles I wanted and the PRICE.
I did the bad thing and showed up without an appointment. Theresa was working at that time and she was nothing but a doll to me..I went in with one type of dress in mind, she brought me a few on the requested style and a few others. To make a long story short, I went in with one style in mind and left with something completely different. It's like they say, "once you see the ONE, dress you just know".
I came back for a second time, this time I did set up an appointment. And Simon helped me, with the dress, I didn't want to try anything else on, I knew that was the one dress...Simond got my measurements and even did a little "photo shoot" for me while I was trying on the dress...hehe..I asked him to take a picture of me and when I looked at the phone, there were like 12.
Because I chose a dress they had in store it only took a few weeks for the alterations to be completed. I picked up the dress today 03/04/2013 and everything was perfect. Albert was my helper today, and just as all the others he was nothing if not extremely helpfull.
I will be returning to the store for a little dress for the after party little dress (my wedding is in Las Vegas so there's going to be lots of after parties).
I would recommend Madame Buetterfly again and again..they provided me with the best service I have EVER had in any type of store.

My mom's weeding was February 23,2013. I ordered my dress on the BeBe website paid for overnight delivery. 3 days later after waiting on my order i was told that the order was never processed. A friend of mine told me about madame butterfly, I was very reluctant to go there but since I was desperate I said I had nothing to loose.i went there on Wednesday, 3 days before the weeding. I was instantly greeted when I walked in the store. I told them what I was looking for and he picked out 2 dresses for me. The dress was too big,and needed alterations, he assured me that I could have it the next day, I told him as long as I get it by Friday I will be ok he told me that he wanted to make sure the alteration was fine that he don't work on Fridays he would make sure that I would have it the next day I said ok but in my mind I thought he was lying because it was a complicated dress that needed a lot of alteration. before the weeding. The very next day, less then 24 hours Albert called me and told me my dress was ready for pick up. When I tried the dress on it was as if it was custom made for me. I got so many compliments on the dress. I looked beautiful. I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for Madame Butterfly.

I was the wedding planner for my sisters wedding that was less than a month away at the time. Madame Butterfly was able to find the bridesmaids dresses right on time before the wedding! I love the Owner of the store because he is very flexiable with his business and really cared for my sisters wedding. I love Madame Butterfly!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Madame Butterfly cakes. Michelin created my bridal shower and wedding cake and not only were they delectable, the design was absolutely perfect and to die for. Normally, Michelin works with her clients and creates an original design that will suit the occasion. My mother had a particular design she wanted for my shower cake and I had a particular design I wanted for the wedding cake and Michelin worked with our vision and tweaked a few details to make it perfect.

The taste: Tons of flavors of cakes and fillings to choose from -- or she can sometimes make a specific flavor you want that is not on the list. My shower cake had alternating layers of Vanilla Cake, Apple Cake, and vanilla pastry cream filling and spiced rum mousse filling. We had shower guests that ate 2-3 pieces! Our wedding cake was pumpkin cake with spiced cinnamon cream cheese filling. I cannot tell you how amazing it was... not too sweet, not too spicy, just perfect!

The look: Amazing! The actual cakes looked even better than the pictures! Everyone was obsessed with the cakes and kept saying how they looked like the designer cakes you see on TV.

Michelin is amazing to work with.. she is extremely knowledgeable and will give you ideas, tips, and help in any way possible. She is polite, personable, and friendly. Can't wait to work with her again and try more cakes! Excited to try her raspberry curd filling with coconut cake next!

I ordered my dress online to save money. Madame Butterfly had the best price and was able to get the dress to me in less time that the bridal store in my area. I chatted with them online before purchasing since I was skeptical to buy from an online vendor. However, I was completely happy with the dress and the wedding dress shop.

I am not a huge fan of malls or stores overall but Madame Bridal did a wonderful job at making everything painless for a future bridesmaid. The store was clean, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable and they went above and beyond for a special request. I normally wouldn't take the time to write a review but because it was such a pleasant experience and the staff was so nice I just wanted to spread the word.

My mother and I went to Madame Butterfly to look for a dress that she could wear to my wedding in November. Not only did they have a huge selection, the staff at the store made the experience one to remember. Albert (the owner) is fantastic. We will be going back next weekend to look for a dress for my Aunt just because we had such a great time with Albert! He altered my mom's dress to fit her perfectly and is more than willing to offer help and suggestions. Love Albert!!

As a last resort, we tried to find a Sherri Hill dress that was no longer available. My daughter really wanted this dream dress for her Sweet 16 and we looked high and low for it. We spoke to Albert on the phone and he found the dress and ordered it for us. He was reassuring that we could make my daughter's dream dress a reality. The size was a size bigger and it was altered to perfection. We recommend Albert and his very supportive staff to anyone who's looking for a quality dress and exceptional service. My sister decided to have this perfect wedding with the perfect dress at the last minute. we visited Madam Bridal on several occasssions looking for the perfect dress that wasn't going to break us. We find a dress that was made just for her, it was the right size, color and had a beautiful double lace layer. the owner was so helpful with everything. He made sure the dress fitted the right way, he had her to try it on several times wearing different shoes, he was great. Just when I thought customer service had flowen out the window, he made me change me mind and relized that there are still some people and places that really do care about you and your needs. Albert was a huge help. I had to order a brides made dress for my sisters wedding that was going to be out of state. Of course I waited to the last minute. I was stressed out but he make everything go every smooth. My dress came in so quickly. They called me right away and got my fitted. They saved the day. Ordered Bridesmaid dresses. My girls lived out of state so I selected a style and they went in to try them on. It is not a fancy shop but they have affordable prices compared to the “nicer” shops. Great customer service as well.

Madame bridal has everything you need for any occasion, I have gone there for multiple occasions including for my prom dress two vacations dresses and most recently my wedding dress(and after wedding dress) so as you see I take great store at getting all my dresses from there. Not only does Madame Bridal have AMAZING dresses, but they also have a great variety of undergarments, accessorys and shoes.
Plus, to top it all off they also do dress fittings! I highly recommend everyone to go there for any dress needs!

We are repeat customers and with good reason; No matter what the occasion or who he needs to fit (me, my daughter, friends etc.) he finds just what will work for our body type. Without him, we would spend weeks trying on too many dresses that don't work for too much money. Albert looks at us, finds 3 or so and the "one" is revealed like magic. Don't go anywhere else and if you do, see Albert last-he'll get the reaction you're looking for from your partner or date, the gasp and the "wow"!

What a blessing Madame Bridal has been to me in planning my wedding.

The staff at Madame Bridal worked with my wedding party to make sure everything was perfect for my wedding day. They were able to get what I needed for my wedding in a ridiculously short amount of time. I was a little worried, but the staff assured me that they could negotiate with vendors to get the dresses. All the dresses arrived as promised, on time, and simply beautiful. I could not have asked for a more friendly and courteous experience with the staff or owner. I want to wish the owner Brad and everyone involved a special thank you for their contribution into one of the most important days in my life. I do not think I could have pulled it all together so quickly if it had not of been for them and their experience with vendors, guidance, and professionalism.

I highly recommend Madame Bridal to anyone looking for a unique bridal shop that goes that extra mile. Thank you guys so much!

We received excellent individualized attention, even though the shop was a bit busy due to Prom Season. They had the EXACT dress we had a picture of, and my daughter bought the first dress she tried on. It was perfect, and only needed minor alterations. Those were done quickly and precisely as well. I went to a few other stores and I bought a dress somewhere else that was nice but "not the one" a couple months ago and have been stressing about it ever since, so as crazy as it sounds I decided to look for another dress 3 weeks before my wedding because I really wanted that "wow" factor. This was my first time ever going to Madame Butterfly and I am so happy I did. They have such beautiful and unique dresses that I did not find at the bigger retail bridal stores. I found the "the one" it is so gorgeous and makes me feel so beautiful and it fits perfectly, I can't wait to walk down the isle in my dress now and they gave me a great discount. Before you go anywhere else go there first you will not be disappointed! That staff is very nice and helpful.

I am the mother of the bride. I went to Madame Butterfly based on the recommendation of an out of state bride who had ordered her gown online (and loved it!). I am very happy with the dress I have chosen and the timely alternations.

The store, in Boynton Beach Mall, is not huge but carries quite a variety of dresses. It can be very hectic, especially in prom season. The best time to go seems to be after 2 during the week. Much calmer then!

Although staffing seems to be sometimes inadequate, they get the job done. Albert (the owner) does beautiful work with alternations. (Believe him when he tells you what size to order.) Albert and his staff were wonderful with ideas regarding ways to add some sparkle to the dress when it is needed.

This shop is an undiscovered gem in South Florida. The staff is amazing and the selection is high end without the high end prices. Anyone who is lucky enough to find this wonderful store will be amazed by the selection and service. Do not walk but RUN, RUN, RUN to get the most wonderful gowns and formals I have ever seen.

I came to Madame Butterfly since I wanted an Allure dress I couldn't find anywhere. They were able to order the dress for me at a better price than any other store I had found in south Florida. Albert was amazing every step of the way. My dress arrived in less than 6 weeks. I needed the dress altered three different times but they stuck to their deal of one flat fee for alterations which was greatly appreciated. Albert made the whole dress process stress free! The dress I found there was perfect! It was the right size for me. The only problem was alteration get the length of the dress. It looked ok after. But if I had to choose again, I would have not have it altered there. The price of the dress I loved

I ended up at Madame Butterfly after locating their business online. I was skeptical because I had already gone to an in-mall bridal shop and was VERY disappointed in their selection and service. But my wedding was in ten days and I had no time to waste. After calling and asking for a same day appointment Al asked me what size I was and what style I was looking for. I arrived to see another woman at what looked like a final dress fitting. Al asked me to look at some dresses that he pulled out earlier. I dismissed the first one without trying it on - and fell in love with the second one hanging on the rack. I tried it on and knew it was the dress for me! But it was just a tad too large. Al started to spin me around and tell me how he could take it in. SO he started pinning me up. When I told him I was from out of town and needed the dress altered NOW, he asked the other bride if she didn't mind if I went first. IN the meanwhile, I went shopping for a bra and undergarments. By the time I returned he was steaming the dress to pack up. I tried it on and was unhappy with one of the alterations - he fixed it on the spot. Needless to say my wedding day went superbly well - and I looked great! Al even explained how to clean my dress - just in case I dropped anything on it. It's good thing because it rained as we left the venue. But I cleaned my dress immediately that night in the bathroom and it looks as good as the day I bought it!!

I have been searching for a brides maid dress for about 3 months, I was down to the wire and came across Madame Butterfly. With the wedding coming up the following weekend I found my dress, they ordered my dress size on a Saturday and I was brought in for my fitting that Wednesday. Ebony was so nice, sweet and helpful. This was the first time I've tried on dresses so I was a bit nervous. She helped me find everything I wanted and seemed as excited as we did. Also, I had a feeling that a bridesmaids dress in white would be perfect for me and I worried if bridal salons would be less attentive since I might be spending less going that route. Ebony was equally as enthusiastic no matter what I tried on (from $185 bridesmaids dress to $1,200 wedding gown) and I was able to find exactly what I wanted.

I had been looking everywhere in FL for a brand new Allure bridal dress, and happened upon it at Madame Bridal. I purchased it right away although it was a size 12, about 3 sizes too big for me. The owner assured me it could be altered to fit correctly-- I am quite petite and have a short torso. When it came time to alter it, they just took it up by the top so the whole breast area went up into an area that wasn't natural (haha). They also only shortened the front and sides so when it was bustled in the back, it still dragged on the ground. I paid $200+ for the alterations. When I tried it on when I came back in, he told me that its normal that the bustle would drag and he had to charge me another $65 to hem it. He said I should google it to see. Well, I did, and none of the bustles dragged. I took my dress and left, and didn't come back. I was able to wear another dress for the dancing portion of the reception, so it worked out, however I wouldn't suggest this place for alterations. I did get my dress discounted, which was nice. Also, every time I called, they would mysteriously hang up on me or take 10+ minutes to find my dress (scary), but when I went in, the sales people were usually nice.

After carefully reviewing the return policy, I ordered a Sherri Hill dress. However, the confirmation email stated "there are no returns on Sherri Hil dresses." That was a complete surprise to me, because it wasn't stated in the website return policy. I sent a message about canceling the order, but no response. I sent another message a week later and was told it was too late (by one day) to cancel the order. So it was shipped, and 6 weeks later I"m still waiting for the dress to arrive. I messaged yesterday asking when I could expect the dress to arrive. My response: I see that your order has been shipped. Thank you for your business. I deeply regret this expensive purchase that I have no idea if I will ever receive.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! My dress was ordered on March 22nd, My expected delivery day keeps getting extended. I get an email from them saying my dress was on back order. I called the store asking if I needed to order my dress elsewhere. He promised me my dress would be here in time for alterations. The end of may rolls around and my dress is still in production and because my wedding is Aug 7th I asked for my money back. The store gives me a run around about contacting the merchant. So I guess my next step is to contact my lawyer, the news and the BBB. To the future brides don’t let them ruin your day by not being a reputable business. This place is a scam.

Do NOT do business with this vendor. I purchased a wedding dress from Madame Butterfly and was informed that they have an alterations person that would alter my dress for $120. The alterations in total came $442 this was to include: taking the dress in at the waist, hemming the length and creating a bustle. More money than they originally stated but I needed it. I also purchased a $265 custom bridal belt. I had several visits leading up to finally taking my dress to an outside professional tailor because Albert, the alterations guy, refused to honor my requests. My dress has an overlay of lace, in which he never took in to fit my body, he only took in the bottom layer leaving the top layer still too big. When I told him it was still too big he stated" that is how the dress is and we can't change the style of the dress" Additionally, he improperly hemmed the dress by cutting straight across the lace at the bottom leaving an obvious hem line around the entire front of my dress.(you should not be able to see this hem, you are supposed to cut around the lace so the hem line is not obvious) This particular alteration ruined my dress. Another alteration that was "included" was a bustle. They never completed this part of my alterations. Lastly, the "custom" belt that was $265 was too big and falling off of my body. Not only was Albert extremely rude by calling me" high maintenance" when I asked for certain alterations that were included in the payment, he did not fulfill his part of the alteration agreement .I had to take my dress to a professional to repair it, totaling $1000.00 because the entire dress had to be reconstructed. I was lied to about alterations and charged for services that were not completed. Madame Butterfly refused to give me ANY type of refund. This was such a devastating experience that no customer or BRIDE should ever go through. Save yourself the trouble and heartbreak. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.
