Worth the investment

We had a coastal wedding, around 70 people, and wanted the vibes to be romantic, calm, and joyful. We were also on budget and needed to find a planner that felt within our means. After lots of research and conversations with different folks, we found that Lorie and LVL offered the most for a very reasonable cost.

From the get-go, Lorie was very attentive - asking lots of questions, keeping consistent with check-ins and meetings, setting us up for success. It was clear she is skilled and experienced, so she was easy to trust. She also went the extra mile (literally) to travel from LA to Jenner, CA to our venue for our walk-through and tasting - this was very reassuring and helpful.

In the final 1-2 months, things felt hectic (which I imagine in the case with any wedding and any planner?), but as things came to a close, every single thing came into place. The wedding day went flawlessly with no additional stress. Everything was handled professionally and if there were problems, I (the bride) didn't hear about them. All I saw were calm, supportive helpers hard at work and a beautiful finished product.

I felt cared for, heard, and helped throughout the planning experience. On more than one occasion she really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Lorie and LVL for your wedding!

Simply Extraordinary

Lorie and the LVL team were beyond extraordinary for my daughter's wedding. I can't recommend them enough; they did all the planning, helped out with an extraordinary design, and everything ran so smoothly and perfectly. I might be biased because my daughter was the bride, but her wedding was pure magic. Lorie was so kind, patient, always attentive, and responsive to my daughter's questions and also mine -and I had a lot to ask!

If you need a planner who is not only organized, composed, and proficient but is also kind and thoughtful, you need to hire Lorie and her team.

Must hire lvl!

Since we first came in contact with Lorie, we knew she was the planner we wanted to hire. Her demeanor, calmness, knowledge, guidance and ability to answer our questions during our initial conversation were a confirmation to our decision, without even me sharing my never ending Pinterest board, she was able to precisely describe my vision after a few questions she asked, she literally nailed it and I was amazed that someone could grasp my thoughts and ideas so perfectly without any image to go off of. Hiring Lorie and the LVL team was the best decision we made. Our planning process was enjoyable and easy. My now husband and I always felt heard and cared for.

Lorie was always responsible and kept us informed and accountable during the entire time. People always told me that wedding planning is difficult and stressful but with Lorie we never like that at all. Honestly, she made it fun and we couldn’t wait to chat with her again and again.

On the wedding weekend and day of, Lorie and her team made sure that everything and everyone were taken care of, we didn’t need to worry about anything and I always had that peace of mind, and that’s the best you can have for your wedding day.

All of our guests and family still keep talking about how special Lorie made them feel and how spectacular everything looked. Every little detail.

The night before the wedding, we had some family drama that affected the seating arrangements we already had planned for, I was in tears and mad at the same time because I couldn’t understand why my relatives were complaining and having opinions about the seating situation for MY wedding, but when we called Lorie to let her know what was happening, she not only calm me down and helped me see past that, she also fixed the design so seamlessly that on the wedding day when we had the secret reveal of the reception space, I couldn’t stop crying of happiness to see how my vision was executed so beautifully and that the last minute drama and changes didn’t affect that. Lorie made magic happen once again.

Everyone complimented the design Lorie created and we were very happy.

We love Lorie and will continue to recommend her to anyone we know.

Do yourself a favor and hire Lorie and the LVL team.

Best wedding decision!

My husband and I got married in December of 2019 and Heather of LVL was the very first step we took towards planning our wedding. Best decision we made...besides each other of course ;) I did a TON of research and spoke to 7 planners before moving forward with Heather. I could tell right from the first 5 minutes of talking to her that I wanted to work with her. She is kind, genuine, organized, transparent, helpful, creative, and so many other wonderful things. I am very much a Type A person and was nervous I wouldn’t get exactly what I wanted, but I got everything and more! She even has this incredible platform she uses, Aisle Planner, and I was obsessed. If you like organization, it’ll be your best friend during this process. Everyone kept telling me that planning a wedding was going to be a really stressful time, but to be completely honest, the only thing I was stressed about the entire time was our welcome dinner (which was the only event we didn’t hire Heather for). The day of the wedding went smoother than I could have ever dreamed of, and I never had to think about anything other than feeling/looking my best and enjoying the most magical night. I promise all of you amazing brides that you will be SO happy with your decision if you go with LVL. Thank you so, so much Heather!

Amazing planning experience with Britt Kingman!

We loved our experience working with Britt Kingman from LVL. She was amazing from the start and helped us think through venue and other vendor selection, budgets, among many other things. Britt is incredibly organized and competent and helped us plan the wedding of our dreams. We had our wedding at a very logistically difficult venue, and we know it would not have been possible with Britt’s help. She made sure we were on track throughout the planning process. The day of the wedding, she and the rest of the LVL team helped keep everyone on track and the wedding run incredibly smoothly. We would recommend any couple getting married to work with her because she was such a dream to work with!

Planned our Perfect Wedding

Courtney helped us plan our wedding and she was phenomenal. She spent a lot of time helping us find everything that would make our day perfect, down to the tiniest details. She was extremely knowledgable and always had lots of recommendations for us to pick from and always made sure we found something that we loved. She met with us multiple times throughout the planning process, from getting to know us, to doing food and cake tastings, to picking out decor for the wedding day. She helped us through every step of the way. On the day of the wedding she was a life saver. Lots of things went wrong, but Courtney swooped in time after time to find a solution. In the end, our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we would owe it to Courtney.

The Perfect Wedding

Heather and LVL gave us the perfect wedding. From day one it was obvious that Heather and her team were consummate professionals. They completely understood our vision for the wedding and were supportive, creative, and inspired in executing it. Heather was available and responsive for all the little crises and dramatic moments that inevitably arose in the planning process. She managed to be a friend and therapist and always made us feel as if everything would be good. The day itself was the perfect version of what we’d dreamed. Everything ran seamlessly and it was all even more beautiful than we’d imagined.

What really separates Heather and LVL is how much she loves what she does and passionately cares about giving you the wedding of your dreams. She has surrounded herself with incredible people who share her passion and are all excellent at what they do. She gave us our incredible photographer, our amazing DJ, and the perfect band.

We’ve been told by many of our guests that that was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended, and all of the credit goes to Heather and her team at LVL.

Amy is Fabulous

We hired Amy when we saw another wedding she had done and how beautiful it turned out. She listened to our needs an got a good sense of our style (mine and my husbands, which are very different from each other) and what was important to us. She was very organized and on the day of our wedding I did not have to worry at all because I knew Amy was taking care of it all flawlessly. Not only is she great at execution, I really appreciated and admired her creativity. She was able to take our styles and interests and create elements in our reception that were unique to us and made it feel truly personal and our own. She also served as a great resource during all of the planning and decision-making and I came to trust her opinion and experience implicitly. Our wedding was very special and so many people continue to tell us how beautiful it was. Thanks Amy!

Destination wedding of our dreams

My husband I just had our wedding this past April 12th and had the pleasure of working with Courtney Rolovich.
To say Courtney was an absolute pleasure to work with would be an understatement. Planning from across the country had me stressed in the beginning but I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about and was in amazing hands. Throughout the entire process she was so calm, beyond helpful, extremely knowledgeable and nothing but class and professional. Being a planner myself I understand what goes into planning an event, let alone a wedding. Courtney made me feel at ease with everything, kept me on track and planned one hell of a beautiful wedding weekend that friends, family, and friends/family that didn't even attend will not stop talking about. Rich and I had the best week of our life and I cannot thank Courtney enough.
My family, especially my parents, absolutely loved Courtney and and were so relieved and happy to know that we were in great hands. Throughout planning our dream destination wedding we became close with Courtney and foresee staying friends for years to come.

Perfect Planning - Thank you Amy

I worked with Amy Kutcha at LVL and she was AMAZING! Our day was filled with small details and each one was very thoughtful and beautiful. Amy made sure to mitigate any and every risk she could! Each thing that Amy coordinated was perfect and well executed. Our day would not have even happened if it weren’t for her and we are so thankful for everything she did! Not only did Amy go above and beyond on our wedding day but she also helped to coordinate the welcome party for all guest the night before the big day. I don’t know how she does it but the entire weekend from start to finish was unbelievable!

LVL has such an amazing presence and support system for any couple as they take on their journey to plan this big day! From helping to find vendors, brainstorming ideas, to clipping in your veil & bustling your train and to setting up every single detail they ensure you rest easy. Knowing I had the support of Amy and her team made me feel confident that our day would be more than I ever imagined (which it was)! Love Amy! Love LVL!

We recently got married on New Years Eve in Palm Springs and absolutely could not have done any of it without Amy @ LVL!! From the very beginning, Amy made what could have been a seriously stressful planning process into something enjoyable for both my husband and myself. Planning a wedding includes so many moving parts, and Amy kept us organized and on track. From literally providing a checklist of things we needed to do, to helping with vendor recommendations, contract negotiations, layout & design, minute-by-minute flow on the day of, and basically ANYTHING else we could possibly need help with (spray painting easels? sure. turning one million yards of fabric into blankets for our guests? yep. talking to me for 2 hours on the phone because I needed to go through every detail, again? oh yeah, Amy did it.) -- Amy was there - with a smile on her face, and a calming demeanor that really made everything feel like it was going to end up perfect (and it did)! Did things go differently than exactly planned on the weekend of? Sure. Was I ever worried for one second? Nope. Amy made sure that no matter what unpredictable hiccup got in the way (like, mother nature throwing us an actual snowball in the desert), it felt like no big deal and was taken care of without having to think twice. I could not recommend Amy or LVL enough. Our wedding was truly the BEST weekend/day/night of our entire lives, and that is 100% thanks to the dependable, creative, hilarious, professional and all-around awesome Amy!! We truly can't say thank you enough times, in enough ways to express our happiness. We love you Amy!

Amazing service, people & experience!

Hiring Courtney R. from LVL Events for our Sonoma Wedding was probably the best decision through my planning process. I would say that I am someone who is naturally organized and enjoys picking things out, but doing this for your own wedding can get extremely overwhelming especially with a full time job.

When I spoke with Courtney on the phone, I could feel her calmness & patience which made me know that she would be a good fit. Throughout the entire process, I felt so relieved having Courtney to bounce ideas off of, come up with fun surprises together, as well as receiving her excellent recommendations along the way.

She was extremely accessible and was happy to have open lines of communication up until the big day. On the day of, everything truly went as plan and that is because Courtney was there to make sure of it. She was such a pleasure to work with and I would recommend anyone to use her as their wedding planner or wedding coordinator.

Three months have passed since my daughter married the love of her life on April 28th. It has given me time to reflect on the entire experience; it was truly magical. Words cannot express our gratitude and good fortune to have had the opportunity to work with Britt Kingman. She is an amazing wedding planner. The magic that took place, on my daughter's wedding day, can be traced back to the flawless execution demonstrated by this talented lady..
From the beginning it was a perfect match. When unforeseen circumstances necessitated a change in the wedding date and venue, four months into the planning process, it was Britt who exhibited the upmost confidence that she could help Jenn and Timothy fulfill their dream of hosting a beautiful coastal wedding in a different location. And, sure enough, months of planning resulted in a glorious wedding day. Seeing the vision come to life exceeded all expectations. Britt and her team made the process easy, fun, and stress free. I am so grateful for her help in creating a fairy tale wedding our entire family will treasure forever. My greatest regret is that I only have one daughter for whom I can plan a wedding. But, if I had the opportunity to do it again; there is no doubt the event planning would begin and end with Britt Kingman.

First, if you are thinking, "do we need a planner?" or "I'm not sure it's worth the money." The answer is YES you do; YES it is! We were not sure if it was in our budget to get a planner, but because my husband and I were clueless on what it takes to plan a wedding and every book/website/blog was beyond overwhelming we made the space in our budget which I am beyond grateful for.

We used LVL for our month of/day of planner. With so many moving parts to actually make the wedding day happen, I have no idea what we would have done without Amy and LVL. I truly cannot put into words how amazing Amy is (not to mention her meme skills!); and how much we truly appreciated her professionalism, work ethic and humor! It was really important to me that I was relaxed and enjoying the day for not only myself, but my husband and our guests (sometimes I'm not the best at hiding my level of stress). I did not want to be stressed about any of the big or little details of our wedding day.

If things went wrong at any point in the planning or executing process, I had no idea! Amy handled it all, and kept me laughing and sane the entire time. She was always there to answers any questions I had and she knew when to step in and offer to help when she saw/got the sense I was getting overwhelmed. Amy also has a ton of connections and ways to save money that helped us in the long run. Most importantly, she is just a wonderful human being with a great sense of humor, which you will need. She was a true professional and I would recommend her to anyone I know!

We had a wonderful experience working with Amy Kuchta and LVL Events planning our daughters July 2018 wedding. Amy was incredibly friendly and responsive to us from the first meeting. Our wedding was at Rancho Las Lomas in Silverado, CA and she knew our venue inside and out which was very helpful as it had many moving parts, vendors to hire, and decisions about the logistics and flow of the day and night as it is a large outdoor unusual (and incredibly beautiful) venue. She had great ideas, good vendor referrals, and clearly a ton of wedding experience. We did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding as her and her crew were working hard in the background making sure everything was perfect. She was worth every penny and I would recommend her to anyone throwing a wedding. I am just sad it is all over!

Because of Amy, we got to be as useless as the “g” in “lasagna” on our wedding day. She took care of every detail with poise, humor, and professionalism so we got to RELAX and HAVE FUN. She even made us sit and eat our entire dinner before getting up to chat with guests! She found us the perfect referrals and put together an incredible team of vendors for our day, but most importantly, this gal is FUN. Down to dance to Shania Twain with the bride and groom? Check. Helping the bride’s parents plan a surprise gospel choir? Check. Giving fun code names for the walkie talkies? CHECK.

Amy made us feel so incredibly cherished and celebrated on our wedding day, and this was the best money we spent. Period.

I hired Courtney Rolovich with LVL Events as my month of coordinator for my wedding. Courtney was on top of every detail and all my vendors. She gave me great advice along the way and was always available for my questions. When my wedding needed to be moved due to the Sonoma fires she was my rock and made sure all the vendors were aware of the change. She worked great with the new catering manager at the venue. I was completely at ease even when everything was being switched around.

I'm writing you to let you know how much we loved working with Amy Kutcha. Amy is not only the ultimate professional but has a wonderful design eye, and a heart of gold. Recently my daughter, Summer Strauch, got married at the Ole Hanson Beach Club. Amy was our wedding planner but more than that..she was our eyes and ears, had our back, helped us make great choices and worked through issues with grace and love. Along with 24 carrots and Sarah Lawson, we all considered ourselves the "tribe"...sisters of sorts. We are actually going through withdrawals this week, because it was, by far, one of the prettiest, most beautiful and fun loving weddings any of us have attended. In large part because of Amy's help. Please know...and I know you do..that you have an awesome woman on your team. She is the best and we love her. Thank you!!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy Kuchta of LVL events. She helped us every step of the way with all of our vendors and decisions that had to be made. Throughout the entire process, she was always available to discuss and facilitate all of our options making everything much less stressful for us. She guided us seamlessly throughout our entire wedding day and we were able to enjoy the day without worrying about a thing! She was the best!!

As a Father of the Bride for the first time, I was not aware of how many projects and agendas are going on all at once as the wedding approaches. To be honest, when I wrote the check for the "Wedding Coordinator" - I was feeling like Steve Martin from "Father of the Bride"....thinking, WHY WOULD WE NEED HER??....My daughter and wife can handle this!!??....
Yeah...nor sol much!! Bottom line is our coordinator Brittany Thayer was absolutely a God Send!! She was 10 steps ahead of all situations and always as calm as could be. Executed - Professional and organized - and one of the nicest ladies you will EVER meet under pressure!! Brittany Thayer was a HUGE reason why our daughters wedding was so amazing as it was!!! - Brittany is hands down the best in the business!!

Stop thinking about what planner you want and 100% pick this team. Amy Kuchta was our planner and she is the bee's knees and someone who hold with the highest esteem. Amy went above and beyond in almost every aspect. I do not know how I would have made it through the wedding without her support, guidance, encouragement, logistical planning, vendor recommendations - the list is a mile long. Our wedding was spectacular, and Amy and her team of all-star vendors knocked it out of the park. Again, STOP SHOPPING FOR A PLANNER AND CALL AMY and LVL NOW!

If you're wondering whether or not to hire a wedding planner for your big day, I'm here to tell you - DO IT. Even if it is just partial planning, you NEED someone on your special day to have your back, your plan, and your people in order! You should be getting your hair and makeup done and enjoying the day - not worrying about details coming together. Now that we've got that covered, next step is to book LVL Events! Heather is incredible and bent over backwards to ensure my day was nothing short of perfect. Her professionalism is unparalleled and the level of service LVL provides is worth every single penny. She responded to every email within minutes and allowed me to be as involved or not involved as I wanted. She also coordinated last minute special touches to my day (like the cutest blankets for my guests due to unexpected cool weather) that were the BIGGEST hit. I just can't even imagine having planned and executed my wedding day without Heather. She was truly a Godsend and I got to enjoy every moment without thinking "when is cake cutting," or "why are the flowers at the wrong table?" and "where is my photographer?" She keeps everything and everyone on schedule! I worked in catering 10+ years ago, plus attended plenty of weddings, and I've never seen one start on time. As I was lining up to walk down the aisle, I asked the time - it was only 3 minutes past the ceremony start time, and that alone (because I am VERY punctual) brought the biggest smile to my face.
So, just to reiterate: YOU WILL NOT REGRET spending money on a solid planning service. Please do yourself a favor and reach out to meet the lovely ladies of LVL!!

As an event manager myself, there was no question that I would hire a wedding coordinator. I knew I did not want to be in that mode on my wedding day. I was engaged for about a week before I called Lindsay Longacre to book LVL. I am so impressed with their company's quality of service. Our coordinator, Carissa, was just the right amount of calm I needed and felt like a friend/bridesmaid I could lean on throughout the process. She gave honest advice, and I never felt pushed to book vendors they suggested or add on additional costs. On the day of my wedding I felt like I could trust Carissa and Heather with anything and everything - and that's exactly what you want! I'm so grateful to Carissa, Heather and Lindsay for making sure our wedding day was a dream come true.

If you are wondering whether or not to have an events planner and you can afford it, do not even hesitate to book with LVL events. From the very beginning Courtney was great to work with, and in the end I could not have imagined doing the wedding planning and day-of without her. Just wanted to write a quick review for this company, we didn't actually use them because a family friend offered to plan our wedding for free (score) but Chelsea from LVL was one of the only ones who responded in my search. I contacted over 8 people and haven't heard back from any of them and it's been over 3 weeks. I believe LVL is a company you can trust with your special day!

Lindsay and her team of planners are simply amazing, and I can honestly say that our entire planning experience was completely stress free. From the very beginning, Lindsay listened to our vision, provided professional and inspiring advice, and handled all the details. We got to spend our time imaging the big picture, enjoying venue visits, food tasting and more. Meanwhile, her team did all the leg work to allow us to have such incredible experiences throughout the process, culminating on our wedding day. Every detail was perfect, and we didn't have to worry about or research any of it. LVL took care of all that.
Lindsay is an incredible, inspiring person, someone who we were so deeply lucky to have with us throughout such a special time in our lives. She and Heather worked with us to give us the best gift we could have asked for -- a wedding that exceeded our imagination. I always hear people say after they get married that they should have saved the money and spent it on something else, like a house. I feel completely the opposite. We wish we could do it all over again. From beginning to end, planning and then having our wedding was the best time of our lives. That's completely thanks to LVL!

Words cannot express how thankful I am that we had Cherie as our wedding coordinator. She was the absolute BEST and so helpful throughout the entire planning process. Whenever I would start to feel overwhelmed she would step in and help me get things done. She always was so positive and relaxed with eveything, which definitely helped me stay sane throughout the planning process. On our wedding day she was always there when I needed her, checking in from time to time, asking if I needed anything, making sure everything was in place and exactly how we had envisioned. She did a perfect job of making sure that everything was kept on track and that we stuck to our timeline. She worked with our entire wedding party and families to make sure everyone was where they needed to be, and the whole time she kept everything fun and light hearted. Cherie really made me feel like there was someone who had my back 100% of the time and she would take care of things before I even had to ask. I could not have imagined anyone else being such an integral part of our special day.

My wedding was made completely perfect by Ashley with LVL events. Planning a wedding halfway across the country is not easy, but Ashley made everything seamless. Every vendor we had could not stop raving about how organized, thorough, and efficient she was. Her team made the day appear seamless and nothing went wrong. Ashley had great vendor suggestions, and worked with all the vendors on communication and negotiation, so I hardly had to do anything. Her ideas for decor were wonderful, and I loved working with her over Pinterest. Firstly, I heart Heather.

My husband and I got married at The Loft on Pine, which requires at least a day-of coordinator, and this made me thankful because I didn't have to think twice about whether I would get help from an event coordinator.

I really enjoy doing the organizing, details and decor, so I went with a day-of coordinator (which really starts 60 days out). Heather was fantastic throughout, and made me feel supremely comfortable and excited. Whether it was a last minute vendor recommendation, or just reassurance on something I already was thinking, she was immensely helpful and provided invaluable suggestions.

Especially day-of, I had no reservations handing her my buckets of decor and saying, "OK, go to town," because I knew I could trust her eye for design. Additionally, we decided to do more a lounge style dinner with stations and no formal service, so she reached out to a rental service for us and handled renting some extra high top tables and barstools. All we had to do was sign the papers and write the check.

Even with enjoying handling the upfront organization, I can't reiterate how helpful it was to have Heather in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She responded to every email within an hour -- regardless of what time it was -- and even small things like that made all the difference in making me feel taken care of and reminded me that I was in very good hands with a true professional.

Also, thinking of my bridal party reminds me of the phrase "hearding cats..." Heather kept all of us organized and made sure we knew where we needed to be. I didn't have to worry for a second which made our wedding that much more fun and special.

Heather, you are the best.

Kerri Hatter at LVL was recommended to us by a good friend who is also in the wedding industry and we could not have asked for anyone better!!! She was so incredibly helpful, organized, and knowledgable about everything. She was able to answer every single question we had and gave us so many good recommendations throughout the whole planning process. I did not stress one bit on my wedding day because I had 100% confidence that she would make sure everything went smoothly and it did! I found LVL Events by doing online research for planners in California's wine country and was lucky enough to work with Ashley Brand for my destination wedding in Sonoma, CA. From the moment of our first phone call to the last minute of the wedding, she has been phenomenal in the entire process.
I have planned numerous charity events but never planned anything quite like a wedding for myself and was struggling to figure out where to start. As soon as we spoke, she put me right at ease and assured me that was part of her role in the planning process. Her help and direction was spot on and kept me on the right track with next steps and checking things off the to-do list.
She was incredible at soliciting vendors (who all love her of course) and worked hard to make sure everyone was all on the same page. These vendors met my style, our budget and the overall vision of the day.
Her attention to detail, her vision and execution created a lovely, perfect wedding for us and all of our out of town guests. We had said at the very beginning we wanted something elegant, comfortable and personable, where everyone could enjoy themselves and that is the celebration we had.
We couldn’t have pulled it off without Ashley! My husband at the end of the night even asked her if she was free again next year so we could do it again! Thank you, Ashley and LVL Events!

Even before I got engaged I knew I wanted LVL to do my wedding. The thing is, they were based in OC and I live in Denver. When I got engaged Lindsay and I connected and I found out they had a planner in Denver! Carie was such a creative force behind our big day. She does an incredible job of helping create a vision and got my out of my very square brain. She has such knowledge of the industry and a total pulse on what couples want today. She handled SO many tough vendor situations that I would haven't known how to best handle and really made sure I was getting the BEST service from absolutely every vendor. Carie let me email, text and call as much as I needed and really allowed me to dig into the planning with her. Day of I felt SO calm having Carie and Lindsay by my side. They are fun, cool and work great with guests and bridal party alike. Truly leaders in their industry - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I worked with Cristina Hallock at LVL weddings in Costa Mesa and she is, for lack of a better term, an absolute ROCK STAR. She was absolutely amazing to work with. She made wonderful recommendations, was easy to work with, really listened and cared about what my husband and I wanted. She was my rock while we were planning and made sure the day of went off without a hitch. She organized all of the vendors, helped arrange payments, and put out (just a few) fires that came about the day of. I can say with absolute certainty that my wedding day was perfect large in part because of her!
We hired her as a day of coordinator, but she was so much more. She made herself available - took my calls and responded to all of my emails and put my mind at ease. She would call, text, and email just to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. She was on my side throughout the whole planning process.
She is just simply amazing! I can't say enough about her!

It all started when I took the chance of going to a Wedding Workshop in Costa Mesa, hosted by LVL. All the details and stress of being unorganized with my thoughts vanished after this evening. The timeline and introduction to many vendors was presented to me. There was no stress put on me after the workshop to use the services, which I was thankful for. When I left the workshop I knew that I was going to use LVL for my day of coordinating.

My husband and I were so thankful to get Emily Schiesl as our coordinator. I had many questions throughout the process and often talked with her a couple times per day. Never was Emily too busy to give me her best advice and suggestions. As the wedding day arrived Emily really stepped into action and let my husband and I enjoy the process. She never got stressed, but knew when things needed to be changed to make our day as perfect as it could be.

In closing, if we were doing it all over again, we would not want any different from our experience with LVL and Emily... Five Stars for sure!

We are so thrilled we chose LVL for our day! Sharon Gonzalez is absolutely wonderful! We are so blessed by all that she did for our wedding and words can't describe how thankful we are for her and the team at LVL. You made our day perfect, relaxing and seamless. The few things that didn't go quite right were unnoticed by us and we are so gracious for her amazing organization and coordination that made our day possible. Our entire families were just over the moon about Sharon and can't thank them enough as well.

Sharon did more than help plan our wedding, but made such an impression on our lives and a day we will never forget. I am a wedding photographer and recently had such an amazing experience working with Amy Kuchta from LVL Events! She was incredibly efficient, creative and resourceful. But most importantly she was upbeat and incredibly friendly. It was a very elaborate wedding with over 15 vendors to be managed and several amazing DIY projects going on. We met Kerri, one of the senior planners at LVL Events, at a wedding event and I attended a workshop that she gave early in the year. From the workshop, I could tell that Kerri was very knowledgeable about wedding coordination and seemed extremely competent. I can't begin to state how helpful she was during every stage of our wedding. With her spreadsheets and timetables we were able to stay organized and on track with tasks (some we hadn't even thought of) that had to be done before the wedding without feeling too overwhelmed. She provided references for some really great vendors that we ended up using for our big day, and helped us to look over all the contracts before we signed. We felt safe knowing that she was extremely competent and looking out for our best interests before we signed anything. She was always available to answer questions, no matter how small they were, and her support even continued after the wedding when we needed advice on final bills etc.

On the day of the wedding, we felt calm knowing that she was in complete control and just let her guide us through our timeline. As with any wedding, there were a few things that didn't go according to plan, but Kerri was able to handle everything discretely and without fuss by offering and implementing 'plan B' options when needed at our behest. We both trusted her judgement in making any changes to what had been planned.

We couldn't have been happier with our choice. My husband and I have often joked that we wish we could hire her to organize our lives! We owe a huge thank you to Kerri and LVL.

Amy at LVL Weddings & Events did more than plan our wedding. She made an impression on our lives. There was not a single detail that Amy didn't think of or take care of. The very first thing that should be on a list for what to do after you get engaged is get an LVL Wedding Coordinator. Best decision we made, after the first decision to get married of course.

LVL took the time to speak with me and get to know me so they could match me up with a coordinator that meshed well personality wise and style/vision wise, and they hit the bulls-eye! Arielle was our coordinator but quickly became my right hand gal who I absolutely respect and adore!

I was working with a bit of a tight budget and she was hands down the best investment ever! She helped from the very beginning with figuring out our budget and picking the best of the best vendors and was there every step of the way if I had questions or needed advice or feedback or help. Her recommendations and guidance truly made the entire planning experience such a pleasure and run so smoothly! I still can't get over how incredible each of our vendors was and what a perfect team she referred us to.

She was extremely responsive, had fresh and creative ideas, and was super savvy! I think of myself as a creative person but the wedding space is a special niche and she has it wired! It's easy to get overwhelmed or go astray in the planning process and I was so glad and lucky to have her involved and it really showed in the amazing perfect wedding day we had.

She has phenomenal connections and is so organized, and completely alleviated any possible stress I could have had or my family could have had. Not only did I want to be stress and worry free on the wedding day, but I also wanted my family to be able to enjoy and not worry about coordinating things. Arielle was a champ! She handled everything and the day ran seamless!

We initially found her to help with the wedding and in the end I got a fabulous wedding and an equally fabulous new friend. She is a priceless gem and LVL Events is truly a key essential for a successful enjoyable wedding!

My Husband told me I should get some help for the week of our wedding and at first I thought no way, I can definitely do this… We were living in Boston and our wedding was in laguna beach, ca. We wanted a short engagement…blah blah. I realized quickly that planning from afar was not going to be very easy. Once I got in touch with LVL and spoke with Kerri Hatter, I knew I was in good hands. Kerri helped me from start to finish with finding vendors or any questions that I had. The two weeks leading up to the wedding was where she truly took over. She spoke to all of our vendors and had them all confirmed and created a flawless timeline for the day of. This is so important because you really don't realize how many last minute items come up the week of the wedding and it was nice to not have to contact and worry about all of the vendors. On our big day I was not asked one question and everything flowed so smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help make our special day special and all of my visions come to life. We were originally a bit hesitant to pick a planner, and only went with "day of" assistance because our venue required it—but Ashley from LVL Events totally blew us away. She ended up being an utterly invaluable resource in sorting things out, especially in the final run up to the big day. When we hit some roadbumps due to problems getting some supplies delivered, she went above and beyond. During the wedding, she and her assistant were on top of the game the entire night. She helped organize everything, gave us a runthrough on the night before, and set up almost everything on the day.

The only thing we would change, and it's entirely our fault, was to be a bit more clear on which decorations and items were important to make sure came home properly at the end of the night.

We hired Kerri from LVL for full planning for our July 3rd wedding and couldn't have asked for a more spectacular experience. Kerri was there for us every single step of the way, guiding us through her impeccable organization while keeping us calm the through the whole process with her laid back demeanor. She was so quick to jump in and help us resolve any issues and was nothing but professional and kind. She connected us to A-List vendors who not only matched our budget, but matched our personalities and our needs as well. Kerri listened to all of our requests and ideas and transformed them into reality. We honestly couldn't have enjoyed our day a fraction as much if we didn't have Kerri there as a trustworthy professional to handle all of the details.

My advice to brides: HIRE AN LVL PLANNERI It's worth every penny to enjoy every aspect of the planning experience and the wedding without having to shoulder all of the stress and responsibility.

Amy from LVL deserves a gold medal for all that she does! Amy was our day of coordinator for our June 21, 2014 wedding at Rancho Las Lomas in Silverado, California. From our very first meeting I knew that Amy would be the coordinator for us! She is organized, detail oriented, and professional (not to mention she is so nice and has a great personality). From the very beginning Amy offered to help out with everything and anything I needed. When our big day finally arrived she kept the day on track and flowing even through all of the chaos a wedding day usually brings. Even my parents commented on how professional and on top of everything she was. They could tell she's been in this business for a long time. I can't say enough about how awesome Amy from LVL was. My only regret is that I didn't hire her the day after I got engaged! I'm typically a super easygoing gal. Not much stresses me out, however, a wedding is a different story. No matter how together I was, the planning began to get overwhelming. One phone call later, it was Amy to the rescue! She was easy going and totally organized. When I had any anxiety about a vendor, all I had to do was email, call, or text her and the problem was immediately taken care of. Without her, our day would have been chaotic and stressful. She pulled off such an amazing wedding! We were able to actually enjoy our special day! Even my husband, who isn't the most observant guy, was very impressed with her skills. We are truly grateful for all her help. Don't go it alone, hire an LVL planner and enjoy the ride!

I got married this past weekend at Shakespeare Garden and the Academy of Sciences in San Francisco. LVL Wedding & Events was on the list of preferred Wedding Coordinators by the Academy - and for a very good reason.

From the very beginning, my coordinator, Ashley Brand, was beyond amazing - she pinpointed exactly what my husband and I were concerned about (not exceeding the budget), what we wanted most out of the wedding (fun!), and then how she would successfully be able to organize and manage everything at once. Over our 5-month long planning process, we started by booking the vendors, with Ashley recommended any that we weren't able to find, then she stepped in about 3 months before to really get into the nitty-gritty with us - reviewing contracts, flagging any concerns, logistics, site walkthroughs, vendor management, timeline coordination, and throwing around details and ideas with us on how to make things work. What I loved most about Ashley was how organized, light-hearted, and yet professional she always remained throughout the process and on the day-of; she commanded and steered her team expertly along with all the 10+ vendors we had working for us. She also kept our interests at heart; whenever a vendor would recommend anything possibly unnecessary, she was there to give us her insight and keep our budget in line, but then list out other possibilities we may not have considered at the time.

There wasn't a moment through this process where I didn't rely heavily on Ashley for her expert advice and shoulder to lean on (is that too cheesy? b/c even if its, i mean every word of it)! I would highly recommend LVL to any bride looking for wedding coordination, most especially Ashley, for her awesome dedication to the bride and groom and their special day. The LVL team really, genuinely, makes you feel special beforehand and day-of.

Andrea Guzman was our wedding coordinator through LVL. She was amazing! She answered our many questions with patience. She went out of her way to give us the support we needed to be comfortable with our wedding preparation process. I felt comfortable with Andrea from the start. It was like having friend help us through all the preparation. The day of the wedding, her assistant was Danielle. She was also excellent. My husband Chris and I had the ABsolute pleasure of working with Heather from LVL to plan our wedding and she was such a dream come true. From our initial conversations and emails I knew she was the right person to help plan and execute our wedding "vision" and she did it with such professionalism and class, such a treat. I have to say the fact that Heather knows literally everyone in the wedding community definitely makes for a seamless planning process. She knew our dj, the string quartet, the florist, the catering company, everyone! Her ability to anticipate certain needs was great too like having a plan to pack up all the gifts and cards ahead of time and designating a car to drive it back to the hotel, etc. all the details were taken care of and Chris and I didnt have to stress one bit! By the time our wedding day arrived, all we had to do was show up, which is exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend LVL and especially Heather Hoesch, such a pro!!

The best gift my husband and I gave ourselves for our wedding was hiring a wedding coordinator, and we could not have been happier with Arielle and LVL! In the months leading up to wedding, Arielle was always available to field my (numerous) emails and I never had an issue getting ahold of her by phone. Scheduling our meetings was a breeze and Arielle always came prepared.

Arielle ran the rehearsal the day before the wedding, and everything was quick and painless.

On my wedding day, Arielle was unbelievable. She seemed to be in multiple places at once. If ever I needed something or had a question, all I had to do was turn around and she was there. It was like she anticipated that I needed something and she was ready to make things right. Arielle was always flexible and composed. We got behind schedule (which we pretty much knew was going to happen), but Arielle was able to make adjustments and kept the events of the evening moving smoothly.

At the end of the night, Arielle and her team packed up all of our belongings and gifts AND put them in our hotel room down the street AND tracked down one of my bridesmaids at our after party (at a third location) to hand off the keys to my car that they had valeted at our hotel. This was above and beyond what I had expected for "transporting gifts" and it made things incredibly easy for us the following morning. I had a LOT of decorations and personal items used throughout the ceremony and reception, but Arielle kept track of them all and made sure that everything was returned to me in perfect condition.

It was a pleasure working with Arielle and LVL, and my husband and I highly recommend them!

My husband and I got married on May 24, 2014 at Auberge du Soleil in Rutherford, CA. Ashley Brand was our wedding coordinator and she was fantastic - we couldn't have asked for more. Though we hired her as a day-of wedding coordinator, Ashley gave us the energy and dedication of a full-time wedding planner, keeping us on track with details months before the big day and providing us with excellent vendor recommendations.

From the day that we hired her until the end of the wedding, Ashley played a huge role in our wedding and it would not have been executed nearly as well without her. I had absolutely no logistical or coordination issues to stress about (or even think about) the day of the wedding as Ashley was always two steps ahead. I cannot say enough positive things about her work. I very highly recommend working with LVL events, and if planning a wedding in the Napa area, ask for Ashley!

Simply amazing!! I was planning my wedding from the other side of the world and if I didn't have Heather from LVL there is no possible way I could have made it all happen! From start to finish (over a year process) Heather was there to answer every tiny question, handle every obstacle and went above and beyond in making our day perfect. She even drove my husband, the best man and myself through the del taco drive thru and dropped us at our hotel after the reception! My husband and I recently got married on November 2nd, 2013 at the Balboa Yacht Club in Corona Del Mar/Newport Beach, CA. Kerri Hatter of LVL events was our wedding coordinator and she was AMAZING!!!! Our wedding day ended up being absolutely perfect and I didn't have a single worry on the day of the wedding because I had met and emailed with Kerri several times and I knew that she would have everything handled. The venue looked absolutely beautiful and she was so wonderful at making sure that we stuck pretty close to our timeline but I never felt rushed or that I couldn't enjoy the evening. Brittany was her assistant and she was awesome as well.

I can't say enough great things about LVL and their level of professionalism. Kerri always replied to my emails in a timely manner and she had great ideas for how and where we should do certain things for the ceremony and reception.

Thank you LVL Events and Kerri Hatter for the most amazing day of our lives. We couldn't have done it without you!!!

Lindsay and her team were absolutely fabulous and ensured that our wedding was perfect! We hired Lindsay shortly after we got engaged last November and she was an invaluable resource. She was able to provide suggestions for vendors when we had questions and we booked our florist and one of her musicians thanks to her. The flowers were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined and the musician provided the perfect vibe to our wedding. We felt at ease as Lindsay reviewed all of our contracts before signing and she couldn't be easier to work with! Closer to the wedding, she met with me to do a walk-through of the venue and I was blown away at her organization and her ability to help me bring our vision to life. Lindsay is incredibly detailed oriented and brings with her years of experience to recommend the best layout, timeline as well as lots of tips. Lindsay's strength's really came through the day of our wedding! She and her team were ready to go, did all of the venue decorations, set-up and clean-up, handled all of the vendors, and was there to ensure that we got to enjoy the day and not worry about anything. I've been friends with Lindsay, owner of LVL, for a long time so to be able to actually get to work with her on our wedding day was so amazing! Lindsay served as our day of coordinator and helped make our wedding the most amazing day of our lives!!!

We had been in contact for months, but a few weeks before the wedding, Lindsay called to let me know she would take it all from there, so any vendor questions or issues could come to her. From that moment on, I could breathe easy because Lindsay really handled it all. She professionally communicated and coordinated all of our vendor needs and asked me questions to make sure she had things right before moving forward.

She walked us through the rehearsal, gave great suggestions to our officiant for the ceremony and to us for entering the venue, which ended up setting an amazing tone for the entire wedding. On the day of I literally had NOTHING to worry about because I felt confident that Lindsay was taking care of any last minute concerns or issues from set up to decor to guest arrival all the way through the end of the night.

We did a "First Look" for our wedding and afterwards we were in our room, waiting for the knock from Lindsay to head down to start off the ceremony. My groom began getting a little anxious and wanted to head down to "check it out." He told me that the second I reminded him that Lindsay had everything covered and that she would get us when it was time, he felt a total sense of calm and relief remembering she was there and knowing that we were taken care of. He said it made all the difference to help him enjoy every moment of our night.

Lindsay is professional, timely, communicative and she was amazing to all of our guests. People kept telling me to make sure we stop and take a moment to take it in because it goes so quickly - because of Lindsay we didn't need to carve that time out because we were able to be present and enjoy every second! We love Lindsay and LVL!!!

Arielle is WONDERFUL!!! When my husband and I first started wedding planning, we decided a coordinator wouldn’t be necessary as our guest list was very small. After some more planning went on, I realized how much there really was to do, as it was a ‘destination wedding’, and that we did need some help and direction.
Around that time, I decided that I wanted my husband and I to relax (as much as possible) and ENJOY the day; so I opted for a "day of" coordination package with LVL Events.
Despite the fact the package was “day of”, Arielle helped long before our wedding day. She was available for any question I had along the way and she even made it to our tasting to meet face to face and get a general idea of the vision we had.

Arielle made our wedding day as stress free as possible! Arielle and her assistant took care of EVERYTHING that day, including things I didn't even know needed to be done!
I highly recommend LVL Events and Arielle. If you want to enjoy the day and have time to make long lasting memories, definitely call them.

This might sound a little corny, but Lindsay and her girls at LVL Events made all my wedding dreams come true! Actually, LVL made our wedding at the Segerstrom Hall in Costa Mesa way better and more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. From the first detail to the last, LVL took care of it. I’ve heard so many stories about how girls completely freak-out before their wedding, they’re stressed, fighting with their fiancé, or countless other disasters, but I didn’t experience this at all! Most importantly, our wedding day was PERFECT! I never stressed, and there wasn’t a thing I would have changed.
After tons of research and interviews with other planners, we hired Lindsay about 8 months before we wanted to get married in October, and she held our hand through every step of the planning process. Lindsay is extremely kind, likeable, personable, and went above and beyond her job duties as a wedding planner several times for us. She's also a great businesswoman, organized, and knows how to get things done! She saw our vision at our very first meeting, and she made it a reality for us. Lindsay met with us in person whenever we needed to, she communicated with our vendors directly, she helped us budget (although we went a little overboard.. but hey, you only get married once right?!), she was quick to respond to emails, text and phone calls, all the vendors she referred were amazing, she reviewed all contracts, and she eased our minds if we ever felt uneasy about a decision.
The week before our wedding I felt no stress at all. Invoices were paid, and details were taken care of. We were organized and had everything done ahead of time! On our wedding day I didn’t have to worry about a single detail, we enjoyed our day 100%! I even had a personal assistant the entire day for whatever in the world I might have needed! Amazing!!
I would recommend LVL Events to anyone who has an important event coming up, or who is planning a big event for someone they love.

When I first started planning, I wasn't going to use a coordinator. I wanted to do all the planning myself and I had plenty of friends and family to help so I didn't see the need. But my hotel (Marriott Laguna Cliffs) required a "day of coordinator" and recommended Kerri to me- something for which I will be forever grateful.

Although she didn't do the "planning," Kerri was involved from the beginning, making sure that I stayed on top of everything and collecting information from me as I made decisions. She also offered some wonderful suggestions when I was stuck on things like the place cards (after all, she's been to many many weddings and has seen all the good and the bad), and she was available to answer all my little questions as the day approached. But the absolute best part was on the day of my wedding, I didn't worry about a single thing (other than not tripping as I walked down the aisle). Not one vendor approached me with a question, and not one guest approached me with an issue. Everything was taken care of and the whole day went by without any problems (or at least none that I had to hear about, which speaks volumes).

Kerri is a sweet, friendly, organized, efficient person and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone. She will make your wedding day perfect.

As the Mom-of-Bride (MOB), I was quietly hopeful the day-of-wedding planner (required by the venue) would step up to the plate and help us pull it all off. My daughter had put a lot of thought, planning, love and legwork into the planning and I just hoped she and the wedding planner would hit it off, and that the wedding planner would take over and make it happen. I am so relieved, happy, thankful Andrea of LVL played that role flawlessly. She had a easy going personality but took charge when necessary like with the bridal party at the rehearsal showing us how it was done. During the event, it's as if she had a sixth sense because she would appear to help before I could even formulate the question. Being a bride is stressful. There is no getting around that. But there is ways to make it a lot LESS stressful, and LVL is an expert at just that.

Leading up to the wedding, Lindsay of LVL middle-manned with all of my vendors and created a clear timeline for them to adhere to. She also put my in contact with a florist that I LOVE (Bella Blooms). Her suggestion for a dress vendor (Blush Bridal Couture) couldn't have been more perfect. I found THE dress at my first appointment. She also found me an amazing makeup and hair artist (Design Visage). When I panicked she reassured me and when I had a new idea she told me if it would work. LVL is truly knowledgeable about all things wedding industry and has great connections with the vendors in Southern California.

I also never had to wait longer than 24 hours for a reply to an email and phone calls were always returned within the hour.

The wedding day was the most amazing of all. I didn't have to worry about a single thing, except smiling for the pictures. I can't even begin to explain all of the help she was. A few examples are; folding out the wings of 1000 paper cranes, setting up flawless tables, organizing escort cards and favors at the end of the night, organizing the vendors, making sure my fiance and his groomsmen showed up and got their boutineers on, and taking down everything at the end of the night. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. If everything was not flawless, I am none the wiser and very happy about that.

I had to edit this when I ran out of space- there is not enough characters to finish my accolades for Lindsay and her team, but LVL was the best choice I made and I would not only recommend, but insist on using this service.

She kept me on track and realistic with my wedding, too. She made sure I got the best deals from my vendors and made sure I had all the contracts signed. Heather was INCREDIBLE. Truly, my saving grace! She was so professional, smart, creative, honest, and all around amazing! She went above and beyond.. from slipping me a breath mint after I ate a crab cake appetizer, to keeping my rowdy groomsmen in line. She even babysat my 2 year old daughter during our reception! Every day that went by before the wedding, I was confident knowing that anything I needed or wanted, she would do everything she could to make happen for me. I would give 100 stars if I could! We had the pleasure of using LVL's day-of wedding service for our recent destination wedding in Charleston, South Carolina. Courtney was our planner and words can't possibly begin to describe how amazing she is at her job. She is a mind reader. Every time we thought of something to ask her, she was already three steps ahead of us and doing it better than we would have hoped. She was super available and accessible in the weeks leading up to the big day and took care of any and all requests/ questions for all of the vendors. We live in Chicago, LVL is in California, and our wedding was in Charleston and we never once felt any anxiety about vendor relations or planning because LVL made it so easy to communicate. We had Skype planning sessions and used Google docs to share information easily. We had a southern/ bluegrass/ barbeque/ picnic theme and we brought a few accents from home to use as decor for the big day. We didn't even have to say a word and when we got to the venue, everything was set up perfectly and in many instances, Courtney had improvised something and we liked it better than what we were planning to do. I could go on and on for pages, but just know that if you are looking for a wedding planner or day-of consultant, there is simply no other choice but LVL. Both Lindsay and Courtney are super reliable, professional, fun and beyond a pleasure to work with. In addition to all of the fun surprises and above-and-beyond help, most importantly, LVL allowed us to focus on each other and make memories of the most perfect day ever. I highly, highly recommend LVL.

Lindsay, and our coordinator, Heather Hoesch were tremendously helpful with everything we needed. We had Heather as a resource and then for the rehearsal and day of event. She was AMAZING.......she was on top of everything from the moment she arrived. She knew everyone by name and role, checked on everyone the entire time and was there for every little need.
LVL has our highest recommendation.

It sounds silly to say someone can be a fairy godmother, but I truly found that in Heather from LVL Events. Every time I would turn around, it was like "poof", everything is done. She made everything run seamlessly on our wedding day and ensured it was what we envisioned. I had a lot of DIY items for my wedding and had a clear vision of what I wanted. Heather set up everything perfectly and was genuinely happy doing it. I can say without a doubt in my mind that our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without Heather there. She is a very talented individual and treats your day as she would if it was her own.

My husband and I worked with LVL Events exclusively to plan our wedding. Lindsay at LVL was amazing and really made sure everthing went smoothly throughout the planning. Even when our reception location changed at the last minute, LVL ensured that all details would be perfect at our new venue. LVL was great and able to work well with all other event staff and was incredibly respectful of our church, our timeline, and all of our needs. I would reccommend LVL to a friend.

Lindsay is wonderful to work with. She was incredibly helpful in meeting with us or with any questions we had for the wedding. On the day of the wedding she was there to make everything run smoothly. She loaded the car with all the gifts, toasting glasses, cake knives etc. She took care of everything so all we had to do was enjoy the day. I highly recommend Lindsay Longacre and LVL Events!

If i could give them a 10. I would. AMAZING!!!! That is all I can say. I first worked with Lindsay, and then she set me up with Ashley. All i can say is that my wedding day was perfect, stress free, and so much fun thanks to Ashley. She was on top of every aspect of everything. She kept me organized, was there if I needed anything, and overall made everything run perfect and smoothly. I am SOOO glad that LVL coordinated our wedding because it came out PERFECT. I could not of asked for anything more. They helped make all my dreams come true! LVL ROCKS!!!!!

Lindsay of LVL was a dream to work with!!! She held my hand every step of the way and helped to calm me down whenever I was overwhelmed. She had an answer to every question or problem that arose and was very quick to get me that answer. Not only was she holding my hand thru all of the planning, but on the day of she was an angel. I woke up that morning with out a care in the world, I just knew that everything was going to be perfect and if anything did go wrong that Lindsay would fix it before I ever know there was an issue. It was the most beautiful day!! My husband and I are not the most traditional of couples, our theme was Nightmare Before Christmas, and I was nervous how that theme would play out at a wedding. I wanted my wedding to look like a wedding, but have the feel and over all look of out theme. Lindsay put it all together perfectly!! LVL Events is THE BEST!!!!

Hiring Heather from LVL events for full planning was the best decision we made in relation to our wedding (other than to get married!). We are young professionals that wanted a unique and personalized but really elegant wedding and she helped us get exactly that. As a result of her help, the process of planning the wedding was fun instead of super stressful -- she is extremely organized and really good at what she does, went above and beyond to make what we wanted a reality (like our food truck rehearsal dinner which was a complete mystery to us in terms of how to plan with permits etc), and saved us a lot of money in the process. Also, she is fun to be around and has good aesthetic taste. All great qualities in a wedding planner. We love her. And so did our parents and wedding party. Highly recommend!

Lindsay and Hope of LVL Events helped make our wedding day an absolute dream. Hope worked with us on our wedding day and she enabled us to be stress free and actually enjoy every single moment if our special day. They pay incredible attention to detail, answer all your questions, and are incredibly friendly and personable. I believe our wedding day went off without a hitch because of Hope and the LVL events team. Hope went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, she coordinated every detail with each vendor, took Chad and I back to our hotel because the shuttle was full, and even went to McDonalds during the reception to get my young cousin food--that's some serious dedication. If you are looking for an amazing team to help you out and make sure your wedding day is absolutely perfect, I recommend LVL events. Thank you Hope!!!!!

I could not have asked for a better event coordinator than Heather of LVL Events! She is super organized and on top of every detail, and was so fun to work with. My daughter was married this past week-end, July 30th, 2011, and it was just a "magical" day and night. The wedding, at Rancho Las Lomas, was beautiful. Now, I know all MOB's say that their event was beautiful, but my daughters' was perfect. To help make this special day so SPECIAL, I must tell you about LVL weddings & events. There is quite a bit of stress in planning a wedding.....so, I decided to look into a wedding coordinator. Rancho Las Lomas has a list of preferred vendors and LVL wedding & events are on this list. I can see why. Lindsay and her team worked right from the beginning to meet our needs. As my daughter says, "Of all the gifts my parents gave us, Hope Erickson was the BEST". From day one in the planning, it was a joy. Hope saw to it that all was taken care of. The day of the wedding, she was there to make sure the the bride and MOB was enjoying every moment of this magical day. There aren't enough adjectives to properly praise the work that Hope and her assistant did. While I don't normally write recommendation, I can only give the VERY highest possible to LVL and Hope, as well as Rancho Las Lomas, 24 Carrots Catering and the very talented team of Larrissa Rehder, event designer, the florist.

LVL offered a personal touch to our wedding. We hired Lindsay & her team for the day of service- but it was so much more! She was absolutely supportive on our wedding day to make sure everything was taken care of and that I had nothing to worry about. She made sure things ran like clockwork! Prior to the wedding she also worked with us to decide who the right vendors were and set up the time line. Because of the relationships that she had with other vendors we got better prices and knew we were getting quality & a strong reputation with those that we hired! She made it so that I didn't have to worry about anything. Would totally recommend LVL to any bride!

Heather was my angel. I trusted her immediately. We had a larger wedding (220) guests, but everyone commented on how effortless the day was! She added a ton of creative touches and really just managed our large families with grace and poise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My other vendors even commented that she was great to work with! One word: AMAZING! LVL Weddings & Events was an integral part in putting together the wedding of our dreams! Lindsay and Heather have so many great vendor connections and recommendations (lighting, floral, music, photography, etc.) that it made choosing the right companies a breeze - I don't know what I would have done without their advice. They are so organized, respectful, understanding, fun, and on top of everything!!! I would recommend LVL to anyone!!! I loved working with them so much that part of me is sad the wedding is over because I won't get to talk to them as often... like I said, they are AMAZING, if I could give them 10 stars I would!

we hired LVL as our "day of" wedding planner for our wedding in april and they were amazing! from the beginning to the end, lindsay was very on top of things. she was responsive and gave great advice, which was exactly what we needed since we were planning from a distance. our day was stress free and everything flowed seamlessly. even our guests noticed how well it flowed together. walking into the reception and seeing everything come together for the first time was even better than i had imagined. it was perfect! they also created a cupcake stand for us that went so well with our theme. it was like lindsay was inside my head :) words cannot express how thankful we are to LVL for helping to make our day so beautiful for us. we are still hearing from guests about what a great wedding it was and we couldn't have done it with out LVL's help. not only are they very organized and professional but they are also very personable and had a great understanding of what we wanted for our wedding. i would definitely recommend them to anyone who is planning an event. thank you so much!

From our initial consultation with Lindsay, to the big day, with Heather
overseeing every detail, we could not have been more satisfied with
the level of service we recieved from the staff at LVL Events.
We chose the, "Day of" package, and during our subsequent contacts
with Heather, we were very impressed with her focus on even the
smallest detail. LVL kept in constant contact with all of our vendors &
forwarded constant updates & a detailed timeline to us, leading up to
the day of the ceremony.
Heather took complete charge on our wedding day, minimizing the
anxiety one would expect to have on their big day. She took care of
every want & need from beginning to end. She made sure everything
ran on time, coordinated with the event location staff, D.J. & the
photographer & made sure we were where we needed to be, all
in a calm, courteous & professional manner. Literally, it felt like all
we had to do was show up!!
We cannot thank everyone at LVL enough, for making our day so
special. It was everything we could have asked for!

Let me first say that I interviewed 3 wedding planners in person and spoke with at least 3 more over the phone before hiring Lindsay. I myself am a detail oriented person by nature so, I had a really tough time finding just the right person to help coordinate our wedding day. I basically needed someone who can handle my unhealthy need for perfection. :) We needed someone who was calm and relaxed under pressure, but smart and tough enough to make decisions and give vendors direction on the wedding day. Most importantly though, I needed to find someone who my fiancee (now husband) Randy would actually like!

Randy made it very clear that he had been in many weddings and hadn't liked a single coordinator he had ever crossed paths with. In his opinion, all wedding coordinators were bossy, mean, control freaks...his idea of a nightmare! Lindsay and her team were so NOT what Randy had feared...he kept saying he couldn't believe they were so nice and still able to do a great job keeping us on schedule and making things run smoothly.

Things weren't perfect on our wedding day...a guest fell down a flight of stairs, I ran late, my husband's mom forgot her dress at the hotel...but Lindsay and her team never missed a beat and kept us all calm and collected. Lindsay and her team ROCK and we will be forever grateful to them. Weddings are a big investment that you'll always remember -- I can confidently say that with LVL you and your guests will be in great hands!

We hired LVL Events for day of coordination. Lindsay and her team did a fantastic job making sure everything ran smoothly. They completely exceeded our expectations and had every little detail of our wedding covered. We did not have to worry about a single thing except enjoying our wedding day! Lindsay made sure our day was PERFECT. If anything went wrong, I didn't know it! We had a wonderful day full of laughter and love. Lindsay was amazing. She was detail oriented and extremely organized. Her cool and fun personality made it enjoyable to work with her. On our wedding day Lindsay and Heather went above and beyond the call of duty. They proactively worked to ensure everything was running smoothly. Every time an issue would arise they quickly had a remedy for the problem. I am afraid to think what our wedding would have been like without them. In short, Lindsay and Heather delivered. I would recommend LVL to anyone.
