    Great experience with M&M!

    We are very pleased with the service we received from M&M Limo Service for our wedding on July 29, 2023. They were timely, reliable, and courteous. They picked us up and dropped us off at our venues without any hassle or delay. The bus was comfortable, spacious, and clean. It had everything we could’ve asked for. The driver was friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs. M&M Limo Service made our transportation stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a smooth and comfortable ride for their wedding.

    Accommodated us with vehicle issues

    We were notified that our limo was having mechanical issues the night before our wedding. M&M came through finding us a new vehicle and arrived on time. We were happy with our service and Mike is a beast behind the wheel taking on the Chicago traffic!

    Our day ran smoothly thanks to M&M

    We recommend M&M Limo! We used them to transport our wedding party, as well as our parents. The booking process was straightforward, and responses were prompt. On the day of our wedding, the driver arrived on time and was courteous. The limo bus itself was clean. We were able to play our own music as well which was a blast.
    Finally, our photographer and videographer noted how much they appreciated our transportation vendor, which is quite a compliment from people who do this for a living! Notably, the M&M driver helped us reach all the photo spots we wanted to go to, kept us on time, and found parking easily. Our day ran smoothly thanks to M&M!

    Great Rides!

    M&M ended up being a great choice for our wedding day. We needed to hire 2 party buses, one for our bridal party and one to shuttle our wedding guests from the hotel to the reception. Our options were also limited because we were crossing the Indiana/Illinois border and that apparently requires a special license. We quickly found out that licence was hard to come by and then we found M&M Limo. We were nervous because there are quite a few negative reviews out there, but they ended up being a great choice for our day! The buses showed up on time (and even a tad early!) and the drivers were so kind and friendly! The buses were clean and we could plug in our own music. We could also have alcohol on the buses, but note that if you rent within Chicago city limits, that's when you'd need the security guard. All around a great choice for us and couldn't have been happier with our experience!

    Flexible on minimum time

    We wanted a party bus from ceremony to reception. Most trolley and bus places had 3 or 4 hour minimums for crazy prices, and we feared we'd have to just scrap the idea. M&M was flexible with us on timing and pricing was within reason. Also, the limo bus is fun because you are seated on the perimeter facing each other. I think we got the larger bus, and that was good because the quoted max. capacity would've been ambitious. I think we could have fit ~28 comfortably. They arrived on time.

    Fun Times!

    We hired M&M to drive the bridal party around for pre-ceremony photos and also for transportation to the venue. We hired the 28-person limo bus and it was so nice and roomy. Our driver was on time, fun and made all the requested stops seamless and stress free. Highly recommend M&M

    Seamless Limo Experience

    Our limo driver showed up nice and early for our big wedding day. We had about 18 guests that fit nicely into the white SUV limo. It was a smooth ride all the way to the venue. Would definitely use M&M Limo again.

    Professional and prompt

    I highly recommend this company. Not only for a wedding! Their transportation is beautiful and extremely clean. Our driver was awesome and patient with my large crew on my wedding day. Thanks for a great experience guys!!

    No issues at all!

    I read a lot of horror stories about day of wedding transportation. We had no issues at all with M and M. The vehicles were on time, clean and the drivers were great.

    Great to work with

    They showed up on time and provided a nice, clean bus for 28 of us. The driver was very laid back and took us wherever we needed to go! I would definitely recommend using them!

    M&M Limousine Services

    M&M provided a large, comfortable, very clean, beautifully decorated coach bus to transport Bridal Party of 30 people for pictures and also after reception for transport back and forth from venue to hotel. Very professional, prompt, and accommodating for all. Highly recommend!!

    M & M Limousine service was great, on my wedding day. Driver was running 15 minutes late and I was notified immediately. I was also able to track my driver with a link that was sent to my phone. Our driver was professional and very nice.

    My husband and I used M&M Limo for our wedding on August 5th. They were very affordable and easy to work with. We rented a party bus and a 40 passenger shuttle and both were super nice and clean, inside and out. The drivers were prompt and extremely kind. I highly recommend them!

    On time, great driver and was willing to go anywhere we told him the day of our wedding for pictures. We also ended up getting a free upgrade on our limo package. The wedding package bar had beer and one bottle of champagne which I was expecting more but it worked out well.

    Very easy to work with, allowed us to do a point-to-point instead of a roundtrip service, saving us a couple hundred dollars. We allowed to bring our own decorations and liquor. We were pleased with the service.

    M&M provided quality transportation service at an affordable price! We used their 22-passenger party bus to transport our wedding party to 1 picture location, Promontory Point by Lake Michigan, and to our ceremony in Hyde Park. We also used their 24-passenger mini-buses to transport guests between downtown and Hyde Park before and after the wedding. Both services were excellent. I spoke with about 3 representatives on the phone at 3 different times, and every interaction was professional and helpful. Our limo driver arrived at our downtown hotel on time and took us to our picture location and ceremony in a timely manner. The shuttle service was also on time and honored my request of at least 3 trips between locations. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them for your wedding or next big event!

    We used a limo bus for our bridal party for pictures between the ceremony and reception. We also used a stretch limo at the end of the night. Everyone was nice, on time, and knew exactly where to go!

    We used their limo service and they were great! They arrived earlier than our start time. The driver was very polite and helpful the whole day. The limo was clean and fit the whole wedding party perfectly! Their pricing was better than most other companies.

    My fiancé and I decided it would be fun to have an engagement photo session with the entire wedding party. We also decided it would be great to take pictures at Wrigley Field and Millennium Park. We hired M & M Limousine for our transportation services. We rented a 24 passenger bus and it was the best thing we did! We were very comfortable, the driver was very friendly and flexible, the bus was clean, and the overall service was great. We will use M & M for our future transportation needs...they have great rates and deals and are worth the business!

    They were on time and very nice :) Very inexpensive other than the $40 traveling fee for me living in the boonies. I was very surprised to walk out of the church to see a nice white limo that was decorated in my wedding colors!!

    I did a lot of research and M&M seemed to be the lowest price. They were a great choice. Everything I expected from a limo company. They were easy to book when I called them. The limo that picked us up was what we reserved. The driver actually arrived 20 minutes EARLY. And he was very helpful throughout our day. For example, he brought water to the bridesmaids during outdoor photos (it was really hot!). I would definitely recommend them!

    I booked a SUV limo to take me and my bridal party from my house to the venue on my wedding day. M&M had some issues with the car and got a little late from the pick up time. I'm giving them lots of stars because they DID resolve all the issues. They sent another car and they took the responsibility for the car change and the delay. They were extremely professional in how they dealt with everything. I now know this is a company I can trust and will be definitely using them in the future. Plus they so much more affordable that all other transportation companies I've researched. And believe me, it's better to book with a company you know can handle anything that might come up. I'm glad they were on the top of it and didn't leave me there with just an excuse.

    We booked M&M limousine for a stretch expedition for the wedding party and a 32-passenger bus for the guests. They were extremely reliable and affordable. Probably the most affordable transportation we found for a big city windy. They were also extremely accommodating when plans changed due to a storm that passed after 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

    Used them for my 5/29/11 wedding. They provided us with a white stretch hummer. They were on time and very professional. The vehicle was very clean and had a nice interior. Driver was friendly and was able to get us to our destination in a timely manor. My only complaint is the radio in the hummer was difficult to use and we could not find a station to listen to that was not fuzzy. This is not the drivers fault, however he did not tell us how to use the radio and could not show us while driving. I am very satisfied with the service and would use them again.

    For the cost, M&M was fantastic. They were the best value that I could find in the area. All we were looking for was a limo that arrived on time and that's exactly what we got. The limo was also fully stocked with beer and champagne. We ordered the Excursion which fit the whole bridal party very comfortably. We were supposed to get a red carpet and decorations on the limo but that didn't happen. We didn't care though, we were just concerned with getting everywhere on time.

    M&M limousine services was very good to my wedding party. We only needed there service for delivery to the church and back to the recpetion hall. There was champagn and cool a/c. We had no complaints, and they are very affordable.

    Feedback Experience

    We Hired M&M for our wedding on 9/10/21. We rented the 22 Pax Limo Bus. Bus was great as far as accommodating my bridal party and fitting in extra things, such as a cooler, bags
    & us. The only thing I would recommend for them to improve is there surround system. The speakers were blown and you could hear it when jamming to music ... no good. I would also improve the AC as it was a tad bit hot inside. Otherwise our driver was VERY FRIENDLY & GREAT :)

    After looking high and low for a limo company we really liked, we found M&M at last. The drivers so were so courteous and professional, and got us to our locations on time with no problems. They were flexible and provided wonderful service. We would highly recommend them!

    M and M limousine was a great limo service for my family and bridal party. I had no problems the day of the wedding and all of the drivers were prompt and courteous. I had a little trouble making arrangements over the phone, as some of the operators seemed aloof and incompetent. I had to request one particular operator, Darlene, in order to make sure they were getting the correct information. However, on the day of the wedding, the driver was kind enough to wait with me in the car while the church was being prepared and then came into the church after the ceremony to make sure everyone could process out and get the appropriate transportation. The drivers were wonderful and friendly!

    I would definitely recommend this company for any special occasion limousine needs whether it's prom or your wedding day - their pricing is very reasonable and they're very reliable from time of booking to the day of =)

    I booked their 10-passenger stretch limo for 3 hours for our wedding day and paid a very reasonable price (I have inquire from at least 3 other limo companies and their prices are just ridiculous!) - also, since I booked 6 months in advance, they even gave me an extra discount... so for 3 hours: red carpet, simple "just married" sign, unlimited location for the whole 3 hours~ we got more than our money's worth that we don't even regret renting a limo ;) It was a good bonding time for my groom and I n' our wedding party to loosen up together before the reception! Not to mention the free champagne bottle they tossed in there ;)

    We loved our services! We went over a little and they just sent me a bill after the wedding to let me know how much would be charged to us. Made things so simple! Our driver Eric was great. The only reason I took some points away is that we had someone in our bridal party that was in a wheel chair and their Sprinters didnt have an option to have him on there. But otherwise, everything else was great! If we ever need transportation in the future, I would use them again in a heartbeat. Totally would recommend them!

    We used the 36 person limo bus for our wedding. The bus arrived early and was clean and very nice. On the phone we were told we would have the bus for an extra 15 minutes at no cost, but the driver was not aware of this.

    M&M Limousine was excellent for our 3/18/17 wedding. They were on time (even about 15 minutes early), had the exact car I wanted, and were very professional. I didn't have to stress at all with this part of my wedding. They handled everything wonderfully (including a minor unexpected change of plans). The price was very reasonable and I felt like we got great value for our money. I highly recommend M&M Limousine!

    We would recommend M&M Limousine to future bride and grooms. We had a great experience with them for our wedding. They were on time, our driver was professional, attentive and kind, and our limo came exactly as described (clean quality/condition/wedding package/liquor). (The only reason they were not a perfect 5 is because our driver had a little trouble finding our chapel due to an inaccurate GPS, and also I booked them for my bachelorette party and the driver was 30 minutes late) but because my wedding went so well with them I would book with them becuase they offer a really good bang for the buck.

    Our neighbor actually works for M&M. We had hoped to get him as our driver for our wedding! We set up two 3 hour pickup / drop off sessions for our guests that were staying at the hotel. The first one would get them from the hotel to the ceremony and then to the reception. The second one would get them from the reception back to the hotel.

    We ended up with two different drivers who were friendly and didn't question our insanity! The combined pricing for a 22 person bus included tax and tip which was nice so we didn't have to worry about anything through the night. I know our friends tipped both drivers though due to rain early in the day and safe travels later in the night. I'm glad we found a package that would accommodate our event!

    We had a little trouble finding the limo when it was time for us to go. Fortunately, my DOC called them and they arrived within a few minutes. After that we really didn't have much contact with the driver but he took us where we wanted to go and the limo was nice. We got a really good deal because I didn't book it until 3 days before the wedding and they were still available (this was winter, though). Of all the places that gave me quotes, M&M was by far the best and they came recommended by a few other Knotties. They were perfect for my needs.

    We used this limo service for our wedding. We decided to do a point to point service for the groomsmen and bridal party and a limo party bus for close family and friends. This was one of the few limo companies that allowed you to do a point to point service for a wedding so I guess I can't complain much. The ladies in the office were nice and confirmed all the bookings and were clear about pick up times and places.

    However, the day of the wedding the limo pulled up to the bride's house and did not even come to the door to let us know he was there. He was 1/2 early, which is better than late I guesss. However, for point to point they give you a fifteen minute window and after that they charge you $3 per minute. It was the same limo driver that picked the bride and groom up from the venue and again did not mention to anyone he was there.

    However, must say for the price they were on time, didn't have to pay as much as other companies, and knew where they were going.

    We used M & M to shuttle guests from the ceremony to the reception. When my husband was booking them he spoke to two different people who gave him different information. Once we got that ironed out, everything went fine. Good enough value.

    I was a little disappointed that I had to book 4 hours when all we really needed was at the very most 2 hours. Because of this I ended up telling them that I wanted them there at 5 PM and that we would be ready to go around 5:30 because we were on a tight schedule and didn't want to wait for them to get there. They told me this would be fine, but on the day I got a call saying that they had been there waiting and were unsure as to why no one had called to let them know we would be late. I do not know if maybe the office did not inform the driver of our request but we were obviously busy. In the end the driver got us to where we needed to go and the ride was very smooth. We only ended up using 2.5 hours out of the 4 we paid for. Also the condition of the party bus was very nice, there could have been a little bit better air conditioning though. And I was very happy to find a party bus that did not have a stripper pole on it since there were children with us.

    We used the limo to take me, my parents and my bridesmaids to the church and then to take my husband and I on a photo shoot around the area. We paid $288 (including tip) for 3 hours of service, which included a bottle of champagne, beer, water, and other soft drinks. Our driver arrived early, which was nice so we didn't have to worry about her being late, but frustrating because we were not prepared to deal with her and it was very distracting during my bridal portraits. Our driver was kind of weird, she seemed polite, but she was kind of grumpy and off-putting to all those around her. We had specifically requested no red carpet, but she put one out anyway and then was annoyed we didn't want to pose for pictures on it. She also wouldn't let me out of the limo at the church because no one had signaled her, even though I could see that it was time to go. All in all, the service was fine for what it was. She arrived on time, took us to where we needed to go, and provided all the services promised and even let us go over 15 minutes without charging extra. However, her manner was very off-putting and annoying to deal with during our wedding.

    Good price... but I guess you get what you pay for

    We chose M&M because of their great pricing, but they were hard to get a hold of for planning purposes and I had to call the representative several times before we were able to pay. Then they were late to pick up the bridal party after going to the address in a different town... Made the morning a bit more stressful than it needed to be. The driver was apologetic and I understand things happen, but we included the name of the venue and wish they had done a bit more research beforehand to avoid that....

    Safe but dirty buses

    We chose M&M based on a recommendation from our planner and their pricing, but were disappointed with their service. Communicating via email was difficult, but did improve when we spoke on the phone. The bus we rented for the wedding party was dirty from a party they had picked up the night before and the seats were covered in glitter. The driver told us that it was from a prior party, but did not make an effort to clean it up prior to picking us up. They were on time picking up guests and had safe drivers, however would probably not recommend in the future.

    Driver left early without telling us

    We had a mostly good experience with M&M. Our driver was on time, the bus was exactly as expected, and we were able to get our whole wedding party safely to the venue. However, after telling both the mother of the bride and the coordinator the driver would be making another loop back to the hotel to pick up another load of family members and bring them to the venue. Our driver did not go back to the hotel. This caused our ceremony to start late because several family members had to call an Uber and we lost about an hour worth of time we had paid for. This was really disappointing.

    3 out 4 reservations great; 1 important one was 30 min. late!

    We used M&M for our October 2019 wedding. We had four reservations for the big day. We had an SUV for two hours before the ceremony for us & the photographer/videographer; a 32 passenger bus point-to-point for our guests before the ceremony; an SUV point-to-point after the ceremony for us; and a 32 passenger bus point-to-point for our guests after the ceremony.

    The booking process was super easy, all done online. M&M provided detailed email confirmations.

    The SUV before hand was approximately 10 minutes late. This was not a huge deal, as we understand Chicago traffic & the difficulty finding us in front of the hotel. Also the driver was super nice! However, at that time, I confirmed with someone that sounded like a dispatcher that the bus would be on time and exactly where the pickup was. The dispatcher looked up the GPS & confirmed the bus was on schedule.

    The bus was 30 min. late. As a result, I had to take time out of my wedding photos to call guests, call dispatch, & call the driver. Guests also arrived at the venue with very little time to spare. Things worked out, but for the price being 30 min. late is not ok. We expected our guests to be there when we needed them to be.

    The point-to-point SUV & bus after the ceremony were both right on time.

    3 out of the 4 reservations were great, but not happy with the bus reservation for what it cost. I sent an email similar to this review to them the next day & still have not heard anything back.

    I wouldn't recommend this company. I paid for a party bus and a limo for my wedding (to go to and from reception). They sent a shuttle instead of the party bus on the way too the reception. They did call my cell phone. However, I was busy getting married and wasn't able to answer. They left a text for me to call back. I was transferred 3 times before I was told the party bus I ordered was stuck in traffic because of an accident. The shuttle was awful. The aisle space was extremely too little. My wedding gown kept getting stuck in between the seat as I was walking to my seat. There wasn't enough legroom for tall people. We were only refunded $62. After the reception, we did received the correct vehicle. I was also charged and additional $36 for being 15 min late. Although, I was never told about a late fee, nor was it in writing on anything I signed.

    I was not very pleased working with M&M Limos for my wedding. Our limo driver was late picking us up from the church, so we--the bride and groom--were left waiting for him on the sidewalk while our guests went to the reception venue. Our driver also didn't speak English and didn't know the directions of how to get to our photo sites.

    I had heard good things about M&M - I must have had bad luck that day. I confirmed everything with M&M the day before and they had the address. The day of the wedding, I was in the lobby WAITING FOR MY LIMO! A bride should not be waiting on her transportation. After he was 10 minutes late and remained on the phone with the customer service rep until he arrive, the limo turned out to be crap. The mirrors int he bad were broken and cracked (had to make sure I looked good before I got out of the limo!) and the radio didn't work. After the ceremony it was blazing hot in there - we couldn't stand it! A few silver linings, they were prepared when we came out of the church, the guy was dressed nice and the tip was automatic (didn't have to worry about cash the day of). granted, I would have tipped less after that experience, but it is what it is and I wasn't late to my wedding - thankfully.

    They were not very forthcoming with information at all. They quoted me in February $500 for shuttling guests between the hotels and the venue; we booked at the time they gave us the quote and then the week of the wedding (August 12) they charged my husband's credit card DOUBLE to amount they quoted us. When I asked for approximate arrival/departure times at each hotel to give to my guests, Josie got an attitude and refused to comply even though I told her I was aware that times would fluctuate based on traffic. We should have gone with another company.

    Would never hire again

    If you need transportation on time for an important event this would be the last place to call. We hired them for wedding transport, soup to nuts. The most important and stressful part of the entire day was getting the bride and girls to the church. We built in an hour of slop into the schedule. 15 minutes before go time, the bus was not there. Our planner called and was told the bus was running over an hour behind. We didn’t have a backup plan, so we pressed the issue and they said they’d send a car to drive at least some of the party. Go time - the car was not there, the bus was not there. Fortunately our makeup girl (to which we added a generous tip) had a large enough car to make up the difference, and we managed to get everybody to the church only a little late. The bus was there for the rest of the evening, and everything else went smoothly. The problem was we had no notice until we called, and that happened twice in a row. And there seemed to be no concern about the pain and anguish that was caused. They offered to refund us the cost of the bus until it got there, so we basically would pay the rate from actual arrival until departure time. I suggested they keep the money and send flowers and an apology to the bride and her mother, no response. We will never use them again when we have to be somewhere on time. Equipment was great - great condition, clean. Driver’s were great - friendly, sincere desire for everybody to enjoy their ride.

    Keep looking

    We booked M&M as a shuttle from Hotel to our Venue.We booked them for 2 hours. When they showed up for the first ride the driver seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. He said he was given no direction. Ever time I talked to M&M they were told what they needed not sure why no notes were left or told to him. We told him what we wanted said for the whole 2 hours we need you to drive from the hotel and the venue to get our guests. Come to find out the driver only did a few rides and then just stopped going back to the hotel! Half of our guests who stayed at the hotel needed to drive because the shuttle never went back to the hotel to pick them up! I will NEVER use them again. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a limo company. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

    Horrible experience!

    I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT HIRE M&M FOR YOUR WEDDING!!! We hired a 50 passenger bus to transport wedding guests to the ceremony. The bus arrived late, the driver was not competent, the driver did not know the destination, most guests ended up calling ubers or driving themselves (which defeated the whole purpose of hiring a bus), guests got to the ceremony late AND when I contacted the company about the issue they would not address the issue and stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. DO NOT HIRE THEM FORYOUR WEDDING!!!

    Absolute Disaster!

    First off, working with the inital salesperson was fine. She responded to me quickly and her communication was very clear. I was really excited about the vehicles that M&M had in their fleet and, the vehicle that arrived was clean and as spacious as I expected.

    However, it doesn't seem that our logistical communications were passed on to the driver/dispatch. Our driver arrived at the wrong location a little late. Thankfully, we had people at the location that he went to who told him where he was supposed to be. His first pickup was supposed to be to bring the groomsmen to our “first look” location, but instead, he brought all of the groomsmen to the location where all the bridesmaids and myself (the bride) where. The bus had all of the shades covering the windows so none of the boys were able to see where they were until they had arrived at the wrong location. As soon as the boys got off the bus, they noticed they were in the wrong place. Unfortunately, this resulted in my (now) husband and I seeing one another prior to our planned “first look”. We were so disappointed, and it frankly ruined several pre-wedding moments for us, which were already quite stressful. Instead of having the sweet and romantic moment we had planned, we were both panicked and upset by this oversight by the drivers.

    I wish this was my only bad story for you.

    We booked M&M for a little over 8 hours for wedding escort and shuttle service on New Year’s Eve. After we realized that the driver had no clue where he was supposed to be and when, we began giving him clear instructions about where to go next. After dropping us off at each pre-wedding photo location, the driver or security guard would ask a member of our group "am I done now?" This was the last thing I needed to hear on my wedding day, especially considering the high cost of this service to begin with. What on earth would make a driver think that I'd book over 8 hours of service and let him leave after only 2 hours of service?

    On the bus we booked, the driver/front seat is separated with a partition from the rest of the limo. Well, instead of providing a private event for the wedding party, we felt as though the partition served as a private barrier so that the driver and security didn't have to interact with us. We'd have to knock on the partition to get assistance with how to operate the radio and turn off the lights (which, by the way, ruined some of my photos). The driver had no idea how to operate these controls. How embarrassing.

    The security guard was an absolute joke. This man and the driver were clearly baked and high as kites as they drove myself, my closest friends and family around the city of Chicago on a busy traffic night. One of the two of them managed to leave their seat to watch everyone depart the bus, but that was about it. No assistance to anyone, let alone girls in heels, entering and exiting the bus. I guess I don't think that has to be a requirement, but I think it'd be a professional courtesy.

    Everywhere we went we had the blinds down but the routes these guys took were insane. I intentionally planned my wedding logistics all within a mile of each other to cut down on travel time. These guys took the LONG way every time. I couldn't believe how 5-minute drives managed to take 20-30 minutes. I know there was traffic, but there weren't road closures until much later that evening, which I had planned for - why didn't they? These are supposed to be professional drivers who are experienced in this type of logistic.

    I'm sorry to say, even that is not all.

    We booked a separate shuttle bus for the end of the night, 12am-2am, to shuttle guests safely to their hotel after a night of drinking at our reception venue. I'm not sure how this happened, but somehow the same limo bus arrived for pickup instead of the booked shuttle bus. I don't recall seeing the driver's face, so I don't know if it was the same drivers as the earlier part of the day. I don't know if the bus was on time because I wasn’t leaving right at 12pm, but after taking the first round of guests from the reception to the hotel, the driver decided that was a good time to go home and go to bed. I'm not kidding!!

    By the time I was leaving, there was no bus to be found. I had a friend call the phone number for the driver. The driver was the one who said he literally went home because there were only a few people on the first ride, so he thought he was done so he went home for the night. My friend said "no, you need to be doing shuttle service and more than half of the wedding guests are still waiting for rides." The driver groaned and eventually showed up for one last shuttle. This was around 1:30am.

    Several of my guests had to purchase Uber rides, which were surging at the time, of course. I was so upset to hear this.

    These men smelled of marijuana and I don’t feel we were safe; however, I was not about to further ruin my groups’ logistics for the day by making a big deal of it on my wedding day or risk them intentionally sabotaging future logistics of our day.

    I allowed a lot of time to cool down about this before posting to allow M&M time to rectify the situation in any way. They responded to confirm receipt of my email, but they did nothing to make this right. No disciplinary action for the drivers, no refund/credits, a half-baked (no pun intended) email apology, at best. The transportation was thankfully the only thing that went wrong with my wedding, but I put so much time and thought into the logistics. The issues with the transportation were the talk of the next day instead of how amazing everything else was, which was a disappointment. I'm frustrated because I didn’t forget to send M&M my schedule. In hindsight, I should have printed the schedule to give to the driver on the day of, but I didn’t feel that was necessary given that I had sent my detailed schedule 3 weeks in advance.

    I hope this terrible experience will help steer other brides far away from hiring M&M. Or at least serve as a helpful tip on how to handle them if you do. Always print a schedule!

    We hired a bus to continuously take guests from our wedding reception to the hotel as they requested and just loop back and forth. The driver arrived and was waiting for 24 passengers to pick up. We finally convinced him that he did not need to fill the bus before leaving each time.

    The hotel was 5 minutes from our reception, however the first drop-off took almost an hour because the driver typed the address wrong into his GPS. Passengers were telling the driver he was going the wrong way, but he continued driving into the city. This caused a backup of guests wanting to leave that now had to wait for the shuttle to return.

    The driver removed his jacket and was walking around our reception in a graphic t-shirt. Also, we realized when riding the shuttle later that his friend was in the passenger seat and was with him for the night.

    First of all, let me start by saying I did NOT book with M&M and here is why. I reached out to them for a quote for JUST bride & groom transportation. I did not need a package for the whole bridal party, guest transport, etc. I specified JUST the two of us. They responded quickly, and with a very reasonable quote. This was the first company to actually give me a quote for what I wanted, so I thought I had found a winner. UNFORTUNATELY, when I didn't book after about 8 hours (sorry, I had to work) the rep emailed me again to ask me if I was still interested. I explained I was working doubles and would get back to her in the next day or so. Well, I did. I said I was ready to book if the offer was still available. She never responded. I reached out again to confirm that she got my message - and again, no response. I tried a third time. Still nothing. Finally, I said that if I didn't hear from someone in their office by 5pm (about 2 weeks after the initial quote was given) I would be taking my business elsewhere. Still nothing. So basically, they gave a quote, expected me to book instantly, and when I didn't (and I suspect because it WASN'T a wedding "package") they ignored me. Do yourself a favor - find a company that actually responds to their customers. A good quote means nothing if no one is willing to talk to you about it.

    Extremely Disappointed!

    We booked M&M Limo on Feb 20 to transport about 140 guests for our son’s April 18 wedding in Champaign, IL. (70 from the I-Hotel, 70 from Hyatt Place). A 50 passenger and 24 passenger vehicle was required at each hotel, arriving at 3:30 PM and departing at 3:45 PM.

    On the Wednesday before the wedding M&M called and confirmed.
    However, the next day they called to tell us both 24 passenger vehicles were unavailable due to maintenance. By Friday morning they had no solution, so we had to scramble and pay a local shuttle $1,000 for an 18 passenger van and ask some guests to drive or Uber.

    Two hours before the scheduled pickup we were told a 50 passenger bus wouldn’t arrive. Now we were in panic mode! After we demanded a solution, they were able to substitute another 50 passenger bus that had to leave 15 minutes earlier, forcing us to notify guests and adjust plans. The stress and last minute chaos ruined what should have been a celebratory day. If M&M can’t reliably staff events in Champaign, they shouldn’t accept work there. Return service in the evening after the wedding was also subpar. We expected professional contingency planning and timely communication — neither was delivered.

    2 days after the wedding, I emailed their owner Mike and have not received a response. We did get a call from their account manager Freddie. He assured us that a customer service member would be in contact. That never happened. It was a very disappointing experience!

    this company is absolute trash. they’re consist late, communication is non-existent, and their customer service a joke.

    its a 50/50 shot that you’ll get the color you paid for, the size ride you paid for, the cleanliness you’d expect from any reputable company… the list of disappointments just goes on and on.

    you may think - well I’ll be proactive and call them…nope. they will flat out lie to you to get you off the phone.

    go with literally any other company, walk, hitch hike, grab an Uber. just don’t go with m&m

    Worst experience ever

    We scheduled a bus for our wedding (9/22/2023) to pick us up at 5pm. After calling 3 times our bus arrived at 6:15 and made us an hour late to our own wedding. We missed out on so much time with family and had to forfeit family pictures. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Wish I would have read the Yelp reviews before booking. Horrible service and customer service.

    Horrible do not book

    Reservation #: 230197 - 24-passenger bus for wedding party in the afternoon
    I called M&M to confirm that this bus was en route and going to be on time, which was confirmed. I was also given the driver's name and phone number
    I then received a called stating that there was an issue with the bus, which I assumed was just traffic, but later found out that the originally scheduled driver had called off work and a new driver was being assigned to this bus
    This caused the bus to be severely late picking up the Bride & Groom and their wedding party from the hotel downtown to their Church in Lakeview. They were supposed to depart the hotel at 1:00pm, as their Ceremony began at 2:00pm. I was told their bus wouldn't be arriving until 1:30pm. At which point, we made the decision to call Ubers (more money spent) to get everyone to the Church. We would have risked being very late to the Church had we waited for the bus
    I then rerouted the bus to meet us at the Church, ready for photos after the Ceremony ended
    Unfortunately, this specific driver caused further issues by not following GPS instructions and outright ignored the Photographer who was helping guide him where to go. This group was on a very strict timeline, and once they were done taking photos and ready to leave for the venue, the driver was nowhere to be found. Eventually they did find him walking back to the bus coming from the bathroom (which is perfectly acceptable, but why did he wait until they were about to leave to do this?) and smoking a cigarette with zero sense of urgency.
    This bus and driver is definitely the one that caused the most issues and impacted the overall day.
    There was also no security guard onboard, which the couple paid for, as they had planned to bring a cooler with alcoholic beverages with them for the day

    The only issue we experienced with this bus was that it left the Marriott from picking up guests too soon and arrived at the venue 20 minutes earlier than instructed. Had the driver here followed the schedule that was provided, more guests could have gotten on the bus before leaving, and guests wouldn't have arrived at the Reception 20 minutes before they were intended to, and while vendors were still setting things up.

    Whatever vehicle arrived was larger than what the couple had reserved and needed. Typically, I would say this is a positive thing, but this driver experienced some pretty bad traffic going to and from the venue and hotel, which could have been slightly less of an issue if the vehicle had been the correct, smaller size.
    I personally spoke with this driver myself and ran through the evening schedule with him and believed we were on the same page about this. Unfortunately, I was later informed that he actually didn't take guests back to the Marriott all the way, but rather dropped them off 3 blocks away from the hotel and said "it's 3 blocks that way". Guests didn't know where they were, as they had traveled from out of town, and were left to fend for themselves.

    Terrible Scam

    My fiancé and I contacted this vendor about shuttle services for our upcoming wedding reception. We received a quote and contacted them 4 days later. To attempt to book their services. My fiancé thankfully asked them to confirm the price before running her credit card. They were going to double the quoted price without even mentioning the increase to her. This company screams SCAM!!! Do not book with them. Multiple other vendors I spoke with over the phone told me to stay away from this company. BUYER BEWARE!

    Never again.

    I booked two 40-passenger buses to transport guests for my wedding day. Only one of the buses showed up. It was not until 15 minutes before the buses were to depart to the wedding venue I received a call from M&M indicating that the 2nd bus was running 90 minutes behind schedule. They told me the bus was on another call and would not be leaving the route. I called M&M twice in the days leading up to my wedding to insure this would not be a problem as I had seen mixed reviews online. And on both occasions they promised me that both vehicles would arrive in time as they would make it a priority because it was for a wedding. Needless to say, several family members missed the wedding ceremony because of M&M's inability to deliver on their promise. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Check the BBB reviews for this company before booking.

    Do Not Use!

    Do NOT use this limo service. We booked them for our wedding and they never showed up to pick up the groom/groomsmen. Everyone had to pile into cars and drive to the venue - making them late for the ceremony and pictures which then prevented the bridal party from participating in the cocktail hour. They are non responsive and have yet to make any attempt at restitution and I have called twice.

    Canceled 10mins before pickup

    Have an important event?Especially a time sensitive event such as a wedding/prom/bachelor/bachelorette party? Well I can tell you right now they won't show up for you and your party! The audacity of calling 10 MINUTES BEFORE PICKUP, they decide to say their driver is past their hours and cannot do the job we called way in advance for. We kept them in the loop the entire planning process for our bachelorette party, and still canceled. Not only did it put us in a panic, and stressed out the soon to be bride, it also left us without a vehicle! Here we are, stuck in a Chicago on a Saturday night, calling all the places to find a replacement and the only thing we could find was 2 separate cars, 100hr, splitting up our party! I do not recommend!!

    If I could give them zero stars I would.

    I had set up a rental of their bus to pick up me and my bridesmaids and take us to the venue. A simple one way trip. Rental was confirmed and paid for in full. On the day of my wedding 45 minutes before they were supposed to pick us up in the western suburbs I get a text stating "hi this is blank from m&m I'm running late and just read this was a wedding" my SIL called and was told our driver has not even dropped off the prior client in DOWNTOWN CHICAGO. There would be no way they would ever make it to us in time and dispatch said they had no other options and "thought this might be an issue" when they saw the schedule that morning. I then had to email and call myself to get the full refund I demanded after the wedding. I would have never made it to my wedding on time of I relied on them and will forever be thankful for Uber. Do not use!

    Terrible experience

    We booked two busses, one for each hotel we used for our wedding. An hour before the the busses were supposed to arrive at the two hotels, Someone from M&M called saying they only had 1 bus and 1 driver. The 1 bus had to do 2 trips to and from the hotel and venues. This then set our entire wedding back 35 minutes. It was extremely frustrating for all involved. Then when it was time for departure from the venue. They said they would only go to 1 hotel and make 1 trip. All while CURSING OUT OUR PLANNER. This is extremely frustrating and left many people scrambling for rides. It should be noted that WE CONFIRMED THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING THAT THE TIMES AND AMOUNT OF SHUTTLES WERE CORRECT. Extremely frustrating experience, and we will be inquiring more about how to correct this experience.

    Bus late & dirty, causing wedding ceremony to start 1.5hrs late!

    I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and this company created huge issues for the wedding day. The bus came 50 minutes late to pick us up which made the entire wedding party (bride and groom included) late for the wedding ceremony. The company/drivers did not call us to warn of delay, instead they lied to us at least two separate times of their ETA. Once on the bus, the driver did not do everything he could to get us to the wedding venue on time, he took many round-about streets to get us to our destination. As a consequence the wedding mass started 1.5 hrs late, causing delays and inconveniences to over 300 guests and vendors. As a result, we did not have as much time after the ceremony and before the reception to take wedding party pictures. On top of all of this, the bus came dirty with open pack of water bottles and spills on the floor. I do NOT recommend this company.

    Do not book m&m limo

    DO NOT BOOK!! I used M&M Limo for my wedding in October 2021, and they picked up the bridal party 50 minutes late. The wedding mass started 1.5 hours late because the bride (me) and groom were not there.

    We called the dispatcher multiple times while waiting (because no one ever called us to inform us they were late), and they blatantly lied multiple times about their ETA. They told us they were 15 minutes away, then 12 minutes away, then gave us an actual intersection - yet still took 50 minutes from the first call. On top of all this, the bus arrived dirty.

    The worst part about it all was the horrendous customer service. I mean seriously, it could not have been worse. The partner, Alex, was extremely rude and nearly hung up on us when we called to complain. To give you an idea of the customer service provided: when we reported that the bus dropped us off 15 minutes late to our reception, he said "Oh, so you got an EXTRA 15 minutes." He called the situation a "clusterf***" himself, yet even after spending over $3K with this company, they only refunded us $600. They should also be paying for lost photographer/videographer hours and for the photography permit we could not use because of their huge delay.

    Again, do not book M&M Limo. You won't regret it.

    Do not hire

    Do not use this company. The service was late on my wedding day. I booked a limo bus and when the bus arrived late, it was a coach bus and the company admits that it is not the bus I booked, but they "farmed-out" the service to a different company because they can't even use their own buses. None of the amenities I paid for with my original contract were available including the sound system not working, so we sat, uncomfortably the who ride to my wedding. The company will not provide any type of refund for the fact that what I booked did not match what I was provided. The customer service representative that manages the company is inconsiderate and refuses to listen to his customers. Do not book with them because you will be bait and switched and then told that the only option you would have had to get any money back would be to refuse to ride, even though they arrive late and don't give you a chance to find other transportation.

    False info and Worst company to deal with!!!!!

    Had a contract with them for a 36 passenger bus…we had 33 ppl that needed to go onto the bus…we had only 19 people fit on the bus comfortably and had to tell everyone else to find a ride bc we couldn’t fit them on the bus. Called them to dispute the fact that they told us 36 people would fit on the bus and they said they did nothing wrong and they all blamed the DOT for certifying that 36 people can fit on the bus. Upon talking to the supervisor (Alex) he goes “ if u were to ask me when u booked I would tell u a max 26 or so ppl can fit on the bus” I told him “well if you guys know 36 ppl won’t fit why would u tell us they will and make us sign a contact for that bus knowing they wouldn’t fit” Alex (the supervisor) goes we go with the numbers that the DOT gives us. So all they do is deflect the blame to the government and don’t take blame for the fact that they told us this many people would fit on the bus and they didn’t (were all avg size btw). They gave us a pity 100 bucks back to try to make amends but we spent $1100 on this bus and also our guests that were all from out of town had to get Ubers to the pictures and reception (cost for that was over 100$). I seriously beg whoever reads these reviews to use a different company, there’s other options. I’m sure they’re going to reply to this bad review and say ohh we have never had issues before, but I never leave reviews for anyone unless it’s completely justified and I’m telling you this company does not take any blame for anything and I will be disputing my transaction with them bc they are honest to god a terrible company and they should not be allowed to treat people like this knowing what they’re selling is not 100% accurate and then blaming the DOT so they don’t have to take any blame themselves. If you do even after this review go with this company, order a way bigger bus than u need bc you will certainly need it bc the number estimate they give u is completely false. Will also be filing a complaint with the BBB even if it takes time on my end for them to change their false information so someone else’s event isn’t ruined due to them.

    Horrible experience! Stay away!

    By far the shadiest company/group of people I have ever encountered. We booked a 29 passenger limo 5 months before our wedding, which was overbooked and canceled the week of the wedding. To make things "right" they promised us a charter bus for 56 people where we had organized for 50 people to be transferred an hour away from the church to the ceremony. Two hours before pick up, they had informed us that "bus is 4 hours behind" which means they sold it to someone for more money and canceled on us. (This was confirmed by a driver who works for their company). We had people stranded with no way of being transported to the venue. Alex the dispatcher kept making up excuses, getting aggravated because "we kept calling". Please stay away from this company because your day will end up like ours, don't take the risk with these people and their unethical business practices.

    M&M Limo - Poor Service

    Limo was late by 10 minutes to pick up from the hotel. In addition, when the limo finally arrived, the drive still had to clean up the bottles that were left from the previous trip. In turn, the church ceremony was delayed and started 30 minutes late. In addition, we wanted to go to Chicago but were never told that we needed a security guard on board in order to drink and go to the city. We were told of this the night before and did not get a chance to go to Chicago and instead stayed in the suburbs which was our second option.

    Unreliable drivers, even worse customer service

    Never use this transportation company. Seriously.

    We used M&M for our Friday rehearsal and Saturday post-reception transportation. To summarize, they royally f'ed up both evenings for us.

    Friday: The driver was almost AN HOUR late in picking us up for the rehearsal. They were never clear about what the true ETA was, so we just kept waiting and waiting. Apparently traffic was the issue but I'm sorry, you're a transportation company and it's Friday afternoon in downtown Chicago. Clearly someone did not plan very well and got stuck. Then, one of the managers called me and actually got sassy. Tried to tell me it was traffic and did not once apologize or take any blame. I told him I frankly did not care what happened prior to that point, but needed to know what they were going to do about it and when the driver was really arriving. He huffed and puffed and handed the phone over to a woman who was much more calm and capable. We ended up having to rush the rehearsal, and arrived at our rehearsal dinner 30 minutes late. Thank goodness there was a bar at the hotel.

    Saturday: We contracted for two buses/drivers to take guests between Adler and Blackstone, as well as Adler and our after party bar location. First bus shows up at 10:30PM, on time, great. Second bus shows up after that and is supposed to stay with us until 3AM for the last run from the bar to the hotel. First bus ended up doing his job.... AND the second bus's job because that second bus driver decided to do one run and go home. Like WTF??? My groom, a few guests, and I were the last ones to leave the reception and were left there for almost an hour after the reception ended. Thankfully the first bus stuck around and drove longer than he was contracted to (thank you Ken), but it is completely unacceptable for the second driver to not carry out her duties, especially on someone's wedding night! Like, who is M&M hiring over there? Needless to say, we were super late to our own after party and people had already left. This is time we can never have back and memories not made because M&M sucks.

    After the disastrous wedding weekend with M&M services, our planner reached out to them to get a resolution. We agreed that a full refund of all 3 buses from the weekend would be the right thing to do, and for us to not have any hard feelings. Apparently the owner was on vacation and it took over a week to hear back from them. Freddy was our main point of contact (and likely the same person who sassed me on the phone Friday night after his driver took almost an hour to get to us), and they agreed to refund us for 2 of the 3 buses. The rationale was that the third bus driver did his job and they couldn't provide a refund because the services were rendered. To me, this is the biggest customer service cop out ever. The fact this company screwed up BOTH nights that we used their services, on our WEDDING WEEKEND, but wouldn't be willing to just say - we are so sorry, let us comp you for all the undue stress and mishaps on our part - is really sad. When something like this happens, I feel like you should look at the entire experience and not just pick apart what went right. Sadly, they are clearly more about making money (and probably taking it from the drivers than their own profit) than maintaining a good reputation. I hope their decision to keep $375 was worth the thousands of dollars they will lose down the road, because they simply do not care about their customers.

    Do not recommend!

    We went to M&M Limo for our wedding transportation because we were quoted a great price on a limo bus. When we arrived and saw the different options, we were told that the limo bus I had been previously quoted for was actually several hundred dollars more. They begrudgingly agreed to give me the bus for the incorrectly quoted price as we had only went there because of that limo bus and price. A limo bus was really important to me, I wanted to be able to enter and exit the limo easily in my wedding dress and did NOT want to be crawling across seats and bending over in a regular car or SUV.

    We booked the limo in February and our wedding was in October. Less than 24 hours before our wedding, they call me and say our limo bus was having "mechanical issues" and they had no other buses available so I had to go with an SUV.

    You can imagine how stressful it is to hear this information, less than 24 hours before your wedding, and they basically had no solution for me.

    I had to ask them for a discount on the changed vehicle, they didn't even offer one for the inconvenience and we ultimately got stuck with the exact car we did NOT want for our wedding.

    Part of me wonders if they were able to find someone else to book that bus, at the correctly quoted price, so they screwed us over 24 hours before our big day. Seemed a little shady to me.

    I would never book with them again.

    We had a contract with this company and they did not contact us ahead of time to inform us that the conditions of the contract changed. We found out only days before that we were not getting everything they promised us in the "Bridal Package." Extremely disappointing. Also the driver got lost on the way to the church and he left IMMEDIATELY after dropping us off at the church and we had to have the groom call him since I left a bag in the limo that I needed to get ready and my phone was in the bag. Very frustrating.

    Alex the driver manager is a scam artist. He and I spoke and agreed that he would phone ME back to discuss a remedy for our situation. He tried to pull a fast one and called my wife back two days later and made it sound like we spoke and all was good.

    We are understanding people and know that problems happen. We only wanted some kind of compensation but instead we were basically called liars.

    December 16, 2017 we rented a coach bus for our Pajama Polar Express. The trip is to drive for 5 hours looking at Christmas lights, watching Christmas movies.

    On departure we noticed that the DVD would only play the DVD of the Polar Express in Spanish. The driver suggested we stop at Walmart and purchase a new DVD which we did. The new DVD played in French. We sat for over 15 minutes trying to get the system to work. The driver had us search the bus for the remote to the system which was nowhere to be found. We proceeded without a functioning DVD.

    As we continued the bathroom light would not work and the toilet would not flush. The driver told us to use our cellphones for light in the bathroom and gave us a bottle of water to flush the toilet.

    We also had problems with the intercom system. He had us unplug replug it to see if that made it work.

    We had numerous conversations with Alex. He said our "beliefs" of these systems not working were not true and working fine. He said coach bus lavatory's freeze up after a certain temperature. The temperature was 48 degrees. We have rented coach buses for 6 years and this has never happened. December 17, 2016 the high was 26 degrees.We asked Alex for some sort of compensation . His response was that since our allegations were not proven he will only give us
    10% off our next rental.

    On December 16, 2017 we rented a 56 Passenger Coach Bus from M&M Limousine for our 6th Annual Pajama Polar Express Bus for Friends and Family. This year we chose to rent the bus from M&M Limousine Services located at 1300 Rand Road, Des Plaines, IL 847-257-2111 www.mmlimo.com. The passengers of this bus consisted of 22 children and 34 adults not including the driver. The intention of the trip is to drive for 5 hours looking at Christmas lights, watching Christmas Movies and partaking in other fun activities. Immediately on departure we noticed that the DVD would only play our English DVD of the Polar Express in Spanish. The driver suggested we stop at Walmart and purchase a new DVD which we did. The new English DVD played in French. We sat for over 15 minutes trying to get the system to work. The driver had us search the bus for the remote to the system which was nowhere to be found. We proceeded without a functioning DVD. As our route continued we noticed the bathroom light would not work and the toilet would not flush. When addressed with the driver he pulled over and tried to see if the light or toilet worked. He advised all passengers the light was burnt out and we need use our cellphones when in the bathroom and provided us with a bottle of water to flush the toilet. As you can imagine this was not an easy task with children.

    As the trip continued on we had problems with the intercom system working. The driver had us unplug it from the wall numerous times as well as he pulled over and turned off the bus to “reset” the system. Since December 17th my husband and I have had numerous conversations with the Bus Driver Manager by the named of Alex. He told us that our “beliefs” of these systems not working were not true and everything worked just fine. Very disappointing for all in attendance.

    DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO BE ON TIME TO YOUR WEDDING!!!

    We rented 3 vehicles on June 10th for our wedding day. One 45 passenger bus for 7 hours, 1 22 person stretch SUV limo for pick up and drop off, and 1 24 passenger shuttle bus.

    The 22 passenger limo arrived on time at 11:30am to pick up myself, my bridesmaids, and my parents. We were all loaded and ready to go at 11:40am for a 1 pm ceremony. We were picked up on the northwest side of Chicago near Park Ridge, and supposed to be dropped off at Holy Family Church downtown near UIC campus. Within one block the limo driver went the wrong way and we asked immediately if he knew where he was going, he assured us he did. We ended up in Oakbrook (where our reception was) 22 miles out of the way. At one point Mark (the driver) pulled over on the side of 294 (which we should not have been on to begin with) because he had no idea where he was going. Our photographer was following us and she pulled over as well to see what the heck was going on. THANKS JAIME CAMPANELLI for you your wonderful help and beautiful pictures!! He continued on clearly still lost. We finally neared the church just after 1pm and he turned down a dead end street that was clearly marked. We all started shouting form the back that he would not be able to get out, but he continued to drive all the way down which he had to back this huge limo out from. When we finally pulled in to the parking lot around 1:15pm, my dad and I were the last to leave the limo, and the driver admitted to us verbally that he had been on his phone not paying attention and it was completely his fault. There was also an issue with the party bus! FULL REVIEW ON YELP!!
    After multiple emails and phone calls without anyone (except for maybe Sue who could not help me) caring about what had happened since they had already gotten paid, I gave up. I was given $40 back of the $2,200 I spent on transportation. Of all 14 vendors I used on my wedding day, M&M was by far the WORST!
