She beautifully captured our interracial wedding without washing either of us out and made my husband, who hates photos, feel completely at ease. On the day of, she blended in like family. We hired Bekky for our September 2025 wedding, and I am so happy we did! She always got back to us right away, was very professional while having a very personable attitude, more than fair pricing, and she made it easy for us! We wanted a more candid portfolio , and less focused on posed-portraits since my husband and I aren't used to being in front of a camera. She delivered exactly what we wanted, and our portraits turned out amazing!
She got compliments to us from our guests for her friendly, confidence-boosting attitude and they LOVED the photos! She could not have done a better job, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a personable, highly talented photographer to book her ASAP!!! -

We couldn't have asked for a better photographer to shoot our wedding. Bekky was not only super professional, but was kind and funny. As Jeff and I were planning our wedding, I knew having a great photographer was one of the highest priorities--your wedding day seriously goes by in such a flash, and the photos are one of the only things you have to remember it by. When I found Bekky, I fell in love with her style and knew she was the photographer for us. Not only is she so talented, but she is so incredibly kind, funny and helpful! We had such a fun time laughing along with her during our sessions. I love how versatile her style is; she can do soft and dreamy, timeless and classy grayscale, modern journalistic, and traditional portraits. She is an incredible value--she took sooo many amazing photos for both our engagement session and our wedding, and she also threw in a couple of incredibly sweet and thoughtful surprises. Lyn Leland Photography was easily one of the BEST decisions I made for my wedding day! The pictures came out absolutely STUNNING and truly captured what it was like to be at my wedding. Rebekah was also amazing! She helped me every step of the way, and she was flexible when it counted. I had a cross-cultural wedding of Vietnamese and American, and when the Vietnamese guests came up expecting to take pictures with the bride and groom, Rebekah rolled with the punches and helped everyone take their photos with us. Also! we got our engagement photos with her as well which came out great and really helped us get to know each other before the big day. Rebekah is truly a gem with a heart of gold. Finding her on wedding wire was an absolute blessing. If you are in the DC metropolitan area, do yourself a favor and book Lyn leland photography. She is prompt with communication, and her eye for detail to get "the shot" is unmatched. From the moment we met at our engagement photo session, she made us feel so comfortable and guided us for the most beautiful photos. Our favorites were the candid shots she took of us. The day of our wedding on 11.11.22 was no different. She arrived on time with her amazing energy and captured every detail. Rebekah even stayed late to capture a few end of the night photos since we did have a send-off. To top it all off 2 weeks after our wedding, we received all of our wedding photos in an online gallery to share with family and friends. She even had a customer appreciation holiday photoshoot. It was a perfect way to capture our 1st holiday season as a married couple. We truly can't thank Lyn leland photography and Rebekah enough for making our wedding dreams come true. -

My husband and I were married on 9/30/22. Rebekah did our engagement photoshoot and our wedding. To say that I would hire her again would be a complete understatement. She was more than our photographer, she was a bright light during our wedding planning and wedding day. I am not the best at taking good photos, but she always made sure we looked our best in every shot. Our photos are beautiful quality, every single one. Dream Photographer
Rebekah was amazing. She was so positive, energetic, flexible and I am absolutely obsessed with my images. It unexpectedly down-poured rain on our wedding day and all our plans got blitzed at the last minute. I was so worried that due to the weather we weren't going to have a lot of options at the end of the day with how dark and wet the environment was and the reception tent was very dimly lit. Rebekah was super flexible and even with the dark gloomy environment you wouldn't have even guessed it was anything other than perfect from the photos. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and would HIGHLY recommend her for anyone looking for a wedding photographer. Other wonderful ways she exceeded my expectations was getting my photos back extremely quickly, edits had my dress photoshopped to remove all the mud/black from the rain and she was so responsive via phone/text/email. I can not say enough wonderful things about working with her and will be using her in the future for personal/family shoots no question.

She's a real life Superwoman
I can not express how special Rebekah is in mere words. From the very first correspondence, I could feel her energy and the love she has for what she does. She kept in touch throughout the entire process leading up to the week of our wedding. She was extremely professional. On the day of our wedding, she arrived on time and was ready to go. And she wasn't just my photographer. She was like another bridesmaid that day. She help me fix my dress, helped strap shoes, was my counselor when I became stressed. We had a great experience with Rebecca! She photographed our wedding and came in and made me feel comfortable. Her bubbly personality made both myself and other vendors work well with her. She worked so well with our photographer I thought they came together but they didn’t even know each other. She got amazing “sunset” shots of us outside. Bekky is top notch!
I met Bekky at my best friends wedding a few years ago, and she had also shot another friends intimate wedding a few years prior. Once I got engaged, I knew immediately she was my girl. She had taken so many beautiful pictures and was so much fun at my friends’ weddings that I immediately thought of her. My wedding planning was super last minute because if covid and I barely gave her much notice, and she still was able to squeeze us in. During our wedding day, several people came up to me asking “where did you find your photographer? She’s amazing!” Her energy and personality is so much fun and extremely accommodating, and OMG the photos she took! I was blown away. I had only hired her for two hours, and yet she captured so many amazing moments. She has a great eye for photos and pure talent in helping everyone have fun and feel comfortable. I was also surprised several weeks later when she delivered printed photos of the best shots in a pretty engraved box - something I had not ordered or was even expecting! She’s truly talented and so sweet. Totally recommend! -

First off I should say Rebekah was amazing to work with for our wedding and engagement photos!
Second off I wanted to say that Covid sucks and when we decided that we had to postpone our wedding, the dread of having to reach out to our vendors and trying to reschedule a date was an nightmare, at least in our heads!
It was super easy to reschedule with Rebekah and she easily got back to us no problem at all! She was amazing and made the whole process simple where we didn't even have to worry.
She's super friendly and really brings a cheerful demeanor to the photoshoots/events! For those candid moments, we barely noticed her as she navigated her way through the wedding crowd.
The photos came out great! Edited in a style we love. Both our engagement and wedding photos will bring us smiles and nostalgic feelings for years to come as we look back on them. Bekky was great with handling our large photo requests as well. Overall super professional, but also she makes you feel like she's your family or friend photographer and not just some random stranger you hired online :) -

Bekky was AMAZING from start to finish! From our first conversation to receiving all of our beautiful photos so quickly and everything in between (including helping to literally build our wedding arch just before the ceremony!!) Rebekah is by far the best photographer we worked with for our wedding. We had our original photographer cancel on us 4weeks before our wedding and we were scrambling to find someone. Our videographer recommended Rebekah, we looked over her website and just fell in love with her style. She managed to capture the joy and love between every couple in such a romantic yet elegant way. She was quick to respond to my inquiry email. The day of our wedding she did not disappoint!!! My husband and I still look at our photos because we love them so much. Rebekah captured the fun moments, the sweet moments and the “for my spouse’s eyes only” pics before the wedding. The pictures of our ceremony are absolutely breathtaking. Honestly, of the 1000+ pics she took that day I haven’t seen one bad picture, even the not so perfectly posed pics are still nice. She does such amazing work, you will not be disappointed. -

Best Vendor of Our Wedding!!!
Bekki was amazing! She is so warm and the second we met her, we knew she was the person we wanted to hire for our wedding. She was so incredibly patient with all the family drama that comes with a wedding and responded to all of my late night emails right away and without even batting an eye. We hired her last minute for a Jewish wedding (which she had never shot before) and she managed to get up to speed incredibly quickly and captured all of the most important moments. I didn't even realize that she was there most of the time, but she managed to get a photo of everything. She stayed late for a super reasonable cost to make sure that she got everything. All of the photos were edited and came to us quickly (it's not even a month after our wedding and I've had all the pictures for over a week!) and she sent us a few previews for us to share almost right away. She is the best decision I made for our wedding. She got to know us and our family and she quickly became someone I couldn't imagine not having there.

She feels like Family!
Rebekah and I have never met until the day of. I am an out of state bride and had very little time to travel to meet all my vendors so I relied heavily on reviews and our conversations via phone. From the beginning, she felt as if she were my sister because her excitement for my wedding was so genuine. She responded to texts and phone calls at any moment and was very quick in response. The day of the wedding, she was prompt and immediately began shooting every moment. She was professional yet relatable. My family loved her energy and I definitely needed all the positive vibes on our big day. She captured every moment with perfection and unlike most photographers she made me feel comfortable in front of the camera. “Yes Girl, you’re beautiful, these shots are amazing,” we’re just some of the few of her blissful affirmations. Bekki was amazing! Very professional, personable and very friendly. She took the time to help my daughter lace my corset strings on my gown. She was quick to respond to every email and I received a link to the pictures of the wedding within a week afterwards. The USB and album arrived not even a month after the wedding. I was still a little nervous going in to our session, considering my fiancé and I have never had our pictures professionally taken. Rebekah made us both feel comfortable and natural the entire day. Nothing felt forced or insincere. She has an eye for appropriate lighting, positioning and scenery. We laughed the entire day and could not believe how quickly our time with her flew by. When we got our pictures back we were blown away at how stunning they truly were. Lacey Sent on 06/29/2017Rebekah was perfect! To start off, we had full view of all 995 pictures she had taken exactly 1 week after the wedding. I really couldn't believe we got them that fast. She did say she would have them to us by then but that's a lot work and frankly I'm not that picky. The pictures are absolutely gorgeous. She captured so many moments and made sure to have everyone there in a picture one way or another. She also had a list of the pictures we knew we wanted from a year before and made sure that list was completed also. Another amazing thing about this woman is that she even somehow had the time to check on us, and make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything, while still taking every shot she could. We now have a USB drive that I got about 2 weeks after having full view of the pictures, which the USB looks just like a card and has a picture she had us choose to put on it. Its perfect and has all 995 pictures on it. She also had made us a wedding photo book, that she had us check over and made sure it was the way we wanted. I wanted, I believe it was 2 changes and as soon as I told her she fixed it and had me review it again not even a full day later. We got the book in the mail in perfect packaging, so it came perfect. The pages are thick, and you can tell it is a heavy duty item. It was wrapped in plastic and the lay out looks just perfect. I know if I need a photographer again, Rebekah is my 1st choice. She couldn't have been any better. -
