Bianca, Katie, & Kelsey did a fantastic job helping me, & my girls look our best on my wedding day.
They met us at our venue (Hyatt Carmel Highlands) right on time, were professional, & extremely efficient getting TEN of us ready before 1pm - hair, & makeup. These ladies were so much fun to work with, & my makeup lasted through all of the happy tears.
Hiring them was the best decision I made for my big day! -

After a disappointing bridal trial with a different MUA, my wedding coordinator suggested that I contact M.U.A.H and I am so glad she did. Bianca was attentive to my specific concerns: that I didn't want anything too heavy, that I still wanted to look like myself, and that I didn't want strip lashes that would make my big eyes look "buggy". Bianca more than delivered a bridal look that was somehow both ethereal and natural. My search for a MUA was over!!
On the day of my wedding, several of my bridesmaids who had opted not to have their makeup done professionally, for fear that it would be too heavy or unnatural looking, saw what an incredible job Bianca had done and asked if she had time to do their makeup as well. Bianca was on a tight schedule and understandably was unable to provide the additional services, but I think this speaks to the quality of her craft. I cannot recommend Bianca enough, you would be remiss not to hire M.U.A.H! -

I was immediately excited about Bianca and her team when Bianca responded to my inquiry within minutes! From my initial questions to the day of my appointment, Bianca was on top of all of it.
I am very casual & don’t normally do anything for hair & makeup but for my wedding day I wanted to look “put together” but I was also worried about someone doing my makeup & having it so heavy that I would not look like myself. This was not the case with MUAH. Before Bianca applied my makeup she asked if I wanted to keep my freckles visible or if I wanted to cover them. I appreciated this question so much! She kept the make up light, where I didn’t feel uncomfortable. I loved it!
My hair came out exactly as I had hoped! And it stayed put the entire day! (And the following day, too! - I held on to those curls as long as I could!)
My hair & makeup inspiration came from her Instagram. She has a wide range of looks, which made it easy to pick the look I wanted.
I appreciated her professionalism, her tips & the entire experience overall. I wish I could hire her to make me look that great everyday! -

Bianca is an absolute gem! As someone who doesn’t wear makeup often, I was nervous about looking too done up—I wanted minimal coverage, a natural look, and most importantly, for my freckles to still show. Bianca truly listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for! She enhanced my natural beauty rather than covering it up, and I felt so confident and beautiful on my wedding day.
I only needed makeup done for my weekday elopement and they were more than happy to accommodate. Bianca even came to my Airbnb, making everything so seamless and stress-free. She is incredibly talented, kind, and professional. If you’re looking for a makeup artist who really listens and enhances your natural beauty, Bianca is the one! Highly recommend! -

My MUAH team was BOMB. I had Kelsey do my hair and Bianca from MUAH do my makeup. These ladies have worked together for a while and you can tell. I call them my MUAH fairy godmothers 🧚🏼♀️🧚 because they truly worked MAGIC. I got my MUAH trial done a week or two before my wedding and they both nailed it. I brought hair extensions and pics for inspo for both my hair and makeup. They each listened and used their professional opinions to realize what I wanted and to make me look like a queen. They also were great about asking for feedback and being responsive to your needs- they are all about pleasing YOU! They are both so professional, timely, efficient, friendly, sociable, and BOSS BABES. If you are look for a dream team, look no further, these are your girls! -

Hair and make up
Bianca and Katie were absolutely amazing! Bianca spent a lot of time during my make up trial to make sure that I was comfortable with the make up and how it looked. She also spent a ton of time explaining to me what each product was for, exactly what would happen the day of the wedding, what time everything would happen, and everything that was included. Katie did a great job with my hair the day of my wedding. It was exactly what I wanted and it held up all night, even with the wind. The make up Bianca did got my wedding was beautiful. It was exactly what I asked for and I felt like I looked like myself just enhanced. She also did a great job with my mom’s make up. I would strongly recommend these women to anyone looking to get hair and make up in the Monterey area. They are phenomenal! Thank you both for helping to make my wedding day the best day it could be. -

I can't say enough great things about Ashlee and her team - they are all incredibly talented and were a pleasure to work with! They were so professional the entire morning and my bridal makeup was perfect and all my bridesmaids + mom + MIL looked the best they've ever looked! I got airbrush and individual lashes and my makeup lasted all day in July heat and rain. I had originally booked Ashlee in 2019 and did my makeup trial for our engagement party which I loved. This was after having another trial that I didn't like. I'm so glad I picked Ashlee because makeup is something you want to get right for the wedding day. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and Ashlee was great and easy to work with the entire time. Ashlee and her team were very prompt the morning of and we got ready on time and never felt rushed. I highly recommend Muah Makeup to any bride -

She and Katie worked around my schedule to make sure my girls were ready on time and that they all got done at one location. I told Bianca and Katharine from M.U.A.H. that I wanted to look like me on my wedding day, but the hottest version of me. They got the assignment. They also dealt with my huge number of bridesmaids, two moms, and one niece who all needed services and came prepared with assistants to get us ready in plenty of time for pics and our early ceremony. They also vibed with us and were so fun to hang with all morning. Definitely a great choice! -

BIANCA and KATIE are two of the most gracious, kind, and honest women in the WEDDING industry! From my trial to the actual wedding day, they really considered my feedback, and honored what I wanted. However, they also were realistic and offered suggestions based on what I wanted. I really appreciate this! They executed exactly what I wanted! I end up wanting more of a full GLAM look, and they delivered! Their energy was also exactly what I needed the morning of the wedding! They are both very experienced in the industry, and have been doing this for several years. They are professional, and very punctual. You would never have to worry about them running late or something happening. Do yourself a favor and please book them for hair and make up, you will not be disappointed! -

Last minute bride
Bianca and Katie were so great! They accommodated my last minute requests, were punctual, personable, and efficient. We all loved how our hair and makeup turned out. Due to my last minute wedding, I did not have time to do a trial so I just picked photos of their previous clients and used many of those as inspo and let me tell you, they delivered! -

Bianca provided makeup for me and a bridesmaid on my wedding day. She was super responsive upon booking and leading up to the event. She arrived a few minutes early and was a pleasure to be around, providing insight into her process and fun antidotes. Even without a trial, she absolutely nailed what I was hoping for. Bianca was absolutely amazing! She did my makeup for my wedding yesterday, and I couldn’t have been happier. She was punctual, super sweet, and so flexible with my requests, making sure I felt completely comfortable.

Exceptional and Amazing
Made me feel like the most beautiful bride! Their attention to every detail with their impeccable professionalism made me feel comfortable (I was so nervous). Also, their loving care to my elderly grandmother warmed my heart. They took the time to ensure my grandma was taken care of and she never looked so beautiful too. I really appreciated it. Bianca and Katie exceeded every expectation I had for my hair and makeup!! Every vendor you hire for your wedding is important, but your hair and makeup team are the first people you see and they truly set the tone. From trial to wedding day, Bianca and Katie were so kind, beyond professional, and made everyone in the room feel beautiful. They answered every question via text/email quickly, and I knew throughout the whole process I was in good hands!
Most importantly they are SO incredible at what they do, and I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day. I cannot recommend these women enough!! -
