They are so great in what they do - amazing in reaching out to all the needs we had for our ceremony.
After a tons of different requests and changes we made, we made a booking for 5 vehicles total. (our reservation was confirmed via e-mail and on time).
Grand total of two amazing limousines, a party bus for our younger friends and 2 regular town cars for our parents.
Amazing job, right down to the smallest details - we loved dealing with them! -

I was seeking 2 large vehicles for transportation to our wedding in Brooklyn, and Luxor Limo worked out great. We ended up ordering 2 Sprinter vans, one for myself and my bridesmaids, and one for my husband and his groomsmen. They were transparent about pricing, which I really appreciated. I called several vendors and the quotes were all over the place. Luxor Limo was the cheapest. The driver arrived on time and was able to shuttle us around as needed. They were even able to accommodate last minute changes when I decided to change one of the vehicles to an hourly rate instead of just pick up and drop off. The car was clean and the driver was courteous. Would use them again! -

We were enticed by the great deals that they offered for the bohemian styled wedding that was planned.
Booked three types of vehicle - an old-style Rolls for our photos, an amazing and equipped bus for our family guests that came from out of the NYC area, and finally, we had a chauffeur booked for the next day to take my husband and me to JFK for our trip to Cabo. (it was a Benz SUV).
Very promptly planned, they were available for assistance on the day of our ceremony and we loved it from the beginning.

We got what we asked for regarding the transfer of our guests and our elderly family members to our venue location.
Luxor handled things in a great manner, and most important of all they didn't cancel anything, even though we made quite a few changes late in the booking process.

What was supposed to be a difficult decision turned pretty easily in our favor.
It was through different experiences and recommendation of our dear friends that we found out about Luxor.
I'm glad to say, that now we can share our HIGHEST impressions of their services - in a matter of clean vehicles, cavalier chauffeurs and precise planning and everything.
The best part about it, they are really payment friendly - took care of our credit card details and didn't charge any hidden fee at the end.

My husband Jerry and I really didn't want a luxurious ceremony from the beginning. What we wanted was a smaller and modern wedding, since we both work our brains out during the week.
A lot of our planning was improvised but we knew that we wanted to do the main gala ceremony on the Staten.
We booked three limos and upgraded with drinks in the vehicles and everything. It was truly amazing!!
They were patient and kind, without any hidden fees or mistakes.
Our friends were blasting music and enjoying every moment.

Originally, we were seeking an affordable transport for our guests on Luxor's website - but we decided to book a beautiful old-timer for our wedding photos as well.

Their service was impeccable, and it was not too hard to complete the reservation - which was quite of a relief.
What really got us by a surprise, is that we were granted a newlywed package alongside our ride, and we only paid some extra money for it, all thanks to the courtesy of their agent we were assigned with.
There was a red carpet in front of our venue, a bottle of champagne waiting for us and our chauffeur was there for everything we desired!
Not a single regret - and our guests were amazed and entertained as well.

On the day of our wedding, my fiance and I had some unexpected transportation problems.
We called the company, and required additional vehicles for fourteen people - at the end of it, they managed to book us an eighteen person stretch limo that the driver drove just in time for the family photo session.
One part of the photo shoot was actually taken in front of the vehicle.
They charged us fairly, and they even included a bottle of champagne at a small price difference.
We were quite happy that everything turned out great, and that all of our friends and family were there.

I hate to leave bad reviews but we’ve called approximately 10 times and still the manager hasn’t called us back. On the perfect day that was our wedding, Luxor Limos was the one blemish. The day started with the limo coming at 2:45am instead of 2:45pm, after confirming the time the day before. I received two missed calls at 2:30 form and unknown number and no message was left. I got the missed calls when I woke up and called to clear everything up. They would not offer any help but to book a whole new trip, and only had a shuttle van available. When the driver did show up on time he was more interested in smoking his cigarette than doing his job. I had to wait in the van while he finished his cigarette to get to our first look. Once he finally got in the van our photographer had to give him turn by turn directions because he had no idea where he was going. Then finally when we were on the road he wouldn’t let us play music or open the champagne we brought with us. After the fact we had tried getting a refund, because they charged us for both rides, and it is impossible to speak with someone other than a receptionist. They say they will call you back to discuss and never do. In the end we received 2 minor refunds randomly but nothing close to what we paid and we just gave but fighting. Now our wedding coordinator is trying to help us get the rest of the refund. This was literally the worst experience and I would avoid Luxor at all cost.
